The results of the study inform that (1) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. This means that if work discipline is improved, then employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya will also improve. (2) Communication has a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. This means that if communication is improved, then employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya will also improve. (3) Work discipline and communication have a positive effect on employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya. This means that if work discipline and communication are improved, then employee performance at CV. Mendong K Craft Tasikmalaya will also improve.

The highest value on the system quality indicator and the lowest value on the usage indicator. (2) The effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency is very high. The highest value on the time measurement indicator and the lowest value on the result measurement indicator. (3) The information management system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the information management system is improved, the effectiveness of employee work at the Banjarsari District Office, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

This study aims to determine the effect of TEPOK BULU'23 sportainment content information on YouTube Vindes on viewers' attitudes. TEPOK BULU'23 sportainment content information on YouTube Vindes to shape viewers' attitudes towards badminton. The information component is divided into two, namely information valence and information weight. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques, namely using questionnaires in the form of Google Forms and literature studies as research references. The population in this study was 115 and calculated using the Slovin formula, a research sample of 90 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, which is processed through the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously TEPOK BULU'23 sportainment content information on YouTube Vindes (X) has a significant effect on the attitude of viewers (Y). Then, partial testing for the information valence sub variable (X1) has a significant effect on the viewers' attitude (Y), while the information weight sub variable (X2) has no significant effect on the viewers' attitude (Y).    

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of audio-visual media on the Civics learning outcomes of class V students. This type of research is pre-Experimental design research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was class V students at SDN No. 15 Lantang, Polombangkeng Sealatang District, Takalar Regency. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was an influence of the use of audio-visual media on the Civics learning outcomes of class V students at SDN No. .15 Loud. This shows a descriptive statistical analysis of student learning outcomes using audio-visual media. Before using audio visual media there were 20 students or 95.23% who did not complete, only 1 student or 4.76% completed. After using audio visual media, 18 students or 85.71% completed, 3 students or 14.28% did not complete. Based on the results of the one sample t-test hypothesis test, the sig. (2-taillet) obtained 0.000 which shows that 0.000 < 0.5 or in other words H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the use of audio-visual media on the Civics learning outcomes of class V students.

The problem in this research is how to apply the KWL (Knowing, Wanting, Learning) strategy to the reading comprehension skills of fifth grade students at SDN Pacinonggang Unggulan, Gowa Regency. This research aims to determine the effect of the KWL Strategy (Knowing, Wanting, Learning) on ​​the reading comprehension skills of class V at the superior Pacciongang Elementary School, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is an experiment in the form of a design experiment using a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this research was 25 class V students at SDN Pacciongang Unggulan Gowa Regency. Data collection was carried out using the results of the written assessment results. The data obtained was then explained using statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. After analyzing the data, the author found that student learning outcomes before using the outdoor learning learning method were relatively low, namely the average value of the Pretest results was 1,218, then the average value Posttest result is 1.984. After obtaining Tcount 10.5648 and Ttable 2.06390, we get tCount > tTable or 10, 5648 > 2.06390. Based on the results of tCount and tTable, it can be concluded that the use of the KWL (Know, Want, Learned) strategy on class students' reading comprehension ability V Pacciongang Primary School, Gowa Regency.

Human Resources is able to produce quality performance in a firm. To generate a high quality HR performance demands effective skill management, the variables that might affect the quality of HR performance are communication and work discipline that run simultaneously. The goal of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze which of the two variables is the most dominating on the performance of Elisa Malang inpatient clinic staff. This topic has 47 respondents, employing sample collection technique is saturated sample research. Data collecting approaches using a questionnaire and Interviews. Data analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of this study can be stated that the factors of communication and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance variable. The two communication factors have a significant but not significant effect on performance, while the work discipline variable has a significant effect. performance. And the results of the study also suggest that one of the variables has a more significant influence, namely the work discipline variable

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of solvency, liquidity, profitability and company size on audit report lag in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This research uses secondary data in the form of annual reports of the companies sampled in the research and can be obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique, totaling 14 companies. The data obtained and collected was then processed using the SPSS 27 application. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it shows that partially solvency has an effect on audit report lag, while profitability, liquidity and company size have no effect on audit report lag. Simultaneously, solvency, liquidity, profitability and company size have no effect on audit report lag.      

