Billing and Payment Collection plays an important role at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. This unit is tasked with collecting and handling receivables collection and cash receipts from Indihome customers. The unit's role is to communicate with customers to remind them of their obligations in paying bills for the current month and arrears that are due. This research uses qualitative methods with primary data types. The research results show that the role of the unit greatly influences Telkom's cash income. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. However, there are problems faced by both customers and companies, such as network damage, errors in inputting customer data and so on. Therefore, Billing and Payment Collection should provide the right information to customers and must adjust the incoming information in accordance with applicable policies at Telkom so that there are no misunderstandings between marketing and billing, and reduce the level of customer complaints.

Objektif. Rubber is the main commodity developed in Parsarmaan Village, and to optimize their production results, as well as increase the sustainability of the rubber industry, a better understanding of the market is very important. Market segmentation is a strategy that can help rubber farmers understand the characteristics and needs of their diverse customers. This article outlines the reasons why market segmentation is necessary and how rubber farmers can implement it effectively. Through demographic, geographic analysis and the use of technology, rubber farmers can collect data about their customers. With this data, they can customize their products, services and their marketing strategies to achieve greater success. The benefits of introducing market segmentation for rubber farmers include increased sales, business sustainability, innovation, economic prosperity, and verified. With a better understanding of different market segments, rubber farmers can increase their income, strengthen the rubber industry, and improve their own quality of life. With a continued commitment to understanding their customers and following the right approach, rubber farmers in Parsarmaan Village have a great opportunity to achieve long-term success in their rubber industry. Market segmentation is an important tool that can help them achieve their goals.Materials and Methods. To achieve the expected goals, the Parsarmaan Village KKN program was carried out using the PAR method. PAR is an abbreviation for Participatory Action Research. Basically, PAR is research that involves all relevant parties in actively researching together current actions (which they experience as problems) in order to change and improve them. In this service, a participatory approach is used to involve local communities in the outreach process. Results. The result of this service for the community is that the community understands market segmentation better, rubber farmers can increase sales and increase the economic welfare of the community. Apart from that, the introduction of market segmentation not only provides more insight into customers, but also opens up opportunities for growth and development of the rubber industry. Conclusion. The introduction of market segmentation is a crucial step in efforts to increase the insight of rubber farmers in Parsarmaan Village. Rubber farmers through the introduction of market segmentation have great potential for success, namely increasing sales, business sustainability, increasing economic welfare, and opportunities for diversification. Business ethics is a business approach to conducting operations that covers all aspects of society, business and the public. Business ethics in an organization can influence the values, norms, and behavior of leaders and staff. Consumer trust is the confidence that consumers have in a product, service, or brand. This belief has an important role in influencing consumers' decisions to buy, reuse, and recommend certain products and services. CSR is a business initiative to consider the concerns of many stakeholders, including the environment, society, workers, and customers. The purpose of this research is to find out how important company ethics is in building consumer trust. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method and data is obtained from literature studies, several books, references on the internet, and journals that examine similar research to support research on "The Role of Business Ethics in Building Consumer Trust". This research shows that a company's most morally responsible practices influence customer trust. This study highlights how urgent it is to see how the most morally responsible corporate practices influence customer trust. Sharia marketing strategies have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and their trust in certain products and services. This research shows that the role of business ethics has a significant influence in building consumer trust.

This research aims to determine the benefits of applying financial technology to the use of BTN Syariah mobile banking for BTN Syariah customers. It is known that BTN Syariah e-banking plays an important role in making it easier for customers to carry out transactions quickly and efficiently without having to go directly to the bank, just using a smartphone, customers can carry out transactions in banking. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to explain and describe clearly and in detail the existence of a problem that occurred. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots into customer service operations within digital banks has become a transformative trend in the banking sector, particularly in Indonesia. This study examines the effectiveness of AI chatbots in improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in three selected Indonesian digital banks. The research focuses on evaluating the impact of AI chatbots in reducing response times, handling high volumes of customer inquiries, and improving service availability. The study also delves into customer feedback, measuring satisfaction with the ease of use, personalization, and responsiveness of the AI systems. The results demonstrate that AI chatbots significantly enhance customer service efficiency by reducing wait times and automating routine inquiries, which reduces the need for human intervention. Additionally, customers reported high satisfaction with the round-the-clock availability of AI chatbots and the personalized financial advice provided. However, despite these benefits, challenges related to data security, chatbot accuracy, and customer adaptation to automated systems remain prevalent. Data privacy concerns and issues regarding the chatbot's ability to handle complex queries were noted as limiting factors in customer trust and satisfaction. The study highlights the implications of these findings for the future of digital banking in Indonesia, emphasizing the need for improved chatbot integration, stronger data security measures, and enhanced user experience design. The integration of AI in customer service operations holds significant potential for digital banks and the broader financial sector to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the evolving expectations of customers.

