This article examines theoretically about visionary leadership starting from the definition, benefits, weaknesses, and biblical views on visionary leadership. This research uses a library research approach. Visionary leaders are able to formulate a vision of the future, inspire commitment, and lead innovative change. The benefits include encouraging innovation and adaptive culture, but there is a risk of dependence and lack of attention to short-term needs. From a Christian perspective, visionary leadership stems from a relationship with God, where vision is divine revelation manifested through prayer and obedience. Biblical figures such as Nehemiah, Joshua, and Moses are examples of visionary leaders who combine faith and strategy. In conclusion, effective visionary leadership must balance strategic and spiritual vision for the success of the organization and community.

Dangke is a local food product with high nutritional value that has become an inseparable part of the culture and economy of the community. It is made from traditional cheese typical of Enrekang Regency. Despite having great potential as a superior regional product, Dangke micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face various obstacles, especially regarding short product durability (expiration date), simple packaging, lack of product innovation, and less than optimal marketing reach. Therefore, strengthening branding and optimizing marketing is crucial to increasing the competitiveness and desirability of Dangke MSMEs. This community service aims to analyze existing conditions, formulate, and implement strategies to strengthen Dangke product branding. The implementation methods include initial surveys, SWOT analysis training, comprehensive training and education on branding (brand identity, visual design), as well as implementation assistance and evaluation of travel impacts. Participatory and community-based approaches are at the heart of this activity. The results of the community service are expected to increase Dangke brand awareness, encourage innovation of derivative products (for example, dangke crackers with innovative flavors and packaging), expand distribution channels (including digital marketing), and ultimately increase sales and income of Dangke MSMEs. This program also has the potential to strengthen the local economy, preserve cultural heritage, and become a model for developing traditional food products in other areas.

This research is motivated by the challenges in history learning which tend to be conventional and less interesting so that it has an impact on students' low understanding of history material. The use of digital technology through a virtual tour of the museum is an innovative alternative to present a more interactive and contextual learning experience. Wajakensis Museum as a regional museum with a collection of historical artifacts in Tulungagung has great potential as a learning resource rich in historical and cultural values. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of utilizing the virtual tour of the Wajakensis Museum in improving students' understanding in history learning for class X SMAN 1 Kauman Tulungagung. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Wajakensis Museum virtual tour is effective in improving students' understanding of historical material by providing a more interesting, visual, and interactive learning experience. In addition, the use of virtual tours also increases student enthusiasm and participation during the learning process. Teachers and students stated that this media provides ease and efficiency of learning, especially in conditions of limited access to physical museums. The implications of this study indicate that the integration of technology in history learning can be a solution to improve the quality of history education and significantly enrich students' learning experiences.

This article aims to examine the role of digital learning media in supporting mathematics learning that is aligned with the spirit of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on twenty scientific articles that discuss the use of digital media in learning mathematics at various levels of education. The results of the study show that digital learning media such as the Canva application, Wordwall, digital comics, animated videos, and educational games can significantly improve concept understanding, learning motivation, and student engagement. Digital media also supports the differentiated and contextual learning approach that is the main characteristic of Merdeka Curriculum. This study concludes that digital media is not only effective in conveying abstract material visually and interactively, but also encourages the development of students' 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, independence, and creativity. The findings are expected to be a reference for teachers, researchers, and policy makers in designing innovative and adaptive mathematics learning strategies in the digital era.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an important role in shaping the character, morals, and spirituality of students. In the digital era, PAK faces new challenges and opportunities. The main challenge is the lack of teacher readiness in using technology and the negative influence of the digital world. However, the digital era also opens up great opportunities through interactive learning media and wider accessibility. This study uses a literature review method to analyze digital transformation in PAK. The results show that the integration of technology in PAK must be supported by teacher training, relevant curriculum development, and collaboration between schools, churches, and families. With an innovative and collaborative approach, PAK can continue to be relevant and effective in strengthening the faith and character of students amidst the flow of modernization. PAK teachers need to utilize technology to enrich the learning experience, while maintaining Christian values. Collaboration between teachers, churches, parents, and students is the key to optimizing the benefits of technology and minimizing its negative impacts. Thus, PAK in the digital era is able to form a young generation that is technologically literate and steadfast in the Christian faith.

