The rupiah plays a vital role as a symbol of national identity and sovereignty, but awareness among rural communities about its function and importance is often limited. In Kutalimbaru Village, the main challenges identified are low monetary literacy, which results in physical damage to money and a lack of awareness about counterfeit money. Through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, community service efforts were carried out with the aim of internalizing the values of “Love, Pride, Understanding (CBP) of the Rupiah.” The approach used was community-based education through interactive workshops and practical demonstrations on money care techniques and an introduction to the security features of the Rupiah. Findings in the field show a transformation in the community's attitude; from being indifferent to being more careful in handling paper money and better understanding the role of the Rupiah in economic stability. This program has succeeded in increasing the financial literacy of citizens while strengthening the spirit of nationalism through appreciation of the national currency. Keywords: community empowerment, micro businesses, tempeh products, entrepreneurship, Sialaman Village.

Seren Village has abundant organic waste potential, particularly banana peel waste generated from banana-processing MSME activities and wood ash resulting from household firewood combustion. To date, this waste has not been optimally utilized and is often discarded, thereby posing potential environmental problems. This study aims to process banana peel waste and wood ash into an innovative, environmentally friendly shoe polish made from natural materials, while also enhancing the economic value and welfare of the community. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the women’s Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) of Seren Village as the target participants. The shoe polish production process includes drying and grinding banana peels, mixing them with a wood ash solution that functions as a natural coloring agent, adding supporting materials, and heating the mixture until a ready-to-use shoe polish is obtained. The results indicate that the shoe polish produced from banana peels and wood ash has a solid texture, is slightly coarse, non-glossy, and has a relatively fast drying time of approximately one minute. In addition, the product shows good resistance to water splashes and does not damage the surface of shoes. The use of natural ingredients makes this shoe polish safer for health. The utilization of this waste has the potential to support MSME development, reduce environmental pollution, and sustainably improve the welfare of the Seren Village community.

This study aims to analyze the role of local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) as the main ingredient for mosquito repellent products and its contribution to improving the economy of the community in Timbang Jaya Village. Lemongrass contains essential oils that function as a natural insect repellent, making it a potential raw material for value-added products such as mosquito repellent sprays, aromatherapy candles, and herbal lotions. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that local MSMEs play a significant role in the production process, product innovation, and marketing of lemongrass-based products. Besides generating additional income, this development also creates new job opportunities and supports the village’s economic independence. However, several challenges remain, including limited capital, lack of processing technology skills, and competition with chemical-based products. The recommended solutions include capacity building through training and mentoring, better access to funding, and strengthening digital marketing strategies. Therefore, the development of mosquito repellent products from lemongrass by MSMEs not only contributes to the community’s economic growth but also provides an environmentally friendly alternative beneficial for public health.

This study explores the intersection of feminism and gender equality in Bali, analyzing how patriarchal norms, media portrayals, and religious customs marginalize Balinese women. Using Simone de Beauvoir’s concept of the “Other,” it examines why feminism faces resistance despite growing gender equality awareness. Through surveys and interviews with Balinese women aged 11–20, the findings reveal that many support gender equality but hesitate to identify as feminists due to cultural misconceptions and Western associations. The research highlights the need for educational initiatives and community discussions to integrate feminism into Balinese traditions, showing that culturally adapted advocacy is more effective than universalist approaches. It underscores the importance of feminist education, local leadership engagement, and promoting women’s roles within traditional structures, demonstrating that feminism and Balinese traditions can coexist without disrupting social harmony. Future research should explore generational shifts, digital media’s role in shaping perceptions, and comparative studies in other traditional societies to further bridge feminism and cultural values.

Factual verification of political party membership constitutes a critical administrative stage in electoral management, as it directly affects electoral integrity and democratic legitimacy. In Indonesia, this process remains predominantly reliant on conventional door-to-door verification methods, which face structural constraints including time limitations, excessive administrative burden, high costs, and vulnerability to procedural errors and electoral disputes. Meanwhile, the advancement of e-government and Electronic-Based Government Systems (E-Government) has created opportunities to adopt more accountable and verifiable digital identity mechanisms. This study aims to conceptualize and examine Electronic Know Your Customer (E-KYC) as an administrative governance model for verifying political party membership to strengthen electoral integrity within an e-government framework. Employing a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, quantitative data were collected through a survey of 44 election officials at district and municipal election commissions in Central Java Province, Indonesia. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key institutional actors. The findings demonstrate a positive and significant relationship between the adoption of E-KYC and strengthened administrative electoral integrity, democratic public service values, and institutional readiness. Qualitative evidence further indicates that challenges to electoral integrity stem primarily from weaknesses in administrative procedures rather than from political contestation itself. This study concludes that E-KYC should be positioned not merely as a technological innovation but as an institutionalized administrative governance model, contingent upon regulatory clarity, system interoperability, and organizational capacity building.

