To improve the quality of education in Indonesia, school reform includes zoning. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 44 of 2019 concerning Admission of New Students to Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools and Vocational High Schools is part of the government's efforts to evaluate education. This study aims to explain how the implementation of the Zoning Policy for New Student Admissions is carried out as an effort to check the quality of education in state elementary schools and elementary schools in Genteng District, Surabaya City. The author uses a qualitative consideration literature study method. According to Van Meter and Van Horn in Subarsono (2013: 99), six variables are used as the focus of research: policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, tendencies or propensities of implementers, communication between organizations and activities, and the economic, social, and politics. Technical data used. The results show that those implementing the Zoning Policy for Admission of New Students as an Effort to Study the Quality of Education (Primary School and Junior High School Level Studies in Genteng District, Surabaya City) have followed the expected policy. Although zoning policies are necessary, there are still some problems. Social, political and economic resource and environmental variables are still difficult to apply.

However, the main role to encourage and encourage children is parents, because parental encouragement makes children feel closer and guiding children in the learning process at home can create good communication between children and parents.

The population in  this study was all students  from grades I to  VI at SDN Rungkut kidul 1/267 Surabaya City  as many as 381 students.    This sampling  uses a random sampling technique, which will later use the  Slovin formula  obtained 79 people. The results  of the  calculation F count of  14,768, the  variable School Climate of  1,765, the variable of  Mental Development of  2,570 and  the value of  the coefficient of determination (R2)  of 0.  626 or 62.6% which means that the contribution to the  school climate and mental development  of the younger generation who attend SDN Rungkut kidul 1/267 Surabaya City is getting stronger

This study aims to investigate the effect of price, brand image, lifestyle, andproduct quality on purchasing decisions for Cargloss helmets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 100 consumer respondents who buy Cargloss helmets. The results show that price, brand image, lifestyle, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall, these factors simultaneously also have a positive and significant influence. Companies are advised to set competitive prices with market research to maintain the attractiveness of Cargloss. To build brand identity, companies can emphasise the speciality of Cargloss helmets in design, innovation and other added values. Promotion is also needed to associate Cargloss helmets with consumers' lifestyles. The company management should invest in quality control, quality raw materials, and adoption of latest technology in the production process.

Today's industrial business competition causes manufacturers to pay attention to quality, price, and variety in developing new products to meet consumer needs. This research reviews the literature on green marketing and proposes a new conceptual framework on customer loyalty. It uses four constructs of perceived risk, customer trust, and customer loyalty. In environmentally friendly electronic products in Surabaya City. This study uses quantitative methods to prove the hypothesis. Data were obtained from 100 consumers who buy and use environmentally friendly electronic products, especially cell phones, computers, and laptops using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that risk perception and customer trust have a direct effect on customer loyalty

Pelabuhan merupakan bagian dari suatu sistem kompleks yang bertujuan untuk menjaga rantai logistik agar berjalan lancar.Seluruh aktivitas operasional di area kerja pelabuhan tentu tidak lepas dari adanya risiko kecelakaan dan keadaan darurat lainnya, tak terkecuali Terminal Petikemas. Adapun risiko yang mungkin terjadi di antaranya kelalaian operator, kesalahan dalam menjalankan prosedur, ataupun kebakaran. perusahaan dengan risiko tinggi wajib memiliki sistem tanggap darurat beserta organisasi tanggap darurat.Maka dari itu fokus pada penelitian kali ini adalah pada salah satu Perusahaan Jasa Petikemas di Surabaya. Proses kerja di perusahaan ini tentu terkait penanganan container dengan berbagai jenis muatan. Container ini kemudian diletakkan pada lapangan penumpukan petikemas yang memiliki risiko tinggi akan terjadinya kebakaran. Setelah dilakukan observasi, pada masing-masing CY telah tersedia Fire Hydrant dengan kondisi berupa rusaknya bagian-bagian hidran, kurang mencakupnya pemanfaatan hidran ke seluruh area, serta titik lokasi penempatan hidran yang tidak maksimal. Maka dari itu, penulis melakukan kajian lebih lanjut terkait kondisi sistem tanggap darurat di Lapangan Penumpukan Petikemas dan melakukan perancangan ulang penempatan hidran di Container Yard.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif di mana setelah  pengambilan data maka dilakukan analisis terhadap tingkat risiko kebakaran dan selanjutnya perhitungan dan perancangan ulang kebutuhan hidran. Hasil penilaian risiko menunjukkan tingkat risiko kebakaran tingkat tinggi pada CY 01, serta tingkat sedang di CY 02 dan CY 03. Kondisi hidran di Terminal Petikemas di Surabaya memiliki beberapa ketidaksesuaian yang harus dilakukan perbaikan dengan penggantian bagian serta pemeliharaan berkala. Selanjutnya pada perhitungan kebutuhan hidran di area Container Yard menghasilkan dibutuhkannya penambahan 3 pilar hidran serta 2 sambungan hose di CY 01, serta penambahan 3 pilar hidran dan 2 sambungan hose di CY 02.