Leadership plays a crucial role in organizational effectiveness, especially in creating work synergy, building motivation, and facing the challenges of change. This article discusses in depth the type of charismatic leadership that has a strong personal appeal and influence on followers. Through the method of literature study and descriptive approach, this article explores the basic concept of charismatic leadership, its benefits, advantages, and disadvantages. Charismatic leaders are able to build strong emotional relationships, increase loyalty, and create an innovative work environment. However, this leadership style also carries risks, such as excessive dependence on the leader and the potential for a cult of personality. Charismatic leadership is biblical leadership.

This research is motivated by the limited workforce at Risse Convection, where this convection has not been able to increase income significantly due to limited production capacity caused by a lack of qualified workforce. The aim of this research is to provide concrete recommendations for Risse Convection in developing an effective human resource development strategy to deal with workforce limitations and meet demand for sharia clothing products. The following is the essence of the research based on the problem formulation for copra entrepreneurs in Nagari Lansek Kadok: the majority of copra entrepreneurs in Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency, prioritize excellent service to customers and analyze the growth of their business to increase people's income. Because most of the residents of Nagari Lansek Kadok have lower middle class incomes, the community still views the purchase price given by the seller (copra entrepreneur) as reasonable. The business strategies of Nagari Lansek Kadok copra entrepreneurs, the factors that hinder these entrepreneurs, and the development strategies carried out by traders in this area are things that need to be improved if the residents of Nagari Lansek Kadok, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency can make improvements. to see an increase in their income. The reason behind this is that they continuously incorporate new ideas into the development of their company. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the human resource development strategy to overcome the limited workforce in Risse Convection Sungai Pua, Agam Regency is: 1. Lack of workforce at Risse Konveksi resulted in reduced production of sharia clothing on the market, workforce competency occurred due to the lack of special training for employees, resulting in the work being completed more slowly or not on time. To overcome this problem, Risse Convection implements an annual reward system, and employee training is carried out personally. For new employees, Risse Convection uses its convection advantages in innovative sharia clothing designs to be able to recruit employees from the surrounding area or outside the village/nagari as well as the use of social media to promote new design innovations to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility. 2. By using the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy method, namely optimizing existing strengths by taking advantage of existing opportunities. The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy that can be applied in increasing employment at Risse Convection is: utilizing excellence in innovative sharia clothing design to recruit employees from the surrounding area or outside the village/nagari and maintaining an annual reward system for employees who work hard to improve motivation and productivity.

This study aims to reveal Financial Behavior and Financial Attitude influence the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in Jambi City. This thesis uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression statistical analysis methods partially and simultaneously with a sample of 60 MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that Financial Behavior has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs in Jambi City. Financial attitude has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs in Jambi City. Financial Behavior and Financial Attitude together or simultaneously have a significant influence on the development of MSMEs in Jambi City. In business development, good knowledge is needed to help MSMEs to be innovative and produce new ideas to develop their businesses and knowledge management can help companies to develop a healthy and positive work culture.  

The role of job training, self-efficacy, and human resource development (HRD) in improving employee performance is discussed in this study. The problem raised is how these three components can synergistically influence employee work efficiency, considering the many challenges faced by organizations in optimizing their human resource potential. The library method and literature review approach are used in this study. This involves the analysis of primary and secondary data from reliable international journals indexed by Scopus and national journals indexed by Shinta. These data were collected through a review of relevant literature covering theories and empirical research on self-efficacy, job training, HRD, and their effects on performance. The results of the study indicate that increasing employee motivation and confidence to complete assigned tasks is very important. Technical skills and adaptability to changes in the work environment are improved through competency-based job training. Meanwhile, an innovative and productive work culture is generated through continuous learning and mentoring programs. When used together, these three components can contribute to improving individual and organizational performance. This study examines various proactive and reactive classroom management strategies and approaches to create a conducive learning environment. Effective classroom management is crucial for minimizing disruptions, enhancing student engagement, and supporting their academic and socio-emotional development. The literature review covers preventive measures such as establishing clear expectations and routines, building positive teacher-student relationships, and creating physically and emotionally safe learning spaces. Additionally, reactive strategies for addressing disruptive behaviors—including verbal and non-verbal interventions, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques—are discussed. The study emphasizes the importance of consistent, fair, and culturally responsive approaches tailored to student diversity and needs. The analysis reveals that the effectiveness of approaches such as authoritative, democratic, and behavioral modification varies depending on the context, with recommendations to flexibly combine multiple methods. Challenges like student heterogeneity, limited facilities, and teacher preparedness are identified, along with innovative solutions such as differentiated instruction and technology integration.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of features and data integration between two mobile banking applications by Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely BSI Mobile and BYOND by BSI, in enhancing banking transaction convenience. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative through a literature review from various relevant sources. The results show that BYOND by BSI adopts a more modern data integration system using microservices architecture and open APIs, thus providing better transaction convenience and security compared to BSI Mobile, which still relies on a centralized system. Innovative features such as biometric authentication, QRIS, and a more intuitive user interface further enhance the digital banking experience for customers. However, BYOND by BSI still faces performance challenges, particularly in transaction speed, as the application experiences delays (lag) in several features that may reduce user comfort. The study concludes that BYOND by BSI is superior in facilitating banking transactions compared to BSI Mobile. It is recommended that future research be conducted using a quantitative approach to directly evaluate user experience in a more comprehensive manner.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of various innovative learning models on improving student learning outcomes and mathematical skills at the junior high school and senior high school levels. The method used is a literarure study of previous research results that applied learning models such as the Flipped Classroom, Project-Based Learning (PjBL), Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL), Discovery Learning, Mind Mapping, and other cooperative learning models. The analysis results indicate that these models generally have a positive impact on enhancing students' learning engagement, critical and creative thinking skills, numeracy skills, mathematical communication, and problem-solving abilities. These findings reinforce the urgency of adopting student-centred learning approaches based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). Therefore, it is recommended that teachers continue to develop the application of innovative learning models in accordance with the characteristics of students and supported by educational policies that encourage innovation and continuous training. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators and policymakers in designing more effective and meaningful learning.   

