Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung budaya sekolah dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui loyalitas guru di SMPN 2 Balen Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 32 guru yang diambil melalui teknik sensus sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas guru. Meskipun budaya sekolah dan kepuasan kerja secara langsung tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung melalui loyalitas guru. Loyalitas guru sendiri terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja dan loyalitas guru, serta budaya sekolah dan kepuasan kerja di SMPN 2 Balen Bojonegoro dinilai baik hingga sangat baik.

This research aims to determine the influence of the managerial competence of school principals at Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Middle School in Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was 30 teachers, so the sample size in this study was 30 teachers, because the population was less than 100, based on Suharsimi Arikunto opinion, the entire population was used (population study). The main data collection technique uses a 5 Likert scale answer choice form. Data is analyzed using simple linear regression to test the research hypothesis.  Based on the data processing carried out statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, which explains that there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance. This is obtained from the result of the Pearson correlation test which shows that the value is 0.512 > tubel 0.361 and the results of the simple linear regression test produce contribution Y’ = 100.242 + 0.322 X, so the results of this test explain that there is a correlation between the managerial comptence of school principals and teacher performance.apart from that, tests are carried out T-test which produced a t-count of 3.157 > t-table, namely 2.048, with a significance value of 0.004 < 5% (0.05). The results in the ANOVA table also support the acceptance of Ha, where the sig. 0.004 < alpha value or 0.05. So, the hypothesis simultaneously proves that there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of school principals on teacher performance. Calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the principal's managerial competency variable is able to explain the student learning achievement variable by 26,2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 73.8% is explained by other variables not studied.  From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance at Al-Ulum Terpadu Islamic Middle School, Medan. This influence can be seen from the school principal in making a defined plan, making decisions, organizing the resources they have, and carrying out evaluations to improve teacher performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung motivasi kerja dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMP N 1 Kasiman Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP N 1 Kasiman Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 36 orang baik yang berstatus PNS maupun PPPK. Sampel sebanyak 36 orang menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  analisis  Partial  Least  Squarel  (PLS) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan supervisi akademik berada pada kategori tinggi. Motivasi kerja dan supervisi akademik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun hanya supervisi akademik yang berpengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Kepuasan kerja guru juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan pengaruh motivasi kerja dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja tidak signifikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) guru, dan kinerja guru di SMKN Rengel Tuban dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior di SMKN Rengel Tuban. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Responden terdiri dari 79 guru SMKN Rengel Tuban, yang meliputi PNS, PPPK, dan honorer. Sensus atau sampling total adalah teknik pengambilan sampel. teknik pengumpulan data dengan Studi Literatur dan Daftar pertanyaan (questionaire). Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Temuan utama penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kinerja dan OCB mereka termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan motivasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dianggap sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap OCB guru serta kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB guru. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru, namun tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, OCB guru terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan motivasi secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui OCB. Begitu juga dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui OCB.

This study was conducted on the basis of describing the Role of Cooperatives in Increasing Teachers' Interest in Joining the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative (Case Study of the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative of the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School). This study was conducted from October 2023 to July 2024. The study used a phenomenological approach. The data validation technique was carried out by digging up information from several informants who were directly related to the cooperative. In addition, the researcher also conducted direct observations at the research location to verify the data whether the data obtained from the informants was in line with the reality in the field or not. The results of this study, the author concluded that the cooperative had not been able to carry out its role properly in increasing teachers' interest in joining and actively participating in the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative, as can be seen from the cooperative members who left the cooperative, the number of members did not increase every year. This is also referred to by several factors, namely individual factors and environmental factors. To overcome the lack of interest of teachers to join the Musthafawiyah employee cooperative, namely by increasing socialization and communication, strengthening the role of leadership, providing incentives and ease of joining, improving the quality of cooperative services, and creating synergy with related institutions.

The role of Christian religious education teachers is crucial in guiding teenagers to use gadgets wisely and in line with Christian teachings. Uncontrollable use of gadgets can lead to addiction, which in turn can damage the understanding of Christian values and moral behavior of adolescents. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Christian Religious Education Teachers in Preventing Gadget Addiction in Teenagers. The results of this study show that (1) Christian Religious Education teachers have a very important role in helping adolescents understand and overcome the problem of gadget addiction through moral and spiritual education based on biblical values. (2) Christian Religious Education teachers need to collaborate with parents in preventing and overcoming gadget addiction in adolescents (3) Christian Religious Education teachers, play a role in guiding adolescents in dealing with the use of gadgets wisely, as well as highlighting strategies that can be used to achieve this goal including effective communication. Thus, Christian Religious Education Teachers as a foundation in overcoming and building awareness of adolescents so that adolescents are not affected in the excessive use of gadgets. 

