Early childhood education is crucial in laying the foundation for children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development. A vital aspect of this education is the introduction of colors and the developing of fine motor skills, which can be enhanced through coloring activities. This community service activity aimed to provide color recognition education through coloring activities to improve fine motor skills in early childhood. The targets in this activity are early childhood children (2-5 years old) and BKB cadres at Taman Posyandu (Tapos) Ceria Desa Rejosari, Glagah District, Banyuwangi. The methods used are lecturing, drilling, and mentoring. The results of this activity are that children can recognize, distinguish, and name various colors, children's fine motor skills, such as eye-hand coordination and hand movement control, are improved through coloring activities, and they can express themselves and their ideas through the strokes of color they pour on the given picture. Recognizing colors and developing fine motor skills are crucial foundations for supporting young children in preparing important skills for the following learning stages, such as reading and writing. Coloring activities can become a positive habit, encouraging children to spend time with productive and educational activities.

This study aims to analyze the contributions of the variable interactions of monetary policy in the stability ofgoods and services prices. Where is the monetary policy variable (inflation, kurs, consumer price index, grossdomestic products, the money supply, and interest rates). Research in conducted in the country of Indonesia and uses secondary data or time series from 2008 to 2021. The data analysis model in this study is Simultaneous Model and Different Test. Simultaneous equations to analyze the relation between independent and variable variables found in the research country. Whereas different tests examine the different monetary policy variables before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Simultaneous analysis of equations on statistical test common equation 1 suggests that variable interest rates, money distribution, exchange rates and consumerprice indexes have significant adverse effects on the INF. Whereas in the same equation 2, it suggests that gross domestic product variables have a positive relationship that is significant to the CPI. And inflation has a negative relationship significantly insignificant t CPI. And different test results show that inflation movement, kurs, money supply, interest rates and CPI before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia indicate significant results. For this reason, the researcher hopes that the monetary authority, namely Bank Indonesia, can improve monetary stability and maintain the BI rate in regulating the money supply so that it can suppressthe inflation rate as an effort to stabilize the prices of goods and services.

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Empirical studies explain that the economic subsystem played by business actors has great energy to adapt quickly and utilize legal regulations and community culture to expand and develop their business. The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

This research aims to investigate the influence of product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for contemporary beverage products, Haus! in the Karawang area. The three main problems that are the focus of this research are: consumer preferences that are more inclined towards contemporary beverage products other than Haus!, lack of optimization of promotions for Haus! compared to other competitors, so that the brand image of Haus! not yet well known among the public, and changes in consumer tastes due to innovations in similar contemporary beverage products, which reduce the tendency to buy Haus! in the Karawang area. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 247 respondents. The instrument used by researchers is a questionnaire. Quality testing of the instruments used by researchers is validity and reliability testing. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application. The test results show that respondents strongly agree that product quality and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this research is that product quality and brand image influence the decision to purchase thirst drink products! In Galuhmas Karawang.

A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.

The aim of the research to be achieved is to analyze marketing Bauranes in PO. Metro Permai Bus Makale Utara District in increasing the number of passengers based on the marketing mix (7P marketing mix). The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative approach to provide an overview of the problem under study. The data analysis technique used is the marketing mix marketing strategy. Then the results obtained by applying the marketing mix mix are obtained that PO. Metro Permai Buses increase consumer interest by providing a variety of products according to customer needs and affordable prices for each type of bus, as for the location of the PO. The Metro Permai bus located in the city center is the right strategy that makes it easier for consumers when they want to buy tickets, making it easier to make payments via transfer so that consumers who are unable to pay can pay via transfer.   Keywords: Marketing Mix, 7p, And PO. The problem in this research is that employee performance decreases based on service production lead time and income targets that are not achieved from the specified targets. And the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of teamwork, empowerment and training on employee performance at PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe with a total of 110 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, namely making the entire population into the sample. The type of data used is primary and secondary data using questionnaire and literature study data collection methods. The analytical methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in this research are: teamwork has a significant influence on employee performance in a positive direction, meaning that if teamwork gets better, employee performance will increase. Empowerment has a significant influence on employee performance in a positive direction, meaning that if empowerment is implemented appropriately, employee performance will increase. Training has a significant influence on employee performance in a positive direction, meaning that if the training provided is better and more interesting for employees, then employee performance will increase. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.797, which shows that the influence of the variables teamwork, empowerment and training on the performance of PT Nasmoco Kaligawe employees is 79.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 20.3% is influenced by other variables that were not observed in this research.

An information system is a system that provides information for the decision-making process at every level in an organization. Network users control what they do through graphical applications prepared for the user. All data including electronic mail (e-mail), databases are stored on the server. Special servers for the internet or even for certain internet functions are the heart of information on the internet. Getting many benefits from the internet, for example reducing communication costs, improving communication and coordination skills, distributing knowledge and providing facilities for e-business or e-commerce, including reducing communication costs. In this article the author explains the implementation of the internetworking concept (internet and extranet), the benefits of using each and the development that can be carried out from the internetworking concept, components and forms of application of the internetworking.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the Kinako Fabric in Tana Toraja district. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely managing information data from observation based on the facts that exist in the Kinako Fabric Shop. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The stategy used at the Kinako Cloth Shop is the marketing mix 4P (Product), (Price), (Promotion), (Place). Product strategy in the from of adding cloth products, Pricing strategy by providing price discounts, Promotion strategy though social media facebook and whatsapp as well as direct promotion by word of mouth, the price is quite strategic and very easy to reach potential customers. This strategy is carried out to add customers and to increase sales results.

