But in the household does not escape the emergence of various problems that can result in disputes that are difficult to reconcile until finally divorce becomes the final way, as happened to the Bondowoso Class 1A Religious Court with a divorce case with a verstek verdict. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ratio decidendi of judges in Handing down Verstek Verdict No.  0015/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdw. and to find out the legal consequences regarding the wife's rights due to divorce talaq verstek. This research uses descriptive field research with a qualitative approach method. The types and sources of this research data are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can conclude that the juridical study of the verstek decision in the talaq divorce case at the Bondowoso Religious Court class 1A is based on considerations based on a summons (relaas), the Defendant has been formally and properly summoned according to law and in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 but does not appear at the conference and does not represent to others as his attorney. In his absence, the judge held that the defendant had waived his rights, as well as from the provisions of Article 19 letter (f) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 Jo Article 116 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law.

This study aims to: 1) describe the multiple intelligences seen in student activities in the third grade 2013 curriculum; and 2) explain the development of multiple intelligences that have not been seen in student activities in the textbooks for class III students of the 2013 curriculum. The research conducted is included in the type of qualitative research. The data collection method used is literature study and discussion with colleagues. The results of the analysis of the thematic book for class III Objects Around Me 2013 curriculum that aspects of multiple intelligences have not been raised or developed as a whole. This can be seen in sub-theme 1 of intelligence that appears more dominant, namely linguistic intelligence and interpersonal intelligence, while intelligence that is not at all raised is naturalist intelligence. In sub-theme 2, visual-spatial intelligence and interpersonal intelligence are dominantly developed, and musical intelligence is not developed at all. Meanwhile, the 3 intelligence sub-themes that often appear are linguistic intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence, besides that musical intelligence has not yet been raised. And sub-theme 4 has visual-spatial intelligence and interpersonal intelligence that are often raised in student activities, the intelligence that is still lacking and has not been raised is musical intelligence. So that the results of the study can be concluded that in general the activities contained in the class III curriculum 2013 textbooks are able to develop eight intelligences.

Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly. 

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the process of managing parking retributions in Makassar City, what are the obstacles experienced in its management so far, the mechanism of collection, deposit until it arrives at the acceptance process into PAD which leads to / is beneficial for the development of Makassar City. The type of research that will be used is descriptive research type, which is a type of research that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the data in the field regarding regional retribution which is focused on the management of parking fees in Makassar City. Data collection is done by means of surveys, interviews, observations, questionnaires. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the parking retribution management process is managed by the Makassar Raya Parking Area Company, starting from payments made by service users to parking attendants, parking attendants depositing to collecting officers, receiving treasurers and then deposits to the City Government until they can be paid for. referred to as PAD Makassar City from the levy sector, especially parking.

Diabetes Mellitus is known as a silent killer disease because it is often not known by the sufferer and when it is known that complications have occurred to the eye (Diabetic Retinopathy), heart (diabetic chediomyopathy), repeated infections can occur, ulcers that do not heal and even amputation of fingers/toes. The design of this research is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 30 people using accidental sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were collected and tested using the chi-square test with a significance level of Asymp.ig.(p-value) = 0.000, where the p-value is smaller than the value of = 0.05. The results of the study where there was good family support with good management of 4 pillars as many as 17 respondents and good family support with poor management of 4 pillars as many as 1 respondent. While for poor family support with good management as many as 1 respondent and poor family support with poor management of 4 pillars as many as 11 respondents. The conclusion in this study is that there is a description of family support for type 2 DM patients in carrying out the 4 pillars of managing DM in the poly room at Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado

Learning is a complex process which contains several aspects. This research is hoped that  can give contribute for schools, teachers, and students. This researcher has led a review entitled Meta-examination of the impact of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on science subjects on student learning outcomes using the connection test technique the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Learning.  is a scalable method for consolidating the consequences of at least two comparable examinations to obtain a mix of quantitative information. This research plans to determine student learning outcomes in science learning after the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is applied.  This research is uses the strategy of Meta Correlation Analysis which is an attempt to summarize various exploratory results quantitatively based on the consequences of important investigations. In this research is can find that there is an impact from the use of the learning model the fun type is Teams Games Tournament Tournament assisted by general media on student learning outcomes. Utilization of Cooperative Learning Model Types of Teams Games Tournament Assisted by Audio Visual has an impact on student learning outcomes. Likewise, TGT can also train self-confidence and all students are given the opportunity to attend classes effectively. Opening the door for students to be interested can make students more dynamic and increase their knowledge. 

