In an increasingly competitive business situation, companies need employees who have a high commitment to the organization. Allen and Meyer (1990) stated that commitment to an organization is displayed in the components of affective commitment, rational commitment and nomative commitment. From several studies it has been proven that work experience has quite a big influence on employee commitment to the organization. This research will look at the contribution of human resource management as a form of work experience to employee commitment to the organization. What is meant by human resource management is a series of processes, applications and evaluations of the utilization and actualization of human resources in order to optimize the performance and contribution of human resources in achieving company goals. The contribution that will be seen is the contribution of human resource management in the form of employee perceptions of human resource management. As well as discrepancies in employee expectations and perceptions of human resource management. It is widespread in society to see the division of labor between women and men based on gender. The daughter helps her mother, and the son helps her father, showing that a woman is more productive in housework. Gender inequality is generated by discriminatory behavior against women caused by this injustice in the division of roles. However, this is different for single women. Until now, they still have problems carrying out responsibilities that must be done, such as running work and taking care of their families. Based on these events, single women experience feelings of fear, known as fear of success. Because of the fear of the negative consequences that may occur if successful, fear becomes a mental barrier to achievement. Every woman must have dreams to achieve, but inadequate circumstances and societal demands make her afraid to succeed. This study uses qualitative methods and is a type of phenomenological research. Theme-driven analysis is used in theory. The information in this study is collected from three single women selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this study show that single women who have experienced fear of success experience the following: fear of themselves, pessimism, doubt about living both roles, pessimism, and difficulty starting new things due to environmental factors.

This study aims to describe the meaning of denotation, meaning of connotation, and myth in the traditions of Ngulihi Tudung in the Karo tribe. This study is a qualitative descriptive study by applying a semiotic approach developed by Roland Barthes to uncover aspects of sign communication in the marriage tradition of Karo Ngulih Tudung which later differed from the public view of marriage traditions that began to be distorted. The data obtained in this study is a sentence, dialogue or sign that can communicate the message to be delivered to the marriage tradition of Ngulihi Tudung tribe Karo. The data analysis technique is to carefully identify signs and symbols in the Tudung Tradition, divide them into markers and markers, analyze the relationship of signs to form more complex meanings, analyse the meaning of denotations, analyse meaning of connotations based on cultural historical context to mythology as ideology based on the study of Roland Barthes' Semiotics, and write the conclusions of the research. The results of the study show that the meaning of the denotation in the marriage tradition of Ngulihi Tudung seeks to show the most tangible meaning in the sign. In other words, the Denotation of Roland Barthers in the sentence found in the Marriage tradition is what is described by the sign against an object. Connotation is expressive, involving more subjective and objective experience. In the marriage tradition Ngulihi Tudung invites the public to criticize as sharply as myths can see certain values or norms that work in society.

Malpractice is basically an action by professional staff that is contrary to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), professional code of ethics, and applicable laws, whether intentional or due to negligence. This negligence is not a violation of the law, if the negligence does not cause harm to other people and that person can feel comfortable. However, if this negligence results in material loss, harm or even takes the life of another person, then this can be said to be malpractice. Malpractice in the field of orthopedics is an act of negligence committed by doctors or health service workers who are tasked with carrying out all kinds of surgical procedures, especially bone surgery. Where in this case the patient who initially only experienced problems with his bones ultimately had to hamper his breathing for the last time just because of an error in administering gas after surgery. This fatal negligence can be said to occur due to a lack of accuracy on the part of doctors or other health workers in providing health services to patients. This negligence can also be caused by hospital management that is not well organized, the staff's education may still be minimal and many other factors. Because this action not only violates the law, the medical code of ethics and also the standards of behavior in a religion but even takes someone's life, there needs to be a way out, namely by; improving hospital management, increasing accuracy in carrying out the medical profession and deepening all kinds of knowledge about various kinds of health service procedures.

Cervical cancer is a type of cancer that attacks the cervix in women and can be treated with chemotherapy. One of the side effects of chemotherapy is nausea and vomiting. Nausea and vomiting can be treated by administering Acupressure Pericardium 6. This study aimed to determine the effect of administering Acupressure Pericardium 6 on nausea and vomiting in post-chemotherapy cervical cancer patients. This type of research is quantitative, using a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test one-group design. The study employed purposive sampling with 47 respondents, utilizing the INVR index measuring instrument. The results of the analysis showed that the majority were elderly, aged 46–65 years (70.2%), elementary school education level (42.6%), non-working employment status (61.7%), type of chemotherapy drug carboplatin (19.1%), and stage III cervical cancer (42.6%). Before receiving the acupressure pericardium intervention, post-chemotherapy patients experienced 6 frequencies of moderate nausea and vomiting (46.8%), and after the intervention, they experienced 6 frequencies of mild nausea and vomiting (44.7%). After that, a statistical test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test, obtaining a p-value of 0.000 or ≤ 0.05. In conclusion, pericardium 6 acupressure has an effect on nausea and vomiting in post-chemotherapy cervical cancer patients. Future researchers should develop variables and pay more attention to the timing of administering Pericardium 6 acupressure to ensure optimal results.
