This study aims to analyze the urgency of establishing an alternative institution for resolving agrarian disputes in the legal system in Indonesia. Land itself functions as a social asset and a capital asset. The role of land as a social asset is interpreted as a tool to strengthen social unity in people's lives, while capital assets are interpreted as land being an essential factor for development. The interest of every person to be able to own and control land for the benefit of life is the most basic thing why there must be serious efforts in handling agrarian conflicts in Indonesia. This study identifies two main issues, namely first, what is the urgency of establishing an alternative institution for resolving agrarian disputes in an effort to optimize conflict resolution, and second, what form of alternative dispute resolution is used in an alternative institution for resolving disputes in the agrarian sector. The research method used is normative research using a statutory approach, relying on statutory regulations as the main basis for conducting analysis and producing new concepts in handling conflicts. The results of this study indicate that although in practice there are already institutions that have the authority to resolve. However, in its implementation, there are still various obstacles, both in terms of procedural and implementation in the field. This is what then encourages the presence of a new legal system ecosystem for more concrete conflict handling in the agrarian sector.

This study aims to analyze errors in the use of Enhanced Spelling (EYD) in writing explanatory texts by grade 6 elementary school (SD) students. Explanatory text is an important type of text in learning Indonesian, but students often make mistakes in using EYD when writing this text. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with content analysis and interview techniques. Data were obtained from explanatory texts written by 6th grade elementary school students and the results of interviews with the principal, homeroom teacher, and 15 students. The research results show that students still make many mistakes in using EYD, especially in the use of capital letters, punctuation and writing words. This error is caused by students' lack of understanding about EYD, lack of practice in writing explanatory texts, lack of teacher attention to EYD teaching, and lack of support from the home environment. This research recommends that teachers pay more attention to EYD teaching, provide regular explanatory text writing practice to students, increase collaboration with parents, and create a learning environment that is conducive to the development of students' writing skills.

Globalization has induced substantial changes across multiple facets of life in Indonesia, encompassing social, economic, and cultural dimensions. This study seeks to examine the effects of globalization on social inequality and poverty in Indonesia. The results demonstrate that globalization generates significant opportunities via access to global markets, foreign capital, and cutting-edge technologies. Nonetheless, these advantages are not uniformly allocated, leading to increasing societal inequalities. Communities possessing access to education, technology, and economic resources are more adept at leveraging globalization, but marginalized groups, such as the rural impoverished, often fall behind. Transformations in economic frameworks, urban development, and the impact of global culture intensify regional and socioeconomic disparities. While globalization can alleviate poverty via economic expansion, its advantages frequently favor particular demographics, therefore exacerbating the disparity between the affluent and the impoverished. This study underscores the significance of inclusive and equitable measures to alleviate the adverse effects of globalization. The government must improve access to education, technology, and economic opportunities for marginalized people while bolstering regional development to promote equality. Effective management of globalization can facilitate sustainable development and mitigate social inequality in Indonesia. Without sufficient action, globalization threatens to intensify inequalities and poverty within society.

The purpose of this analysis is to explore the relationship between the Protestant ethic and the development of modern capitalism, and to analyze the influence of Protestant ethical values on economic and social dynamics. In addition, this analysis aims to identify shortcomings in existing studies, including theoretical focus and broader social impacts, in order to produce a more comprehensive understanding of the interaction between the Protestant ethic, capitalism, and the social context. The method used is a literature review, which involves analyzing literature related to social theory, especially Max Weber's thoughts, as well as criticism of his approach. The results of the study indicate that although the Protestant ethic has an important role, other factors such as technological progress, social change, and political structures also contribute to shaping modern capitalism. In addition, the issue of social inequality and injustice that may arise from the application of these ethical values requires more attention in future studies. Thus, this study emphasizes the need for a more holistic approach to understanding the complex interaction between the Protestant ethic, capitalism, and the broader social context.