This study aims to analyse the impact of price, reference group, and risk perception on purchasing decisions for KYT brand helmets in Surabaya. Quantitative methods were used by distributing questionnaires to 100 purposively selected KYT helmet consumers. The results showed that the price of KYT helmets has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the propensity to purchase increases when the price is considered commensurate with the quality of the product. The role of reference groups also proved important, influencing consumer preferences in choosing KYT helmets. In addition, purchase decisions are influenced by perceived risk, where consumers who are confident in the safety and quality of the product are more likely to purchase. The practical implications of these findings help helmet manufacturers and marketers in Surabaya design more effective marketing strategies. This research can also serve as a basis for further research on helmet market dynamics and consumer behaviour in Surabaya.    

This study aims to analyse the effect of price, distribution, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Swallow sandals in Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents purposely selected from the Surabaya community who have purchased Swallow sandals. The research findings show significant managerial implications, including the need for distribution channel management to pay attention to distributor decisions on sales force services. Improving service quality and product availability at the right time are key to strengthening consumer trust in distribution channels. Understanding and utilising consumer lifestyle values in marketing strategies is also important. Awareness of the positive impact of lifestyle on purchasing decisions can help design marketing that is more in line with consumer preferences, including the addition of product variations that reflect the target market's lifestyle to increase product appeal and expand market share. With these findings, companies can optimise marketing strategies and product management, increase consumer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and achieve long-term success in the market    

By looking at the problems of family life that occur, Surabaya City still lacks quality families. The Decree of the Director General of Islamic Guidance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Number 379 of 2018 concerning Implementation Guidelines for Marriage Guidance for Prospective Brides was made to overcome existing problems. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Bimwin Catin program to create quality families in Sukolilo District. The research uses a qualitative approach method. The results showed that the implementation of Bimwin Catin has been carried out well in the KUA of Sukolilo Subdistrict as an effort to realize Quality Families by involving three agencies, namely DP3APPKB, the Health Office, and the Ministry of Religion.  The implementation of Bimwin Catin in Sukolilo Sub-district still has obstacles regarding the budget and the lack of interest of catin couples to participate in programs like this because they feel they do not need and are not important. Funding providers should be able to provide funds in accordance with the needs of program implementation and make it mandatory for prospective brides to participate in Bimwin Catin so that they are ready for family life.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the Family Hope Program (also known as PKH). In and of itself, the PKH program is a social assistance program that the Indonesian government launched in order to combat the country's high poverty rates. In this study, qualitative research methodologies and a descriptive approach are utilized, and interviews with various resource persons serve as the primary method for data gathering. The findings of this study showed that there were variations in the number of people who received PKH benefits over the course of the program's first five years of operation. In addition, there were variations in the lifestyles of people who received PKH benefits in the Gebang Putih Subdistrict. Despite the fact that the results were generally positive, this demonstrates that the implementation of PKH in the Gebang Putih Subdistrict was successful in reducing the level of poverty in the area. It is hoped that the Subdistrict assistants and the PKH assistants who are now on duty would continue to analyze the results of the program's implementation. In order for the percentage of people living in poverty to continue to fall, and for the inhabitants of Gebang Putih to be able to enjoy a higher standard of living.

