Tofu is a food that is in great demand by the people of Indonesia because it tastes good and the price is relatively cheap. One of the businesses that is active and has a sizeable market potential on the island of Sumbawa, NTB is CV Maik Meres which is located in the Brang Biji village, Sumbawa sub-district. CV Maik Meres is an industry engaged in processing soybeans with 37 kg of large white tofu and 33 kg of small white tofu in one production as the main raw material for tofu products. The purpose of this study was to find out the effective optimization of the production process to be carried out by CV maik meres using the simplex linear programming method. Before using the simplex linear programming method, CV Maik Meres produced 20 prints for large white tofu and 10 prints for small white tofu. From the results of research using QM software for Windows V5, it resulted in an optimization of the production process for large tofu as much as 40,74 prints and did not produce small tofu to get a maximum profit of Rp. 361,166,7 in one production. So that the maximum profit of CV Maik Meres in one production is Rp. 188,440,7 and an increase of 19% from factual conditions.

Sumbawa Besar Regency is one of the regencies in the West Nusa Tenggara region which has very abundant forestry resources. The forest is used as a business engaged in the extraction of forest products which is processed into various kinds such as Sumbawa oil which is produced in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The raw materials for making Sumbawa oil are obtained directly from the mountains and forests in the region which are efficacious as traditional medicines. The purpose of this study was to obtain a strategy and determine strategic priorities in the development of the Sumbawa oil agro-industry in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The stages of this research started with a field study by interviewing Sumbawa oil agro-industry players in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and the QSPM matrix to obtain strategic priorities. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the position of the Sumbawa oil agro-industry was in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy. Furthermore, based on the research results obtained by the QSPM matrix, 9 alternative strategies were obtained, and the prioritized strategy was to maintain and improve product quality according to tradition as a natural medicine that was of interest to consumers.

Poverty is a condition where people are unable to meet their basic needs. Poverty can be said to be a fairly complicated matter that is being experienced by various countries in the world, especially a developing country like Indonesia. Poverty can be used as a measuring tool for socio-economic conditions in assessing the success of development carried out by the government in an area. Various impacts that can arise from the increase or lack of handling of the poverty rate include a decrease in the level of social welfare, an increase in the crime rate, a decrease in the level of public health, a decrease in the quality of education and there are still many social problems that will arise as a result of this poverty. The poverty rate can be influenced by various factors including GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product), HDI (Human Development Index) and TPT (Open Unemployment Rate). This study examines the effect of GRDP, HDI and TPT on poverty in Central Java Province in 2002-2021. The purpose of this study is expected to be able to analyze how and how much influence GRDP, HDI and TPT have on poverty in Central Java Province, so that it is hoped that later this can be used as a basis for determining policies to overcome poverty in Central Java Province. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method of analysis in this study is the time series data analysis method of estimating the ECM model with the help of Eviews 10. The results show that the relationship between GRDP, HDI and TPT has a significant effect on the poverty rate in Central Java Province.

This study aims to explain the importance of developing teacher professional competence as a key factor in improving student learning outcomes. In the context of education, the teacher's role is not only limited to conveying subject matter, but also involves the ability to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. In an era of education that continues to develop, teachers must be able to face new challenges that arise, such as technological developments, curriculum changes, and the diverse needs of students. Therefore, teachers need to continue to develop their professional competence in order to meet the increasingly high demands and expectations from society, students, and the education system. The development of teacher professional competence includes various aspects, such as in-depth academic knowledge, effective teaching skills, ability to adapt to change, and a positive professional attitude. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to present a conducive learning environment, facilitate productive interactions between students, and provide constructive feedback. In this study, an analysis was conducted of various methods and strategies for developing teacher professional competence, such as training, supervision, mentoring, and collaboration between teachers. In addition, the factors that influence the success of teacher professional competence development are also discussed, including school leadership support, a conducive work environment, and teacher motivation in self-development. The results of the study show that the development of teacher professional competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to design interesting lessons, choose strategies that suit the needs of students, and provide effective feedback. This has a positive impact on the involvement of students in learning and increasing their academic achievement.

