Residential is a place to live or everything related to a place to live and in a narrow sense can be interpreted as a residential area or residential building. In connection with the quality of residential facilities, employee satisfaction is an important aspect in improving the quality of the provided residential facilities. If the satisfaction of the residential facilities provided to employees is not met, the employees will feel uncomfortable and will sue the plantation of PTPN IV Marjandi Unit. Analyze the level of employee satisfaction with the quality of the residential provided by the plantation to its employees is The purpose of this study. One of the efforts to find out the satisfaction of employees of residential facilities is to use the C4.5 algorithm classification, where Dataset is obtained through the Questionnaire technique that will be given to employees at PTPN IV Marjandi Unit. As for the satisfaction of employees of residential facilities in terms of aspects (1) water facilities, (2) electricity facilities, (3) kitchen conditions, (4) bedroom conditions, (5) toilet conditions in dwellings inhabited by PTPN IV Unit plantation employees Marjandi. Data processing is assisted using Microsoft Excel software and to validate study data using a rapidminer tool. It is hoped that this research can provide solutions or become a reference for plantations to improve the quality of residential facilities provided to PTPN IV Marjandi Unit employees..

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. The position of learning in achieving progress in various aspects of life, such as social, political, cultural and economic, cannot be questioned. This research is carried out using qualitative methods, namely research that is carried out through observation and seeking information directly in research positions or in other words it can be said as field research. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. This research examines the analysis of frontliner service quality on customer satisfaction with transaction at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya. This research aims to understand the quality of frontliner service on customer satisfaction, as well as analyze the ompact on customer and what is more about this sharia bank. The method in this research is qualitative which also involves documentation analysis and interviews with the bank. The results of the research show that Bank Sumut Syariah has provided a very good level of service but still needs to improve sevice to customer to minimize risk that may aris in the future. It also needs to be avoided so that analyzing customer complaints should not be done alone to avoid the emergence of non-objective assessments of customer.

Trade is an activity of exchanging goods and services based on mutual agreement without any element of coercion. Import and export activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from trade and are a unity that can encourage the improvement and growth of the economy in a country. The purpose of this research is to focus on the effect of import-export on economic growth, the evaluation of the contribution of Customs, and the role of international trade supervision. Customs or customs authorities in Indonesia, known as Customs and Excise, are the gateway to international trade. Customs manages state finances and implements state revenue through import duties and excise. The results of this study show that Indonesia's economic growth is influenced by global economic growth. In the first quarter of 2023, export activity weakened with the moderation of international commodity prices which supported the exports of North Sumatra Province. Export performance in North Sumatra grew 2.45% (yoy), lower than the previous quarter which amounted to 9.77% (yoy). Export activities in Indonesia are one of the efforts made by the government to follow the development of industrialization every year. Competition between products in foreign markets depends on price, quality, and quality of goods are important factors in competing in export activities.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

This research aims to provide information about Corn Maintenance Strategies in Bahal Batu III. Corn is a staple food along with rice, and can be used in various dishes as a side dish or snack. Corn not only contains carbohydrates, but also contains enough nutrients and crude fiber as a staple food which has a positive impact on health. Corn is also a substitute food or supplement for humans. Using the right amount of fertilizer will make corn plants grow more optimally. Measuring the growth of productive corn plants by applying various types of compound fertilizer to land in Bahal Batu III village and determining the most suitable type of compound fertilizer for the growth and yield of corn plants on the land. The survey was carried out on the land of Bahal Batu III village. Apart from that, corn can also be used as food for the community and has increased the price of corn consumption in society as a whole. Phosphorus is important for plant growth and yield, playing important roles such as encouraging flower and grain formation and strengthening thatch to prevent dropping and improve quality. The research results showed that even with different complex fertilizer compositions, all the parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, ear length, ear diameter, number of seeds per row, seed weight per ear, and yield potential.

This research aims to analyze the Arabic-Malay script learning process in class V at MIS YPI Batangkuis using descriptive qualitative methods. The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

The data attached by the author is the result of a combination of qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods, qualitative methods are used to observe and make direct observations to the research location, while quantitative research methods to find the data needed by the author. Water pollution in the Deli River refers to a situation where the quality of river water decreases due to the intrusion of pollutants from various sources. The Deli River, like many other rivers, can be polluted by various types of waste from industrial, domestic, agricultural and other human activities, thus exceeding the river's natural recovery capacity. This research was conducted to examine social problems that occur in the community.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection for consumers in the inclusion of food labels according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. This research is an empirical juridical research. This research framework departs from the conception of the law on consumer protection which contains legal protection for consumers in the inclusion of food labels according to Law No. 8 on consumer protection. This research is an empirical juridical research on five resource persons. The data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. Based on the results of the research, the criteria for food label violations according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection are label falsification, false information, expiration, incomplete labels, inappropriate quality, unsubstantial health claims, illegal labels, lack of compliance with regulations, and health hazards. Legal protection for consumers in food labeling violations according to Law No. 8/1999 on consumer protection, which aims to protect the rights and interests of consumers and encourage healthy and fair business practices. Violation of this law can result in legal action and sanctions against business actors who violate consumer rights. If you have a problem or dispute as a consumer, you can utilize the mechanisms provided in this Act to protect consumer rights.

