One of the main activities of hospital nutrition services is the provision of meals for patients in the hospital. The goal is to provide quality food in accordance with the nutritional needs, cost, safety and acceptance of the patient to achieve optimal nutritional status The food management information system currently used in the Nutrition Installation of Rsud Prof. DR H M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng is still using a manual (conventional) system, starting from calculating the need for foodstuffs to ordering foodstuffs. This is due to the unavailability of applications that can more efficiently save energy and time. So far, calculating food needs requires a long time and energy is needed by more than one person. The type of research method used in this research is a quantitative quasi-experimental research method which aims to show a causal relationship and to investigate the relationship and clarify the causes of events, where in this study it focuses on the use of energy and the duration of time used before and after using the application. computers for food management activities in the Nutrition Installation, in this case the calculation of food needs. Based on the results of the research, before and after using a computer-based management information system application to improve the efficiency of food administration at the Rsud nutrition installation, Prof. DR. HM Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng (SPMIG), there was a difference in time duration, where the time used in calculating the need for foodstuffs was shorter or shorter. Food administration at the Nutrition Installation of Prof. DR H Makkatutu Bantaeng Hospital before using the SPMIG application software an average of 180 minutes - 210 minutes and after using the SPMIG application software the average was 1 - 10 minutes, so the time difference used was 170 minutes.

Patient An A was brought by her parents to the Children's polyclinic at the Lhoksukon Health Center with complaints of itching all over her body since the past 2 weeks. Complaints mainly in the area between the fingers, toes and in the groin area. The patient's mother said that her child complained of itching which felt worse at night. The patient's mother said that this complaint first appeared when her first child came home from the dayah during the school holidays. 3 weeks ago the patient brought his first child to the puskesmas with the same complaint before he returned to the dayah. And now the patient has just brought An A for treatment with the same complaint. From the examination results, HR: 87 x/I, RR: 18 x/I, temperature: 36.5 C. Primary data were obtained through alloanamnesa and physical examination by making home visits, filling out family folders, and filling out patient files. The assessment was carried out based on the initial holistic diagnosis, process and end of the visit both quantitatively and qualitatively. Interventions carried out include education about the causes of scabies to their families, education on environmental sanitation and hygiene and management of the disease and explaining complications that may arise from the patient's disease so that the patient's family maintains personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) currently have a very important role as a locomotive driving the economy and eradicating poverty. In addition, MSMEs are one of the most efficient economic sectors for entrepreneurship development which provide solutions to problems of poverty, insecurity, unemployment and can provide solutions for population explosion in a more modern direction in the current era of globalization. Based on data obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) it shows that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia in 2013 was around 57 million units. In the 2012-2013 period, there was an increase in the number of business units by 2.41%. The data shows that MSME is one of the supporting sectors of the economy in Indonesia.

Jombang State Vocational School is a vocational education institution which is a vehicle for preparing professionals through various fields of expertise, one of which is the Culinary Department which equips students with skills, knowledge and attitudes in the field of Catering. However, in practical learning, problems were found in the form of low interest and enthusiasm for learning from students so that during practice students did not understand the material being taught. From the problems that occur, a research is carried out with the title Implementation of the Project Based Learning Learning Model on the Skills of Making Petit Fours at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang Using True Experimental Design with Pre-test Post Test Control Group Design to find out the results of the skills of making petit fours on subjects pastry and bakery products in Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang which gives independent sample t-test results of 0.000 which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected so as to improve practical skills for students in developing collaboration, communication, solving and management skills supported by results. The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

The hospital is one of the organizations in the service sector that is engaged in efforts to improve public health. In addition, the hospital as oe of the subsystems of health services provides two types of services for the community, namely health services and administrative services. Therefore, as a hospital service institution, it is required to improve its service quality management continuously and continuously in various fields of service provided. So the Dumai City Hospital should be able to provide good service to pattiens with planned management for class B classified hospitals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of outpatient services in the field of pregnancy at the Regional General Hospital in Dumai City. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection thechniques using primary data and secondary data obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation that the researcher analyzed in obtaining the data. This study uses the theory of Ratminto about service management, namely planning, implementation, and coordination. The results of the study indicate that the service management of the Dumai City Regional Public Hospital still has obstacles in its services such as training of workers who have not all received training, budget, facilities and infrastructure.