The theory of consonants in English phonology is an important aspect in understanding the sound system in that language. Phonology is the study of how the sounds in language are used to form meaning. In English, consonants and vowels have different roles in forming word structure and sound articulation.Consonants in English are defined as sounds that experience resistance or airflow shift when spoken. There are various types of consonants in English, such as hissing consonants, popping consonants, sliding consonants, and so on. These consonants have certain characteristics, such as the place and manner of articulation, which distinguish one consonant from another.Places of articulation refer to the parts in the mouth or throat that are used to produce consonant sounds. For example, the lips, teeth, tongue, palate, and throat can play a role in the production of consonants. For example, the consonant /p/ is pronounced by bringing the lips together, while the consonant /k/ is pronounced by moving the back palate with the back of the tongue.The manner of articulation refers to the type of resistance or shift in airflow that occurs when pronouncing the consonant. Some examples of how consonants are articulated in English include complete closure of the airflow (eg /p/), partial obstruction of the airflow (eg /s/), or passage of air through the nose (eg /m/). The theory of consonants and vowels in English phonology helps to explain how these sounds form a distinctive language system. Knowledge of the place and manner of consonant articulation, as well as the position of the tongue and the tilt of the vowel lips, allows linguistics to analyze the differences in sounds in English. In the study of phonology, this theory also helps to understand sound patterns, sound changes, and the placement of sounds in words as well as in the broader structure of language.     

This study aims to prove partially and simultaneously the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for wardah beauty products. This research is a quantitative descriptive survey. The sampling technique that has been used is the leddy formula and consists of 50 respondents. The results of this study are that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah beauty products, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah beauty products, and advertising has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah cosmetic products. Wardah beauty products have very good quality products, prices and advertising promotions so that they have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for wardah beauty products.

One of the automatic sink products was made by Yogyakarta Technology University students. It is felt that this automatic sink product needs to be tested for its usability or ease of use. The USE questionnaire was used to carry out this test, and five test parameters were used. specifically, learning ability, efficiency, memory, error avoidance, and satisfaction. Based on its use, the purpose of this paper is to find out the user's opinion about the automatic sink product. The distribution of the USE questionnaire consisting of ten questions and five rating points on a Likert Scale was used to conduct this kind of quantitative descriptive research on consumers of automatic sink products. This study obtained usability measurement results for automatic sink products with a value of 84.67% on learnability, 96.22% on efficiency, 82.44% on memoriability, 88% on errors and 76.88% on satisfaction.