The pedagogical competence of Catholic religious education teachers in implementing the School Literacy Movement (SLM) is crucial for enhancing students' literacy skills, which contribute to character development. This study aims to describe the implementation of the pedagogical competence of Catholic religious education teachers in the school literacy movement at SD Negeri 004 Datah Bilang Ulu. This qualitative study employed interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data from 10 informants, consisting of Catholic religious education teachers, homeroom teachers, the principal, and students. The collected data were analyzed using interactive analysis, starting from data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the pedagogical competence of Catholic STRATEGI PEMASARAN YANG DILAKUKAN DI PLAZA TUNJUNGAN III SURABAYA DALAM MEMASARKAN SEMUA PRODUKNYA 2 Lumen - VOLUME 1, NO. 1, JUNI 2022 religious education teachers in SLM includes: (1) literacy guidance outside of school, (2) extending literacy learning to the home, (3) introducing basic literacy, and (4) using creative teaching methods. This shows that Catholic religious education teachers are capable of understanding students' learning characteristics, using diverse and adaptive teaching methods, and communicating effectively to facilitate efficient learning in supporting students' literacy skills. However, based on the evaluation results, the SLM program at this school is still in its initial implementation phase or habituation phase. This indicates that the school is not yet fully prepared to implement SLM comprehensively, primarily due to a lack of resources, the roles of teachers, the principal, and community participation that have not been maximized, as well as the need for increased government support. This means that while the school is committed, it has not yet implemented it according to the established guidelines and has not reached the stage of providing innovations and becoming a driver for advancing SLM.

Indonesia is known for its rich ethnic and cultural diversity, one of which is the Minangkabau ethnic group, renowned for its strong ancestral traditions. This research aims to visualize the philosophy of "Alam Takambang Jadi Guru" upheld by the Minangkabau community through Islamic calligraphy painting. The method used is a descriptive approach with the exploration of calligraphy art elements inspired by the works of national calligraphy artists such as H. Purwanto Zain. The findings of the study show that this philosophy serves not only as a life guide but also as an inspiration in calligraphy art that combines traditional and religious values. The implications of this work are a form of spiritual devotion and an effort to preserve the Minangkabau culture, rich in noble values. In conclusion, the resulting calligraphy art is able to inspire the next generation to continue appreciating nature as a teacher and to understand the greatness of Allah SWT in every aspect of life.

This study aims to examine the strengthening of teacher competencies among student teachers participating in the Field Experience Practice (PPL) at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara, which is a partner school of STAI Sangatta. The background of this research is based on the importance of teacher competencies in the era of Education 4.0 and the strategic role of the PPL program in equipping prospective teachers with adequate pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that the PPL program at SMKN 1 Sangatta Utara is effective in developing the four key competencies of prospective teachers: pedagogical, professional, social, and personal. This competency strengthening includes the ability of students to design student-centered learning, develop communication skills, and integrate technology into teaching. This research is expected to contribute to the improvement and development of the PPL program in the future and serve as a reference for other higher education institutions in preparing competent and adaptive prospective teachers in the digital era.

This devotion discusses the Role of Teachers and KKN Students in Teaching the Quran at TPQ Miftahul Khairot, Desa Bukit Peninjauan I. KKN student devotion  to help and teach the Quran to children. This activity not only focuses on knowledge transfer, but also involves various supporting aspects such as collaboration with TPQ teachers in order to improve the quality of Qur'an learning. This study aims to determine the role of teachers and KKN students in teaching the Qur'an at TPQ Miftahul Khairot, Desa Bukit Peninjauan I. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study show the role of teachers, namely as teachers, motivators, facilitators and supervisors. Meanwhile, the role of students as teachers, motivators and documentation