The aim of the community service activity is "Socialization and Education of Sharia Banking Products for UMKM". This socialization aims to educate about sharia banking products so that they can know and understand sharia banking products so that it is hoped that a lot of knowledge and information will be absorbed by respondents, in this case are UMKM actors in Tanah Grogot. During educational outreach related to Sharia Banking, the team distributed questionnaires to respondents or participants in the socialization for UMKM actors to analyze based on the answers of respondents who attended the socialization. From the results of the socialization, the understanding of UMKM actors towards Islamic banks is sufficient. This can be proven by 15 respondents or (83.33%) who answered Yes, Fairly Understand. This shows that of the 18 UMKM actors who attended the socialization, they had sufficient understanding regarding Islamic banks and The Products. This means that the education that has been provided by the community service team has been quite successful in increasing the insight and knowledge of UMKM players and it is hoped that it can increase public awareness, especially UMKM players in Tanah Grogot, to carry out minimum savings transactions at sharia banks. Apart from that, one of the biggest obstacles in Sharia Bank transactions is the lack of available ATM networks, which makes UMKM players still hesitant to become interested in becoming Sharia Bank customers. This was proven by the UMKM players who attended the socialization, 9 respondents or 50% still Hesitance to become a sharia bank customer is due to the fact that the ATM network is not large, which is one of the factors why there are still many who are not interested in becoming sharia bank customers. From the results of the community service activity "Socialization and education of sharia banking products for UMKM in Tanah Grogot" it can be concluded that the presenters were able to educate the UMKMs who attended the socialization very well. This was proven by 11 respondents or 61.11% who responded that the material presented by the lecturers related to sharia banking product education was very good so that UMKM players could gain understanding and knowledge about sharia banking contracts and products which they hoped would be equipped with this knowledge. applied in sharia-based economic life.

In this modern era, Bancreps chose a conventional marketing strategy for its business. Marketing carried out by Bancreps can be done more in-depth by using SWOT analysis theory. This research was conducted to determine the influence of religiosity and public perception on interest in saving at sharia banks with a sample of respondents from the Rukun Warga 06 West Cilandak community. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the level of religiosity and public perception have a positive and significant influence on interest in saving. So these two variables are believed to increase interest in saving at sharia banks, therefore to increase the number of customers of a sharia bank it is necessary to increase outreach programs to the public so that their understanding and knowledge increases regarding the products and characteristics of sharia banks which are different from conventional banks.

Community service on this occasion was carried out with partners from Ar Rahman Junior School. Current technological developments, especially computer technology, are very advanced. In Indonesia, many computer products are marketed with various types, prices and specifications. The computer hardware component manufacturing industry competes with each other to satisfy consumers and customers. Computer assembly and installation are important processes in the development and maintenance of efficient and reliable computer systems. In-depth knowledge of assembly and installation procedures is key to ensuring optimal performance as well as system safety. For this reason, there is a need for computer assembly and installation training for students at Ar Rahman junior School who have the knowledge and skills in assembling and installing their own computers properly and are able to implement it at school.

The population of this study includes 100 service customers at PT. Astra Honda engine Unaaha. The analysis method used is multiple Linier regression analysis. The results of this research revealed that service quality and competition simultaneously influence customer service satisfaction in PT. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha has a positive and significant impact on customer service satisfaction at PT. Astra Honda Motor Unaaha, while partly the service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with the services at PT. The objectives of this community service (PKM) are (1) Increasing the entrepreneurial capacity building of UPPKA Kelut Makmur (Klagen-Wilayut Makmur) cadres in Wilayut Village, (2) UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres have the provision of soft skills and hard skills to carry out businesses with competitive advantages, (3) Ice Cream Products "Food Healty" can be developed for business. The target is 15 UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres who are members who manage village businesses. The problems faced are: a. Do not have capacity building as a provision for the ability to do business; b. Limited facilities and infrastructure; d. Lack of product creativity; e. Lack of product creativity. Lack of product creativity; e. Competence of managers who are still conventional; f. Do not have an integrated business model. Not having an integrated business model. The solution to the problem is an entrepreneurship training programme, through the concept of creative business through electronic media based on socio-technopreneurship. The ice cream business will be developed to be distributed to toddler and elderly posyandu and general customers. The programmes carried out are: conducting a business development programme workshop. The results of PkM are improving soft skills and hard skills of UPPKA Kelut Makmur members as novice business people.

