This data mining association processes 1224 Gamefantasia ticket redemption transaction data. The goal is to find a pattern of association between goods as a recommendation for structuring the display of goods at the cashier counter and increasing ticket exchange transactions. Modeling uses a comparison of two algorithms, namely the Apriori algorithm and FP-Growth. The data analysis method with the CRISMP-DM method is then processed by RStudio software. The results of the study with the same parameters support 0.02 and confidence 0.1 FP-Growth algorithm formed 53 rules, the strength of the association rule 6.2%, the accuracy was1245%. Whereas the Apriori algorithm forms only 12 rules, the strength of the association rules is 2.1% and the accuracy is 7.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the FP-Growth algorithm has better results than the Apriori algorithm because it has the highest accuracy in finding transaction patterns.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of sharia compliance and customer satisfaction towards Muslim purchase behavior in sharia hotels in West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative methodology with a causal associative approach. Muslim guests who have stayed at sharia hotels constitute the population, and a purposive sampling technique is used to determine the number of research samples. The sample size for this study was 99 Muslim guests who had stayed at a sharia hotel in West Sumatra. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is the analytical method used. From the results of research that has been carried out, the variables of sharia compliance and customers satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the purchase behavior of sharia hotels in West Sumatra. It can be said that based on this research, purchase behavior occurs if the hotel is compliant and guests feel satisfied during their stay, then guests will consider purchase behavior.

This study aims to develop the concept of external support, compatibility and organizational capabilities in increasing the adoption of Electronic Commerce and its impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this research was 123 respondents consisting of small and medium culinary business owners in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Amos program version 21. The results show that adoption of electronic commerce is significantly positively influenced by external support, by compatibility, by organizational capability, and by organizational capability, in addition to being significantly positively influenced by adoption of electronic commerce and the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. Malvaceae is a plant family that is often known as the cotton tribe. Malvaceae is known as a plant that has various benefits both in the health sector as medicine, industry, art, ecological interests, and others. Generally, the Malvaceae family is found in bush or shrub habitus and is rarely found in tree form. The research aimed to find out how many families Malvaceae grow in a field and to be able to identify and classify the plants found in an area. In the research that has been conducted, 4 individual plants have been found, consisting of 2 Balsa species, 1 hibiscus plant, and 1 pulutan plant. Hibiscus and pulutan plants are widely used as medicines because they contain chemical compounds that reduce the risk of various diseases and balsa trees are used in carving as crafts, aircraft modeling, and industrial matters.

Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices

In order to investigate the effects of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on employee performance in Auto 2000 By Pass Padang, job satisfaction will be used as an intermediary variable. All 50 employees of Auto 2000 By Pass Padang received questionnaires as part of the data collection process. The analytical method used in this study was structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS). The study's findings are as follows: (1) Leadership has a small but positive impact on employee performance. (2) Reward has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Punishment has a significant and favorable impact on an employee's performance.

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pembelajaran Kontekstual  Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah penelitian murni kepustakaan (library research). Data diperoleh dari bahan bacaan yang diperoleh peneliti dari buku-buku, artikel-artikel yang termuat dalam cetak. Data dikumpulkan dan dipilah-pilah untuk mengisi jawaban dari pertanyaan penelitian yang dirumuskan. Analisa menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait Pembelajaran Kontekstual  Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan suatu pembelajaran yang mengkaitkan kontekstual sehari-hari pada materi pembelajaran sehingga siswa mampu memaknai pengetahuan/ ketrampilan yang dipelajarinya serta secara fleksibel dapat menerapkan pengetahuan/ ketrampilan yang dimilikinya dari suatu permasalahan/konteks ke permasalahan yang lainnya. Pendekatan kontekstual melibatkan tujuh komponen utama pembelajaran kontekstual, yaitu : konstruktivisme (contruktivisme), menemukan (inquiri), bertanya (question), masyarakat belajar (learning comunity), pemodelan (modeling), refleksi, penilaian yang sebenarnya (aunthentic asesment). Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-based Learning) merupakan salah satu model yang tepat dikembangkan  dalam pembelajaran teknologi untuk merespon isu-isu peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran teknologi dan antisipasi perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di dunia kerja. Karakteristik dan Tahapan Pembelajaran Model Problem-Based Learning. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah dikembangkan terutama untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, pemecahan masalah, dan ketrampilan intelektual, belajar tentang berbagai peran orang dewasa dengan melibatkan diri dalam pengalaman nyata atau simulasi, dan menjadi pembelajar yang otonom dan mandiri.  

This study aims to examine the effect of audit committee characteristics on CSRD in manufacturing and mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. In addition, this study also examines whether there is an effect of risk management as a mediating variable in the relationship between audit committee characteristics and CSR disclosure. This research using purposive sampling method, which result in 178 samples. The analytical tool in this research using structural equation modeling (SEM)-PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that the characteristics of the independent audit committee, number of member meetings, financial expertise and gender diversity have a positive effect on CSRD, while the size of the audit committee has no effect on CSRD. Indirect testing shows that risk management only affects the relationship between the number of member meetings and CSRD. Meanwhile, risk management failed to become a mediator for other variables with CSRD.

UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.   