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the influence of mediating variables of job satisfaction on the relationship between career development and extrinsic motivation on organizational commitment. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The sample is 101 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the study show that: Career development affects job satisfaction; Extrinsic motivation affects job satisfaction; Job satisfaction affects organizational commitment; Career development affects organizational commitment; Extrinsic motivation affects organizational commitment; Career development affects organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator; Extrinsic motivation affects organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator.             

Considering the importance of Qur’an purpose in guiding and directing human life, so learning to read, understand and live Qur’an and then practice it in daily life is an obligation for every muslim. To grow love in learning Qur'an requires innovation in learning Qur'an. As is the case in this study which aims to determine the implementation of a method in learning Qur'an, the method is the Integrated Ilman Wa Ruuhan method. Researcher used a type of qualitative research with used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation, with data sources obtained from school principals and Qur'an teachers at SDIT Permata Kraksaan Probolinggo. In this study, SDIT Permata Kraksaan Probolinggo changed the Qur'an learning method with a new method, namely the Integrated Ilman Wa Ruuhan method, which in this method not only applied ‘Ilman (scientific) Qur'an learning but also Ruuhan  (spirituality) applied. The research results obtained that the implementation of the Integrated Ilman Wa Ruuhan method in the process of teaching and learning the Qur'an at SDIT Permata Kraksaan Probolinggo has been effective, with the Qur'an learning process not only ‘Ilman (scientific) which is applied in learning Qur'an but also with Ruuhan (spirituality). So by using the Integrated Ilman Wa Ruuhan method, a feeling of love and desire to become an Expert of the Qur'an is created. Because as Qur'an teachers we don't just come to teach, take attendance and give grades, but how do teachers have a high Ruhaniyah Qur'aniyah so that it can be applied to students.

Types of research data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are the third effort of vannamei shrimp farmers in Bumi Pratama Mandira Village, Ogan Komering Ilir District, South Sumatra Regency.

Most people who want to find a used motorcycle will first seek information about the price of a used motorcycle through the internet or newspapers. To facilitate the search for used motorcycles, the WASPAS method is used. Attributes of used motorcycles include: brand, transmission, model, type, price, cc, year of manufacture. Used motorcycles are recommended only for three well-known brands, namely Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki with the WASPAS method. This study aims to build a decision support system that can be used to provide recommendations for the selection of used motorcycles according to the wishes and needs of consumers using the WASPAS method. The used motorcycle selection system using the WASPAS method with the selection of criteria for used motorcycles by choosing the Honda brand and automatic transmission, the results obtained are Honda Scoopy recommendations with a value of 1.00.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the community of cultural actors, namely members of the Banjar Begawe and the informants in this study were the head of the Banjar Begawe and religious leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study regarding the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, among others, are as follows: the implementation process includes, preparation stage, implementation stage, stage, closing. The preparatory stage consists of deliberation, and preparing tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of a begawe (party) event. The closing stage consists of praying and remembrance together and eating together. The recommendation results from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand, type of scooter, automatic transmission and single disc braking, the recommendation results obtained are Beat Street with a value of 1,000, Genio with a value of 0.995, Scoopy with a value of 0.929, Vario 150 with a value of 0.866, PCX with a value of 0.812 and ADV with a value of value 0.796.

The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created social grade which lead to the conflict. This became a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the racism in such movie. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, and the research material was a dialogue from the movie "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The Butler movie. Attitudes is a pattern of thinking or feeling about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice rarely occured in the social life because black people can not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.