Anak-anak adalah anugerah terindah dari Tuhan yang harus dididik, dibina dan diajar sejak kecil. Didikan sejak kecil akan menjadi fondasi yang kuat bagi anak-anak dalam menjalani hidup mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaiman impelementasi belajar Alkitab pada anak berdasarkan 2 Timotius 3:15 dan menguraikan bagaimana kitab 2 Timotius 3:15 menjadi dasar bagi pertumbuhan kerohanian anak di Gereja Antioch Mission Church Tangerang. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, melliputi kurangnya waktu anak dalam belajar Alkitab, kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan anak tentang Firman Tuhan, serta pengaruh media sosial dan teknologi yang menjadi penghambat bagi anak-anak dalam membangun kerohanian mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan studi Pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi belajar Alkitab pada anak sangat berdampak bagi pertumbuhan kerohani anak di Gereja Antioch Mission Church Tangerang. Melalui belajar Alkitab sejak dini, membantu anak-anak mengenal Tuhan Yesus Kristus, mampu memberikan mereka hikmat dan menuntun mereka kepada keselamatan oleh iman dalam Yesus Kristus. Untuk mengajarkan Alkitab pada anak, orang tua, guru sekolah minggu, dan gereja sangat berperang penting dalam membimbing, membina dan membentuk anak-anak untuk bertumbuh dalam pengenalan akan Tuhan Yesus Kristus dengan benar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Christian Education Teacher on the Character of Class X Students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, Simalungun Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used was a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population was 159 Protestant Christian students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, Simalungun Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year and a sample of 40 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 39 items, namely 20 items for variable X and 19 items for variable Y. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Character of Class X Students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, Simalungun Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) Positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.479> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 40) = 0.312. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 3.364> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 38) = 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test Y ̂="2.85" + 0.79X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 22.9%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = ( = 0.05, df numerator k = 13, df denominator = n-2 = 40-2 = 38) which is 11.3 > 2.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The role of teachers in increasing student learning motivation is one of the integral activities that must exist in learning activities. In addition to providing and transferring knowledge, teachers are also tasked with increasing children's motivation in learning. It is undeniable that student learning is very different from other people's, therefore it is important for teachers to always motivate students so that students always have a spirit of learning and are able to become outstanding students and can develop themselves optimally. The learning process will be successful if students are motivated to learn. Therefore, teachers need to grow students' learning motivation optimally. Teachers are required to be creative to motivate students to learn. Learning motivation is the meaning, value, and learning benefits of learning activities that are quite interesting for students to carry out learning activities.

One effort to improve elementary school students' arithmetic (numeracy) skills is to use learning media in the form of an abacus. The abacus, also known as mental arithmetic, is a medium for developing thinking and calculating abilities in mathematics and is able to balance the abilities of the right and left brain. Therefore, SD 01 Ulak Karang teachers need to improve their skills in using the abacus, so that these skills can be mastered and provided to students well. The method of this activity includes basic level abacus training, namely (1) introducing body posture when using an abacus, (2) introducing the rules and how to operate/move the abacus beads, (3) introducing number notations represented by one or a group of abacus beads.  (4) introduce the technique of calculating addition and subtraction using an abacus and practice questions. Based on the results of this activity, the teachers at SDN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan are familiar with the technique of calculating with an abacus and can use the abacus to carry out addition and subtraction operations correctly and quickly. The teachers were very enthusiastic about being able to master all the techniques and calculation operations with the abacus.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics and competencies on employee performance and the role of perceived organizational support as a moderating variable (Study on Waibakul Christian High School Teachers, Central Sumba). The independent variables in this study consisted of job characteristics variables (X1) and job competency variables (X2). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y), and perceived organizational support as a moderating variable (M). This type of research is quantitative research, using descriptive analysis and path analysis.

The results of the study are known that the Role of Islamic Religious Teachers in developing emotional and spiritual intelligence in Driyorejo PGRI 2 Junior High School namely (1) the teacher acts as a motivator, advisor, role model, guide, disciplinarian, corrector, demonstrator, guide for students in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual at SMP PGRI 2 Driyorejo; (2) Supporting factors in developing emotional and spiritual intelligence are good communication between students and teachers and the presence of infrastructure. The use of media in every activity is an absolute necessity for an educator because every learning activity that takes place in schools and universities requires educators to utilize technology when they are in the classroom or learning that takes place in a row. This is what happened in the Primary School Teacher education study program at the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) where the role of technology is very much needed, both as a medium and as a tool in learning. This research aims to analyze what needs are needed in the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) PGSD Study Program as a form of support during the learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where researchers conduct observations and interviews with students in the study program to find facts about the need for learning media in the PGSD Study Program. This research also aims to analyze the needs of the students of the PGSD Study Program at the Sinar Pancasila Teacher Training and Education College (STKIP) regarding the use of media that have not been met; lack of existing facilities in the study program; and opinions and input from study program students during the learning process as well as solutions offered based on the results of research data.

In building good teacher performance, it is necessary to provide additional allowances to improve teacher welfare. This will lead to teacher commitment in educating. This study aims to determine the impact of providing additional allowances and commitment on teacher performance. The research location is at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang using qualitative research that relies on observations, interviews, and documentation on the object of research so as to produce data that describes in detail. With the results of the study that the provision of additional allowances provided by the principal at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang has an impact on improving teacher performance such as teachers willing to work overtime to do the tasks given by the school. In addition, the commitment of teachers at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang is high and can be seen by the enthusiasm and activity of the teachers in carrying out various ideas in the learning process..