This research aims to know the "influence of the Liveliness of the students Organize Against the achievements of the Islamic guidance counseling Student Learning Force 2014". The approach used is a quantitative approach with insrumen data collection in the form of the now closed terdidri of 15 items, tested the validity of the statement and realibilitasnya. Data that has been collected and then analyzed using analytical statistics using statistical analysis with data processing statistical instruments product and service solution (SPSS). The location of the research conducted on campus one IAIN Mataram total population of 479. The large amount of samples taken from the population is 60 Students 10% calculated using the formula sample Probability Sampling. The result of the processing of research data shows that the student has freedom of activity variables influence the learning achievements of students Islamic Forces 2014 guidance counseling. To answer the problem formulation and hypothesis testing studies have been done of t and F test results obtained by using the SPSS program was Active Student Association Student Learning Achievements to guidance counseling. This study aims to identify and describe the children's cartoon show "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV through the point of view of the 2012 KPI Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcasting Program Standards (P3SPS). The theories used in this research are broadcasting theory, program theory, child theory. -children, and the theory of P3SPS.This study uses a qualitative method by collecting information about the status of a symptom, namely the state of the symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was conducted. Data collection is done by observing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that there was an alleged violation of the children's cartoon program "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV on August 6 2019 when reviewed through P3SPS. The alleged offenses included assaulting a rabbit, dropping a bowling ball from top to bottom and hitting it on the head, throwing a cactus pot in the face with a racket and throwing a tart.The broadcast will have an impact on changing the attitudes and behavior of children who watch it, especially in terms of imitation and encourage youth to learn about inappropriate behavior and/or justify such inappropriate behavior as commonplace in everyday life. So Siarab programs in Indonesia must comply with the broadcasting law and P3SPS must be a guideline for/in making television program production so as to produce shows that are appropriate according to the existing classification, and are beneficial to the people of Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of customer engagement, customer equity, purchase intention on Cellular Applications. Those used in this study were women and men who had made transactions/purchases of mobile applications. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents, with the provisions of 205 men and 45 women. The data for this study were collected by distributing questionnaires through an online survey system using the Google form. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the PLS-SEM analysis technique with the SmartPLS program to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that customer involvement has no significant effect on repurchase. That is, enthusiasm in visiting the mobile application may not necessarily attract the attention of customers to decide on a purchase because there are customers who are usually just for fun to see and compare prices and calculate the total price with postage and other additional costs. Besides that, this study also shows that the quality of information has a positive and significant influence on repurchase. Therefore, it can be concluded that the more complete and accurate the availability of this information, if it is appropriate and can solve problems for its customers, the higher the opportunity for customers to make repeat purchases from the same product and service providers.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing variables (X1) and service quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT Mahakarya Paket Digital. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, a sample of 55 respondents at PT Mahakarya Paket Digital. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Mahakarya Kemasan Digital. The results of the study obtained a linear regression equation for social media marketing variables that have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Quality of Service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions partially. The results of the Social Media Marching F test and Service Quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT Mahakarya Paket Digital.

Village regulations are one of the many types and forms of statutory regulations. As part of legal products in the national legal system, regulations follow the regime of statutory regulations. In the statutory regime, the model for canceling a product that is considered contradictory is with various models. The model is regulated in the constitution, especially regulations whose hierarchy are under the law through the Supreme Court. Does the Perdes annulment model also follow this regime? In this study, the type of research used is normative-juridical with a statutory approach. From this study it can be concluded that the model for canceling village regulations is different from the cancellation regime in general. This is explicitly regulated in the Village Law. The cancellation was not through a court model, but by the agency above it, namely the regent.

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk is a multinational company engaged in production and sales, this company was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary branch of two Malaysian companies namely Leong Hup Holding Berhad and Emivest Berhad. The purpose of this study was to determine internal control related to sales and revenue accounting information systems at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk. The method used is descriptive analysis and secondary data from the company's website. The conclusion is the internal control itself at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk in sales has been good. However, it is possible that the management of biological assets is not good enough that there is a decrease in biological assets and their inventory.    

PAL Indonesia is one of the construction companies in the maritime industry that focuses on producing above and below the surface ships which the Indonesian government highly relies on, therefore the safety system there is very strict, including safety lighting. With good lighting, objects can be seen clearly, so that the operation of production equipment and work in the workshop is optimal. However, the company PT. PAL Indonesia has a problem, namely in the warship production workshop, workers often complain because the lighting in the workshop is not bright enough, which causes workers to experience red, watery and sore eyes. Therefore, researchers are interested in analyzing whether the existing lighting standard is in accordance with SNI 03-6197-2000, namely 350lux. From the research that has been done, it is found that the PT PAL workshop with an area of 2700m2 has an average light intensity measurement of 82.22lux, so re-planning is needed to produce a light intensity that is in accordance with the standards. Based on the results of calculations according to standards, 42 light points are obtained with an average lighting of 354 lux which is simulated using the dialux application. The addition of these light points had an impact on increasing electricity bill rates, which were initially IDR 624,575.34 per month to IDR 2,186,013.69 per month.

