Adulthood is experiencing many problems that must be faced, especially in middle adulthood. Middle adulthood can be said to start at 35-60 years old. The median age is filled with various responsibilities and roles that consume time and energy. This period is also a period that spans the problems of daily life faced. This period was eventually marked by physical and mental changes, especially in spirituality. The method used in this paper is qualitative, using a literature approach. A literature study is carried out by examining various sources regarding the topics discussed. Researchers use various study sources such as textbooks, scientific journals and scientific internet sources.

The success of the Navy's main tasks is greatly determined by the availability of materials, so it can be said that the Indonesian Navy is an army of heavy materials (heavy materials). Therefore, the materials of the Indonesian Navy are operational tools and equipment that also determine the success of an operation of a warship (KRI). To ensure that these materials are ready for use and maintenance throughout their lifespan, maintenance is necessary. Logistic support, which includes supply support, is an element that also determines the final outcome of each operation carried out. The PUT (Penerima Untuk Terima) procedure for requesting supplies can be easily implemented using an application built with hardware, software, and supporting components. The application still requires constructive suggestions for improvement in the future.  

The implementation of this community service aims to educate and increase the understanding of the people of Sampe Cita Glugur Rimbun Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency about one way to market a product produced.  This special target in community service seeks to socialize and educate that marketing strategies to introduce products produced by business actors have changed patterns along with the development of technology that continues to increase, including online using the internet network called digital marketing which is interpreted as digital marketing. This method of implementing community service is by making presentations, lectures and questions and answers to the participants.  The topics of the material presented include: what is digital marketing (understanding digital marketing), what facilities can be used as a place for digital marketing, what are the benefits of digital marketing. The results obtained from this community service show that the participants, namely business actors in Sampe Cita Glugur Rimbun Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency can know and understand the concept of digital marketing of a product produced by business actors, in an effort to introduce and market existing products easily, cheaply, quickly and efficiently.

The demand for sweet corn continues to increase in line with the rapid development of the food industry. This activity aims to know, implement, and identify the effectiveness of One Day Promotion (ODP) to increase sales. This activity was conducted in Karangploso, Malang, East Java, using two methods: collecting primary data through interviews, observations, recordings, and documentation, as well as collecting secondary data through literature references such as journals, books, and the internet. Temperature and humidity are inseparable from server rooms. This is important because server rooms consist of computers that provide services 24 hours a day without stopping. After collecting all the supporting data, the author found that the temperature was too high and the humidity did not meet the standard, causing the computer to not function properly. The author finally created a tool that can monitor the temperature and humidity in the server room and applied it to the server room of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital in Semarang. The tool works by reading the temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor. After the data is read, the ESP32 will process the data, which will then be sent to a database and stored. The data can be viewed directly from anywhere. The tool not only monitors but also performs other functions, such as turning on the AC/fan when the temperature rises above the predetermined limit and sending notifications via Telegram to the staff so that they can take further action.This device will help the staff because all information about temperature and humidity will be recorded well, so the staff does not need to check the server room all the time.

Sexual violence is deviant sexual behavior that can affect the health and life of the victim. Various studies show that teenagers are vulnerable to experiencing sexual violence, both from people they know and strangers. This literature review research on 10 articles on the internet aims to understand more about sexual violence against teenagers. Based on the results of the literature review, it was found that sexual violence against adolescents can occur in various forms, such as rape, molestation, sexual harassment, or sexual exploitation. Research also shows that risk factors for sexual violence in adolescents include a disharmonious family environment, previous experiences of violence, conflicting lifestyles, and low levels of education. Sexual violence in adolescents can have short-term and long-term impacts on the health and well-being of victims. Short-term impacts include physical, emotional, and psychological injuries, while long-term impacts can include psychological disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and suicidal ideation. To reduce the risk of sexual violence in adolescents, there needs to be ongoing prevention and education about healthy sexuality and social responsibility in respecting human rights and respecting human dignity. Prevention can be carried out at the individual, family and community levels, including providing counseling support to victims and providing rehabilitation and recovery services.  

In the midst of internet advancement, the presence of marketplaces brings many positive impacts. Local marketplace users are predominantly coming from Generation Z, and the majority of ITS students, as observed during this research, is part of the group. The purpose of this study is to identify the most favorite marketplace and the factors influencing the preference of these favorite marketplaces among ITS students. The preference factors are based on 13 factors that affect shopping behavior. The method employed is a survey-descriptive using 55 respondents in answering the questionnaire. The research results indicate that advertising and communication, certification and security, and warranty are the three factors with the highest urgency in choosing a favorite local market. Additionally, discount, website, and review and complain are the three factors with the lowest urgency. This study reveals that consumers or users prioritize the value offered by marketplaces over factors such as price and discounts.    