The sedekah bumi tradition held by the people of Kelurahan Made is a tradition handed down from their ancestors which is still being preserved to this day. Earth almsgiving means giving alms to the earth, which is a form of human gratitude for gifts from the Almighty. The aim of this research is to describe the socio-cultural values in the implementation of the earth alms tradition in Kelurahan Made so that the community continues. The benefit of this research for the community is to increase insight into the importance of preserving traditions passed down from generation to generation so that the community can maintain tolerance between religious groups, tribes and nations. , so that the earth alms tradition can be implemented in the midst of the modernization era without eliminating the characteristics, values and philosophy of the earth alms tradition. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With the aim of producing descriptive data in the form of written sentences, this research contains a description or describes a situation in the problem that has been formulated. The socio-cultural values contained in this earth charity tradition are religious, artistic, mutual cooperation and ecological values. To maintain the unique characteristics of the Kelurahan Made community, it is appropriate to preserve the earth alms tradition forever, even in the midst of changing times. It is intended that traditions that have been passed down through generations can continue to exist and become a cultural identity that will forever be attached to the people of Kelurahan Made.

As a step to expand outreach and increase community awareness, the research plan proposes providing new banners and ensuring that MSME locations are listed on Google Maps. The priority justification prioritizes optimizing potential through community empowerment with the support of the Community Service program. The focus on increasing awareness of packaging through an importance survey, developing appropriate technology, and expanding marketing networks aims to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs' processed food products. The ABCD approach was chosen to emphasize the utilization of existing assets in the community, so as to maximize the potential of the People's Roasted Chicken MSMEs and empower the community in a sustainable manner. The results of this study indicate that the People's Roast Chicken MSME in Kloposepuluh Village has its own uniqueness with a characteristic taste that has been maintained from the past until now, making it a favorite among the local community. The strategic sales location, right in front of the house, adds to the attractiveness for customers. Although they still use traditional methods in baking, these MSMEs have managed to survive and continue to be in demand.

Children are a generation of youth who are the nation's successors and should be protected by parents, family, society, local government and the state. Child protection is a form of activity to guarantee and protect children and the child's right to have a meaningful life, to get health services for themselves and children must also get a decent life in terms of shelter, clothing, nutritious food as food for the child's growth and development and care. medical services to a high standard if the child is sick or has an accident. Protection of children with character is to fulfill the needs and rights that they should get in order for them to be able to live, grow and thrive. In reality, children in Indonesia are very worrying because there are many cases such as bullying, sexual violence against children, and commercial sexual exploitation. In the Child Protection Law, violations of the protection (protection) of children's rights are not only violations of human rights, they are also a huge obstacle to the survival and growth of children. The role of PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) is in carrying out prevention so that similar cases do not occur again in the community by conducting outreach to the community as a prevention effort.

Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) is a terminal port that serves container loading and unloading services at the port. One of the hazards that threaten the loading and unloading industry is the danger of fire. Fires can cause a lot of material and non-material losses. Efforts that can be made to minimize the danger and impact of fires are the implementation of an efficient and optimal emergency response system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the emergency response system in an effort to prevent and control fires in the PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with primary data sourced from direct observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through a literature study of company documents. This research will explain how the implementation of the fire emergency response system in PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia. The result of this research is that it can be concluded that PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia has implemented a fire emergency response system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, but there are still things that need to be optimized, such as the implementation of APAR inspections that are late in their implementation and the lack of intensity in fire emergency response simulations.

Pada era perkembangan teknologi, bidang industri mengalami kemajuan guna mendorong menunjang efisiensi kerja yang didukung dengan alat dan bahan dasar baru untuk menciptakan produk yang inovatif. Namun hal tersebut seringkali menyimpan potensi bahaya seperti kebakaran. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor galangan kapal dengan beradam tahapan proses produksi yang tentunya menyimpan banyak risiko kebakaran. Maka dari itu perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan tanggap darurat kebakaran agar pekerja dapat mengetahui langkah yang harus dilakukan saat kejadian darurat. Pelatihan simulasi tanggap darurat kebakaran ini dilakukan dengan dua rangkaian kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi pemberian materi dan praktek, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi terjadinya keadaan darurat serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan tersebut menggunakan skenario yang telah disepakati dan disosialisasikan kepada pekerja. Kegiatan pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan selama 2 jam dan peserta sekitar 25 orang dengan tugas dan peran masing – masing. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini pekerja memahami proses evakuasi ketika terjadi keadaan darurat dengan catatan waktu yang ideal untuk proses pemadaman api serta proses evakuasi terhadap seluruh pekerja dan korban.

