Flower disease detection is a significant challenge in modern agriculture, particularly with factors such as changes in leaf color, petal shape and structure, and environmental conditions affecting the accuracy of conventional models. These factors make it difficult to achieve optimal results using traditional methods. Transfer learning is an effective solution to improve image detection performance, especially when data is limited. This study used several pre-trained models, namely VGG16, ResNet50, and EfficientNet-B0, to detect three types of flower diseases: black spot on roses, white powdery mildew, and leaf rust. The research process included data processing, increasing the data volume using augmentation techniques, model training, and evaluation of the results. Experimental results showed that the EfficientNet-B0 model produced the highest accuracy of 97.2%, significantly better than the CNN model built from scratch with an accuracy of 85.1%. This study demonstrates that transfer learning is highly effective in improving the accuracy of flower disease detection, making it a more reliable alternative to methods that do not utilize pre-trained models, especially for agricultural applications that require high levels of accuracy in disease detection.

Spirituality is a fundamental foundation of congregational faith life that directly influences character formation and daily behavior. However, social, cultural, and technological changes in the modern era have contributed to the weakening of congregational spirituality, including within the GKSI Sungai Maram congregation in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. This condition is reflected in faith practices that tend to be routine and have not yet fostered holistic Christlike character. This community service program aimed to revitalize congregational spirituality as an effort to strengthen character formation and faith through a contextual and participatory approach. The program was implemented through pastoral mentoring, reflective group discussions, prayer fellowships, and community-based faith development activities involving church leaders and congregants. The implementation methods included initial observation of congregational conditions, interviews with church leaders and members, and community reflection as an evaluation tool. The results of the program indicate increased spiritual awareness among congregants, reflected in the strengthening of Christian character values such as love, integrity, responsibility, and social concern, as well as improved relational quality within the congregation. In addition, the program encouraged the establishment of sustainable shared spiritual practices as an integral part of church life. Therefore, contextual and sustainable spiritual revitalization through community service activities serves as an effective strategy for building a congregation that is mature in faith, strong in character, and socially impactful.

Low back pain is a common complaint among pregnant women in the second and third trimesters due to biomechanical and hormonal changes. Non-pharmacological interventions like prenatal exercise are believed to be effective, though evidence from controlled trials is limited. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of prenatal exercise in reducing low back pain intensity. A quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design was used with 30 pregnant women (15 in the intervention group, 15 in the control group), selected by purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria were gestational age of 20–36 weeks, no medical contraindications, and willingness to participate. The intervention group performed prenatal exercises twice a week for 8 weeks (45 minutes per session), while the control group received health education without physical exercise. Pain intensity was measured using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Data analysis was conducted using paired t-test, independent t-test/Mann–Whitney, and ANCOVA to control for age, parity, and BMI. Both groups had homogeneous baseline characteristics (p > 0.05). The intervention group’s pain score decreased from 6.9 ± 1.1 to 3.6 ± 1.0 (Δ = -3.3; p < 0.001), while the control group’s pain score decreased from 6.8 ± 1.2 to 6.3 ± 1.1 (Δ = -0.5; p = 0.09). The difference in pain reduction between groups was significant (p < 0.001). ANCOVA confirmed that prenatal exercise was significantly effective after adjusting for confounders (β = -2.8; p < 0.001). Prenatal exercise is an effective, safe, and affordable intervention for reducing low back pain in pregnant women.