This paper examined the role of social media on mental health amidst the acceleration of digital transformation. The increasing engagement of young people in social media platforms has raised major concerns regarding its impact on psychological well-being. This study investigates that there is a strong correspondence of social media consumption and the emergence of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety and social isolation among adolescents. Data shows a significant increase in screen/mobile time among Indonesian adolescents, with average daily use exceeding global recommendations and correlating with high incidence of mental health disorders. This study utilized a comprehensive review of the existing literature, as well as engaging multiple academic sources to assess the cumulative impact of the digital Effect. Key findings suggest that excessive interaction with digital platforms potentially increases risk of cyberbullying, body image problems, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal tendencies and substance consumption. Another finding, that exposure to sexual content or pornographic sites on the internet, is a predictor of increased sexual activity and premarital sex. This is an important concern, highlighting the adverse impact of prolonged digital effects on adolescents' mental resilience and life satisfaction. This research underscores the urgent need for strategic interventions and policy frameworks to mitigate the negative effects of social media on mental health holistically.

The phenomenon of bullying in teenagers is a problem that disrupts growth both cognitively, mentally and psychologically. This must be taken seriously considering the impact and risks for teenagers which are very detrimental to both teenagers as victims and as perpetrators and their influence on the civilization of social life. So we need action that can prevent this bullying. Therefore, this research study provides bullying education for teenagers based on the reflection of James 4:11. The method for writing this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, and collects data through books, journal articles and internet websites as a basis for writing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that parents, teachers and other community members can take steps through collaboration that can create a safe and supportive environment for all young people, especially teenagers who need assistance in undergoing their development phase. Appropriate actions in supporting teenagers so that they can recognize God, in imitating God's attitude and character, and His direction, and grow in the good and right way in God's hands so that inappropriate and good behavior, attitudes and character are carried out Adolescence can be reduced by forming an awareness of viewing others as social creatures whose existence is respected and valued.

Infrastructure Terbarukan Cemerlang Sengkol which has PV Box generating equipment that requires temperature and humidity control to determine the cause of corrosion that occurs in the PV Box.This study is intended as a solution in monitoring PV Box generating equipment. This technology development uses the Internet of Things (IoT) which combines the physical and virtual worlds. In this research, the method used is the experimental measurement method, making the system created more real and detailed. In research using DHT11 equipment which has the advantage of being able to estimate temperature and humidity. NodeMCU ESP32 as a microcontroller connected to the blynk platform via the internet functions to manage hardware, show evidence of sensors, secure data, depict data, and others. The results of the research on designing a temperature and humidity monitoring system at the 7 Mwp On-Grid PLTS Pt. Infrastructure Terbarukan Cemerlang Sengkol were successfully created and produced positive effects by being monitored using the blynk platform. This research was carried out in real time using a cell phone wherever you are. This research shows that temperature measurements from the DHT11 sensor obtained an average temperature of 31.78%, while the average humidity value was 85.96%, which indicates that the room being measured had high humidity. By considering these two findings, it can be concluded that the cause of corrosion in the room is high humidity and redox reactions from various substances in the environment.

The process of returning a motorized vehicle as evidence in a criminal case at the Batam District Prosecutor's Office. This research aims to describe and analyze the process of returning motorized vehicles, starting from confiscation, storage, to returning them to their legal owners. The research method used is the normative legal method with secondary data, including primary legal materials (legislation), secondary legal materials (books and journals regarding the return of evidence), and tertiary legal materials (articles and internet news) and through interviews with officers. Batam District Prosecutor's Office. The research results show that the process for returning motorized vehicles at the Batam District Prosecutor's Office has been clearly regulated in statutory regulations and the Attorney General's Circular Letter. This process generally runs smoothly and orderly. However, in some cases, there are obstacles encountered in the process of returning motorized vehicles, such as a lack of complete vehicle documents, as well as a lack of complete data such as the vehicle owner's cellphone number which can no longer be contacted. The Batam District Prosecutor's Office has made efforts to overcome these obstacles.

Penelitian ini mengkaji perspektif guru MA terhadap ketidaksetaraan akses pendidikan di sekolah MA Pulau Midai, Kabupaten Natuna. Pulau Midai menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait infrastruktur pendidikan, sumber daya, dan aksesibilitas akibat lokasinya yang terpencil dan dukungan pemerintah yang terbatas untuk sekolah swasta. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru. Temuan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan besar dalam fasilitas pendidikan, terutama di sekolah MA swasta yang sangat bergantung pada dana BOS yang terbatas. Guru memainkan peran penting dalam mengatasi ketidaksetaraan ini dengan beradaptasi terhadap keterbatasan sumber daya dan berupaya memberikan pendidikan berkualitas. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan infrastruktur pendidikan, sumber daya teknologi, dan akses internet yang stabil untuk memastikan pendidikan yang setara bagi semua siswa di Pulau Midai.
