The author is interested in analyzing the poem "Senja di Pelabuhan Kecil" by Chairil Anwar, because the poem is formed with a straightforward language but has a broad meaning and contains many moral messages in the poem. The aim of this research is to find out the moral message in Chairil Anwar's poetry and to improve the author's understanding of the pragmatic approach. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method that analyzes and explains the moral message of the poem "Senja di Pelabuhan Kecil" by Chairil Anwar using observation studies. The pragmatic approach is an approach to literary criticism that wants to show readers' impressions and acceptance of literary works. Based on the results of the analysis of the poem "Sunja di Pelabuhan Kecil" it can be concluded that this poem contains a moral message about sincerity in accepting a loss and not dwelling on sadness.

Christian Religious Education (CHE) plays a crucial role in holistic education. Through PAK, millennials are guided to cultivate Christian values such as love, peace, honesty and justice. It also plays a role in shaping a moral and virtuous character based on the example of Jesus Christ. In addition, PAK equips millennials with a strong moral and ethical foundation, helps them make responsible and moral decisions, and guides them to live their lives in accordance with Christian values. In today's digital era, Christian Religious Education (CHE) needs to adapt to the technology used in students' lives. This is important to ensure that learning is not boring and can engage students. In addition, Christian Religious Education should also shape students' self-image according to the values of biblical truth. In this way, students can develop a strong character based on Christian faith. PAK in its ministry should encourage every believer, from children to adults, so that they can use and optimize their intelligence/knowledge for the common good Christian Religious Education (CHE) in the modern era faces the challenge of educating the millennial generation which has unique characteristics. This generation is accustomed to technology and has high self-confidence. Therefore, PAK needs to adapt to the technology used in students' lives to ensure that learning is not boring and engaging. In addition, PAK should focus on building students' self-awareness according to the values of Biblical truth and Christian Religious education teaching. This is important to help students develop a strong character based on the Christian faith. In this way, PAK can have a positive impact on the millennial generation and help them become people of faith and morals in an increasingly modern world.    

The main problem in this research is what factors influence customer decisions in choosing BRI Bank Britama Savings Products in Fatukoa Village. The aim of this research is to see and explain what influences the decisions of Fatukoa Village customers in saving with Britama Savings Products. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. determining informants using Purposive Sampling, totaling 6 people. The time and place of the research was carried out in the 2023-2024 academic year, on a number of customers who live in Fatukoa Village, Kupang City. The results of this research explain that the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Britama Bank BRI savings products are influenced by cultural factors because cultural influences play a key role in customer decisions. The socialization process from the experience of being a customer for eight years, the use of banking products since the beginning of college, and the management of business transactions are the main factors in choosing Britama Savings. Social Factors due to the existence of reference groups, both from friends and family, have a big impact. Suggestions from friends about the benefits of interest rates and easy access to BRI Bank's online services, as well as recommendations from wives who are BRI Bank customers, are taken into consideration in the decision to save on Britama Products. Personal Factors due to Age, life cycle stage, work and economic environment are factors personal influences on product choices. Of the 10 students used as samples, 1 student had very high stress resilience, 4 students had high stress resilience, and 5 students had moderate resilience. This ability is seen from several aspects, including: 1) Self-Esteem ability (an individual's ability to assess things related to themselves) 2) Optimism ability 3) Ability to deal with stress 4) Moral ability. This qualitative study investigates the perspectives of 50 cadets enrolled in Indonesian transportation institutes on collaboration between transportation education and industry. The research reveals a high perceived importance of industry-academia collaboration, highlighting its value in providing real-world experience and industry insights. However, challenges such as curriculum misalignment, limited practical training opportunities, and ineffective industry feedback mechanisms hinder effective collaboration. Recommendations include strengthening collaboration through internships and industry projects, regularly reviewing and updating curricula, expanding practical training opportunities, establishing structured industry feedback mechanisms, providing professional development for educators, and promoting lifelong learning. Implementing these recommendations can enhance collaboration, improve education programme relevance, and better prepare students for the transportation sector's demands. This research contributes to the development of a skilled workforce, driving the growth and competitiveness of the transportation industry in Indonesia.

Chronic kidney disease is defined as kidney damage that lasts for a long time (chronic) and is characterized by a decrease in the ability of the kidneys to filter blood (Glomerular Filtration Rate/GFR). Patients with CKD often experience no symptoms or signs, until less than 15% of their kidney function remains. Since its early stages, CKD is closely related to the emergence of various complications, such as anemia, bone disease, etc. Hemodialysis is not a therapy to cure or restore kidney function, but it can prevent death more quickly in chronic kidney disease sufferers. The kidneys will still lose their ability for metabolic or endocrine activity so that patients with kidney failure must regularly undergo hemodialysis therapy obediently, which has an impact on the patient's quality of life. The aim is to implement nursing care for clients with chronic kidney failure on hemodialysis using diet education and exercise in the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT Work Area in 2023. This research uses a case study approach. Participant 2 was a kidney failure patient on hemodialysis at the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT. Data collection using interviews, observation and physical examination, documentation study and literature study. The instrument used in this research was a SGA form. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the nursing process. The intervention provided diet education and diet training, then an evaluation was carried out. On the 3rd day after the evaluation the problem was resolved. The evaluation results show that nursing interventions providing diet education and diet training are very effective in maintaining the body condition of chronic kidney failure patients on hemodialysis. Conclusions and suggestions require efforts to involve the client's family to implement diet education with diet training so as not to worsen the disease they suffer from and can improve their quality of life.

