This research was conducted due to the inaccuracy of SMP Negeri 5 Pati educators in using the learning model used in learning descriptive text writing skills. The application of the lecture-based Discovery Learning model has a negative effect on students becoming inactive and having difficulty describing an object quickly. The learning outcomes obtained by students were also unsatisfactory. Seeing this situation, I am encouraged to seek the application of other learning models to support the success of learning descriptive text writing skills for class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. The learning model used is the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model. The data collection method applied is a qualitative method. This research was in class VII B SMP Negeri 5 Pati with a total of 32 students. Data collection techniques applied are test techniques and non-test techniques. From the research conducted, it is explained that learning the skills of writing descriptive text with the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition model can make it easier for students to describe or describe objects quickly. From the research data, the highest score was 86 - 100 (very good) for 24 students and 76 - 85 for 8 students.

This research uses three (three) different approach models, namely statutory approach, case method, and conceptual approach. The constitution contains a number of concepts and standards, as well as provisions that defend and uphold human rights, according to das soll. However, the rules outlined in das sollen do not correspond to reality. Surprisingly, the authorities often ignore backwardness, poverty, and even oppression. Two main objectives that are interesting to be researched by the author in this regard are: to find out the interpretation of the Constitutional Court at stipulation column 28J clause (2) 1945 Composition concerning limitation about human rights and under what circumstances limitation about human rights may be declared unconstitutional by a Constitutional Court.

The practice of the Nominee Agreement, which involves an agreement between the legal shareholder and the beneficiary, is often the method used for shareholding in limited liability companies, especially Joint Ventures. In this agreement, the registered shareholder (nominee) is the shareholder, while the beneficiary is the party who actually controls and receives direct benefits from the company. Even though this practice is expressly prohibited in foreign investment in Indonesia, especially based on Article 48 UUPM, and the agreement can be canceled by law because it does not meet the requirements of a legal cause in accordance with Article 1338 Paragraph (1) of the Civil Code, the use of nominee shareholders has not been prohibited explicitly by the government. Therefore, this can be considered as an attempt to circumvent the law or an act of legal manipulation. The type of research used in this study is empirical research, which includes research on legal identification and research on legal effectiveness.

National treatment is one of the fundamental standards in the implementation of foreign direct investment. An important element determining the applicability of national treatment standard is the existence of ‘like circumstances’ between foreign and domestic investors. However, the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept is often inconsistent, due to the absence of touchstones necessary to determine the ‘like circumstances’ itself. This study analyzes the significance of the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept in national treatment standard and its regulation in national treatment clauses in international investment agreements, showing that the absence of provisions on the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ might contribute to the inconsistency of the application of national treatment standard, thus the insertion of the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ is necessary.

Restorative justice is a concept of thinking that responds to the development of the criminal justice system by focusing on the need to involve actors, communities and victims as a social recovery step in social relations. The principle of restorative justice is one of the principles of law enforcement in resolving cases which can be used as an instrument of recovery and has been implemented by the supreme court in the form of policy implementation (Supreme Court Regulations and Supreme Court Circulars). Restorative justice is considered a model of modern punishment that is more humane than the retributive justice used in the current justice system. Counseling activities and waist circumference screening in the context of early detection of obesity in male students aim to increase awareness of the importance of maintaining health and preventing obesity among male students. This activity was carried out using a combination approach between counseling and waist circumference screening. The counseling was conducted to provide a better understanding of the risk of obesity and the importance of measuring waist circumference as an indicator of health. Boys were given information about the negative impact of obesity on physical and psychological health, as well as the importance of a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. In addition to counseling, this activity also involves screening waist circumference as a method for early detection of the risk of obesity. Boys' waist circumference was measured using a measuring tape, and the measurement results were compared with a predetermined reference standard. This helps identify students who are in the waist circumference range who are at risk and require further follow-up in obesity prevention and management. The results of this activity show that male students need to understand the importance of maintaining health and managing their weight well. Waist circumference screening provides useful information in evaluating the risk of obesity in male students. In efforts to prevent and control obesity, collaboration between families, educators and medical personnel is very important to provide the necessary support, understanding and guidance

The widespread use of social media among the public has created a new need, namely the urgency to create space for conducting business activities, causing the platform to turn into a place for communication, interaction, as well as a trading space. These changes bring various impacts, one of which is the formation of new types of crime in cyberspace. Fraud in electronic transactions via social media (Twitter) is a crime that targets the internet, computers and related technology as its target. Based on the position of the case, the fraud that occurs can be classified as a crime of computer-related fraud or a crime to gain personal gain and/or harm others. The handling of fraud cases can be carried out using the legal basis contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2). The use of these two articles is based on the principle of lex specialist derogat legi generali. In addition, if examined using a victimological point of view, victims of fraud cases that occur are included in the category of participating victims where the tendency of victims to be unaware of their attitudes/behaviors in certain circumstances is a reason for someone to act. commit crimes against them. The research method used to answer these problems is normative legal research with a case study approach in the form of legal behavior products.
