Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 177 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah itu dilakukan uji validitas menggunakan SPSS sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Teknik Analisis Data diolah menggunakan SEM dengan program AMOS versi 19.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior , komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior , kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Cityship Behavior .    

The financial system plays an important role in the economy. An unstable financial system will be vulnerable to various problems that disrupt the rotation of a country's economy and be vulnerable to economic problems such as the global crisis in various countries. The problem that occurs is the occurrence of Covid-19 causing various fluctuations in the level of inflation, money supply, imports, the occurrence of unstable inflation from January 2019 to August 2021, low inflation resulting in a decrease in imports and an increase in the money supply in Mexico. , Vietnam, Philippines, Hongkong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China. The analytical method in this study uses the ARDL Panel (Autoregression Distributed Lag) approach. The ARDL Panel Model determines which country models from APEC countries are able to control long-term financial system-based economic fundamentals in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China and the Different Test for modeling the impact of covid-19 19 on the economic fundamentals of the financial system. The results of the research found the ARDL Panel prediction model in modeling the impact of Covid-19 on economic fundamentals in the financial system. The main Leading Indicator of variable effectiveness in controlling Inflation In TAPEC is JUB where Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru and China have a significant influence in controlling Inflation. Then overall in the long term (Long Run) it turns out that only the JUB and CDV variables have an effect on INF In TAPEC, while in the short term (Short Run) it is JUB that influences Inflation In TAPEC.  

This study aims to analyze the learning orientation on the performance of salespeople through smart work, and hard work owned by salespeople. High sales force performance is needed by the company so that sales success can be achieved. Learning orientation is one of the factors that have an influence on increasing salesperson performance, because with a learning orientation it can make a salesperson able to work smartly, have the ability to sell, so that the salesperson's performance will increase. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study prove that learning orientation, smart work and hard work have a positive influence on the performance of salespeople.

Keluarga menjadi unit sosial terkecil yang ada dalam sebuah masyarakat. Proses sosialisasi pertama kali dilakukan dalam keluarga. Mendidik anak bermuara dari mengenal anak dan cara memperlakukan anak sesuai kebutuhannya dan perkembangannya. Oleh sebab itu keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter anak sedini mungkin. Kendala utama yang dialami KPM PKH Wonosegoro berupa tingkat pemahaman orang tua yang belum sepenuhnya sadar akan penting nya peran keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter pada anak. Sebagian besar orang tua beranggapan bahwa yang memiliki kewajiban menanamkan pendidikan karakter hanya Sekolah, sehingga seringkali menyalahkan Sekolah jika anak nya nakal. Solusi yang digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah melakukan workshop pelatihan peran keluarga dalam membentuk karakter melalui metode modeling. Modeling merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang mudah digunakan orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak, dimana orang tua sebagai model/suri tauladan yang akan menjadi contoh bagi anak dalam mengenal dan membentuk karakternya.

In an effort to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum majoring in Building Information Modeling Design in building structure subjects, it is necessary to introduce to students that there is a computer program that can support it. The computer program is SAP 2000 which can be used to analyze the forces acting on the structure of beams, columns, plates, and the cross-section of a 2-story house construction. As a form of effort that can be made to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum, majoring in Building Information Modeling Design (DPIB) in building structure subjects, it is necessary to make a proposal to hold an activity "Training on Design and Modeling of 2 Floor House Buildings Using the SAP 2000 Program in the Department of Design and Building Information Modeling SMK PGRI 1 Gresik".

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the behavior of using accurate online in computer accounting subjects based on the acceptance model and use of UTAUT technology. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were 81 students majoring in financial accounting SMK IPIEMS Surabaya institutions, with a research sample of 44 people. Samples were taken based on the purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students who have or are currently taking computer accounting subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show there is a significant positive indirect effect between performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence towards the behavior of using accurate online with behavioral intention as a mediating variable.

The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to visitors, with a sample of 100 respondents using quantitative techniques. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting satisfaction and there is a significant influence of location on visiting satisfaction, then there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting decisions and there is a significant influence of location on visiting decisions, then there is a significant influence of visiting satisfaction on decisions Visiting and visiting satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of attractiveness on visiting decisions, while visiting satisfaction can mediate the influence of location on visiting decisions.Analysis of Variant (R2) can be seen that the R-square value for the visiting decision variable is 0.788 which can be interpreted that the magnitude of the influence of the attractiveness, location and visiting satisfaction variable on the visiting decision is 78.8% while the remaining 21.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this study. Then the R-square value for the visiting satisfaction variable is 0.634, which means that 63.4% of the visiting satisfaction variable is influenced by attractiveness and location variables, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

Over time, the Riau Kepualaun Provincial Tax Management Office which lives in Batam City underwent a name change to become a Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the Riau Islands Province (BP2RD). This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Diera digital ini sangat mempengaruhi komunikasi anak dan orang tua, seseorang yang jauh menjadi dekat dan yang dekat terasa jauh karena adanya media sosial. Banyak sekali kesalahan komunikasi yang dilakukan orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya di rumah. Orang tua yang kurang bisa berkomunikasi dengan anaknya akan menimbulkan kerenggangan atau konflik hubungan, sebaliknya orang tua yang dapat menerima dan berkomunikasi secara efektif sebagaimana adanya akan membuat anak cenderung dapat tumbuh, berkembang, membuat perubahan-perubahan yang membangun, belajar memecahkan masalah-masalah, secara psikologis semakin sehat, semakin produktif, kreatif dan mampu mengaktualisasikan potensi sepenuhnya. Karena itu, orang tua perlu menumbuhkan sikap yang tepat dan mempelajari keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif untuk menguatkan hubungan antara orang tua dan anak. Orang tua harus mengambil inisiatif dengan mengikuti beberapa cara untuk membangun komunikasi yang efektif, salah satunya melalui pendekatan behavior teknik modeling. Sasaran pengabdian adalah Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Wonosegoro. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan metode pelatihan dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital melalui teknik modeling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah modeling sebagai pendekatan membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dalam keluarga. Dalam metode modeling ini menggunakan beberapa teknik khusus yaitu teknik Symbolic Model, Live Model dan Behavior Rehearsal.. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dilaksanakan dengan seminar dan pelatihan melalui ceramah, diskusi dan ramu pendapat (brain storming), tanya jawab, serta praktik secara langsung. Pelaksanaan pelatihan teknik modeling sebagai upaya dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif orang tua dengan anak diera digital dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan.  Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah terwujud pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara orang tua dengan anak diera digital yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui teknik modeling. Kata Kunci : Teknik Modeling, Komunikasi Interpersonal

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the quality ofteaching, and the quality of service in conjunction with satisfaction andloyalty student of the STIE Totalwin Semarang. Data were obtainedthrough a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural EquationModeling (SEM). The results showed that student loyalty can be builtfrom a variable learning through student satisfaction and student loyaltycan also be constructed from the quality of service through studentsatisfaction.

Other problems is thehappening of downdraft of number of outpatients continually at last four months and existence of improvement of number sighs from patient. Respondent in this research 120 patients with sampling method applies acidental sampling. This research applies analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) what implemented through program AMOS as a means of assists its the analysis.Result of research proves that service quality, cutomer value and excellence of product has positive influence and signifikan to customersatisfaction. Hereinafter, customer satisfaction of influence positive and signifikan to hospital service reference enthusiasm. Excelsior service quality and cutomer value has customer satisfaction of excelsior and causes home service reference enthusiasm which excelsior.
