This Community Service (PKM) was held in Cibodas Village, Cibodas District, Tangerang City. The methods used by the service team are field observation, training and mentoring. The implementation of this PKM aims to provide knowledge about digital literacy to MSME players through training and mentoring for fashion MSME players. A total of 32 fashion MSME players participated in training and mentoring, with different times and places. The results of training and mentoring obtained from the results of the assessment carried out on MSME actors found that the value obtained was 37%, so that MSME actors were sufficient in mastering digital transformation. The above states that the duties of training and mentoring MSMEs have not been said to be good in carrying out their duties and have not had a better impact on MSME actors and the development of MSMEs in mastering digital literacy. Most of the levels of mastery of digital literacy of MSME actors are still in the medium category. So that the income earned by MSME actors is still relatively low.

Tanara Village as a Coastal Village has a potential source of food that comes from the sea, but the people around Tanara Village are still very low in consuming sea fish directly, therefore a way is needed so that the nutritional intake / nutrition consumed is able to meet the needs of the community's body. In supporting and encouraging nutritional intake, business actors have an important role to play in creating processed fish products made from marine fish with the aim of increasing appetite because they are stimulated by the results of the product variants created. Business actors must have the courage to innovate their product variants. The Lecturer Team and the KKM Group help provide solutions through assistance in terms of strategies to create innovative variants of processed seafood products for business people. This step is carried out through mentoring and training in creating flavor variants, product packaging and marketing. Another thing is that it is hoped that after the service assistance for business actors they can be more prosperous in the economic field.

This research was related to the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance PT. Armada Financial Magelang with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to: determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction partially. Knowing the influence of compensation on job satisfaction partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment simultaneously, knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance partially determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction the performance of employees simultaneously, and knowing where greater direct influence organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto with indirect and direct influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto through organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were 58 employees of PT Mega Finance Mojokerto. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in analyzing the data using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there was partial significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there was significant effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. Then simultaneously significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. In addition, the indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Indirectly influence compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct effect of compensation on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

Competition in the culinary industry presents numerous challenges that influence a competitor's standard. As these factors impact consumer decisions, a comprehensive marketing approach is required to maintain market share and overcome competition. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of 7P marketing strategy variables (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence) on consumer purchasing decisions at Estusae Cafe. A quantitative methodology was employed in this study utilizing purposive sampling. The target population was comprised of all patrons who have consumed products at Estusae Cafe. Data was obtained via questionnaires distributed to respondents selected via purposive sampling. To assess the correlation between 7P marketing strategy variables and consumer purchasing decisions, quantitative data analysis methods were applied using linear regression techniques. The results obtained (F-value of 24.221) from Table 2.10 confirm acceptance of Ha, indicating that all seven independent variables (7P) jointly or simultaneously influence the dependent variable, Estusae Cafe Trawas Purchasing Decision. Additionally, the correlation coefficient (R Square) is 0.648, suggesting that collectively, the 7P variables influence 65% of Estusae Cafe Trawas' Purchasing Decision. The research has revealed that the 7P marketing strategy holds significant importance in influencing consumer purchasing behavior. Such findings carry broader academic implications.

The culture of drinking coffee is enjoyed by all people in the world, but as time has progressed, the meaning of coffee drinking culture has become its meaning. The existence of this coffee drinking culture also creates a place to enjoy coffee and lifestyle activities for consumers called coffee shops or coffee shops and makes this a research subject. Research that has been done produces several things in influencing customer decision making. This research is expected to provide an understanding of customer decision making in choosing a coffee shop location to enjoy a cup of coffee and other activities, namely the café atmosphere and customer experience.

Persaingan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang semakin ketat dalam hal Ekonomi Digital sudah menjadi nyata dengn semakin berkembangnya teknologi. Perkembangan ekonomi digital semakin meningkat akibat pandemic covid-19. Namun tidak semua UMKM di Indonesia sudah menerapkan konsep digital karena kurangnya pengetahuan atau kurang tersediannya sarana dan prasarana pendukung ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait strategi pengembangan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan ekonomi digital.Ekonomi digital harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukungnya di antaranya ketertarikan, sikap dan kemampuan individu dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dan alat komunikasi seperti smartphone (HP), tablet, PC desktop, dan laptop. Di samping itu, strategi penerapan ekonomi digital yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan pasar ke luar negeri, menambah unit produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, meningkatkan proses marketing online. Keterlibatan para warganet baik sebagai pelanggan, sosial media influener, maupun sebagai reseller menjadi faktor penentu dalam ekonomi digital. Keberhasilan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya ini dapat membantu pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan akibat pandemic covid-19.