Objectives: High mental workload can decrease nurse performance. Nurses with higher moral sensitivity are ethically more  practicing professionals and the quality of care is better. This study assesses effect of Mental Workload and Moral Sensitivity on Nurse Performance in the Acute Inpatient Room of the Prof. Dr. M. Idrelm Mental Hospital Medan in Indonesia . Methods: The study used a cross-sectional design, sampel number of 58 nurses in acutel inpatient room through total sampling. NASA-TLX Questionnaires for Mental Workload, Moral Sensitivity Questionnaires for Moral Sensitivity and Individual Work Performance Questionnaires for Nurse Performance. Analyzed data using the Statistical Package for social Science (SPSS) version 26 software. Descriptive statistics, Pearson test and multiple linear regression analysis to measure its effect. A p-vaule of < 0.05 was considered statistically significant at a 95% confidence level. Result: Majority of participant had a high level of mental workload (86.2%), high level of moral sensitivity (58.6%) and had good level of performance (53.4%). Further, there is no correlation mental workload with nurses performance (p = 0.350), but moral sensitivity significantly correlated with nurses performance (p = 0.041).  Conclusion: Nurse has level mental workload high indicate prone to fatique and burnout, but they have good performance because they have adapted to the existing work situation. This is supported by high moral sensitivity so that nurses feel very responsible for their profession.  

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of serialized image media on the achievement of cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. His study used a type of experimental research with a Quasi Experiment design in the form of The Equivalent Time Sample Design. The study population consisted of all children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika Kindergarten as many as 2 classes. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with the consideration of taking one group randomly, namely Melati 1 class which amounted to 18 children. This research variable consists of independent variables, namely serialized images and dependent variables, namely the achievement of children's cognitive development. Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheet instrument. The data were analyzed using non-parametric statistics by means of the wilcoxon test with a real level of α = 0.05 with a critical value of 40. The results showed that there was a significant effect of serialized image media on the cognitive development outcomes of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika South Labuhanbatu Regency. With the results of statistical calculations where the hypothesis test results show Jcount of 54.5. The hypothesis testing criteria used are the real rate α = 0.05, with dk = n-1 obtained Jtable of 40, so it can be concluded that Jcount (54.5) > Jtable (40). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or means that serialized image media has a significant effect on the achievement of cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at TK Harapan Kita Yadika Kindergarten, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of clarity of budget targets and reporting systems on performance accountability at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Merangin Regency. This research uses quantitative methods and a causal associative approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires and the sample in this research was 47 employees at BPKAD Merangin Regency using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques are using descriptive statistics, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research partially show that the variables clarity of budget targets (X1) and reporting system (X2) have a significant effect on performance accountability (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneous testing shows a significant positive influence on performance accountability at BPKAD Merangin Regency.

Computer technology is very important for the world of education, namely as a tool that can be used to improve the implementation of educational programs in the learning process and in improving student learning outcomes. To make mathematical material more specific, user-friendly Geogebra software is provided. The software was developed by Hohenwarter and aims to make learning easier for students. Therefore, educators need to be trained more deeply in the use of technology, in this case how to use the GeoGebra software. Learning media is needed to improve students' low understanding of mathematical concepts in Indonesia. Media that are considered effective include the GeoGebra application. The GeoGebra application is dynamic mathematics software for all levels of education that brings together geometry, algebra, spreadsheets, graphics, statistics and calculus in one engine.If students' interest in participating in class learning is very low, conditions that are allowed to continue can of course result in students' low understanding of concepts which will later affect student learning outcomes, therefore the GeoGebra application has a big influence on understanding concepts to facilitate the learning of mathematics that will be studied. . One example of the use of the GeoGebra program in learning mathematics is that it can produce geometric drawings quickly and accurately compared to using a pencil, ruler or compass. This socialization activity took place in the IT Bina Bangsa Middle School Hall involving 39 students from VII. This activity was attended by the Principal and the Teacher Council with resource person Mrs. Desty Endrawati Subroto M. Pd. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that using the GeoGebra application on quadrilateral congruence material can improve the conceptual understanding ability of class VIII SMP IT Bina Bangsa students.

