This study discusses the management audit on operations and production control. This management audit is a tool that can be used by companies to measure economics. effectiveness, and efficiency or evaluation of management activity programs. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on production control and operations at UD. Sumber Makmur it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

The development of information technology has penetrated all financial sectors, including sharia financial technology. The concept of Sharia Fintech Innovation must be guided by the Qur'an and Sunnah. By the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). Of the many startups registered with the OJK and BI, only a small number operate according to sharia principles. The lack of literacy related to sharia fintech innovation is the reason why conventional fintech products and services are more attractive to the public. This study aims to explain the concept of fintech products and services in sharia principles and is limited to three products, namely Peer to Peer Lending, E-Money, and Crowdfunding. The method used in this research is literature study, by taking various references and literature related to research. The results of the study explain that 1) Sharia principles related to peer-to-peer lending, e-money, and crowdfunding are by the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council, namely that one must avoid Riba, Gharar, Maysir , Tazlis, Ishraf and transactions of illicit goods. 2) The contracts used for peer-to-peer lending are in line with the characteristics of financing services such as al-bai', ijarah, mudharabah, musyarakah, wakalah bi al ujrah, and qardh. Whereas e-money uses two contracts, namely the contract between the Issuer and the Holder using a wadiah contract and the contract between publishers and traders using a wakalah contract.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang ditemukan di kelas X MAN 2 Kota Payakumbuh. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa ada yang tidak mencapai KKM, siswa belum mampu mengaplikasikan materi pembelajaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan proses pembelajaran diikuti oleh beberapa siswa yang kurang aktif, cenderung diam, melamun, asyik bermain dengan teman sebangku dan bahkan ada yang tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan metode demonstrasi pada topik bahasan berbasis psikomotor terhadap hasil belajar fikih siswa kelas X di MAN 2 Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di MAN 2 Kota Payakumbuh Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes akhir belajar yang berbentuk objektif dengan validitas tes. Analisis tes akhir yang diperoleh bahwa kelas sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Statistik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah dengan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment diperoleh signifikansi 0,5262 ≥ 0,2144 maka dapat disimpulkan Ho  ditolak dan H1 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode demonstrasi terhadap hasil belajar Fikih siswa kelas X  di MAN 2 Kota Payakumbuh.

Kegiatan keagamaan merupakan kegiatan yang berada di luar program yang tertulis pada kurikulum, umumnya pihak sekolah menyediakan waktu untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut. Menyelenggarakan kegiatan keagamaan untuk menciptakan anak didik yang rajin, taat dan patuh dalam mengamalkan ajaran agamanya. Siswa di SDN 14 ATTS cenderung kurang memiliki dasar atau landasan yang kuat dalam beragama dan mengamalkan, menarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam dengan tujuan penguatan nilai-nilai keberagamaan siswa dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah model pendekatan evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Evaluasi Context, kegiatan keagamaan SDN 14 ATTS memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat yang sangat besar bagi stakeholders. Kegiatan ini berpedoman pada Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. 2). Evaluasi Input kegiatan keagamaan yang telah dilakukan melibatkan seluruh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang ada. Strategi kegiatan keagamaan sudah termasuk dalam kategori baik. Pembiayaan juga lancar. Ruang lingkup kegiatan ini melibatkan seluruh siswa. 3). Evaluasi Procces bahwa penanggung jawab kegiatan keagamaan di SDN 14 ATTS adalah kepala sekolah dan majelis guru kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk kelas III, IV, V dan IV. 4). Evaluasi Product kegiatan keagamaan memberikan pengetahuan untuk mengamalkan ajaran agama yang dianutnya.  

Regional Financial Performance Analysis is a form of accountability and a manifestation of financial decentralization and authority from the center to the regions. Regions that are able to manage their finances effectively and efficiently are certainly expected to be able to stimulate the economy through budget absorption in productive sectors and their potential so that they will be able to overall increase efficiency, effectiveness and independence. In this study, the ratio analysis of independence, efficiency and effectiveness is used to see how far the Tana Toraja Regency Government is in managing its regional finances. The results of the ratio calculations carried out resulted in an average independence rate of 22% during the research year (2017-2019). While the results of the calculation of the regional financial efficiency ratio are an average of 88% and the results of the calculation of the effectiveness ratio of regional original income reach an average of 71%.

This study aims to develop a higher order thinking skill (HOTS) test instrument which is used to measure students' critical thinking skills on circular material. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Putussibau using the research and development method of the Borg and Gall research design with 10 stages, namely, potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision. , trial use, product revision and mass product. But in this study only up to stage 8, namely the use trial. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it was found that the results of the validation of the HOTS test instrument from the three experts were in the valid category. While the effectiveness of the HOTS test instrument based on the results of the analysis is included in the effective category. The final form of the product of this research is the HOTS test instrument as many as 3 essay questions which are used to measure students' critical thinking skills.    

