The role of Islamic banks in distributing funds to MSMEs in Cikarang is crucial for strengthening the local economy. By offering financing products based on Sharia principles such as murabahah, musharakah, and mudharabah, Islamic banks provide capital solutions for MSMEs while upholding the principles of justice and risk-sharing. A qualitative review of the literature indicates that the involvement of Islamic banks can enhance access to capital, improve business productivity, and foster long-term relationships between banks and entrepreneurs. The main issues identified include a lack of understanding of Sharia principles among MSMEs and credit-related risks. The recommendations from this study include increasing Sharia education, simplifying contractual procedures, and strengthening the role of supporting institutions.

This study aims to examine how the narrative of “lelaki tidak bercerita” is reproduced and internalized by young men through their personal experiences in family, friendship, and social media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved four male students from Pendidikan Sosiologi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta as key informants. The findings show that hegemonic masculinity shapes men to suppress emotional expression from an early age, mainly through unspoken family norms and socially unsupportive relationships. While friendships and social media sometimes offer more fluid spaces, dominant narratives still restrict men’s vulnerability. Social media acts as a space for passive emotional validation, yet often reinforces old stereotypes. The impact of this construction is evident in hidden psychological burdens, emotional distraction, and indirect coping strategies. This study highlights the importance of creating inclusive and supportive social spaces where men can express emotions without stigma. By critically understanding the dynamics of hegemonic masculinity, society is encouraged to foster more empathetic and equitable social relations.

Data were analyzed by identifying words that have a relationship of meaning, classifying them into hyponymy-hyperonymy, and analyzing the function of their use in sentences. The results of the study show that the use of hyponymy and hyperonymy relationships in health articles helps clarify information, facilitates reader understanding, and builds text cohesion and coherence. The development of financing practices with fiduciary guarantees in Indonesia often raises legal issues, especially regarding the unilateral withdrawal of credit objects by creditors against defaulting debtors. This action is often carried out without the consent of the debtor or a court decision, thus potentially violating the principles of justice and the principle of due process of law. This research aims to analyze the form of legal protection for debtors in a fiduciary financing agreement. The type of research used is normative juridical with an approach to legislation and court decisions. The results showed that the act of unilateral withdrawal can be categorized as a civil and criminal tort. Therefore, regulatory reform, increased legal literacy, and a fair and humanist dispute resolution mechanism are needed. It is recommended that fiduciary execution be carried out in accordance with legal procedures to protect the debtor's constitutional rights and ensure fairness in contractual relationships.

Emotional development is a crucial aspect in shaping children's personality and social abilities. Children with emotional and behavioral disorders, known as "tunalaras" children, often struggle to express their feelings appropriately and behave according to social norms, thus requiring support from the school environment, particularly through the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers. This study aims to explore in depth how BK teachers at SKH Bina Citra Anak support the emotional development of tunalaras children. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with BK teachers as the primary informants. The findings reveal that BK teachers act as emotional companions who deal with various emotional characteristics of tunalaras children, such as impulsive, aggressive, and destructive behaviors. Teachers implement personal approaches to manage children's emotions, such as taking them to a quiet room, engaging in empathetic dialogue, and building safe relationships. Major challenges stem from the children’s social and environmental conditions, such as broken homes and external pressures. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to schools and related parties in creating a more empathetic and supportive educational environment for tunalaras children.

The tobacco processing industry plays a strategic role in the economy through its contribution to excise revenues, yet it also faces serious challenges such as the proliferation of illegal cigarettes and limited capacity among small-scale entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of tobacco industry empowerment policies in Sidoarjo Regency using Michael Hill’s implementation theory, which includes five variables: policy characteristics, policy transfer process, inter-organizational relationships, external environment, and target group response. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings show that policies such as SIINas, SIHT, and WASDAL have been implemented but remain suboptimal due to technical, coordinative, and social constraints. Business actors appreciate the empowerment programs but still face technical difficulties, market distortion due to illegal products, and a lack of continuous assistance. Therefore, increased institutional synergy, enhanced digital systems, and consistent law enforcement against illegal cigarettes are recommended to create a healthy and competitive industrial climate..

The phenomenon of buzzers in digital advertising has become a critical concern in contemporary communication dynamics, due to their role in spreading covert messages for commercial and political purposes. This study aims to analyze the persuasive strategies and communication tactics of buzzers, algorithmic amplification patterns, and audience perceptions toward the disseminated content. Using a qualitative method through a systematic literature review, the study identifies three dominant buzzer strategies: native advertising, pseudo-influencer testimonials, and clickbait-based disinformation. These are often amplified through algorithmic tactics such as bot networks, trending hashtags, and endorsements by constructed influencer personas. Findings show that buzzer content is effective when perceived as authentic and emotionally engaging, but tends to generate resistance once users detect manipulation. The study’s implications highlight the need for greater transparency in digital communication, regulation of sponsored content, and improved media literacy to mitigate disinformation and public distrust. The research also emphasizes the importance of ethical approaches in digital communication practices to safeguard democratic integrity and sustainable brand–public relationships.

Based on the results above, we can see that the coefficient of determination (R2) value is 0.60 or 60%. Therefore, this value means that the variables in the use of digital communication platforms have a 60% impact on social relationships, and the remaining 40% of other variables not discussed in this study are affected.
