The implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) rolled out by the government has caused quite a lot of confusion in the school/madrasah environment, especially for teachers. The aim of this community service research is to increase understanding and mastery of IKM for teachers and principals of SD As Ad Jambi City. The method used is an in-on-in learning model with technical guidance (bimtek) which is carried out involving multi-stakeholders. The results of the service are: (1) Bimtek is able to strengthen a number of deadlocks in IKM, so that the stuttering and worries that arise are able to turn into increased understanding and mastery of IKM, KOSP, and MA with a rate of change from 6.7 to 8.7 (2) Bimtek even able to present a solution to improve the quality of education related to the preparation of KOSP and MA, (3) technical guidance shows a significant increase in understanding and mastery of IKM, KOSP and MA, and (4) the implementation of IKM technical guidance turns out to have a positive influence on the performance of the collaborating parties. The recommendation is that the in-on-in model by collaborating with a number of schools/madrasahs, universities (PT), and other institutions is worth continuing to implement to increase understanding and mastery of SMEs, as well as to improve the performance of the parties.

The increasingly high cost claims for caesarean section cases in the National Health Insurance or Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) era mean that hospitals are required to provide service efficiency, the BPJS Health payment system to hospitals is through the INACBG's (Indonesia Case Based Groups) rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of clinical pathway compliance and prescription writing according to the national formulary on cost control with caesarean section indication as an intervening variable at St Theresia Hospital. This type of research is confirmatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 80 samples from caesarean section cases in August-October 2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Based on the results of testing the Path coefficients hypothesis, it was found that F count (63.047) > F Table (3.432) with a significance level of 0.05, the results of the t value> 1.96 and p < 0.05. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that there was an influence of clinical pathway compliance, writing prescriptions according to the national formulary and indications for caesarean section on cost control.

The implementation of coding in labor cases at DKT Sidoarjo Hospital still has inaccuracies of 61.73%, while the accuracy of medical records is 38.27%. The accuracy and inaccuracy of disease diagnosis coding will affect data and information in the health service process and reduce the quality of service in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accuracy of the diagnosis code for labor cases in inpatients at DKT Sidoarjo Hospital. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, with data collection in the form of observation and interviews. The number of samples used was 81 medical records in July–November 2022 cases of childbirth in inpatients, and the number of informants was 1 person who was a key informant. In this study, the accuracy of the results of the maternal complication component was obtained with 55.56% accuracy, the method of delivery with 61.73% accuracy, and the outcome of delivery with 67.90% accuracy. Then the total results were obtained with 38.27% accuracy. The results of the interview found that the accuracy of coding can be influenced by the 5M factors (man, method, material, machine, and money). Conclusion: Most of the diagnosis codes in labor cases are incorrect. So the coding officer should be more careful in coding, both regarding the rules and procedures for coding diagnoses based on ICD-10.

Website is a form of mass media that is published through internet network that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. To know the quality of a website it is necessary to measure, by doing measurement of the quality of a website can be known user satisfaction against the website. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

This research analyzes the impact of educational evaluation from an Islamic perspective on students in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) using qualitative methods. The focus of the research involves evaluating education based on Islamic principles, evaluating the extent to which the curriculum and evaluation methods reflect Islamic values. The results of the analysis include aspects of Islamic education evaluation in Islamic Education learning and its consequences on learners' motivation, quality and achievement. The research highlights the importance of Islamic values in PAI evaluation, exploring its effect on learners' motivation through positive reinforcement and rewards. In addition, the impact of evaluation on learners' quality, including the dimensions of religiousness, morality, and social behavior, as well as its relationship with learners' learning achievement are also analyzed. The results of this study provide guidance for the development of educational evaluation methods that are more oriented towards Islamic values, enriching the understanding of learner motivation, quality, and learning achievement in PAI learning in schools. 

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

In the context of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, the government's role takes center stage. The background involves a surge in the number of pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj, juxtaposed with limited facilities and supporting infrastructure in the region. The research problem revolves around assessing the effectiveness of the government's initiatives in facilitating and regulating the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, encompassing regulatory measures, accommodation infrastructure, and pilgrim management. The evaluation of the government's role reveals that their efforts have enhanced the quality of services and comfort for Hajj pilgrims, although challenges persist regarding capacity and logistical management. In conclusion, the government's role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali by improving infrastructure, enacting appropriate regulations, and enhancing inter-agency coordination. The novelty of this work lies in its in-depth analysis of the government's concrete measures to enhance the quality of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, along with providing constructive recommendations for future improvements.

Understanding consumer behavior is vital, considering their interest in cement products with a strong brand image, factoring in aspects such as quality, pricing, corporate image, customer service, innovation, sustainability, promotion, and socio-cultural elements. Research findings are expected to provide in-depth insights into PT Semen Indonesia's ability to comprehend and respond to consumer preferences effectively. This understanding will serve as a foundation for formulating smarter and more relevant marketing strategies, aiding the company in maintaining and increasing market share, while reinforcing its image as a leading provider of building solutions in Indonesia. in Indonesia.

