Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever or known as DBD disease which is caused by a dengue virus caused by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. The disease causes sufferers to experience severe pain, complications, and death. The UIN Walisongo KKN Team conducted community service activities in Krompaan Village with the aim of increasing public awareness and participation in preventing Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD). Considering that this village is located near a river, which has the potential to be a habitat for the Aedes Aegypti mosquito, effective prevention efforts are needed to prevent this disease, which is one of the infectious diseases that is still endemic in Indonesia. The spread of this disease is influenced by mobility and environmental conditions that support the breeding of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. The community service team focused on three main objectives in this activity by providing education about the dangers of DBD, teaching how to prevent the spread of mosquitoes, and using aromatherapy candles to prevent mosquitoes. The purpose of the counseling is to reduce diseases caused by mosquitoes by teaching the community about how to live a healthy life.Used cooking oil processed into aromatherapy candles is one of the new innovations in preventing DBD. This method is considered practical and easy to implement by the community by utilizing materials available around them. The community is also educated on how to maintain environmental cleanliness, such as draining and closing water reservoirs regularly and recycling household waste to reduce the possibility of mosquito breeding grounds. The hope is that this outreach will make the community more independent in maintaining environmental health and actively involved in preventing dengue fever so that the risk of increasing cases in their village can be reduced. This activity has succeeded in achieving the stated objectives, namely increasing community awareness and involvement in preventing dengue fever.

Stunting is a growth disorder caused by a long-term lack of nutrition, starting during pregnancy and continuing until the child reaches the age of 24 months. This condition is a serious problem that is associated with an increased risk of various health problems, such as disease, premature death, and delays in children's motor and mental development. Stunting can significantly hinder a child's physical and cognitive development, which ultimately has a negative impact on their quality of life in the future. To overcome the problem of stunting, this program was designed with the main aim of increasing community awareness in Giripawana village regarding the importance of healthy living habits as a measure to prevent stunting. This program focuses on educating the public, especially teenagers, about the importance of good nutrition from an early age and the negative impact of early marriage which can reduce the risk of stunting. Apart from that, this program also involves consultation with parents regarding the causes of stunting, the possible impact on children's health and development, as well as preventive steps that can be taken. The education provided covers various aspects such as good parenting patterns and choosing nutritious foods which are very important to support children's optimal growth. Research conducted in Giripawana village used a phenomenological approach with qualitative methods to further explore the experiences and factors that influence stunting in the community. This research involved 25 toddlers who were classified as high risk of stunting. However, the evaluation results showed that only 2 toddlers actually experienced stunting. This research aims to understand in depth the lived experiences and perspectives of families and communities regarding the problem of stunting, as well as to assess the effectiveness of education and intervention programs that have been implemented. Using a phenomenological approach, this research seeks to explore the subjective experiences of families and communities regarding stunting, to gain a more comprehensive insight into this problem. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable information that can be used to plan and implement more effective stunting prevention and control programs in the future, as well as to improve the quality of life of children in the community. The research results show that most of the health problems in Giripawana village are caused by malnutrition in children under five, which often ends in stunting. We strongly believe that through this outreach, community awareness in Giripawana village will increase regarding the importance of maintaining the health and nutrition of their children. The important role of parents, especially mothers, is in ensuring that their children receive adequate and balanced nutritional intake. The importance of early detection of signs of stunting so that appropriate intervention can be carried out as early as possible.

Following their primary education at home, children attend school where they learn to read, write, and count. Aside from that, school is a place where children can develop their minds and learn about morals and ethics. As a second learning environment after home, schools should provide students with opportunities to hone and gain knowledge for their future needs. However, the prevalence of bullying in the school environment scares some students. The method of this research uses an outreach campaign to educate elementary school students about bullying prevention. As a result of this service, bullying among elementary school students continues in the school environment. This hurts the behavior of children who are still young during their growth and development.

In various regions of Indonesia, violence against children has become one of the most concerning issues. The high amount of media coverage regarding cases of sexual violence against children serves as evidence that many cases are still occurring. The lack of education about sexuality for children from a young age is one of the triggering factors for the increase in incidents of sexual harassment. Sex education for children is still considered a taboo by society, especially among parents. The lack of education causes children to be unaware of the crimes of sexual violence that may occur around them. Educational activities in the form of sexual education as part of community service programs are one of the efforts to prevent sexual violence against children. The purpose of this activity is for students to understand and recognize the importance of preventing sexual violence, so that they can take appropriate action if they encounter a dangerous situation.

As a second home, schools should be a safe and comfortable place for students to gain knowledge. However, a safe and comfortable environment is always overshadowed by a scary specter with the rampant cases of bullying that occur in the school environment. Bullying is an act carried out with the aim of hurting in the form of verbal, physical or psychological by someone who feels strong to someone who is weaker. This is the background to the socialization of bullying prevention at SDN Margosono. With several stages that have been carried out by the community service, it can be obtained that the socialization of bullying prevention can greatly reduce bullying activities that often occur in the school environment. This is proven by the evaluation carried out by the community service after the socialization that there were no more bullying cases because the students themselves understood the forms and impacts of bullying

To enhance awareness of environmental cleanliness and prevent the spread of diseases or viruses, it is sometimes necessary to employ unique methods to attract people's interest, thereby encouraging them to dispose of waste properly. Traditional trash bins generally require manual operation to open and close, which can be inconvenient for users and increase interaction between people and the trash bin. Moreover, manual trash bins often struggle to manage waste when they are full. This research, conducted by Institut Teknologi Nasional, offers a solution by designing a smart trash bin based on Arduino Uno, utilizing the HC-SR04 or ultrasonic sensors, a servo motor, and a buzzer or speaker. In this smart trash bin, the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor is used to detect distance, while the servo motor functions to open and close the lid. The buzzer or speaker provides notifications when the lid is about to open or when the trash bin is full.

Climate change presents a significant global challenge that requires urgent and comprehensive action to mitigate its adverse effects on ecosystems, society, and the economy. Islamic jurisprudence, with its rich ethical framework, offers valuable insights into environmental justice, presenting a Sharia-informed approach to climate change mitigation. This study explores how principles of Sharia, such as Hifz al-Bi'ah (protection of the environment), Amanah (trust), and Isrāf (prohibition of wastefulness), can form a robust foundation for addressing environmental issues. Islamic law emphasizes the responsibility of humans as stewards of the Earth, encouraging sustainable resource management and the prevention of environmental degradation. The study further discusses how Sharia provides a proactive approach to environmental justice, focusing on prevention rather than simply reacting to environmental damage. Additionally, it explores how Islamic principles align with international environmental frameworks, offering a holistic approach to climate justice that respects both local traditions and global imperatives. The findings highlight the potential for integrating Sharia-based principles into contemporary environmental policies, particularly in Muslim-majority regions, where these values can enhance the legitimacy and effectiveness of climate change mitigation efforts. The paper concludes with recommendations for further research on the practical integration of Sharia principles into global climate policies and calls for collaboration among Islamic scholars, legal experts, and environmentalists to develop actionable, Sharia-based environmental policies that contribute to global climate action.
