Currently, Indonesia is facing a widespread crisis of national character and morals. This character crisis is very much dominated by the younger generation at school age. The role of Pancasila and citizenship lessons in schools is very important to shape the character and morals of students as the nation's successors so that they have quality and superior character in the future. The aim of this research is to find out the importance of Pancasila and citizenship lessons in shaping the character and morals of students at school. The method used in this article is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, namely selecting each journal or previous research, then obtaining the results in the form of ideas that will be developed later. Pancasila and citizenship lessons (PKN) are one of the subjects in school where one of the aims is to shape the character of the nation's successors. It is hoped that character formation through the application of Pancasila values can lead students to grow and develop into citizens with character, morals, responsibility and remember their rights and responsibilities as Indonesian citizens. This research shows that Pancasila and citizenship lessons are very important and useful for students. Bad character and morals are certainly worrying for the development of student behavior, and vice versa, good character will give birth to the next generation with good character and morals.

A child's discipline plays a crucial role in shaping their character, academic success, social skills, and mental and emotional well-being. The formation of a strong character begins with the introduction of moral values and the development of independence, which is reinforced by consistent discipline. With a strong discipline, children can manage their time efficiently, develop good study habits, and achieve their maximum academic potential.Furthermore, discipline also positively impacts a child's social skills by helping them build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, and effectively manage conflicts. These abilities are essential in shaping individuals who can collaborate in groups and maintain positive relationships with others. Moreover, discipline also significantly affects a child's mental and emotional well-being. Children with discipline are more capable of managing stress, maintaining emotional balance, and building strong self-confidence. This equips them to face life's pressures with greater calmness and optimism. Thus, a child's discipline is not only a determinant factor in their life success but also a strong foundation for shaping individuals who are morally, intellectually, and emotionally sound. Therefore, it is important for parents, educators, and society as a whole to pay adequate attention to the formation of children's discipline from an early age, as an investment in their bright future.

Corporate Crime or what can be called a criminal act of corruption is a crime committed jointly where the impact can damage democracy, morality, harm state finances, violate the social and economic rights of the community. Nowadays, corporate development seems to be increasingly rapid both in terms of quality, quantity and in the field of business it operates. Corporations operate in fields such as banking, transportation, entertainment, agriculture and so on. The existence of corporations brings many benefits to society and the state, such as: an increase in state treasury income from taxes and foreign exchange, opening up job opportunities, increasing technology transfer and so on. However, there are also negative impacts from these corporations, such as: environmental pollution, exploitation or depletion of natural resources, tax manipulation, exploitation of workers and so on. The emergence of this negative impact is due to corporations pursuing large profits.

In the recent reform era, there has been no effective effort to eradicate corruption. This is particularly ironic, given that the goal of reform is to eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). It also shows that more democratic governments are not serious about eradicating corruption. The crime of corruption in Indonesia has been increasing year by year. Corruption has become an extraordinary crime. Thus, efforts to eradicate it can no longer be done in an ordinary way, but are required in an extraordinary way. Corruption can pose a danger to the life of mankind, because it has penetrated the world of education, health, provision of food for the people, religion, and other social service functions. The difficulty of overcoming corruption can be seen from the number of acquittals of defendants in corruption cases or the lack of punishment borne by defendants who are not proportional to what they have done. This is very detrimental to the State and hampers the development of the nation. In this case, corruption cases are also difficult to disclose because the perpetrators use sophisticated equipment and are usually committed by more than one person in a covert and organised situation. Overcoming corruption requires measures such as improving the system, including improving the applicable laws and regulations, improving the way government works, strictly separating state ownership and private ownership, enforcing professional ethics and institutional discipline, applying the principles of good governance and optimising the use of technology and improving human beings, including improving human morals as believers, improving legal awareness, increasing legal awareness, electing leaders who are clean, honest and anti-corruption.

The foundation of education is a universal human aspiration; therefore, in addressing educational issues, complex solutions with philosophical foundations are necessary to ensure that the resulting solutions benefit all segments of society. One of the figures with strong philosophical views on education is Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Ki Hadjar Dewantara, a nobleman from the Yogyakarta Sultanate, firmly held a high concern for the development of education. The philosophical views put forward by Ki Hadjar Dewantara have become the basis for educational development in Indonesia. Ki Hadjar Dewantara expressed that the essence of education is an effort to internalize cultural values into the souls of children with the aim of shaping them into complete human beings, both spiritually and mentally. This educational philosophy is known as the "Sistem Among," which emphasizes the basic ability of children to overcome the problems they face by providing them with broad freedom of thought. Ki Hadjar Dewantara formulated his philosophy by applying indigenous Indonesian culture, selectively adopting Western values to fit the trikonic theory, and then adapting them wisely. Ki Hadjar Dewantara also made several contributions to Indonesian education, including the implementation of the leadership trilogy in education, the three educational centers, and the paguron system. Education is an effort to develop the human potential of learners, both physically, intellectually, emotionally, and morally, so that this potential can be realized and beneficial to their lives.

The results of his research show that quality education is education that can produce students who have abilities, insight and skills in accordance with established standards, so that they have sufficient opportunities to be competent in any job market without ignoring the moral aspects of their lives. A developing country is a country with a low average income, relatively underdeveloped infrastructure, and a human development index that is poor compared to global norms. Educational policies in developing countries generally originate from the legacy of colonial educational policies. It is said this because developing countries when they first became independent had not yet developed their own educational policies based on the realistic needs of their people. The independence that has been achieved in the political field is not automatically followed by independence in other fields, especially in the field of education. The causes of the low quality of education in developing countries are, 1) lack of qualified teachers, 2) failure of schools to care for students, in fact elementary schools are less effective in supporting the development movement, if the impact is not proven within an appropriate period of time, 3) poor state of the curriculum. not appropriate. The basic problems of the curriculum at the pre-university level include the expansion of cultural adaptation, localization and vocationalization of the curriculum, 4) Inequality in rural and urban progress.
