This study aims to identify how the development of human capital can be improved through optimizing the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in an effort to improve school quality. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the RKAS at SMKN 3 Tuban. The results of the research show that developing human capital through optimizing RKAS has the potential to improve school quality. Funds allocated wisely for teacher and student training programs, as well as extracurricular support and collaboration with other schools and industry visits, were able to develop teacher and student competencies. Optimal implementation of RKAS plays an important role in facilitating human capital development by ensuring proper allocation of funds and programs that are relevant to school needs.

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low numeracy skills in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the Jaritmatika method. This research involved 40 grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this study was classroom action research. From the results of the research, the average score in cycle I was 62.41% of 40 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 74.88%.

The objectives of the National Agrarian Law are in line with the objectives of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the legal foundation for the formation of the UUPA, namely "to protect the entire Indonesian nation, promote public welfare, educate the nation's life, and participate in carrying out world order based on freedom, eternal peace." and social justice”. Before there were clear rules governing land issues, many land conflicts occurred. One type of conflict that often occurs is between the state and the community regarding Nation Land Tenure Rights representing the public interest, and then private property ownership, which then results in social inequality that arises in society. social. In the compensation paradigm itself, it tends to mean that the holder of land rights has experienced a loss prior to the release of his land for public use. Presidential Decree No. 55 of 1993, Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2005 and Presidential Decree No. 65 of 2006 contain many weaknesses and are repressive in nature which harm land rights owners. Various cases of community welfare land acquisition development show various problems that arise in the implementation process. With the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government is trying to correct deficiencies in the previous laws and regulations regarding land acquisition for public purposes. Compensation for Land Acquisition Since the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government has assessed the value of compensation for each plot of land, including land, space above ground and basement, buildings, plants and land, for public purposes; and/or other things that can be assessed as Loss. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. It is recommended: First, in addition to regulating the independence of the OJK, there must also be freedom from state intervention, so that the government cannot intervene. Second, that the OJK really places the interests of the national economy and not the interests of entrepreneurs as the center of its regulatory task. Third, clarify the provisions that make it easier for the OJK to handle consumer complaints, so that there is no prejudice as if the OJK is providing financial support to consumers.

Medical records are an important part of reporting and recording as well as assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients, one of which is a summary form for discharge patients, which includes all services that have been provided to patients. It was found that there were still medical records that were not 100% complete according to service quality standards at the Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. Researchers analyzed the medical records of inpatients for COVID-19 cases, especially the summary form for discharge patients. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach. The purpose of this study was to determine standard operating procedures and calculate the percentage of completeness of inpatient medical records on the summary form of inpatient discharge patients in the case of covid-19 in March 2022, and to find out the obstacles in filling out the summary form of inpatient discharge in cases of covid-19 . Based on the results of a study of 152 medical records of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 cases, the average completeness rate was 92% complete and 8% incomplete. The need to resocialize standard operating procedures for filling out medical records and the need for hospital director decisions regarding the discipline of filling out medical records should be able to be carried out properly and on time .

Patient is a person who, directly or indirectly, consults a doctor or medical service about a health problem in order to receive the medical care the patient needs. After registering, patients need to wait until they get health services from the intended poly. The waiting time is understood as the time required from the arrival of the patient to the moment when the specialist performs the service. This study aims to review the length of waiting time for cardiac outpatient services at the Cilandak Marine Marine Hospital in 2022 using a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, namely conducting direct interviews with outpatients and directly reviewing the length of waiting time for patients. 74 patient samples, there were 23 patients (31.08%) whose waiting time was appropriate or below the minimum service standard of waiting time (≤60 minutes), while for 51 patients (68.92%) the waiting time did not meet the minimum service standard of time. waiting time (>60 minutes), with an average patient waiting time of 96 minutes. The fastest waiting time for patients is 41 minutes, while the longest waiting time for patients is 173 minutes. Factors that cause long waiting times for outpatients are the inadequate number of medical record officers and medical personnel, the number of patients who come at the same time, causing queues at the registration counter and queues at the poly, doctors' practice hours are quite at odds with registration hours at the counter, negligence of the patient when registering, not carrying a medical card, not carrying the necessary documents, and not the patient concerned who registers, and the number of medical personnel and officers is not sufficient.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality characteristics of Bank BSI on student satisfaction at UIN SMH Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey techniques. A total of 33 students from UIN SMH Banten received the question sheets. The analysis of the collected data was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Product Features Bank Syariah Indonesia's digital product, BSI Mobile aims to facilitate customer transactions and provide information to customers through the features offered. The second most important factor is feature development because product features are undeniable product benefits and characteristics that customers can directly use. Simple linear regression tests, t-tests (individually), F-tests, and validity tests were used to demonstrate and analyze. These results indicate that since the corrected elemental overall correlation is greater than 0.3, the product characteristics related to student satisfaction have been accepted as valid. The BSI Mobile-Product Mark is known to have a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, which indicates that the significance value of the BSI Mobile-Product Brand is less than 0.05 (= 5%). Therefore, this shows that H0 will be rejected and H2 will be accepted. The main result of this study is that there is a significant relationship between student satisfaction at UIN SMH Banten with product features of BSI Mobile.