Marketing in a company is a function that determines the company's success in making a profit. One activity that has an important role in marketing is the distribution of goods and services. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.

This research was conducted with the aim of understanding Consumer Perception of Crispy Anchovy Products from the Fishing Village of Maju Rawa Makmur, Palaran Subdistrict, Samarinda City. The research was carried out in the Fishing Village of Maju Rawa Makmur, Palaran Subdistrict, Samarinda City. The sampling methods used were purposive sampling and accidental sampling with 25 consumers. The data analysis method used was qualitative analysis, which is structured, focused, and specific, yet flexible and subject to change as needed.Based on the research findings, it was found that concerning the taste of crispy anchovies, the majority of consumers (80%) rated it as "quite liked," indicating that most consumers find the taste of crispy anchovies to be quite enjoyable, with only a small portion finding it very delicious. Regarding the color of crispy anchovies, the majority of consumers (84%) rated it as "quite liked," suggesting that most consumers have a positive view of the product's color. As for the packaging of crispy anchovies, the majority of consumers (84%) rated it as "quite liked," showing that most consumers find the product's packaging to be quite good, with a small portion finding it very good. Regarding the price of crispy anchovies, the majority of consumers (76%) rated it as "liked" or even "very liked," indicating that most consumers have a positive view of the product's price. Although there is a small portion that only finds it "quite liked," the satisfaction level with the price appears to be relatively high based on consumer evaluations.

KAI access is the official application from KAI for making orders, as a means of boarding passes, train tickets. This application was created to make it easier, especially for KAI passengers, to order tickets, as a medium for finding route information and train schedules according to what train passengers need. Implementation of KAI Access is measured from four indicators including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Meanwhile, the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI is seen from 9 indicators including requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, competency of implementers, behavior of implementers, handling complaints, suggestions and input, and facilities and infrastructure.The results of the research show that the cumulative score for KAI Access Implementation obtained a percentage of 84.29, which is in the high category, while the cumulative score for the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI obtained a percentage of 82.79, including the high category. The results of statistical calculations through the product moment correlation test obtained r_count > r_tabel (0.931 > 0.279) at a significance level of 5% with N-50, which means there is a positive influence of the implementation of KAI Access on the level of satisfaction of PT service users. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.

In recent years, the development of information technology has changed the global marketing paradigm, introducing a digital era that opens up new opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, MSME owners in Kebon Agung Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency still face obstacles in understanding and utilizing the potential of digital marketing to increase the visibility of their products. To overcome this problem, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Sunan Giri University Surabaya held an entrepreneurship seminar. The seminar was designed to provide MSME owners with an understanding of the importance of digital marketing and human resource innovation in improving product quality and competitiveness. The study results indicated that MSME owners in Kebon Agung Village can increase their income through the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies.

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables price (X1), location (X2), product diversity (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) for Batik Products at CV Ningrat Prasojo Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 95 respondents at CV Ningrat Prasojo Kediri. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= -2.240 + 0.193X1 + 0.206X2 + 0.425X3 and the t test results of the price variable had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.025 < 0.05. Location has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig. 0.011 > 0.05. Product diversity has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the result being a sig. 0.000 > 0.05. Service quality has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig. 0.000 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that price, location, product diversity and service quality simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at CV Ningrat Prasojo.

Each airport definitely has its own concept or characteristics, as is the case with Banyuwangi airport which has an architectural concept, namely the green airport concept which has a facility concept that is different from others, especially in the buildings at the airport terminal. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. Apart from that, it also aims to find out how much influence the concept of departure waiting room facilities has on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. In this research there is one independent variable, namely the concept of waiting room facilities (X) and the dependent variable, namely service user interest (Y). This research is quantitative research because the main focus of this research is to find out how much influence the independent variable (X) has on the dependent variable (Y) that will be studied. The population includes passengers in the Banyuwangi airport departure waiting room and a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) For Windows release 22.0. The research results prove that there is a significant influence between the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. The t test results prove that it is 0.000 < 0.05, which means the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.317 can be concluded that the concept of departure waiting room facilities influences service user interest by 31.7% while the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The results of the discussion in this research are that Readiness is a process or action carried out by a person to be ready to change or respond to something that can make them ready to provide a certain response or response to a situation and employees in the PKP-PK unit have provided information that their level of readiness is sufficient. far above average. Because it is able to prepare quality human resources who are willing to continue learning and developing themselves and Tebelian Sintang Airport has stages of career development in the Aviation Accident Relief and Fire Fighting (PKP-PK) unit, namely through a proposal process from superiors to be registered and get a queue where there will be further information if there is a call in the queue and then the names that come out must be ready to carry out training to support career development at the PKP-PK unit at Tebelian Sintang Airport.

The rapid response to COVID-19 by central and local governments relies on Circular Letters, convenient policy tools requiring no external approval. Despite their ease of use, Circular Letters often trigger debates and legal disputes due to inconsistencies in content and legal status.The research methodology employed is normative legal research, conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The findings of the study reveal that the existence of Circular Letters, which is a form of policy regulation, results from the discretionary power vested in the government. However, as discussed above, there is a lack of consistency among officials regarding the format and content of Circular Letters, leading to some Circular Letters containing legal norms that are generally binding on the public. In contrast, according to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2012 and the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014, Circular Letters are classified as administrative document products. Consequently, the implication of this research is that Circular Letters should only serve as internal communication tools, providing notifications within the internal organizational structure.

Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.