Research background: Chronic Energy Shortage (KEK) is still a problem in Indonesia. Women and children are the groups at highest risk of experiencing Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Currently Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) is a concern for the government and health workers, because a woman of childbearing age (WUS) who experiences CED has a high risk of giving birth to a child who will also experience CED in the future. The aim of the research is to identify study characteristics of the incidence of CED pregnant women at the Kotabaru Community Health Center. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The population is all 30 KEK pregnant women at the Kotabaru Community Health Center in October – December November 2023. The sample was taken using a total sampling technique of 30 people. Data were analyzed univariately. The results of the research were that age characteristics were the most common in the risk category with a percentage of 66.7%. Parity characteristics were most common in the multiparous group at 50%. The characteristics of pregnancy spacing in the risk category were 56.7% and the highest level of education among respondents was at the middle level, namely 40%.    

This research aims to determine the influence of time pressure, independence, professional skepticism, work experience, professional ethics, and competence on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. Many fraud cases occur in Indonesia, so it is necessary to know the magnitude of the influence of each variable. The population used in this research were auditors who worked at the BPKP Representative Office of Central Java Province. The sample processed by the researcher was 30 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire. This research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 software. The results of this research show that time pressure, independence, professional skepticism, work experience, professional ethics have no effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. while competency has a significant positive effect on the auditor's ability to detect fraud.

This research design uses a phenomenology approach design, namely this approach seeks to reveal, study and understand the unique and unique phenomena and contexts experienced by individuals up to the level of belief of the individual concerned.Based on the research method carried out by the researcher, the researcher obtained the results that there were still some patient families who did not know what clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) was in the hospital and did not believe that in treating patients health workers always behaved in a clean and healthy lifestyle., Meanwhile, some patients already know about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in hospitals and believe that when treating patients, health workers always behave in a clean and healthy way.    

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Sibolga Pratama Tax Service Office. The population and sample for this research were all 106 civil servant employees at the Sibolga Primary Tax Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the tests used are the Classic Assumption Test and Analysis Test. The results of the research show that the performance of Receivable Turn Over (RTO) fluctuates from year to year. The highest increase in RTO occurred in 2019 at 4.16 times. The company's Average Collection Period (ACP) level was the best in 2019, namely 87 days, where the receivables turnover rate was very high. In 2019 the company's performance improved, where the arrears ratio reached its smallest point, namely 16.20%. In 2019 the performance of CV. Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group experienced an increase, where the collection ratio reached its highest point, namely 83.79%.

The DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) is an organization that operates in the field of student sports training in DKI Jakarta Province, one of which is football. The DKI Jakarta PPOP football team experienced two consecutive defeats in official competitions in the 2022 Soeratin Cup U-17 and 2023 Porseni NU championships. The aim of the research is to look at the performance of the DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center using organizational performance theory. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the productivity indicators are good, this can be seen from the success in achieving the predetermined targets. In terms of service quality indicators, it has provided quite complete facilities with quality facilities and infrastructure which are also in very good condition, however the quality of the grass on the field at PPOP DKI Jakarta is different from that used on official match fields, so this is a problem. problems that arise for football athletes. In terms of responsiveness indicators, it is good, this can be seen from the fact that all staff at PPOP DKI Jakarta can carry out their duties well, are friendly and also informative to all people who need services. The responsibility indicators are quite good. This can be seen through the actions taken in creating work plans and programs required by football coaches and athletes. Apart from that, monitoring is also carried out on programs that have been prepared and implemented to see existing developments. The accountability indicator has been implemented well, this can be seen in the preparation of the annual work plan and the finances are explained in detail to the relevant stakeholders.

There has been delinquency among some students at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak. Examples of student delinquency that often occur are skipping school during class hours, smoking during class hours or outside class hours, and not having responsibility for doing school work or homework given by the teacher. Therefore, Christian religious education teachers are needed to educate, teach and guide students so that acts of delinquency do not occur again. The aim of the research is to explain the importance of PAK teachers in overcoming the delinquency of Christian students at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak so that students become role models for their family, church and the Indonesian nation they love. The author uses qualitative research methods using observation, interviews, documentation and literature techniques. The results found were that if PAK teachers were more committed and responsible in dealing with the delinquency of Christian students, then Christian students would increasingly experience changes in their lives from acts of delinquency. Conclusion: Religious Education teachers who serve at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak must be committed and responsible in overcoming the delinquency of Christian students at SMP Negeri 2 Sompak so that students are able to show commendable attitudes in family, church, national and state life now and forever.