This research aims to examine the influence of financial distress, corporate social responsibility disclosure and earnings quality on firm value with liquidity as a moderating variable. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method for literature study. The research results show that financial distress has a positive effect on firm value; corporate social responsibility disclosure has a positive effect on firm value; earnings quality has a positive effect on firm value; liquidity can strengthen the influence of financial distress on firm value; liquidity can strengthen the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value and liquidity can strengthen the influence of earnings quality on firm value.

Community Service Program as an effort to improve the quality of Tourism Villages by prioritizing the 4A aspects of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary. Program implementation is based on the Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) concept. This technique can increase the number of visitors and community participation by 25%. The sustainability of the Tourism Village is carried out with support and collaboration between levels of society.

Accounting for foreign currency transactions is an important aspect in the scope of corporate finance, especially in the context of business globalization. PSAK 10 (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) regulates this aspect and provides guidelines on how companies should account for transactions in foreign currencies as well as related financial reporting. This research explores the implementation of PSAK 10 in preparing financial reports, with a focus on foreign currency transactions. In PSAK 10, companies are directed to use the foreign currency exchange rate on the transaction date to measure transactions in foreign currency. In addition, significant changes in foreign currency exchange rates after the transaction date are also taken into account and recognized as exchange gain or loss. A deep understanding of the application of these provisions is crucial so that financial reports accurately reflect the company's financial position. Through literature research and analysis of accounting practices, this article investigates how companies effectively manage foreign currency risks and present relevant and reliable information in their financial reports. A comparison between the methods used by companies in implementing PSAK 10 and best practices in the industry is explained to provide a comprehensive picture. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the challenges, opportunities and best policies in dealing with foreign currency transactions based on PSAK 10. The practical implications of compliance with this standard, as well as the potential impact on corporate financial decisions, will also be reviewed. With a better understanding of foreign currency transaction accounting, companies are expected to improve the quality and credibility of their financial reports in an ever-expanding global market.

The research approach used in this research is qualitative research, which includes observation, interviews, field observations, and searching for research data on previous research publications that are in accordance with the topic that the researcher raises. The findings of this research show that educational institutions have felt the impact of technological advances and artificial intelligence (AI) and have utilized it to improve the teaching and learning process. One of the many conveniences and advantages of using AI is to make it easier for teachers and improve education standards. To improve education standards successfully and efficiently, education workers are finding that technological advancements and artificial intelligence are helpful in the teaching and learning process.

The Tanjung Pinang Island area has many tourist destinations that have special characteristics in Indonesia, but in its management it still faces many obstacles such as a lack of community involvement in managing existing tourism resources and the low quality of tourism facilities and infrastructure. In particular, the development of the area on Penyengat Island as a leading tourist area is also hampered by various regulations, government communication between governments has not been optimal even though the Penyengat Island tourist attraction has been designated as a national cultural heritage. The maintenance of tourist objects is carried out by the Archaeological Center whose technical unit is in Batu Sangkar, West Sumatra. The impact is that regional government communication, especially in terms of budget allocations for the city government, can’t be carried out well. This research aims to (1) identify government communication models in managing potential tourist attractions on Penyengat Island, (2) examine the characteristics of the community so that the form and level of community participation in maintaining and preserving the environment in supporting tourism on Penyengat Island can be seen. This research was carried out in Penyengat Island, Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province.

Video games are a form of entertainment that are very popular with the primary reason people play games being for social reasons that resulted in the co-op genre becoming one of the most popular genres to be played. The aim of this research is to see analyze the viability of using cooperative video games specifically overcooked! 2 as a way of getting players to show certain behaviors that can be used to assess their friendship quality and also to see whether playing together has an effect towards the friendship quality between friends. This research will be done using an experimental method in which the writer will observe the players throught their session and following up with an interview. After the experiment was completed the author was able to reach the conclusion that cooperative video games can be used to bring out behaviors that can be used evaluate friendship quality and also effect friendship quality even if only temporary.

The quality of health services is a manifestation of the results of the performance of health workers which results in patient satisfaction, if the service meets or exceeds what the patient expected (Antari, 2019). Service quality is assessed from five variables, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical Evidence, Guarantee and Empathy. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the level of outpatient satisfaction at RSBT Karimun in 2023. The research carried out was descriptive correlational research and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method used was consecutive sampling with a sample size of 174 outpatients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital in 2023. Research data was collected by filling in questionnaires by respondents. The research data were analyzed univariately with frequency tables and bivariate tests with the Chi Square test. The results of the univariate analysis show a picture of Service Quality from the reliability variable. The results of the bivariate analysis of the Reliability and Satisfaction variables were obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of outpatients at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital in 2023. It is hoped that this research's suggestions will enable the educational institution at Awalbros University, Batam, to increase nurses' knowledge about the quality of nursing services. to increase patient satisfaction.

This paper aims to describe the application of the learning evaluation system in improving school quality for class IX A students at MTs Ma'arif Gondang. The research is descriptive qualitative research, with qualitative analysis. The research results show that the evaluation of the learning implementation process carried out includes the suitability between the learning process and the learning implementation plan (RPP), the readiness of teachers and students in the learning activities carried out in the classroom. Student participation also plays an important role in learning activities as well as communication carried out by teachers to get feedback from students during the learning process. Providing motivation to students in the learning process is important to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Students' mastery and desire for specific goals that will be achieved in learning activities. Learning evaluation also includes assessment aspects which include the domains of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The learning evaluation system implemented at MTs Ma'arif Gondang can improve the quality of the school based on the results of the questionnaire obtained in the very good category.

It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.