End-to-end autonomous driving has emerged as a promising paradigm in which deep neural networks directly map raw visual inputs to continuous control actions. Despite its effectiveness, this approach suffers from limited transparency, posing significant challenges for deployment in safety-critical driving scenarios. This study addresses the lack of interpretability in vision-based end-to-end autonomous driving systems and aims to analyze model decision-making behavior under critical conditions such as sharp steering maneuvers and abrupt control transitions. To this end, an explainable end-to-end autonomous driving framework is proposed, combining a convolutional neural network trained via imitation learning with gradient-based visual attribution techniques, including Grad-CAM. The model predicts continuous steering, throttle, and braking commands directly from front-facing camera images, while explainability mechanisms are applied to reveal input regions influencing each control decision. Model performance is evaluated using both prediction accuracy and safety-oriented behavioral metrics. Experimental results show that the proposed explainable model achieves lower control prediction errors compared to a baseline end-to-end CNN, reducing steering mean squared error from 0.034 to 0.031, throttle error from 0.021 to 0.019, and brake error from 0.018 to 0.016. Moreover, safety-oriented analysis indicates improved driving stability, with steering variance reduced from 0.087 to 0.072 and abrupt control changes decreased from 14.6 to 10.3 events. Visual explanations consistently highlight road surfaces and lane-related structures during complex maneuvers, indicating reliance on semantically meaningful cues. In conclusion, the results demonstrate that integrating explainability into end-to-end autonomous driving not only preserves predictive performance but also correlates with smoother and more stable driving behavior. This framework contributes to the development of transparent and trustworthy autonomous driving systems suitable for safety-critical applications

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource Management (HRM) is accelerating and reshaping how organizations attract, develop, manage, and retain talent. Despite abundant case examples and growing practitioner interest, academic findings remain fragmented regarding the antecedents (drivers), impediments (barriers), and organizational effects (outcomes) of AI-based HR transformation. This paper presents a PRISMA-guided systematic literature review of 112 peer-reviewed articles (2015–2025) to synthesize empirical and conceptual evidence on AI in HRM. Results identify three primary drivers: technological capability, strategic alignment, and a data-driven culture; three critical barriers: ethical concerns (bias, privacy, and transparency), skill and capability gaps, and resistance to change; and three outcome clusters: operational efficiency, enhanced employee experience, and elevated strategic HR contribution. We propose a socio-technical conceptual framework that models drivers moderated by barriers to outcomes, and we advance a research agenda focused on ethical governance, human–AI collaboration, capability measurement, and longitudinal evaluation. The review contributes to theory by integrating socio-technical and dynamic capability  perspectives and provides actionable guidance for HR leaders on responsible AI adoption.

The development of philosophy from the classical to the contemporary era shows fundamental changes in the way humans understand reality with the emergence of various schools of thought that address epistemological, ontological, and ethical issues in an increasingly complex social context. This study aims to examine the contributions of key concepts from rationalism, empiricism, idealism, materialism, positivism, pragmatism, phenomenology, existentialism, Marxism, Islamic existentialism, and neopositivism, as well as assess their relevance to modern dynamics such as identity crises, technological advances, and changes in socio-economic structures. Using a conceptual approach to literature review, various previous studies were analyzed to build an integrated understanding of the position of each school of thought in the development of science and social practice. The findings show that rationalism and empiricism continue to underpin scientific methods, idealism and materialism offer different perspectives on social construction, phenomenology and existentialism deepen the understanding of subjective experience, while Marxism and pragmatism provide an analytical framework for power relations and practical action. Neopositivism continues to influence quantitative methodology, while Islamic existentialism provides a contextual moral perspective. This study emphasizes the need for an interdisciplinary approach because no single philosophical school of thought is capable of explaining reality in its entirety.

During the coal stockpiling process, the quality of coal may increase or decrease due to direct exposure to open environmental conditions, which can lead to changes in its characteristics. The longer the coal is stored in an open area, the more it undergoes changes caused by rainfall, heat, and air exposure, resulting in an increase in moisture content and ash content, while the calorific value decreases. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the optimal coal stockpiling duration at the ROM coal stockpile to ensure that the calorific value does not significantly decrease. Coal sampling was carried out every two days from the initial time of stockpiling. After a two-month stockpiling period, the final coal quality results showed a total moisture of 13.89% (ar), inherent moisture of 15.95% (ad), ash content of 4.59% (ad), volatile matter of 40.3% (ad), and fixed carbon of 39.16% (ad). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the recommended storage duration for MCV-HS type coal at the ROM coal stockpile is 154 days. The laboratory analysis results obtained during the research indicate that the longer the coal is stored, the higher the moisture content and ash content become, while the calorific value continues to decrease. This occurs due to water absorption and oxidation reactions that take place during the coal storage period in the ROM coal stockpile.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the way society constructs identity and interprets culture. This study aims to examine how cultural literacy and social media use influence each other in the process of cultural transformation in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through a review of various relevant literature sources. The results indicate that the flood of unfiltered digital information often leads to misunderstandings, shifts in cultural values, and the weakening of local identity. On the other hand, social media continues to provide significant opportunities to preserve traditions and promote local culture through various forms of digital content. This study also found that digital literacy including the ability to think critically, understand visual context, and assess the credibility of information is key to society's wise use of social media. The younger generation plays a crucial role in this process as they are the largest users of social media and the primary producers of cultural content. The synergy between cultural literacy, digital literacy, and responsible use of social media plays a role in guiding the nation's cultural transformation in a more positive direction.