Tax is a mandatory contribution from the public to the state. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the modernization of the administrative system, service quality, and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang. The data used in this study is primary data, and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The sample of this research is 100 taxpayer respondents at KPP Pratama East Semarang. Analysis of research data using SPSS software. While the results of this study indicate that modernization of the administrative system has a positive but not significant effect on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang, service quality has no effect and is not significant on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama East Semarang, and knowledge of taxation has a significant positive effect on compliance taxpayer.

The millennial generation connects with massive technological advances and the gigantic use of the internet, this condition requires millennial to make financial decisions quickly and accurately within one click/swab. Without financial literacy, technological advances that bring ease of shopping, ease of using credit cards and pay later will create a consumptive, burdensome debt, unlikely to afford unexpected expense and excessive use of credit cards. This study aims to examine whether financial literacy affects financial behavior of millenial generation with grit as a moderating variable. Using 137 sample of millennials in Semarang, the SPSS 25 analysis was conducted to test hypothesis.  Significant relationship not only found between financial literacy and financial behavior of the millennial generation in Semarang. Furthermore, the findings of this study confirms that grit moderates the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior.

The study aims to examine 1) The effect of Information asymmetry on earning management, 2) The Effect of bonus compensation on earning management, 3) The leverage effects on earning management of the manufacturing companies that were anlisted in BEI. The independent variables applied are information asymmetry, leverage and bonus. The methodology used multiple linear regression analysis and purposive sampling which comprising the whole number of 162 sample in 2008-2016. The research findings indicated that between the listed variables, information asymmetry and leverage hold positive impacts on profit management of long term discreationary accrual, but did not hold any on short term discretionary accrual. Meanwhile bonus hold positive impacts on profits management of short term discretionary accrual but did not hold any on long term discretionary accrual.

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of competence of human resources, internal control, use of technology and community participation on village fund accountability. The Kota Intan village community sees a lack of transparency from the village government, causing a sense of community apathy, that the authority for village development is the task of the village government. The population of this study consisted of village heads, village secretaries, BPD, section heads, heads of affairs, and heads of sub-villages and the criteria of research sample worked for at least 1 year with a minimum education of high school or equivalent. There was 83 respondents from 5 villages. The results of this study show that the competence of human resources had a positive but not significant effect on village fund accountability, there was a negative but not significant internal control effect on village fund accountability, there was a positive and significant influence on the use of technology on village fund accountability, and there was a positive but not significant effect community participation variable on accountability of village funds. The result of this study are expected to contribute to development of village fund accountability. While the urgency of this study relate information for the district government and the community so they know the principles of village fund accountability.   Keywords: Village Fund, human resource competency, internal control, community participation, accountability.

This study aims to analyze the role of competitive advantage as a variable moderating innovation capability and entrepreneurial marketing on the marketing performance of food and beverage SMEs in Central Java. Problems caused by declining MSME marketing performance around the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using a quantitative research approach and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population of this study is the SMEs in the catering industry in Central Java Province, including a total of 100 SMEs, and the sample is determined by simple random sampling. The results of the analysis show that innovation capability, entrepreneurial marketing, and competitive advantage have positive and significant effects on marketing performance. This study aims to analyze business combination accounting with IFRS convergence in the financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia Persero (Tbk). The research method used in this research is qualitative method, with content analysis as the data analysis technique. This research is based on the results of a review of the PT Garuda Indonesia Persero (Tbk) financial statement in 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2018, which were taken from the company's official website. The results of the study show that PT Garuda Indonesia Persero (Tbk) has complied in applying the PSAK 22 business combination accounting standards (revisions 2010, 2015 and 2018) which have converged well with IFRS in its financial statements. This research can provide an important contribution for the stakeholders to assess company compliance with applicable accounting reporting standards.

After implementing the SCADA system there are less time and frequency savings compared to before implementing the SCADA system. This means that the SCADA reliability index is much better after implementing the SCADA system..