The digital age is evolving quickly right now. The surge in electronic transactions has also caused customers to migrate to online shopping, specifically e-commerce. Customers are interested in purchasing when engaging marketing content is available, and they are also less likely to hesitate when purchasing from well-known brands. This study looks at factors related to content marketing, brand perception, decisions, and purchases that are influenced by purchase intention. Data was gathered via a Google Form survey from 100 respondents. analysis of data with the SEM smartPLS 3.0 program. The study's findings indicate that while brand image has no effect on decisions to buy, marketing content does affect interest and interest in buying influences decisions to buy. Purchase interest is not a mediator between decisions and the impact of marketing information.

The aim of this research is to determine the application and comparison of murabahah and musyarakah mutanaqisah contracts in applying for Sharia KPR financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The information obtained in this research is the result of interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of both contracts begins with a financial request with the same administrative requirements. Comparison of contracts can be seen in similar things, namely. administrative requirements, installment financing, accelerated repayment system and legal consequences for defaulting customers. The differences between these contracts lie in the characteristics of the contract, the definition of margin, the bank's relationship with the customer, the value of the object and home ownership. In its implementation, it can be done by considering the advantages and disadvantages of the two contracts.

There are many small-scale people who want to have a business to make a living but are still hampered by capital, so they have to look for more loans to build a business that can become a foundation for the continuity of life in the future. With this, the government is now establishing various institutions that are able to increase the income of people who need capital as business capital, one of these institutions is PT. Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital. So the aim of the author's research is to find out how the practice of distributing business capital funds at PT. Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital in Betung District, Banyuasin Regency and also wants to know how sharia economic law applies to combining murabahah and wakalah contracts in one transaction which is applied to PT. Madani Mekar Syariah National Capital in Betung District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with respondents, namely branch heads and Account Office members as well as customers. Regarding informants, namely customers who are Muslim, new customers, and have businesses. The results of this research show the flow of fund distribution practices at PT. Mekar Syariah Madani National Capital in Betung District, Banyuasin Regency includes the stage of determining customers according to the criteria set by PNM Mekar Syariah, the second stage is Financing Training, the third stage is signing the agreement and disbursing funds, and the fourth stage is carrying out weekly installments. If we look at sharia economic law regarding the combination of murabahah and wakalah contracts, this is permissible and does not conflict with sharia principles because the murabahah and wakalah financing contracts are carried out at separate times.

Marketing is still weak in terms of selling gold pawned goods as a result, no one really knows or understands what gold pawning is. This research was developed using qualitative research methods such as conducting interviews, data observation, and literature review. Based on research findings, gold pawn income continues to increase every year. To attract customers, Bank Syariah Indonesia Medan Imam Bonjol Sub-Branch Office is holding a promotion in the form of distributing prizes or knick-knacks if a certain amount of money has been withdrawn.

This community service activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge for MSME players in using social media to help their businesses increase sales. This activity was carried out for one day and the method used was to start with a survey and continue with material presentation and discussion. The results of the activities carried out provide several strategies for utilizing social media such as Understanding the Market and Target Audience, Determining the Right Platform, Attractive Business Profile, Quality Content, Consistent Posting Schedule, Using Interactive Features, Special Promotions and Discounts, Collaborating with Influencers or Customers, Performance Analysis and Effective Customer Service. For further activities, mentoring activities need to be added to further assist the actors in implementing the strategies provided.

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.

Technological developments have made the mobility of people's activities more practical in meeting their financial needs. Only using a smartphone and internet network, customers can carry out banking transactions anywhere and anytime. This research discusses the development of economic digitalization in the banking sector, namely Mobile Banking technology innovation at BCA Bank. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of service satisfaction using BCA Mobile Banking (BCA Mobile). The research method used by researchers is qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques, as well as a data collection system using questionnaires. The data obtained was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires in the Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program which used BCA Mobile and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that BCA Mobile is very helpful in carrying out banking activities and the existing services have a significant influence on user satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program