Based on the observations of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) actors in Koto Baru, Solok Regency, in general these MSMEs are not optimistic in running their business, it can be seen from the many business owners who are not confident to compete, most of them think they are not able to compete with other UMKM who have run their business first. business, when in fact the products they have can compete and can even be better if they can be managed properly and lack of knowledge and skills about business management and the use of technology, including licensing issues, administrative problems and other simple bookkeeping. The aim is to find out how the competencies and characteristics of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Koto Baru are.This research was carried out at the new Koto UMKM with the address at Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Sources of data used in this study is primary through the distribution of questionnaires regarding the competence and characteristics of entrepreneurship on business development. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling, as many as 70 people.The results show that partially entrepreneurial competence has a positive effect on business development, the t-count value is greater than t-table, namely 5.041> 1.9954, and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive effect on business development. t table is 4.092 > 1.9954 and the value is  significant 0.000 <0.05. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 14,642 and the Ftable value is 3,13. This states that simultaneously or simultaneously competence and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive effect on the development of the Koto Baru UMKM business.  

This study aims to determine the design of e-business strategies, especially in the culinary field in the Home Industry. Currently,many small and medium entrepreneurs use internet technology to increase their competitive advantage in selling culinary businesses. One popular strategy is the use of e-business, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram to improve the performance of business operations. However,to implement an e-business strategy, sellers needa model that can attract customers so that they can generate profits. In this study the authors used a theoretical approach which only describes theories as a basis for thinking and literary methods in which this research method retrieves data from a collection of articles, journals and books from all forms of related sources. The author obtains results from research showing that E-Bussines Home Industry is able to generate promising profits and can compete and innovate to produce new products and have high selling value for the progress of Home Industry businesses, especially in the culinary field,now and in the future.

One of the causes that encourage women (wives) to work in the public sector or to become breadwinners for their families is family poverty. The agricultural industry plays an important role in creating employment opportunities for women. Likewise, the agricultural sector is the main source of income for most women in Bekalar Village; women farmers in Bekalar Village are involved in agriculture from planting to harvesting; This cannot be separated from the role of women. Because women's involvement in agriculture increases family income, this study will examine how the contribution of female farmers to family economic income in Bekalar Village. This research is a descriptive research that tries to describe the objects and phenomena studied, namely how the contribution of women farmers to the economic income of families in Bekalar Village, Kandis District, Siak Regency. Based on the findings of this study, women farmers in Bekalar Village have a contribution to the family's economic income in terms of women farmers being able to meet the needs of the family. Women farmers working in the agricultural industry face a number of challenges, including unpredictable market prices for agricultural products and prejudice against women, who have dual responsibilities in the household.

This study aims to find out how hard skills and soft skills change in the embroidery MSME group in Gampong Sidorejo, Langsa City before and after the Workshop activities. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research type, with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. MSMEs are an important part of the economy of a nation. The activities carried out in MSME activities are producing goods and trading in order to obtain large profits/income, but previously in order to produce quality goods, MSME groups must have adequate HR skills. The results showed that workshops can provide skill changes to the HR of the MSME group, which is seen from the level of knowledge and skills regarding the technique of designing embroidery motifs, the mothers of the MSME embroidery group have begun to understand the techniques of designing embroidery motifs and are able to make beautiful embroidery motif designs. At the level of increasing sales revenue, it can be seen that there was an increase in income of around 50% after the workshop activities were held. The economic growth of the people of Gampong Sidorejo, Langsa City, especially the embroidery MSME group, is at a good level, this is measured by an increase in embroidery production and income in the community's economic activities.

Analysis of panel data regression is a regression method to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable using combined data, namely between cross-section data and time-series data.Analysis of panel data regression can apply to the processing of rice production estimates for an area including the province of North Sumatera. North Sumatera is one of the provinces in Indonesia, at the very of the population focuses on the agricultural sector as the main livelihood in rice being the primary production. Based on data on the development of rice production at the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province, the level of rice production in 2019 for North Sumatra Province reached 4,693,563 Ton/Year.Throught Panel Data Regression Analysis with the three approach methods is Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM) , the best approach method is obtained, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with the best estimation model is . The coefficient of determination  of 0.950890, which means that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 95.08% on rice production.Based on the estimation model, the development of rice production in the next 3 years, namely 2020, 2021 and 2022, has changes of around 39.88% (decrease), 10.68% (increase), 9.89% (increase).