Anaemia is a global problem for pregnant women. The WHO states that the incidence of anaemia in pregnant women is 48.9%. Central Java's anaemia rate is 57.7%, while Brebes Regency's anaemia rate is 50%. According to the Brebes District Health Office, this problem lies in pregnant women's adherence to taking iron supplement tablets. The study aimed to determine the factors influencing the consumption of blood-supplemented tablets by pregnant women at the Buaran Health Center. This research method was a quantitative analytic survey with a cross-sectional design, with a population of 96 third-trimester pregnant women. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 49 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately (using chi-square statistics). The results showed that the factors associated with the consumption of iron tablets were knowledge (p-value=0.013), motivation (p-value=0.037), family support (p-value= 0.019), ANC visits (p-value=0.000), and compliance (p-value=0.002). The suggestion is that pregnant women at the Buaran Health Centre increase awareness about consuming blood-supplemented tablets to maintain the health of the mother and baby and that advice from health workers is needed every time pregnant women carry out an ANC examination at a health facility.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable at PT Global Trans Nusa. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The sample taken in this study were all customers who had used the services of PT Global Trans Nusa, totaling 85 people. The data analysis used is MRA analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 application. The results showed that Service Quality has an effect on Customer Loyalty at PT Global Trans Nusa. Promotion has an effect on Customer Loyalty at PT Global Trans Nusa. Service Quality and Promotion affect Customer Loyalty at PT Global Trans Nusa. Customer Satisfaction cannot moderate the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at PT. Global Trans Nusa. Customer Satisfaction cannot moderate the effect of Promotion on Customer Loyalty at PT. Global Trans Nusa. Customer Satisfaction cannot moderate the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Customer Loyalty at PT. Global Trans Nusa.

The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The samples taken in this research were all customers who had used the services of PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan, numbering 85 people. The data analysis used is path analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 application. The research results show that Service Quality influences customer satisfaction at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Promotions influence customer satisfaction at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Service quality influences customer loyalty at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Promotions influence customer loyalty at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty at PT. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of taxpayer compliance and understanding of tax sanctions on tax evasion. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The target respondents in filling out the questionnaire were individual taxpayers in Samarinda, the number of respondents was 51 people. The data obtained was then tested with descriptive statistics, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show negative and significant results on taxpayer compliance with tax evasion and a negative but not significant influence on understanding tax sanctions for tax evasion. More exposure is needed so that taxpayers better understand tax sanctions.  

Dribble is one of the basic techniques in the game of basketball by bouncing the ball on the floor, with the aim of scoring. To dribble well, several components are needed, including balance and agility. This research was conducted with the aim of improving students' basic basketball dribbling technical skills, as well as to find out whether there is a relationship between balance and agility and students' basketball dribbling abilities. This research design uses descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses balance, agility and dribble test instruments. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the Pearson Product Moment technique and Multiple Linear Regression. From the test results it is known that balance and agility have an influence on dribbling ability by 48,3%, and each component makes a contribution, including the balance component by 21,3% and the agility component by 78,5%. So it can be concluded (1) there is a significant relationship between balance and dribble ability, (2) there is a significant relationship between agility and dribble ability, (3) there is a significant relationship between balance and agility and dribble ability.      

The purpose of this research was to find out the Influence of the Composite of the Planting Media on the Growth of Angsana Plant and the composition of a good plant media for Angsana plantation. This research uses a single Design (DK) factor, with a medium dose treatment of M0 = Topsoil Each Polybag, M1 = Media 100 Gram Each Polybag, M2 = Media 200 Gram Each Polybag, M3 = Media 300 Gram Each Polybag. As a result, it will continue to be analyzed using the DMRT (Duncan Multiply Class Test) tasks 95% with the application of Statistics tools for Agriculture Research. The length of plant observation, for treatment with less control in each unit with a value of (A0) of 19.33cm, has no significant influence on the treatment of each unit. In addition to treatment (A1) 10 Treatment by (A3) 100.33cm and (A3) 40.33cm had a significant influence on treatment (A0) 19.33cm. of treatment A1, A3 and A2 showed that the influence of organic breastfeeding or animal waste on the supply of Angsana plants increased in length or height in each unit.

The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Simple Linear Regression (Simple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) The principle of bureaucratic neutrality in the regional elections in Banjar City, West Java in 2019 has not been optimal, but after the study was conducted, it tends to be very high. The highest value is on the impartial indicator and the lowest value is on the not involved indicator. (2) The effectiveness of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Banjar City, West Java in 2019 has not been optimal, but after the study was conducted, it tends to be very high. The highest value is on the outcome measurement indicator and the lowest value is on the time measurement indicator. (3) The principle of bureaucratic neutrality in the regional elections has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Banjar City, West Java in 2019.

Employee performance at the P2KBP3A Service is not optimal, which can be seen from the delays in completing work and the work results achieved are not in accordance with the established standards. Then the performance of these employees is also influenced by the merit system which is not optimal, which is caused by the fact that ASN are still found not showing their professionalism in serving the community and an attitude of underestimating work arises because they realize that they have the abilities and expertise that are highly expected and are the mainstay of the leadership. Employee performance is also influenced by motivation which is not optimal, this is caused by the lack of dedication and loyalty of employees in working even though they have received a decent salary and the level of promotion for employees who excel is not optimal. The results of the study inform that (1) The merit system has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the merit system is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) The merit system and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency.
