This study aims to examine the implementation of the storytelling method as an effective strategy in character education in elementary schools. In the challenging era of globalization, students are not only required to be academically intelligent, but also to have strong characters and noble morals. The rapid flow of information and changes in social values that occur require a learning approach that is able to build the moral foundation of students from an early age. The storytelling method is present as one solution because it is able to convey character values in a fun, contextual, and touching way for children's emotions. This study uses a qualitative literature study approach, by reviewing various research results, scientific journals, articles, and books related to the application of the storytelling method in character learning. The results of the study show that stories can instill the values of honesty, responsibility, empathy, tolerance, and cooperation more meaningfully. The active involvement of teachers as storytellers and learning facilitators has a major influence on building students' emotional involvement and creating a positive learning atmosphere. However, there are still challenges such as limited media, lack of teacher training, and limited time in class. Therefore, innovative strategies such as the use of audiovisual media, role-playing, and making stories with students are effective alternatives. In conclusion, the storytelling method is a potential approach to instilling character values comprehensively and sustainably.

This paper discusses the study of politics from an Islamic perspective, which not only examines power and governance but also serves as a foundation for the development of political ethics rooted in the spiritual and moral values of the Qur'an and Hadith. The approach used is a literature review, analyzing relevant texts on Islamic politics, political ethics, and leadership concepts in Islam. In Islam, politics is regarded as a form of worship that must be carried out based on the principles of tawhid (monotheism), justice, shura (consultation), and social responsibility. Concepts such as khalifah (caliphate), shura, and maslahah (public interest) serve as key pillars in the ethical governance system aimed at the welfare of the ummah (community). Furthermore, this paper highlights the importance of political morality (akhlaq siyasah) as a moral foundation for leaders and political actors, while also exploring the distinction between ethics (akhlaq) and morality in the Islamic context. The findings indicate that integrating political studies with Islamic values can create a model of governance that is not only structurally strong but also morally and spiritually elevated. Thus, Islam offers a holistic normative framework for building a just and civilized political system.

The study of hadith in the contemporary era is not only limited to the theological dimension, but also extends to the socio-political and state realms. This is important to understand fair, inclusive governance based on Islamic values. In the context of modern Muslim countries, including Indonesia, the urgency to re-examine the function of hadith as a source of ethics and norms in politics is increasing, especially in facing the challenges of leadership and covering up power. This study aims to apply the thematic hadith approach (maudhu'i) in understanding contemporary political and state issues. The method used is qualitative literature study with a thematic approach, examining hadiths from authentic books such as Sahih Bukhari, Muslim, and Abu Dawud, as well as classical literature and accredited scientific journals. The results of the study show that thematic hadiths provide a strong ethical and normative framework for the formation of a government system that is oriented towards justice, deliberation, and the responsibility of leaders. Hadith is also the basis for legitimizing criticism of authoritarian power, relevant to be implemented in democratic systems in Muslim-majority countries. Thus, the integration of hadith in contemporary political discourse is not merely idealistic, but has an epistemic basis that can be realized institutionally.

This Study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Agro Afiat Nusantara in Barito Kuala, a non-subsidized fertilizer distribution company operating in South Kalimantan. The research focuses on two main variables: leadership and work discipline, both of which are theoretically considered essential in improving employee performance. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to all 30 employees using a saturated sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 27. The analysis revealed that (1) leadership, when tested partially, does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) in contrast, work discipline has a positive and significant effect; and (3) simultaneously, both variables significantly contribute to enhancing performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of consistent and structured work discipline particularly in terms of punctuality, responsibility, and adherence to rules as a key factor in supporting employee performance. Practically, the study suggests a reassessment of the leadership style applied within the company and emphasizes the need to strengthen a culture of discipline as part of a sustainable human resource management strategy.

This study aims to systematically examine how daily routines in elementary school environments play a role in increasing children's independence. Independence is an important skill that needs to be developed early on, including personal responsibility, initiative, and self-discipline. The methodology used in this study is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the author synthesizes various journals, books, and relevant previous research results. The results of the study indicate that various forms of daily routines such as class duty, guarding personal belongings, morning prayers, and managing break times play a significant role in forming independent behavior in children. The mechanisms that occur in this process include habituation, repetition, consistency, and positive reinforcement that encourages the internalization of independence values. In addition, the role of teachers as facilitators, models, and feedback providers has proven to be a key factor in success, accompanied by the support of an orderly and structured school environment. The conclusion of this study confirms that daily routines are not just technical activities, but are an effective medium in character education that has a direct impact on the formation of children's independence. Collaboration between schools and families is an important aspect in optimizing the results of this habituation.

This study examines collaborative implementation strategies as an effective model for addressing employment challenges in the era of economic and technological transformation. Focusing on collaboration among the state, business sector, and labor unions, the study adopts a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature review, policy analysis, and case studies. Findings reveal that trilateral partnerships—inspired by the European concept of flexicurity—promote enhanced job security, worker productivity, and adaptability. The empowerment of labor unions through collective agreements and mediation has proven to strengthen industrial dialogue and prevent conflict. In Australia’s public sector, consultative committees involving union delegates and management demonstrate the effectiveness of consensus-based policymaking. Strategic recommendations include strengthening dialogic capacities, process digitalization, and the application of worker-driven social responsibility (WDSR) models for platform-based employment. The study concludes that multistakeholder collaborative networks are key to reinforcing labor market resilience and advancing social justice.

Indonesia is a country that prioritizes law. This has been explained explicitly in the 1945 Constitution. Criminal law in Indonesia is one of the main guidelines in realizing justice. An act is constituted as a crime and formulated in law if the act is assessed by the legislator as an act that endangers a legal interest. By establishing a prohibition against committing an act accompanied by criminal threats/sanctions for anyone who violates it, it means that the law has provided legal protection for these legal interests. In this problem, the researcher focuses on questions and legal objectives regarding legal protection for victims in cases of sibling murder, namely as follows: 1. What are the factors that cause serious abuse based on case number 720/Pid.B/2023/PN Lbp? 2. What is the criminal responsibility for perpetrators in cases of serious abuse based on case number 720/Pid.B/2023/PN Lbp. Research is the most important part of the entire series of activities for writing a scientific work, because to answer the main research problem, the object of the problem described in the problem formulation will be answered. The research location is a place or area where the research will be carried out. The location of this research is the Lubuk Pakam Class I-A District Court located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 58 Lubuk Pakam, Postal Code: 20512, Tel/Fax: (061) 7955861, North Sumatra. Serious maltreatment is an act of violence that is carried out intentionally and results in serious physical injury or even death to another individual. Cases like this not only harm physically, but also emotionally and psychologically for the victims and society in general. An appropriate and effective legal process in handling cases of serious abuse is important to uphold justice, provide protection to victims, and prevent future violence.
