Systematically, this paper describes the reasons for the importance of educational entrepreneurship in character building for students and assumes that educational entrepreneurship will encourage students to start entrepreneurship. The many problems of poverty do have consequences on competition in getting jobs because in Indonesia it is very limited. It is only fitting that as the next generation of the nation in the future, students should be persistent in encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship so that they do not rely on limited job opportunities but must become job providers and creators. The method used in this study is the Literature Review method, which is to review the themes raised. The way to collect information from this library activity is from various library sources which are needed as a source for developing new ideas in the form of a framework which will eventually become a theory. Entrepreneurial character through learning about entrepreneurship can be built through higher education. For students to cultivate entrepreneurial traits, they must start early because truly reliable and successful entrepreneurs start from small to large things or businesses, not the other way around. Students must get rid of thoughts about entrepreneurship, namely when starting a business they must have large capital money and feel unable to take risks that will be faced in the future.

Adolescent delinquency behavior often stems from teenagers' involvement with peer groups at school or in the educational environment. This can develop into more serious criminal behavior later on. Adolescents engaged in delinquent behavior can be categorized as Juvenile Offenders (JO). Peer groups provide a social environment in which JOs can learn and develop various aspects of themselves; however, they also serve as a primary source of negative influence. Similar habitus within social groups reinforce solidarity and camaraderie within them, which may be a reason for teenagers to join peer groups from the same social class. This also provides a sense of comfort and acceptance, while joining groups from different social classes can lead to feelings of inferiority and inequality. Thus, peer groups can have both positive and negative implications depending on the social conditions within a peer group.

The impact of standardization on Labor Vocational High School (SMK Labor) is felt by students, teachers, and staff, particularly in all activities related to the library information system that must comply with the procedures (SOP) established in ISO 9001:2000 SOP. The current library information system has not been audited yet, and it is not known whether it has supported the achievement of the school's vision and mission. A technique is needed to control and ensure that the library information system aligns with the organization's objectives. This is the reason why an audit of the Library Information System usage at SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar needs to be conducted. The audit of the library information system uses the COBIT 5 framework with the Delivery, Service, and Support (DSS) domain, namely DSS.1, DSS.5, DSS.11, DSS.12, and DSS.13. The research results show that there is one process with capability level 4, which is DSS02, and there are five processes with capability level 3, namely DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05. The overall capability level obtained based on the average is 3, which means that most of the activities in the DSS domain for the library information system at SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar have been carried out. There are standardized implementations for these processes, and they are well-documented and communicated. This study implies that through the assessment of capability levels related to the Library Information System at SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar, it can be continued in the future development of specific business processes, especially when there is an increasing number of customer services with diverse library service products. This can be done within the COBIT 5 audit framework.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal impact and reasons for the community to maintain the Molas Kole tradition against women who commit adultery in West Manggarai Regency. The type of research used by researchers in conducting this research is empirical research translated by legal research complemented by empirical data. The results show that the legal impact of the Molas Kole Teradition is also very large. In addition to the impact on women on children, and the impact of this one customary law also has an impact on the family. The reason for the community to maintain this tradition is also irrelevant because when maintaining a customary crime which in its resolution has many losers, this custom can no longer be used as a way out in solving problems in society. The holding of this Customary Law Tradition is also contrary to church law, because many perpetrators of the Molas Kole tradition separate themselves from their husbands or wives and remarry without being known by the church, so that it will cause new problems that can ensnare the two perpetrators and even the family will also be involved.

There are three inheritance law systems in Indonesia that apply, namely inheritance law based on civil inheritance law, Islamic inheritance law and customary inheritance law. To this day, customary inheritance law still has a strong influence and is still applied in various regions in Indonesia even though the majority have adhered to Islam. This shows the complexity of the inheritance law system in Indonesia, which reflects the country's cultural and religious diversity. The differences between these three inheritance laws explain the reason why unification between these three inheritance laws is very difficult or impossible in Indonesia. This also makes it difficult to implement the regulations of The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) to eliminate discrimination against women which is still often found in the inheritance law system in Indonesia.