And the results obtained are that the transformational leadership style has a positive effect on the change management of an organization, with the characteristics of a leadership style that involves the charisma of a leader, is considered to be able to motivate employees to excel beyond expectations. In this case employees feel trust, admiration, respect for their leaders so that they are motivated to do more than what is expected of them. So that with this situation the change management designed by the leader will be realized for the benefit of the organization.

Community service activities at the Faculty of Economics, University of Surakarta (UNSA) are intended to provide practical solutions for community entrepreneurship activities. This community service activity helps solve business management problems for the community; besides that it can provide practical knowledge to the public regarding the application of accounting economics through counseling activities. The community service held by the UNSA Faculty of Economics took place in Girilayu Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency. The basic problem faced by partners is business management including financial management, human resources, and marketing. The results of this UNSA Faculty of Economics community service activity can help increase the professionalism of partner businesses and are expected to stimulate the growth of new entrepreneurs.

This research was conducted at the Grand Dian Hotel Brebes which aims to analyze and explain the influence of service quality, image and function of OTA (online travel agent) which is in poor condition due to lack of updates from OTA (Online Travel Agent) about hotel information, and prices from OTA (Online Travel Agent) is unstable. Research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study were 94 respondents. The research results are expected to provide useful information for management and employees. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, test the model, test the hypothesis, and before doing the test, the validity and reliability tests were carried out first. The results of the regression analysis show that the increase in guest decisions to stay is directly influenced by the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent). The results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with a correlation value of determination adjusted R2 square of 0.610. This shows that the quality of service, image and function (online travel agent) significantly influence the decision of guests to stay together with a close relationship of 61.0%. This shows that to improve the decision of staying guests, it is necessary to improve the quality of service, as well as the image and function of a good OTA (online travel agent) in the eyes of the community, it will increase the decision of guests to stay in the next period.

The quality of service at hospitals must always be improved to provide the best service to people in Indonesia. In accordance with Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 it states that every hospital is required to implement and develop a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is very important to do to support the efficiency of the management process in hospitals starting from information to patients, data, data processing and all activities in the hospital. By implementing a Hospital Management Information System, it is necessary to know how it is applied in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. This research was conducted with literature reviews and journal searches using Google Scholar. The research results show that the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) can improve the quality of health services because it facilitates the management activities of health service institutions.

This study aims to determine the implementation process of strategic management in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University. The sample taken was 35 student representatives consisting of Management, Accounting, Economics, and Digital Business majors. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data collected is then processed by analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. The provision of facilities that support the administration and learning process, satisfying services, active participation of teaching staff and students, effective performance evaluation and control, and collaboration of all components are key factors in the implementation of strategic management.

This study aims to test empirically whether there are differences in earnings management and company profitability before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. In this study the population used comes from the financial report data of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The method used was purposive sampling in order to obtain a sample of 30 sample data. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis used the Independent Sample T-Test different test with SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that there is not  significant differences in real earnings management before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia carried out by pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. As well as there are significant differences in profitability in pharmaceutical sector companies before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

The PDAM service tariff covers the cost of water treatment, infrastructure management, and services to customers. In PDAM Magelang City, there are several public service tariffs, namely the service of drinking water needs to customers, new connection services, payment of drinking water accounts, water quality inspection services, and water tank services. In this case the author will discuss the public service tariff in the new connection service of PDAM Magelang City.For the research method in this case, the author analyzes the data from the research conducted using descriptive analysis method in which data from interviews and document studies are processed and analyzed to provide an overview of the factors that determine the new connection service tariff at PDAM Magelang City.The new connection service tariff of each PDAM is different, the PDAM Magelang City tariff is based on the customer class which has IV customer groups with different tariffs. The tariff for class I is lower and the tariff will be higher for each class II and so on. Classes are adjusted to the type of house, land area, building area, type of building, type of floor, and type of roof used. The factors for determining the tariff for new connection services at PDAM Magelang City are seen in terms of financial and non-financial factors. In terms of financial factors, it consists of registration fees, drawing planning fees, connection permit fees, transportation costs and construction costs of service and persil pipes. While in terms of non-financial factors in the form of inclusion of new prospective customers on the criteria of the group that has been determined.

