This study examines the influence of e-commerce platforms on the growth of MSMEs in the post-pandemic era, focusing on the implementation of entrepreneurial marketing strategies in the digital ecosystem. This research aims to understand how e-commerce platforms help MSMEs in developing more adaptive and effective marketing strategies amid changes in consumer behavior post-pandemic. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between the use of e-commerce platforms, entrepreneurial marketing strategies, and the growth of MSMEs. The main findings show that the use of e-commerce platforms has a significant effect on entrepreneurial marketing strategies, which in turn encourages the growth of MSMEs. This research contributes to the literature on MSME digitalization, particularly in the context of post-pandemic recovery, and shows how e-commerce platforms can be an important enabler for MSMEs to survive and thrive amid changing market challenges. The urgency of this research lies in its contribution in providing insights into the implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies, which is highly relevant for MSMEs trying to adapt to the post-pandemic business landscape. This community service program aims to empower student entrepreneurs through digitalization and strengthening sustainable business capacity. The activities are comprehensively designed with a participatory and experiential learning approach, so that participants not only understand the concepts theoretically but also are able to apply them practically. The program consists of various activities, such as interactive workshops on digital marketing and sustainable business models, business clinics to analyze current business problems, digitalization simulations using online platforms, individual mentoring sessions by business practitioners, and presentations of business plans developed by each participant. A total of 30 students from various study programs were actively involved and demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the process. Program evaluation was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and assessments of the developed digital action plans. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in cognitive aspects (understanding of digitalization concepts, sustainable business models, and digital marketing strategies), affective (interest and commitment to business development), and application (the ability to develop and present innovative business plans relevant to digital challenges). Ninety percent of participants were able to develop digital action plans that encompassed the use of social media, e-commerce, digital payment systems, and technology integration in business operations. Furthermore, the program encouraged collaboration among students in building business networks and young entrepreneur communities. Positive participant feedback demonstrated that the participatory approach and hands-on practice were effective in increasing student motivation and readiness to face business challenges in the digital era. The program has proven effective in enhancing students' entrepreneurial competencies and fostering an adaptive business mindset.

This study formulates integrative strategies to revitalize the Darussalam Prayer Hall in Jorong Situjuah Gadang, Nagari Situjuah Gadang. A qualitative-descriptive case study was conducted using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and visual documentation, with data analyzed through reduction, thematic presentation, and triangulation. Results show a 25% increase in congregational attendance after improvements to physical facilities, particularly lighting and seating, accompanied by creative programs such as calligraphy, hadroh, and thematic studies. The use of local social media (WhatsApp and Instagram) enhanced digital engagement by 200%, while youth involvement grew significantly. Collaboration between takmir, community leaders, and digital volunteers was identified as a critical success factor. The study concludes that combining physical improvements, innovative programs, and digital communication creates a synergistic effect in revitalizing prayer hall activities. Recommendations include establishing an annual Islamic cultural festival, developing a digital scheduling platform, and strengthening takmir management training to ensure sustainability.

The development of digital technology has encouraged companies to utilize digital marketing to increase competitiveness and sales. This research analyzes digital marketing strategies through the social media platforms Instagram and TikTok at PT. Akasa Kreasi Bersama. Both platforms have the advantage of reaching a wider audience and increasing interaction with consumers through visual content and short videos. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that Instagram is effective in building a brand image through its Stories, Reels and IGTV features, while TikTok excels in spreading content virally thanks to its interaction-based algorithm. The use of paid advertising and collaboration with influencers also contributes to increasing sales conversions. However, the main challenges in implementing this strategy are dynamic changes in social media algorithms and the need to create content that is innovative and relevant to trends. Therefore, companies need to carry out regular evaluations and strategy adjustments to remain competitive in digital marketing.