Calculation results using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm obtained the vehicle mileage of 695.08 km with a savings of 11 km or 1.56%.

This method is carried out by describing the phenomena that occur as a result of international trade carried out by Indonesia on Indonesia's economic growth. Analysis can be carried out using quantitative research methods, because this research will discuss the 4P strategy, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion which will be part of the four main keys to making a marketing strategy for Nasi Kucing which will be sold by Angkringan CA Gading Serpong. In terms of target customers, the average consumer who eats at this angkringan is students because access to this angkringan is not far from the university. This study has twenty kinds of indicators consisting of Product Quality, Product Design, Product Brand, Product Variants, Affordable Prices, Sales Competitiveness, Price Compatibility, Strategic Location, Affordable and Convenient, Order System more regularly, Media Promotion, Communication, Product Introduction , Advertising intensity through Food Blogger, so that the stability of a product is proven to satisfy customers and become loyal, a questionnaire needs to be made with a target of reaching 110 respondents who are customers of Angkringan CA Gading Serpong. This is a form of participation in filling out the questionnaire.

The research aims to find out how the palm oil mill workforce and how the production of oil palm smallholders contributes to the income of employees who work in oil palm plantations. The Rokan Hilir method used is interviews and documentation. Sampling was done purposively. The productivity of the palm oil mills is very high because the oil palm farmers are always pressing their superiors to achieve the targets they achieve. Meanwhile, oil palm farmers who have to reach the target of factory employees are unable to calculate how much % of their income is very large, so that the used palm fruit piles up in the factory until they have to fertilize the used palm fruit which is commonly called by the local community as janjangan. The saplings are thrown into the forest or into the oil palm, which the smallholders haven't harvested yet, why throw it back into the oil palm because the saplings can fertilize other palm oil. The research was conducted 3 times to interview employees of the palm oil mill. the pressure of oil palm farmers to achieve the target because their income is already optimal.

Food and agricultural products are perishable, so they have the potential to experience losses, both in quality and quantity during the post-harvest process and processing due to physiological changes in the form of physical, chemical and microbiological. As an effort to reduce losses during post-harvest and physiological changes, it is necessary to apply appropriate technology (appropriate technology). The application of ozone technology in the handling of fruits, vegetables and fishery products has good prospects because it is felt to be safe and effective. Ozone (O3) has the main function, namely as an oxidizer and disinfectant or a combination of these two functions. The high oxidation potential of ozone can be used to kill bacteria (sterilization process), remove color (decolorization process), remove odors (deodorization process), and decompose organic compounds (degradation process). The treatment of ozonized water in the storage of food products and agricultural products does not damage their nutritional content, because the ozone content itself will be lost by evaporation. If ozone is exposed to sunlight it will break down into oxygen compounds again. Utilization of ozone technology is widely used to reduce contamination and extend the shelf life of fresh fruit, vegetables and fishery products. This paper examines and synthesizes several research results related to the use of ozone for fruits, vegetables and other agricultural commodities during the postharvest process and handling of agricultural products.

Through children's orphanages with various activities that are able to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. Orphanages can also form children's personalities to become independent and accustomed to things that train children to be more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of foster parents in developing the creativity of orphanage children through training. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data obtained through observation and interviews. The location of this research is located at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Ms. Lubuk Attitude. With this research, it can be seen that the role of foster parents in increasing the creativity of orphans through training at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Mrs. Lubuk Kapaning, is by providing handicraft training, orphanage children can develop their creativity and become independent.

Pharmaceutical biotechnology products in the form of hand washing soap with an active ingredient of telang flower kombucha fermented solution have the potential to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus capitis, Bacillus cereus, and Pantoea dispersa bacteria. The aim of this study was to formulate and prepare hand washing soap with an active ingredient in a solution of seagrass kombucha fermentation to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus capitis, Bacillus cereus, and Pantoea dispersa. This research is an experimental laboratory by making 4 hand washing soap preparations, which consist of a hand washing soap base without an active substance. Hand washing soap base added to a solution of fermented butterfly pea flower kombucha at a sugar concentration of 20%, 30%, and 40%. Disc diffusion is a method used to calculate the average diameter of the inhibition zone for the three tested bacterial growth. The research data obtained were analyzed through one way ANOVA and post hoc analysis. The results of the ANOVA test proved that the obtained p value <0.05, which means that there were significant differences in the three treatment groups in inhibiting the growth of the three test bacteria. The post hoc analysis results also proved that 40% concentration was the best concentration in inhibiting the growth of the three tested bacteria, namely 18.34 mm (S. capitis/strong), 16.39 mm (B. cereus/strong), and 13.33 mm (P. disperse/strong).