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

In this research the author gave the title 'Analysis of Marketing Strategies Carried Out by Small Businesses'. The purpose of this research is to provide information to readers or entrepreneurs regarding the marketing strategies carried out by the Dgilangemil business. From the research, readers and entrepreneurs can take examples of what the Dgilangemil small business did in developing their business which they started from zero until their business began to be known by many people using the marketing strategy of SWOT Analysis and Marketing Mix. In this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative research is a research process carried out by observing and investigating a phenomenon that occurs and producing descriptive data. In this research, the author conducted observations, interviews and documentation with the owner of this business, namely Dea Puspita, which was carried out on December 11 2023 at the production site in the city of Langkat.

This research aims to determine the extent and quality of the implementation of flexibility principles in government agencies regarding the management of BLUD funds. The research method employed is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data sources for this study consist of secondary data obtained from literature reviews, documentation, and scholarly journals, as well as primary data acquired through interviews and observations. The research findings reveal that the implementation of flexibility principles in managing BLUD within government agencies has been conducted effectively by providing transparent information to the public and adhering to the principles of accountability, responsibility, and independence.  

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

The usability analysis of Traveloka.com's website revealed a high level of usability, as evidenced by efficiency, memorability, error rate, and user satisfaction. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

This article discusses the learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The method used is qualitative data through data collection through interviews with one of the sources as an instrument. The data analysis procedure carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions is one of the qualitative data techniques. The data collection technique used in this research was observation and interviews with a school principal at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The aim of research on a learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung is because the learning system policy at the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDTA) education level is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. Several government policies related to curriculum, such as the Merdeka Curriculum, have been implemented to restore learning.

Counseling, Mentoring and Empowerment are activities to increase community participation in meeting life's needs to resolve problems experienced by the community. Activities are carried out through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. Science KKN is carried out in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response from village stakeholders and high active participation from the community, including taking part in an extension program with four activities, namely structuring Village Administration, Legal Awareness, Empowering MSMEs, and Learning Innovation. Apart from that, there are several outputs produced: (1) Strengthening data recording, archiving and reporting Village finances correctly (2) Increasing order, peace, security and justice in Village social life (3) Development of quality, competitiveness and added value of production home and halal certification (4) There has been an increase in discipline and participation in the teaching and learning process in an orderly and structured manner.

Worship leader is a person who is responsible for leading praise in worship sessions. The existence of a worship leader has a very important role in the implementation of worship because almost the entire worship process takes place in the responsibility of the worship leader, not only the person who compiles a series of worship, but is responsible for inspiring the congregation to thank God through song, as well as to enter and enjoy God's presence during the atmosphere of worship or praise and worship God. Thus, whether or not the purpose of worship is achieved depends on the conduct of a worship leader in leading worship. Where a worship leader is needed who is able to bring the atmosphere to truly feel the leading of the Holy Spirit in worship so as to help the preacher to convey what is his part in conveying the truth of God's Word. And young teenagers are the next generation of the church or the backbone of the church. Youth need to be trained as much as possible to take part in church services. And in the ministry, youth have a very important role.  Youth ministry determines the future of the Church. However, in GKSI Bacong there are still many young people who are less active and involved in carrying out services in the Church. This PKM aims to facilitate and provide training to young teenagers so that they can be involved and can improve the quality of service in the Church. This PKM was carried out using the training method. During the training, the youth were very enthusiastic and participated in the activities until the end. The youth can understand the material provided. After the PKM is carried out, the teenage youth can apply the material that has been received and carry out with full responsibility and be involved in the service of the Church.

The city of Medan is famous for its many historical buildings scattered throughout the city. The building has a magnificent colonial architectural design. The building's character and unique architectural details make this building different from the others. But it is a shame that these buildings cannot enjoy their beauty at night. Lack of artificial lighting received by the building. This research aims to obtain an overview of people's visual comfort, especially at night. The method used is a qualitative method to understand phenomena experienced by research subjects such as perceptionand by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context. Perceptions regarding the quality of a building's lighting are largely determined by the impression a person has when they see it, either directly orindirectly (using image media or a computer screen). To facilitate the visual description of building lighting at night, modeling was carried out using Enscape software. The results of this research are that the London Sumatra (Lonsum) building has a Dutch colonial architectural style. Some of the characteristics of Dutch colonial architecture found in Lonsum buildings include: verandas that protrude into the street corners, stained glass with geometric motifs on the verandas, marble ceiling and floor tiles, cast iron balustrades on balconies and stairs, art ornaments deco in the interior, such as geometric hanging lamps and beautiful doors. Lonsum is a plantation company founded in 1906 by Harrisons & Crosfield Plc, a general trading and plantation management services company from London, England.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.