This study explores the implementation of Lesson Study within the teaching practicum (PPL) program to enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and the teaching competencies of pre-service teachers. Employing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, the research was conducted in three cycles involving second-grade students at UPT SD Negeri Latsari. Each cycle consisted of the Lesson Study stages: planning, execution, and reflection. The findings indicate significant improvements in all targeted areas. Student engagement showed a steady increase, starting from 63% in Cycle 1 and reaching 91% in Cycle 3, supported by interactive strategies such as group worksheets, flipbook media, and the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model. Correspondingly, learning outcomes improved, with average test scores rising from 68.2 in Cycle 1 to 83.7 in Cycle 3. Furthermore, pre-service teachers demonstrated notable development in key teaching competencies, particularly in lesson planning, classroom management, and reflective practices. Overall, the study underscores the effectiveness of Lesson Study in promoting collaborative teaching practices, improving the quality of instruction, and fostering professional growth among pre-service teachers. The integration of innovative and interactive learning strategies within the Lesson Study framework contributed significantly to creating a more engaging and impactful learning environment for students.

The increase in trade tariffs is a serious challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in maintaining the competitiveness of their products in domestic and international markets. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and practical skills to MSMEs about adaptive and sustainable marketing strategy innovations. Socialization is carried out through workshops and interactive discussions involving MSMEs from various sectors. The material presented includes the use of digital media, increasing product branding, market diversification, and competitive pricing strategies. The activity results show an increase in participants' knowledge in implementing innovative marketing approaches and awareness of the importance of digital transformation in dealing with external pressures such as increasing trade tariffs. Thus, this activity is expected to strengthen MSME resilience and encourage sustainable business growth. This activity also opens up opportunities for further collaboration between academics and MSMEs in developing strategic solutions based on real needs in the field.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face complex challenges in competing in the global market, where innovative marketing strategies such as experiential marketing are believed to increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty. However, its effectiveness is still debated due to inconsistent findings and the lack of holistic studies that combine quantitative-qualitative approaches. This study aims to analyse the influence of the five dimensions of experiential marketing (Schmitt, 1999) on brand awareness and consumer loyalty of global MSMEs, while exploring the challenges of its implementation. A mixed-methods explanatory sequential design method was used, with quantitative SEM analysis (AMOS 28.0) on 250 global consumers and in-depth interviews with 15 MSME players. Results show the feel (β = 0.48, p < 0.001) and relate (β = 0.35, p = 0.002) dimensions have a significant effect on increasing brand awareness, which acts as a full mediator towards loyalty (indirect effect: β = 0.29, p < 0.01). Qualitative findings revealed cultural adaptation and resource allocation as keys to success. This research provides theoretical contributions by extending Schmitt's (1999) model through the integration of brand awareness as a mediator, as well as practical implications in the form of recommendations for glocalisation strategies and the use of AR/VR technology for MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the need for a website-based high-level thinking ability response text teaching module. This study is a type of qualitative research that focuses on the analysis of the need for a website-based high-level thinking ability response text teaching module at the junior high school level. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kanor and MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Banjaranyar in January 2025 with 48 seventh grade students as research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the need for a website-based high-level thinking ability response text teaching module is very much needed by respondents or students. The findings of the integration are considered capable of providing an innovative and substantive learning experience.

This study analyzes digital media learning innovations in teaching aqidah and akhlak in the digital era. With the advancement of information technology, digital media has become an important tool to increase student engagement and understanding of aqidah values. The use of interactive media, such as animated films and multimedia applications, has proven effective in enriching the learning experience and increasing student motivation. Although there are challenges, such as lack of training for teachers and gaps in access to technology, a comprehensive strategy can help overcome these obstacles. The integration of digital literacy in aqidah education has also been identified as an important aspect to prepare students to face modern challenges. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital media not only supports the delivery of material but also contributes to the formation of student character. It is hoped that this study can be a reference for the development of more innovative and effective teaching methods in the context of aqidah and akhlak education.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) on enhancing students’ problem-solving abilities in physics education. The integration of IoT into PBL is seen as a progressive approach to address the growing demand for innovative instructional strategies that promote higher-order thinking skills. A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group format to assess the effectiveness of the intervention. The participants were 25 undergraduate physics students from the University of West Sulawesi, selected through saturated sampling due to the limited population size. To evaluate students’ problem-solving skills, data were collected using structured written tests designed around five key indicators: understanding the problem, describing the problem, planning the solution, executing the solution, and evaluating the results. Prior to hypothesis testing, normality of the data was assessed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, followed by paired sample t-tests with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 to determine the significance of differences in pretest and posttest scores. The findings revealed a statistically significant improvement in students’ problem-solving skills following the implementation of the IoT-based PBL model, with results showing significance at the 5% level and gain scores classified as effective. These outcomes demonstrate the potential of the PBL-IoT integration to foster critical thinking and improve educational quality. Therefore, the implementation of this instructional model is recommended for physics educators seeking to enhance student engagement, problem-solving proficiency, and learning outcomes through the integration of emerging technologies.