The government of a country which has the power to regulate people's lives does not act arbitrarily, there is a regulatory system that regulates it. The control system describes a hierarchy or ranking from the highest level of rules to the lowest level of rules. The highest level of rules in a country is called the constitution. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen knowledge about the concept and urgency of this institution in national and state life. The research method used was a literature review. By collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or knowledge from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show that the Constitution is the implementation of legal rules in the relationship between society and government. Constitutionalism creates a situation that can increase feelings of security due to restrictions on previously established government authority. There are three views on the role of the constitution in national and state life, namely: The first view assumes that every country has a constitution, but the constitution should not be seen as everything. The second view assumes that the constitution is nothing more than the basic rules of the state in administering the state, and that the most important thing for the state is honest, authoritative and law-abiding state administration. The third view assumes that the constitution does not play a significant role in state life.

Democracy as a system has become an alternative in various social and state activities in several countries. The reason for making democracy a social and state system is because almost all countries in the world have made democracy a fundamental principle. Apart from making democracy a principle of statehood, it has essentially provided direction for the role of society in running the state as its highest organization, so that citizens need correct knowledge and understanding about democracy.  Democracy based on Pancasila shows how important harmony is between democratic principles and Indonesian values. This reflects the close connection between Pancasila as the state ideology and democratic principles in the Indonesian government system. The research method used is a literature review, by collecting all material related to the discussion from books, journals, written works and others. The results of the collection show that the concept and urgency of democracy originating from Pancasila is seen from the people who are led by wisdom in deliberation/representation: Pancasila emphasizes the importance of people's participation in decision making, both directly and through representatives, based on wisdom. Deliberation for consensus : The principle of deliberation in Pancasila underlines the importance of reaching agreement through discussion and consultation, which is the essence of consensual democracy. Social justice for all Indonesian people: Democracy in Pancasila must have a positive impact on all levels of society and guarantee social justice. The Urgency of Democracy in Pancasila People's Participation: The concept of democracy in Pancasila ensures that the people have an active role in the decision-making process, thereby strengthening the rights and responsibilities of citizens. Protection of Human Rights: Democracy originating from Pancasila provides better protection for human rights, such as freedom of opinion, assembly and religion. Preventing Oligarchy: Pancasila encourages the involvement of more people in politics, thereby preventing the concentration of power in the hands of a few individuals or groups (oligarchy). Balance Between Freedom and Justice: Democracy in Pancasila prioritizes a balance between individual freedom and social justice, thereby avoiding abuse of freedom that is detrimental to society.

This research aims to analyze the judge's considerations regarding the circumstances of mitigating the sentence in the Supreme Court decision Number 813k/Pid/2023 based on the principle of proportionality of punishment. The principle of proportionality of punishment is a principle of criminal law which demands that the punishment given must be proportional to the error committed by the convict. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing data from relevant Supreme Court decisions as well as theoretical reviews related to the principle of proportionality of punishment. The research results show that the judge's consideration of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's service as a member of the National Police as a mitigating circumstance was appropriate. Although theoretically, a person's service should not be used as a reason to mitigate punishment, in practice, the service of a defendant is often considered in court decisions in Indonesia. However, the judge's consideration of merit as a reason for mitigating punishment in this case was not sufficient to reduce the reproach attached to the defendant, especially with his state apparatus status. Therefore, the decision of the panel of judges to change the sentence to life imprisonment was wrong and not in accordance with the principle of proportionality

Ijaz Al-Quran or miracles of the Al-Quran is a concept that emphasizes the superiority and uniqueness of the Al-Quran which cannot be matched by humans. In the view of the Muktazilah, a school of Islamic theology that developed in the 8th to 10th centuries AD, Ijaz Al-Quran is analyzed through a rational and theological approach. Muktazilah emphasized that the miracle of the Al-Quran lies in aspects of its language, rhetoric and scientific content which exceed ordinary human abilities. Muktazilah believes that the superiority of the Al-Quran in the linguistic aspect is clear evidence of human inability to produce something comparable. They also consider the harmonious structure and composition of the Al-Quran, as well as the scientific accuracy found therein, to be strong evidence of divine revelation. In view, the miracles of the Al-Quran also include its ability to influence and change human behavior and beliefs. Even though the Muktazilah used a rational approach in interpreting the ijaz of the Al-Quran, they still acknowledged that the main source of this miracle was Allah. They argue that the use of reason and reasoning in understanding the superiority of the Al-Quran does not reduce the spiritual value and belief in revelation. Thus, the Muktazilah's view of the ijaz of the Al-Quran reflects a balance between rationality and spirituality in their theological understanding.

One way to instill good morals and morals is through discipline at school. The words discipline are sometimes a scourge for students, because some teachers still apply violence in disciplinary education. Punishment is not an effective method for creating self-control in students. The punishment imposed will encourage bullying at school.
