This community service activity was carried out with the aim of improving the memory of students at the Baiturrahman Islamic Boarding School (TPQ) through the implementation of group guidance based on an interactive question and answer method. The background of this program is based on the problem of low retention of religious material that has been learned by students, so the learning approach is needed that does not only emphasize memorization, but also activates the process of critical and in-depth thinking. In its implementation, the activity is designed to involve students directly in group discussions guided by a facilitator. The questions posed are structured in such a way as to stimulate repetition of information, encourage logical reasoning, and help students connect the learning material with real experiences in everyday life. Through this process, students are not only asked to answer questions but are also trained to develop broader answers, thereby strengthening understanding and improving communication skills. This program also prioritizes a fun, collaborative, and participatory learning atmosphere so that students feel more motivated to actively participate. Evaluation results show a significant increase in students' ability to remember, understand, and re-present learning material more quickly, accurately, and coherently. Furthermore, this activity also has a positive impact on increasing students' self-confidence in the learning process and strengthening collaborative skills among group members. Thus, group guidance using the question-and-answer method can be considered an effective learning strategy for strengthening students' memory and increasing their learning motivation.

Teachers are required to adopt a wise and thoughtful approach in teaching, since their perception of students will influence their attitudes and actions. Not all teachers assess students in the same way, and this affects the methods they apply in the classroom. To achieve optimal learning outcomes, teachers must take on new roles as facilitators, mediators, learning partners, and evaluators. This means creating a democratic and dialogical learning atmosphere between teachers and students, as well as among students themselves. One effective way is by applying the PAIKEM learning model (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Enjoyable). This study aims to: (1) Describe the implementation of the PAIKEM model in Islamic Religious Education for Grade VII at Darul Ishlah Junior High School. (2) Describe the obstacles encountered in applying this model. The research uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the PAIKEM model has been implemented well, through discussions, opportunities for students to express opinions, group assignments, interactive communication, motivation, use of media such as videos, and enjoyable memorization. However, challenges include limited learning media, teachers’ creativity that is not yet optimal, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and low student motivation.

Story writing skills are one of the essential competencies in learning Indonesian language at the elementary school level. However, in reality, many students still face difficulties in expressing ideas, organizing plots, and using language appropriately. Therefore, a learning model that can improve students’ story writing skills is needed. Project Based Learning (PjBL) was chosen because it emphasizes student activity, creativity, collaboration, and the production of tangible written works. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 14 third-grade students of MI Ziyadatul Iman, Jambi City. The research instruments included a story writing test, student activity observation sheets, and documentation. Data were analyzed using both quantitative techniques (average scores, mastery percentages) and qualitative techniques (student activity and reflection in each cycle). The findings showed that students’ story writing skills improved through the implementation of PjBL. The average score increased from 62.86 in the first cycle to 79.29 in the second cycle. The percentage of learning mastery also rose from 42.86% in the first cycle to 85.71% in the second cycle. Family businesses are a crucial pillar of the economy, contributing significantly to job creation and economic growth. However, the sustainability of family businesses often faces challenges, particularly during the succession process, when the next generation is prepared to take over leadership. The primary issue that arises is how the heir prepares to continue the family business, considering that this process involves not only technical skills but also psychological aspects and social learning. Therefore, this study focuses on the life experiences of a family business heir in developing readiness through social interactions and learning processes within the family environment. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Subjects were selected through purposive sampling, with the criterion of having undergone a business learning process for more than ten years within the family environment. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, allowing researchers to explore the heir's subjective experiences in detail. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study identified five main themes influencing the heir's readiness. First, the role of the father as the primary mentor in instilling values, work ethic, and business skills. Second, the role of the mother as an emotional supporter and instilling the values of patience and perseverance. Third, the dynamics of the subject's experiences, involving both challenges and successes in the business learning process. Fourth, the process of developing an entrepreneurial mindset, which is formed through early habits. Fifth, the subject's development as a more emotionally, professionally, and socially mature heir. In conclusion, the readiness of a family business heir is formed through a combination of life experiences, social learning within the family, and the role of parents as role models.