The digital era presents new challenges and opportunities in the world of education. Students now live in the midst of abundant technology and information, so that conventional learning approaches are often no longer relevant. This article aims to examine various innovative learning strategies that can improve student engagement and learning outcomes. With a qualitative approach and literature study, this study found that technology integration, active learning approaches, and the use of digital interactive media can significantly increase student motivation and participation. The implications of these findings suggest that teachers need to design more adaptive and creative learning in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

Mathematics is often viewed by many elementary school students as a difficult subject. This is because if it is only taught in the lecture method, the material is abstract and not very interesting. To overcome this, the use of interactive learning media is a promising solution. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which interactive media affects mathematics learning outcomes in elementary school and what factors support its success. The method used is literature study research by collecting and analyzing various related research findings. The findings of this study indicate that interactive media such as animation, educational applications, digital games and other visual media can help to better understand the material, increase enthusiasm for learning, and promote active participation in the learning process. In addition, most of the studies analyzed showed an increase in students' academic reviews after using interactive media compared to traditional learning methods. The success of using this media is also greatly influenced by teacher motivation, institutions available at school, and the suitability of the media to student needs. Therefore, it is important for teachers to choose the right media and remain innovative. This will make the mathematics learning process more interesting and easier for students.

Sustainable development requires a superior generation that not only has technical knowledge, but also soft skills to face increasingly complex global challenges. Soft skills include abilities such as communication, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, and work ethics, which are very important in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. A superior generation with good mastery of soft skills is able to become innovative and competitive agents of change, while contributing to creating social, economic and environmental balance. This research highlights the importance of integrating soft skills development in education and training systems, both formal and non-formal, as a strategy to build the capacity of the younger generation. A holistic approach is needed, involving collaboration between the government, educational institutions, community organizations and the private sector in creating a learning environment that supports the strengthening of soft skills. Through experiential learning, leadership training, and character development programs, young people can develop their potential in line with the needs of the world of work and the demands of sustainability. In the era of globalization and digital transformation, organizations face new challenges in managing cultural diversity and technological complexity. Leaders are required to quickly adapt to the ever-changing global dynamics while fostering synergy within multicultural teams. This article aims to analyze how Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and digital technology can be integrated into a multiplication leadership model to enhance the effectiveness of global organizations. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this research explores the three main dimensions of CQ—cognitive, motivational, and behavioral—as well as the application of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and virtual communication in leadership development. The findings indicate that leaders with high levels of CQ are more effective in leading multicultural teams and building harmonious cross-cultural connections. Meanwhile, the use of digital technology accelerates decision-making processes, mentoring, and collaboration within flexible and dynamic organizational structures. The integration of cultural intelligence and digital technology results in an adaptive, collaborative, and innovative leadership model. Examples of the implementation of this model in global companies such as Microsoft, Tesla, and Airbnb further reinforce the findings. This article provides practical contributions for organizations in designing training strategies and leadership models based on CQ and digital leadership to face global challenges more effectively and sustainably.

The increasing waste problem requires innovative solutions that are efficient and sustainable. This study aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT) based garbage cleaning robot that can be monitored and controlled remotely. This system is designed by utilizing a microcontroller as the main brain, sensors to detect the presence of garbage, and an IoT-based communication module that allows monitoring and control of the robot via mobile devices or the web. Based on the results of the analysis and testing carried out, this study shows that the use of ESP8266 in the RC Trans Robot motor control with the Blynk application has succeeded in significantly increasing system efficiency. The system successfully responds to user input via a mobile application and can control the movement of the robot in real-time. The performance of the robot system controlled via a WiFi network shows good stability in various test scenarios. The robot can operate effectively within a distance that matches the range of the WiFi network, with fast control response and reliable communication.