Community service carried out by tertiary institutions should be able to carry out the functions of developing, implementing and utilizing educational and research darma products. Even though until today there are still many tertiary institutions that still misinterpret community service, in fact, the people who are targeted ultimately have a wrong perception of the tertiary darma program, where people think they get assistance for free. This ultimately forms the perception that community service activities that have been carried out by PTN and PTS, tend to lead to community service activities which are carried out free of charge. The purpose of this writing is to explain theoretically how the concept of community service really is and how it is implemented in the midst of society. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that tertiary education services to the community as an institutional implementation of science, technology and arts and culture through scientific methodology so as to accelerate the rate of growth in achieving national development goals. The implementation of community service carried out by tertiary institutions has the scope of service as the practice of science, technology, and art which can include the development of science, technology and art into products that can be directly utilized by the community; Application of science, technology, and art that is relevant to the needs of the community and the demands of development; Provision of expertise assistance to the community in solving development problems; Development of research results which, according to university studies, can be utilized for the benefit of society and development so that these research results can directly benefit society and development.

Shipyards are often difficult to find information quickly and efficiently on every component of the workplace. A good information system is actually needed for the work process in the shipyard because the project head's planning for the distribution of the project workload being carried out will result in a smooth production process, which will affect the completion time of the work to be carried out. The development of an android-based ship repair information system that can be used to quickly and accurately report data required by the central supervisor allows for full monitoring of the new ship building process, which is standard practice in many shipyards that have a research methodology to solve the problem.    

This study aims to describe the stages of developing E-LKPD based on the Wizer.me Website on fantasy story text material for class VII and the form of E-LKPD based on the Wizer.me Website on fantasy story text material for class VII. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg and Gall model, which uses 6 stages according to the needs, abilities and scope of the research. The results of the study show that 1) the stages of developing E-LKPD based on the Wizer.me Website for fantasy story text material start from the potential and problem analysis stages with unstructured interviews with teachers and analysis of the LKPD used by the teacher during learning. The next stage is needs analysis, product design stage, product validation stage carried out by material expert validators and media design expert validators. The score obtained was 86.11% from the material expert validator, and 83.33% from the media design expert validator. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the E-LKPD based on the Wizer.me Website, fantasy story text material for class VII "very feasible." ” is used in learning. The next stage is product revision, and finally the final product. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1), advertising (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at KPRI Sedar Ngancar, Kediri Regency. This type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the study was obtained by 80 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.167 + 0.323X1 + 0.402X2 + 0.215X3 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Advertising partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that product quality, advertising and service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at KPRI Sedar Ngancar, Kediri Regency.

In this era of globalization, marketing is more of an information warfare between different parties with the aim of making sales. The marketing environment is rapidly changing, and with these changes, the need for information, latest products, shifts in buyer attitudes and behaviors towards decision-making and product acquisition, as well as the ability to identify opportunities in appropriate marketing, becomes essential. This paper is a literature review using a qualitative descriptive approach, aiming to describe product mix strategies. The methodology employed for data collection is documentation, along with various articles and books, followed by content analysis. The findings of this paper reveal that studying consumers can provide insights for the development of new products, product uniqueness, pricing, distribution channels, advertising messages, and other new marketing elements. A focal point for understanding behavior is the stimulus-response model. Buyer characteristics and decision-making processes lead to specific buyer decisions. The marketing task involves comprehending what occurs in the buyer’s consciousness from external stimuli to the emergence of the buyer's purchasing decision.

This study aims to provide insights and understanding of the importance of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment, as well as assisting organizations in designing more effective leadership development programs. The study utilizes a literature review method to compile research frameworks based on relevant previous studies. The findings of the study indicate that the quality of the relationship between leaders and members significantly influences organizational performance. A better relationship between leaders and members has positive impacts on employee performance, innovative attitudes, work ethics, employee loyalty, job engagement, employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior, effective communication, job satisfaction, and significant reduction in turnover intention. This highlights the importance for organizations to pay attention to the quality of the relationship between leaders and members in creating a healthy and productive work environment. Additionally, organizations should also focus on leadership development that enhances the quality of the relationship between leaders and members.