Dalam keadaan Indonesia yang terus kehilangan lahan kosong, bangunan gedung bertingkat menjadi salah satu jalan keluar untuk memperluas area beraktivitas. Namun perlu digarisbawahi bahwa gedung bertingkat juga memiliki risiko terbakar sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerugian materi maupun korban jiwa yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan Emergency Response Plan (ERP) pada gedung bertingkat yang memiliki tujuh lantai. Perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah melalui undang-undang maupun peraturan lain agar suatu gedung memiliki prosedur tanggap darurat. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pendataan dimensi dari bangunan gedung dan fungsi setiap lantai pada bangunan. Dari data tersebut kemudian didapatkan estimasi kapasitas bangunan yang selanjutnya dapat dihitung kebutuhan pintu darurat, tangga darurat, dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk dapat menyelamatkan diri dari gedung. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan analisis, bangunan gedung yang diteliti membutuhkan dua unit pintu darurat masing-masing untuk seriap lantai. Pintu darurat yang dibutuhkan dengan ukuran paling lebar adalah pada lantai 5 karena banyaknya orang yang berada di tempat tersebut. Ukuran lebar tangga yang diperhitungkan adalah satu meter yang mana sudah sesuai dengan rancangan bangunan. Selanjutnya waktu perhitungan matematis total untuk waktu evakuasi yang paling besar adalah lantai 5 pada koridor I, yaitu selama 3,13 menit. Hal tersebut karena kecilnya ukuran lebar dari koridor.

The researcher will discuss the Kalimasada programme (Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) in this MBKM Dispendukcapil Surabaya internship programme. Kalimasada is one of the Surabaya City Dispendukcapil's programmes to pioneer the creation of an orderly environment/village for civil registration by increasing the number of people who are aware of civil registration. The Population Administration Aware Community Neighbourhood Area (Kalimasada) program is designed to help Surabaya residents get more organised and effective population administration services. Klampid New Generation (KNG) is a platform site where people can access services such as birth certificates, moving in, moving out, and death certificates.

With the increasing number of internet users, communication in educational institutions is increasing and becoming a priority. Before making a choice to one of the universities, information searches related to higher education are now also carried out. Educational institutions, especially universities, are now starting to open communication networks through social media. As Surabaya State University did, after officially holding the status of a Legal Entity University, the image of the Institution has become a priority. As of October 2022, Surabaya State University officially switched from PTN-BLU to PTN-BH through Government Regulation Number 37 of 2022, concerning State Universities with Legal Entity Surabaya State University. Therefore, there needs to be many breakthroughs in the order of public relations management in order to maintain a positive image of the Educational Institution. With a positive image of the institution, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the number of applicants, leading to an increase in university revenue. So that through the audience reception proposed by Stuart Hall in this research, it is hoped that it will be able to explain the audience's reception of the Kece Media by Unesa social media content, especially the Surabaya State University Talk program on the Unesatv Youtube channel in interpreting the messages contained in the content obtained by the audience. This research uses the Reception Analysis method using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Interviews and FGDs showed that each informant gave diverse answers according to their point of view. From the interviews, it was found that the Bincang Universitas Negeri Surabaya program provides a lot of insight into what study programs are at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, what will be learned from these study programs and what graduates will become. So that audiences can find out the study program side of each Faculty at Surabaya State University. In addition, according to their views, the Bincang Universitas Negeri Surabaya program seems boring because it is presented with static viewing.

This research examines how to improve the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city. Coaching is efforts, actions and activities carried out effectively and successfully to achieve better results. In general, coaching is considered a planned lifestyle improvement. Everyone has certain goals in life and wants to achieve these goals. If this life goal is not achieved, then people will try to rearrange their lifestyle. Premarital coaching is a knowledge and skills-based training program that providesand information related to marriage. Like how to maintain and maintain the integrity of the family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to understand and explain the meaning behind reality. The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of improving the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city.

The beauty of the field surrounded by plantations and rice fields makes it an ideal place to take pictures. KKN students from Sunan Giri University Surabaya have conducted a study that resulted in the installation of directions to Kloposepuluh Village Sports Center Field, making a positive contribution in introducing the field to the local community and improving its accessibility.
