Final-year university students occupy a fragile transitional space between academic completion and an uncertain future. This article examines future anxiety among final-year students as a multidimensional phenomenon encompassing academic pressure, employability uncertainty, identity formation, family expectations, spiritual struggle, and consequential life decisions under limited control. It employs a constructive conceptual literature review, synthesizing scholarship on university student mental health, career anxiety, career construction and career self-management, religious coping, and contemporary pastoral care. The analysis develops a pastoral accompaniment framework that neither reduces anxiety to a private psychological symptom nor replaces professional mental health or career services. Three constructive findings are proposed: first, future anxiety should be understood as a vocational-existential crisis intensified by final-year transitions; second, pastoral accompaniment contributes through relational presence, meaning-making, spiritual discernment, and referral-aware care; and third, an integrated model should combine stabilization, vocational reframing, and agency-building within accountable communities. The article concludes that pastoral accompaniment is most responsible when it is theologically grounded, psychologically informed, ethically bounded, and collaborative. Its main contribution is a practical-conceptual framework for campus ministries, theological schools, and Christian higher education institutions seeking to accompany final-year students without fabricating empirical claims or spiritualizing distress.

Urban workers are increasingly vulnerable to heat stress due to rising global temperatures, especially in cities affected by the Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect. This heat stress poses significant risks to worker health and productivity, exacerbating health issues such as dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke, while also reducing work efficiency. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of green rooftop designs as a mitigation strategy for heat stress in urban workplace environments. Green rooftops are increasingly seen as a sustainable solution for urban heat management, offering benefits in temperature regulation, energy efficiency, and overall worker well-being. This study examines various heat stress mitigation strategies, including green roofs, industrial fans, and shading systems, focusing on their comparative effectiveness in reducing temperatures and improving worker comfort. The research involved environmental temperature measurements inside and outside urban workplaces, the use of wearable heat sensors to monitor workers’ heat stress levels, and building energy simulations to predict the impact of green rooftops on indoor climate control. Results indicate that green rooftops reduced workplace temperatures by an average of 3.8°C and decreased heat-stress-related complaints by 35%. In comparison to industrial fans and shading systems, green rooftops provided superior long-term relief, reducing heat stress and improving both worker productivity and environmental quality. The findings support the integration of green rooftops into urban workplace designs as a viable climate adaptation strategy. Future research should explore optimizing green rooftop designs for different climates and assessing their long-term benefits for worker health and urban resilience.

Grants are a form of financial assistance provided by individuals, organizations, or governments to recipients without repayment obligations. Grants play a significant role in social and economic development, including improving community welfare, strengthening economic capacity, and supporting infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze how grants contribute to community empowerment and economic growth while identifying challenges in their management. Using a qualitative approach based on a literature review, this study finds that well-managed grants can enhance the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), accelerate regional development, and support social sectors such as education and health. However, issues such as lack of transparency, weak supervision, and potential dependency among grant recipients remain significant challenges. Strengthening regulations, implementing monitoring systems, and ensuring impact-based grant distribution are recommended to improve grant effectiveness and maximize benefits for recipients.

This study analyzes and optimizes production systems in the Industry 4.0 context, examining the fundamental shift from centralized, push-based production models to decentralized, adaptive, pull-based approaches. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining comprehensive literature review and multiple case studies across manufacturing sectors. Findings reveal that integration of Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics enables real-time communication between production components, product personalization, and faster decision-making. Despite significant benefits in efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness, implementation challenges persist, including high initial investment, employee resistance, technical expertise limitations, and integration complexity. Optimization approaches such as mixed-integer linear programming, digitally-integrated Lean Six Sigma, and digital twin simulations effectively enhance performance indicators including flexibility, reliability, and energy efficiency. The study concludes that successful production system transformation requires an integrated strategy encompassing process engineering, digital competency development, change management, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable optimization in the digital era

This systematic literature review examines the evolving role of Quality Engineering (QE) in optimizing production processes within Industry 4.0 contexts. By analyzing 78 peer-reviewed studies (2010–2025), the research identifies critical shifts in QE methodologies, emphasizing integration with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and real-time digital twin technologies. Key findings reveal enhanced robustness through adaptive optimization algorithms (e.g., Bayesian optimization, NSGA-II), improved defect prediction via AI-driven quality control systems, and streamlined process interoperability through Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality 4.0 frameworks. The study underscores digital integration as a catalyst for reducing variability, accelerating decision-making, and aligning quality management with Industry 4.0’s demands for agility and interconnected systems. Recommendations include adopting hybrid methodologies combining classical Six Sigma with ML-driven analytics and investing in workforce training for digital QMS adoption.

One of the consequences of poor nutritional management in toddlers is stunting. One nutritious alternative food to prevent stunting at a relatively cheaper price is sweet corn. Sweet corn is increasingly popular and widely consumed because it has a sweeter taste than regular corn (Kartika, 2019). Siswono (2004 in Surtinah, 2013) reported that the sugar content of the master sweet variety is 16 – 18%, close to the sugar content of cane, namely 19%. Sweet corn contains 96 cal Energy, 3.5 g Protein, 1.0 g Fat, 22.8 g Carbohydrates, 3.0 mg Calcium, 111 mg Phosphorus, 0.7 mg Iron, Vitamin A 400 SI, Vitamin B 0, 15 mg, Vitamin C 12.0 mg, and water 72.7 g Iskandar, 2006). This service activity was carried out at the Kampung Jawa Village Hall, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The parties involved in this activity were lecturers from the Agrotechnology and Forestry study program, PSDKU Gayo Lues, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University as resource persons, as well as the Agrotechnology and Animal Husbandry study program, Faculty of Agriculture, Gunung Leuser University, Aceh Kutacane, village midwives as partners, village heads as facilitators and the village community. Javanese Village as a participant. Survey of activity locations, socialization of service activities, implementation of service activities, evaluation of service activities. The conclusions from this activity are: 1. Regarding the causes, characteristics, dangers and prevention of stunting by related parties, this is one of the first steps in efforts to improve the nutrition of pregnant women and toddlers in the Kampung Jawa Village community. 2. Sweet corn is an alternative food source that can be consumed by pregnant women and toddlers to prevent stunting. 3.
