Industrialization has been a major driver in Indonesia’s transition from an agrarian to a modern economy. Its contribution to productivity growth, job creation, and economic diversification makes it a strategic component of national development. The integration between industry and other sectors such as agriculture, services, trade, and labor proves essential in strengthening competitiveness and achieving inclusive growth. Findings indicate that despite its potential, industrialization in Indonesia still faces challenges such as import dependency, limited skilled labor, and regional disparities. Therefore, future industrial strategies should focus on enhancing sectoral linkages, promoting equitable development, and improving human capital and infrastructure capacity to support sustainable economic growth.

Warehouse Receipt is an alternative financing instrument that enables farmers and agribusiness actors to access capital by using stored commodities in licensed warehouses as collateral. This mechanism not only addresses the limited access to financing in the agricultural sector but also functions as a risk mitigation tool against commodity price fluctuations. In Indonesia, the implementation of the Warehouse Receipt System is legally regulated and supported by institutions such as the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) and PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia. However, its effectiveness still faces several challenges, including low financial literacy among farmers, limited warehouse infrastructure, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. Therefore, policy strengthening, increased public awareness, and digital system development are essential to optimize the role of Warehouse Receipts in enhancing the agricultural sector and maintaining commodity price stability.

This study aims to analyze the legal protection for investors in the capital market through the harmonization of existing regulations. In the context of Indonesia's capital market, legal protection is a crucial aspect for maintaining investor confidence and creating a healthy investment climate. Although various regulations, such as Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets, have been established, the implementation of legal protection still faces several challenges, including a lack of alignment between existing regulations. This research employs a normative approach with legal analysis and literature review as data collection methods. The findings indicate that regulatory harmonization is essential to enhance the effectiveness of legal protection for investors, both preventively and repressively. With harmonization in place, it is expected that regulations can operate more effectively and provide better protection for investors in the capital market.

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged the emergence of crypto assets as a new investment instrument in Indonesia. Along with the increasing popularity of digital assets, the government responded by imposing tax policies in the form of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax (PPh) on every crypto transaction. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the tax imposition with the basic principles of tax law, as well as to examine its impact on the growth of the digital asset industry in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach sourced from regulations, scientific journals, official reports, and international comparative studies. The results of the study show that the imposition of VAT on crypto transactions is not fully in line with the principles of fairness, legal certainty, and efficiency in taxation. In addition, the disproportionately high tax burden has a negative impact on investor interest, encourages offshore transactions, and slows down innovation in the domestic blockchain industry. Therefore, policy reformulation is needed, such as the application of capital gains tax and the provision of fiscal incentives, so that tax regulations can support the sustainable growth of the national digital economy.

This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the problematic financing of murabaha contract products at Islamic commercial banks in 2017-2021 with research samples of Islamic commercial banks in Islamic banking statistics published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis obtained a significant negative effect of murabahah financing and interest rates on problematic financing of murabahah contract products. Meanwhile, capital adequacy has a negative but not significant effect on financing problematic murabahah contract products at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2017 to 2021. So that additional capital is carried out by banks, it does not allow for a decrease in problematic financing of murabahah contract products at Islamic commercial banks.

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in the development of culinary MSMEs in Central Java Province. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collection conducted through interviews, observations, and secondary document review. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which allowed for the systematic processing and interpretation of the gathered data. The findings revealed that the key strengths of culinary MSMEs in Central Java include clear market segmentation, strategic locations, and product innovation. These strengths enable the businesses to reach targeted customers effectively and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market. However, the main weaknesses identified include limited utilization of digital technology and a lack of managerial development, which hinder their ability to scale and improve operational efficiency. The study also highlighted significant opportunities for growth, such as government support for MSMEs and the rapid development of digital technologies that can enhance marketing and operational processes. Despite these opportunities, the threats facing these businesses include intense competition from both local and global players, as well as a low level of interest in entrepreneurship among the younger generation, which limits the growth potential of new businesses. Based on the SWOT analysis, the study proposes a development strategy matrix that MSMEs and policymakers can use to address weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats. This strategy emphasizes the need for digital transformation, investment in managerial skills, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture to ensure the sustainable growth of culinary MSMEs in the region. The findings provide valuable insights for both business owners and policymakers to support the development of the culinary sector in Central Java

Geopolitical tensions have evolved from peripheral risks to central drivers of global capital flows, disproportionately affecting Emerging Markets (EMs). This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric mapping of the academic landscape linking geopolitical dynamics, international finance, and investment in EMs. This study uses a dataset of 1,039 documents extracted from high-impact databases to analyze performance and conduct science mapping with R-Bibliometrix. The analysis covers publication trends, citation structures, and conceptual evolution over the last century, with a focus on the surge in literature post-2018. Results indicate an exponential growth in scientific production, peaking in 2024. The thematic structure reveals a shift from traditional debt crisis narratives (1990s) to contemporary concerns regarding sanctions, protectionism, and trade policy (2020s). Network analysis identifies three distinct clusters: (1) International finance and market mechanisms, (2) Political economy and development in the Global South, and (3) Institutional governance (IMF/World Bank). This paper bridges the gap between political science and financial economics by visualizing how international finance serves as the dominant anchor connecting developed economies (the USA and the UK) with key emerging markets (China and Indonesia) amid rising global fragmentation.