The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. This study aims to determine the financial performance of financial resilience in times of crisis of each company engaged in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk during 2019- 2021 through ratio analysis. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting, processing, and interpreting the data obtained so that it can provide a clear picture of the situation under study based on the numbers. The result of this study is that the liquidity ratio has a significantly positive effect on financial resilience. While the leverage ratio and profitability ratios have no significant positive effect on financial resilience.

The aim of writing this article is to discuss the role of colleagues in improving employee performance at the Padepokan Buffet Restaurant. This research uses a qualitative research method approach with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data using literature studies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.

The research aim to measure the community satisfaction index as service users and improve the quality of public services. The data was obtained by observing and distributing questionarires to the public using birth certificate processing services with asample of 65 respondents. The types of data used in this research are promary anf secondary data. Data analysys techniques is descriptive quantitative method by calculating the percentage of aech category of answers based on PEMENPAN No 14 of 2017. The result of the research show that the community satisfaction index at the Lembang Nononga Selatan, which can be seen from the 9 indicators in accordance with PERMENPAN No 14of 2017 with the average service quality at the conversion value of the community satisfaction index of 85,475

Analysis of Village Fund Management in Lembang Rinding Kila’ Buntao’ District, Toraja Utara Regency. Supervised by Dra Dina Ramba, MM and Jens Batara Marewa, MM. This study aims to find out how the use of the Village Fund is carried out by the Government and whether it is in accordance with existing procedures and has a clear direction towards village development. The mothed used is an interview, documentation, and observation with the head of Lembang Rinding Kila’ about the Management of Village Funds in 2020 and 2021 which includes the annual village income and what income comes In.The result achieved is that the Village Fund Management in Lembang Rinding Kila’ is already effective, because Lembang Lembang’s inventory fund, so it has complied with Permendagri Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concering Village Fund Management.

The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance at Hotel Lembang Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The aims to determine the results of the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance at the Lembang Rantepao Hotel in 2022. The method used in this study was a survey and used data collection methods through filling out questionnaires and implement and develop data to be processed using SPSS. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data in the form of information from the object of research through the distribution of research questionnaires at the Lembang Hotel. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence of work motivation variable on employee performance but there is no effect of work ability on employee performance at Lembang Hotel.

The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Lextutor an online software for achieving educational objectives. Lextutor is an online resource which presents a new teaching-learning environment and also offers a variety of activities for educators and learners to use it in English vocabulary classroom and to nurture independent learning. Since vocabulary becomes very fundamental in language learning, both speaking and writing and independent learning is currently popular and needs to be developed, educators and learners can use wordlists, online concordance and dictionary, and texts, which can be accessed in the available programs. In addition, Lextutor also serves database to store the work and view the others’ work. Most importantly, this online software comes up with the transformation to change the traditional setting of learning by giving inputs on DDL learning. It is expected that learners can be more independent and active in learning, enabling greater motivation and deeper learning. This paper reviews literature and gives scholarly background by reviewing some contributions and concepts made by experts in the related field. Furthermore, some benefits of using Lextutor are found in this research.

This study aims to describe and describe 1) the causes of changes in the role and function of dancers' positions by using women in Galombang Kreasi dance. 2) the role and function of female dancers in Galombang Kreasi dance performances. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing or analyzing are data reduction, data presentation and inferring data. The results showed that the Galombang Kreasi dance is usually performed by men who can number up to dozens of people and then divided into two groups, where each group seems to be a group of bodyguards. Galombang Kreasi dance has a little element of pencak silat in its movements, so that when it is performed there will be a little martial arts attraction in the series of dances performed, in contrast to pasambahan dance which highlights elegance in every movement and can also be performed by women. The combination of these two dances serves to welcome and pay homage to the bride and groom, also paving the way for a line of virgins carrying carano offerings containing traditional betel. In addition, this new creation of traditional dance also serves as a fence for the entrance of the ninik mamak troupe that accompanies the journey of the bride and groom.

Distribution of information has an integral role in village governance. The village government needs to prioritize information services and management to fulfill the ideas of an informative village. This community service takes place in Holmafen village, East Sarmi district, Sarmi regency. The purpose of this service is to the improve information infrastructure in Holmafen. Holmafen is one of the villages in the East Sarmi district which has the potential to be developed, one of the reasons is due to the tourism potential. The method used in this community service is by making physical infrastructure in the form of village information boards (village and Bamuskam nameplates, village monographs - programs, and village organization boards). In conclusion, this service has helped the community and the village government of Holmafen in providing information infrastructure.