Maxim is an online transportation service that is often used by people in Indonesia by offering various services including Maxim Ride, Maxim Car, Maxim Delivery, Maxim Food, and Maxim Cargo. Maxim also offers cheap fares start three kilometers on every service used by the community so that it can attract people's interest in using it, it is also supported by Maxim who continues to exist in various regions of Indonesia to enjoy the online transportation service. However, it is possible that there are still problems when users use the service, namely the accuracy of the lacking maps and the less variable payment method. Coastal areas have various potential resources, both physically, socio-economically and biologically. This situation places enormous physical and social pressure on coastal areas, increasing their vulnerability to various hazards such as storms, flood waves and tsunamis, sea level rise and land subsidence. The coastal area of ​​Semarang City is facing this threat. In a literature review conducted by researchers, apart from the imminent danger, there is also the potential for mangrove ecosystem resources around the Opak River estuary which can be used as a natural embankment to reduce the impact of coastal disasters. The aim of this research is; (1) mapping of existing mangrove ecosystems and their management; and (2) updating the Action Plan for Mangrove Ecosystem Management and updating community and local community perceptions of mangrove ecosystem services as a way to reduce the risk of coastal disasters. Obtain research materials using FGD techniques, in-depth interviews and secondary data documentation; Processing, analysis and presentation of data using qualitative research methods. Participatory mapping of the current condition of the mangrove ecosystem will be carried out to determine the level of public knowledge about the opportunities and problems of the mangrove ecosystem. The results of the participatory mapping are also used as material in focus group discussions that establish a therapeutic action plan with different options such as: B. Restoring damaged mangrove vegetation, developing ecosystem land, empowering communities to manage ecosystems, and using ecosystems as a means of transportation for ecotourism. and representative tourism. The process of developing and implementing an action plan for ecosystem management is a participatory management model which can then be developed with several other elements in research on coastal natural resource management as a means of disaster risk reduction.

This study aims to analyze how the form of financial management is implemented in the Buntudatu Pine Forest Tourism Object. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With data collection methods, namely interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the research obtained are that financial management at the Buntudatu Pine Forest Tourism Object has been implemented but has not been maximized where planning has been carried out by the tourism object manager by holding village meetings in order to minimize expenses in order to get profits. The recording system is carried out every day manually using books or paper to record all income and expenditure transactions. And financial reporting has not been implemented because the knowledge possessed is still minimal, but the manager has made a year-end accountability report. Meanwhile, control has been carried out by holding evaluation meetings every month, to achieve a certain goal.

By doing this research aims to examine the financial performance of the local government of Central Java Province. This analysis uses regional financial independence ratios, financial efficiency ratios, PAD effectiveness ratios, and growth ratios to assess financial performance. This study is included in the category of quantitative descriptive research. The data used comes from the Financial Report of the Central Java Provincial Government for the 2019-2022 budget period. Financial ratio analysis is the method used to perform this analysis. As shown by the research results, the financial performance of the Central Java Provincial Government is still far from optimal. Regional Original Revenue Management has proven successful, but regional finances are still inefficient. In addition, the level of regional independence is still low, as shown by the increase in central government assistance compared to the regional original income of Central Java Province.

Effective monetary management can reduce the company's operating costs and increase profitability. A good receivables policy can also help reduce credit risk and improve business license requirements. In conclusion, this article highlights how important it is to use asset management, cost control, and receivables policies to improve a company's financial performance, especially in difficult situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