The purpose of this study is to investigate both the influences of perceived organizational support and work-family conflict on job satisfaction. In addition, this research aims to investigate the impact of the mediation of work-family disputes in the connection between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. We utilize a quantitative approach to acquire data from the subject of the study. For the sampling strategy, we employ random sampling with questionnaire distribution as the data collection tool. The data analysis method was called Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In addition, the findings of this research indicate that a favorable and significant influence on work satisfaction may be attributed to a perceived high level of organizational support. The perception of organizational support is another factor that contributes negatively to work-family conflict. Meanwhile, the tension between work and family life has a positive and noticeable impact on job satisfaction. The latest finding is that work and family conflict might be a negative mediator in the association between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.

Hamicara Jawa or speaking Javanese is one of the language skills that must be preserved and developed, as an effort to maintain and revitalize regional languages among the millennial generation. So, the service team of the Javanesse Education Language Study Program provided good and good hamicarajawa  training for youth groups in Sukoharjo district. The method applied is to provide training and mentoring for hamcara Jawa using modeling techniques and direct practice. The result of this service is that youth organizations in the district of Sukoharjo who incidentally still use Javanese as their mother tongue and are used in traditional ceremonies or daily activities can use the good and correct Javanese language. This is in accordance with the purpose of service, namely providing assistance and training to youth youth groups so that they can use good and correct Javanese language in speaking in society, especially hamicara Jawa in community activities and Javanese traditional ceremonies. As an effort to preserve and develop regional languages, especially Javanese, Surakarta style 

The purpose of this community service activity is to implement language politeness by using Javanese uploads according to the right situation and context on social media. The methods used include expository, discussion, modeling and observation. The results of the service show that there are still many teenagers today who are reluctant to use Javanese to communicate in the virtual world and the real world. Some teenagers also still feel shy when invited to communicate using Javanese. The service team tried to invite participants to do hands-on practice using the modeling method. Participants are invited to interact using good and correct Javanese according to the level of speech and the interlocutor. The communication carried out is conveying information, opinions, suggestions, criticisms that are often done in the virtual world and the real world.

Public service or community service is defined as the provision of services to people who have an interest. The Center for Conservation and Natural Resources is an agency that is engaged in the field of conservation and natural resources which is responsible for supervising the captive efforts and maintenance of protected plants and animals by individuals, companies and institutions. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language. Pelayanan publik atau layanan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pemberian layanan kepada  masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan. Balai Konservasi Dan Sumber Daya Alam adalah sebuah Instansi yang bergelut di bidang konservasi dan sumber daya alam yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi upaya-upaya penangkaran dan pemeliharaan tumbuhan dan satwa dilindungi oleh perorangan, perusahaan dan lembaga. This study aims to obtain data on the impact of noise pollution by conducting a noise test from the operation of the PLTD and modeling it to get the noise impact hue. Finite element software modeling the impact of noise generated from the operation of PLTD to determine the hue of the noise impact. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education requires lecturers to carry out research, teaching and community service. Therefore as a form of lecturer's moral responsibility to the community to improve knowledge through formal and non-formal education. Our team of lecturers will carry out community service in the form of making training on the internet in the form of webminars that are very suitable to reach audiences during this pandemic. The coaching material that will be delivered by the lecturer team includes the use of SEM-GSCA and the GSCA-PRO application for research for students and lecturers (S1, S2, S3). The purpose of this training is to introduce SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Applications Generalized Structure Component Analyst and how to use and process data through the GSCA-PRO application. So far, students and lecturers are still patterned with a regression analysis, by studying SEM students and lecturers will have the freedom in making the research model. The benefit that can be taken from training on the use of SEM-GSCA and the GSCA-PRO Application for research for students and lecturers is that there are other options offered to students and lecturers in terms of doing research.

Fashion muslim pada beberapa dekade terakhir mendapat perhatian besar dan banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran fashion dan beberapa faktornya terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian model dan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan 180 responden dengan populasi yang merupakan wanita berusia antara 18-55 tahun yang berdomisili di Indonesia yang beragama Islam dan dalam keseharian menggunakan pakaian muslim. Hipotesis penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber pengetahuan fashion muslim, gaya berpakaian dan keunikan fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim. Kesadaran fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim. Namun motivasi fashion muslim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim.      

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence on the Performance of High School Teachers in Batam City in the mediation of Organizational Commitment. The object of this research uses 3 schools in Batam City, namely SMAN 1 Batam, SMAN 3 Batam and SMAN 5 Batam, with a total population of 160 teachers. Determination of the sample using the Slovin Formula with a Margin Of Error 5% the result is 114 teachers obtained as a sample, data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms in 3 schools and successfully filled out by 131 teachers. This research is quantitative, using Partial Least Square (PLS) for data processing, and the modeling technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study states that the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence have a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive influence on Teacher Performance, Variables of Organizational Commitment Successfully Mediate the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation , Competence on Teacher Performance.

The growth rate of internet users in recent years has increased very rapidly and is growing rapidly. This triggers the creation of a new business model in the form of a marketplace that is used to buy and sell goods. This study aims to load an online store that is simple and lightweight but can meet the needs of sellers who use this website. Application development uses methods while the prototype in modeling the application uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The research is expected to produce a web-based marketplace application that facilitates the transaction process of consignment providers and consumers at the Indonesian Helmet Shop. Furthermore, the design of this messaging service application prototype still needs to be developed in terms of user interface and user experience so that consumers can be more comfortable in transacting.