The RIGEM community service program was carried out with the aim of strengthening character education for early childhood through the use of children’s songs in TK B. The background of this activity stems from concerns about the increasing exposure of children to adult songs and content, which may influence their behavior and moral values. Children’s songs were chosen as the main medium because they have simple melodies, easy-to-remember lyrics, and contain positive values that can stimulate children's cognitive, affective, and social development. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess the effectiveness of the program. Data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of activities. The results show that the children’s songs introduced particularly those containing messages about politeness, cooperation, and responsibility were effective in improving children's understanding of moral values and encouraging positive behavioral changes. Children became more accustomed to using polite expressions, showing empathy, and cooperating during classroom activities. Teachers and parents played an important role in reinforcing these habits both at school and at home. Overall, the RIGEM program proved to be an effective, enjoyable, contextual, and easily implemented effort to foster character development in early childhood education.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Jakarta Smart Card Plus (KJP Plus) Program at the Junior High School (SMP) level in South Jakarta in 2024. The program is an initiative by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to ensure access to education for underprivileged families. This research employs Sutrisno’s (2007) program effectiveness theory, which includes five key indicators: program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal achievement, and real change. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants from the South Jakarta Region I Education Sub-Department, school principals, students, and parents of KJP Plus beneficiaries. The results of the study indicate: (1) Understanding of the program is still uneven, particularly among parents who lack knowledge about the mechanism and use of KJP Plus; (2) Target accuracy is not optimal, as some recipients are economically capable, such as those who own cars or fall into higher welfare deciles; (3) The timeliness of fund distribution is generally good, although there are still some administrative delays; (4) Goal achievement is evident through reduced school dropout rates and increased educational participation, but not evenly across all areas; and (5) Real change is felt by most beneficiaries through easier access to education and provision of school supplies, although misuse of funds for non-educational purposes is still present. Overall, the effectiveness of the KJP Plus program at the SMP level in South Jakarta is deemed suboptimal, highlighting the need for improved data accuracy, stricter fund usage monitoring, and broader program socialization.

Local governments in Indonesia rely significantly on local tax revenues to strengthen fiscal independence and sustain regional development. Among these revenue sources, the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and the Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee (BBNKB) play a vital role in shaping regional fiscal capacity. This study explores how both taxes contribute to the Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD) of Central Java Province during the 2020–2024 period. Drawing on quantitative analysis and secondary data from the Central Java Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), the research assesses the effectiveness and contribution of PKB and BBNKB in supporting local fiscal performance. The results show that PKB consistently exerts a positive, meaningful influence on PAD, underscoring its central role in sustaining the province’s fiscal strength. In contrast, BBNKB demonstrates a weaker, less stable impact, primarily driven by changes in vehicle ownership trends and administrative challenges. When considered together, both tax instruments contribute to enhancing local fiscal capacity, although the reliance on PKB remains predominant. These findings underscore the importance of modernizing regional tax administration, particularly through digital innovation, transparent reporting systems, and community-based compliance strategies. Strengthening these mechanisms is essential to building a more resilient and autonomous fiscal framework, especially in the context of post-pandemic economic recovery and long-term regional development planning