Metaphors were mosly found in the drama “Hamlet.” It confused and made it hard for the readers to understand some dialogue in that drama. It became an interesting one to explore more profound about the use of metaphors. This study explored more the metaphors in the conversation among characters in William Shakespeare’s play Hamlet. The researcher applied a qualitative descriptive method with the theory of the Metaphor, according to Parera (2004), as a detailed explanation. The study results found that the most frequently occurring types were Animal Metaphors (35%), and Anthropomorphic Metaphors as the rarest one (15%). Animal Metaphor uses animal parts to mock people in this story. Anthropomorphic metaphors are parts of the human body that are transferred to various inanimate objects used to praise in this story. Metaphors  occured in a drama  which can make it more interesting to read and perform

This study aims to find out how to measure exposure dose medical techniques which accepted the patients with a variety of ma and s at the same mas value and the effect of variations in the value of mili ampere and second different with the same mas value to medical exposure dose received by patients. This type of study is an observational descriptive with the approach of the experimental or trial. using gauges medic exposure dose, x-ray multimeter with research indicator mili ampere and second are different but the same mas. From these results it can be concluded the highest medical exposure dose received by patients is the variation of 200 ma and 0.05 s with a dose value of 5.533 mgy / s. this is due to the amount of flow tube (ma). it can be concluded that the greater ma is used, the greater the dose the patient received medical.

Training on making learning videos for teachers in Jayapura City High School aims to improve teachers' ability to teach students with visual kinesthetic learning type. The research used a qualitative approach and hands-on training method. The results show that the use of videos as learning media can increase student interest and understanding, as well as provide a more interactive learning experience. Ultimately, this training is expected to contribute to the quality of education in the Jayapura City area.

The purpose of this study was to describe the results of poetry musical creativity through the STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Hasanah. The method used is descriptive method taken from the type of qualitative research. The population in this study was the entire class XI totaling 35 students, while the sample in this study was class XI IPS which amounted to 10 students at SMA Negeri 1 Darul Hasanah. Data collection techniques include primary data consisting of performance, interviews, and observations, while secondary data is only documentation. The data analysis technique uses the arithmetic average formula to calculate the results of the performance and uses an assessment rubric, while the observation uses the percentage formula. The results of the research found in the field that the application of the cooperative learning model can provide quite good cooperation results even though some students are less willing to follow the directions of the teacher so that the results of their work are classified as poor. The results of the poetry musicalization which started with the preparations made by the students were good by preparing chord accompaniment instruments such as guitar and percussion including: two buckets and one aqua bottle filled with sand. Then the preparation of poetry readers is read by two people in turn and has prepared four singers to bring up the musicalization of their poetry which is sung in certain parts. The incubation process or the designing process is good because they have compiled the poem in advance along with the selection of the right song according to the title of the poem and the guitar music accompaniment is good, but the percussion pattern is still lacking but is covered by the ability of singers, poetry readers, and guitar players who are good at it. good. The process of special illumination for percussion is still lacking because their practice is not too serious so that the results shown from the journey of musical poetry are not good. However, the vocal players, both poetry readers and singers, still maintain their tune or pitch well so that they are slightly covered from mistakes made by percussionists. The verification stage that has been described previously can be concluded that the performance of the poetry musical has a poor tempo while the guitar accompaniment is quite good, but the vocals are good in conveying the interpretation so that holistically the work is quite good for a beginner.

This study aims to determine the effect of vocabulary mastery on the debating ability of students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Kutacane. This type of research is a causal relationship correlation research. Data were collected using tests for class work answering vocabulary questions and conducting debates. The sample in this study was 52 students. The results of the research on vocabulary mastery of class X SMA Negeri 2 Kutacane were seen from 3 levels of assessment, namely high, medium, and low categories. Students who have a high level of vocabulary mastery in the high category are 5 students (15.4%), while students who have a moderate level of vocabulary mastery are 15 students (28.8%) and 29 students have a low category (55.8 %). Thus, it can be concluded that the students' vocabulary mastery is in the medium category. The interpretation of the least square formula values ​​a and b to determine the extent of the estimated influence between vocabulary mastery and debate with a simple linear regression formula Y=0.01+0.0012X is the regression coefficient of the vocabulary mastery variable (X) has a positive sign, which contains the implication that vocabulary mastery (X) affects students' debating ability (Y). The results of the F test, it is known that the Fcount of vocabulary mastery is 0.0067 while the Ftable is 7.16. Fcount is smaller than Ftable, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning = not significant. The conclusion means that this study proves the hypothesis which states that there is a significant and insignificant effect of vocabulary mastery on the debating ability of the tenth graders of SMA Negeri 2 Kutacane. The correlation between X and Y is categorized as having a weak relationship based on the results of the simple linear regression formula test and based on the significance test the results show tcount < t table or 0.0067 < 1.67 which means it is not significant.