This study aims to explore innovative learning strategies in fostering students' critical thinking skills. Critical thinking skills are increasingly essential in today’s complex and challenging era. Approaches such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project-Based Learning (PjBL), as well as open discussions and debates, are capable of encouraging students to think analytically, logically, and reflectively. These strategies emphasize the active role of students in the learning process—not merely as recipients of information, but also as seekers and processors of knowledge. Teachers serve as facilitators who create a learning environment that supports exploration and problem-solving. The evaluation of critical thinking skills is conducted through instruments such as rubrics, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions, and analytical essay tests, which allow for an in-depth assessment of students' abilities. The findings show that innovative learning is more effective than conventional methods in developing critical thinking skills. Therefore, these strategies are worth implementing widely in the education system to prepare students to face future challenges critically, creatively, and adaptively.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the use of infographic media can enhance the argumentative writing skills of eleventh-grade students at SMK Negeri Sragi, located in the Sragi District of Pekalongan Regency, Central Java. Argumentative writing is a critical academic skill that enables students to express opinions clearly, logically, and persuasively. However, many students struggle with organizing their ideas, building coherent arguments, and presenting supporting evidence effectively. To address this issue, the research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a pre-test and post-test design. A total of 30 students from grade XI were randomly selected as research participants. Infographics were introduced as an instructional medium to assist students in better understanding the structure of argumentative texts, including thesis statements, supporting arguments, counterarguments, and conclusions. The visual nature of infographics was expected to improve students’ ability to grasp and organize key components of argumentative writing. The results of data analysis indicate a significant improvement in students’ writing performance after the implementation of infographic-based instruction. Students demonstrated enhanced clarity, coherence, and persuasiveness in their arguments. Furthermore, the use of infographics increased student motivation and confidence in expressing opinions through writing. This research concludes that infographic media is an effective tool for improving argumentative writing skills among vocational high school students. It is recommended that educators incorporate visual learning tools such as infographics to support writing instruction. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more engaging and innovative teaching strategies that promote critical thinking and communication skills in the classroom.

This study aims to review in depth various literature related to the development of interactive PowerPoint (PPT)-based learning media in order to improve students' understanding of Civic Education (PKn) subjects at the elementary school level. Innovative and interesting learning media are considered to have an important role in creating a more enjoyable, active, and meaningful learning atmosphere for students. In the literature reviewed, interactive PPT media has been proven to be able to present material visually, audibly, and interactively, thus helping students understand abstract concepts in PKn more concretely. The method used in this study is a literature review of various national and international journals, scientific articles, and relevant research reports in the last five years. The results of the study show that the use of interactive PPT not only increases the attractiveness of learning, but is also able to encourage active student participation, strengthen memory, and build a deeper understanding of national values, democracy, and social responsibility. In addition, the development of this media requires careful planning, starting from the design of the display, the preparation of content that is in accordance with the curriculum, to the integration of interactive elements such as quizzes, animations, and multimedia links. Based on findings from various literature, it can be concluded that interactive PPT media is an effective alternative that can be used by teachers to significantly improve the quality of civics learning in elementary schools.

The expository learning strategy in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) remains relevant as a classical Islamic scholarly heritage but requires creative transformation to address digital-age challenges. This article examines the implementation of expository strategies through literature study, analyzing philosophical foundations, effectiveness, contemporary challenges, and innovation models. The research reveals that expository strategies are effective for normative PAI materials but face complex challenges including shifting cognitive patterns of digital natives, decentralization of knowledge authority, and technological disparities. Various innovative models (interactive, contextual, multimedia, reflective) offer solutions by integrating traditional expository strengths with modern approaches. The study concludes that successful implementation requires paradigmatic reconstruction through "pedagogical ijtihad" balancing Islamic scholarly authenticity with 21st-century learning needs. PAI teachers must master three core competencies: depth of religious knowledge, pedagogical sophistication, and technological literacy.