In the highly competitive sports equipment market, particularly for badminton items, businesses must rely not only on high-quality products but also on efficient digital media marketing techniques. Brands frequently utilize Instagram, a visual social media site, to enlighten consumers about their products and pique their interest. Yonex uses Instagram with the account @yonex_badminton. Nevertheless, a large following and frequent posting may not always indicate how well a piece of content stimulates customer interest in making a purchase. The purpose of this study is to examine how @yonex_badminton Instagram content affects consumer interest in making purchases. With the use of statistical software, this study employs a quantitative methodology that includes survey procedures and data analysis utilizing basic linear regression. 84 responders who followed the @yonex_badminton Instagram account made up the research sample. With a t-value of 13.387 and a significance value of 0.000, the results demonstrated that Instagram content had a favorable and substantial impact on customer purchase interest. Production is a fundamental component of economic activity that plays a strategic role in achieving human well-being. From an Islamic economic perspective, production is understood not only as a technical process aimed at creating or increasing the utility value of goods and services, but also as a manifestation of human responsibility as leaders on this earth. Using an Islamic economic interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an and hadith, this study aims to examine the concept of production in depth from an Islamic economic perspective. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this research technique utilizes a literature review to examine Islamic economic literature and relevant interpretations, in addition to primary sources such as the Qur'an and hadith. The results show that the Qur'an and hadith provide a framework for production that integrates moral, social, and spiritual values into economic activities, utilizes natural resources optimally and sustainably, and produces halal goods and services. Along with material gain, Islamic manufacturing aims to promote social justice, individual well-being, and ecological harmony. Therefore, the concept of production from an Islamic economic perspective makes economic activity a form of worship and a tool for developing well-being that adheres to the principles of Islamic law.

Pigs hold significant economic, social, and religious value in the Wamena community, becoming an integral part of their customary law. However, the Muslim minority in Wamena faces unique challenges, as they struggle to balance local traditions with Islamic law. This study aims to explore the interpretation of Ahkām verses among minority Muslims in Wamena and analyze the Islamic laws regarding the sale and purchase of pigs in this context. The research is qualitative, combining observations and literature studies. It examines the issues surrounding pig transactions in Wamena and reviews relevant Ahkām verses along with scholarly opinions. The study identifies four patterns in the religious understanding of Wamena Muslims: traditional religion, formal religion, rational religion, and a precursor method that combines traditional practices with reasoning and revelation. Tafsir Ahkām offers solutions for minority Muslims by considering the systematic approach to Ahkām verses, hadith, and the school of jurisprudence. Despite the prohibition of pigs in the Qur’an and hadith, Wamena Muslims’ engagement in pig transactions can be analyzed using fiqh aqalliyyāt principles, such as ijtihād tarjīhi and ijtihād ibdā’i, with an emphasis on gradual implementation and accommodating Islamic and customary laws for minority Muslims in Wamena.

Nursing care documentation is crucial for service quality and patient safety, but incomplete and inconsistent documentation remains a challenge in hospitals. This study focuses on nurses at Medika Lestari Hospital, where documentation compliance is below expectations. The aim is to analyze how organizational commitment and supervision affect nursing care documentation, with work motivation as an intervening variable. A quantitative cross-sectional design with a structural model approach was used, and data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that organizational commitment positively impacts documentation compliance (β = 0.268; p = 0.013), highlighting the importance of nurses’ attachment to organizational goals. Supervision, however, has no significant direct effect on documentation (β = 0.220; p = 0.109). Both organizational commitment (β = 0.285; p = 0.018) and supervision (β = 0.382; p = 0.000) significantly influence work motivation, indicating that managerial control and organizational attachment contribute to motivation. However, work motivation does not significantly affect documentation (β = 0.231; p = 0.053) and does not mediate the effects of commitment or supervision on compliance. In conclusion, improvements in documentation are primarily driven by organizational commitment rather than motivational or supervisory factors. Hospital management should focus on enhancing nurses’ organizational commitment and aligning supervisory practices with institutional values to improve documentation compliance sustainably.

This research focuses on examining the relationship between environmental accounting practices and firm value creation, considering the role of profitability as an intermediary mechanism. The study was conducted on companies in the basic and chemical industry subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Green Accounting in this study is represented through environmental cost disclosure, while firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), and profitability is measured by Return on Equity (ROE). The analysis used a panel data regression approach, complemented by a mediation test using the Sobel test. Empirical results indicate that the implementation of Green Accounting has not had a significant impact on profitability or firm value. Conversely, profitability has been shown to have a positive and significant relationship with firm value. Furthermore, the mediation test indicates that profitability plays no role in channeling the influence of Green Accounting on firm value. These findings lead to the interpretation that Green Accounting practices in the studied sectors still reflect regulatory compliance and efforts to gain social legitimacy rather than a strategy to increase short-term economic value.

One of the issues raised is about social changes in society, namely how a person must respond to these changes in order to be able to carry them out according to the teachings of the Qur'an. As part of a complex community of ever-changing and dynamic social individuals, society is not something fixed or stagnant. This is due to the fact that people experience various social relationships through social processes that occur due to living together. Interaction between individuals, cultural developments, and the dynamics of social values and norms also affect the way people view their daily lives. In this context, the Qur'an provides moral and ethical guidelines that can be the foundation for building harmonious and just social relationships. Values such as care, justice, social responsibility, and respect for fellow human beings are important principles emphasized in the teachings of the Qur'an. Therefore, social education based on the values of the Qur'an has an important role in shaping individual character to be able to adapt to social changes without abandoning moral and humanitarian principles. Given the importance of this issue related to social education, the author argues that research on social education will delve into this topic with a focus on social education based on the Qur'an.