Mobile commerce has become a crucial element in the business world, opening up new opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness in operator card sales. This research aims to investigate the extent to which the use of mobile commerce can be applied to improve operator card sales performance. Research methods include customer surveys, transactional data analysis, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. Data was collected to evaluate mobile commerce adoption, factors influencing usage, and its impact on increasing operator card sales. The research results show that the use of mobile commerce has significant potential to optimize the operator's card sales process. Factors such as user convenience, transaction security, and accessibility of product information play an important role in the acceptance of this technology. By implementing mobile commerce effectively, companies can expand market share, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve sustainable business growth. These findings provide strategic insight for developing business models that are more adaptive to mobile commerce trends. Practical implications of the research results are also discussed, providing guidance for telecommunications companies and operator card providers in increasing the use of mobile commerce as an innovative sales strategy.

Limited land in the urban area of Jayapura Regency is a major challenge in the provision of Green Open Space (RTH), even though the existence of RTH is very important to maintain ecological balance and the quality of the community's living environment. In this context, the Dosay Public Cemetery (TPU) has great potential to be optimized as an alternative green space that is multifunctional-ecological, social, and aesthetic. This study aims to assess community perceptions of the utilization of TPU Dosay as a green space, as well as to formulate a strategy for its sustainable development. The approach used was mixed methods, with data collection through a survey using a Likert scale to 35 respondents, open interviews with 9 key informants, as well as SWOT and AHP analysis. The results showed that most people support the development of TPU Dosay as a reflective green space that is comfortable and ecologically valuable. From the results of AHP analysis, policy and regulation aspects are the top priorities in the development strategy, followed by vegetation and accessibility aspects. Strategic recommendations include the preparation of adaptive vegetation zoning, strengthening the local policy framework, active involvement of indigenous communities, and cross-sector collaboration between local governments, academics and the private sector. With the right strategy, the development of TPU Dosay is expected to be an innovative solution in overcoming the shortage of green spaces in Jayapura Regency.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in enhancing students' creativity in Social Studies (IPS) learning for Grade VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of PjBL can enhance students' creativity through project activities that encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. Students become more active, confident in expressing ideas, and capable of producing innovative work. Despite several challenges such as limited time and varied student participation, PjBL has proven to be effective in creating contextual and meaningful learning.

This study explores the challenges and solutions in mathematics education in the digital era. The rapid development of digital technology has changed teaching methodologies and learning accessibility. This study used a literature review method, analyzing 30 relevant studies from 2021 to 2025. The findings show major challenges such as lack of teacher skills, limited resources, and low digital literacy. In line with this, innovative learning models, infrastructure improvements, and continuous professional development for educators can effectively address these issues. Integrating technology into mathematics education is essential to prepare students for future challenges in an increasingly digital world.

Reading is a basic language skill that plays a crucial role in the learning process at the elementary level. However, many students in grade V of elementary schools still face difficulties in reading comprehension. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of audiovisual media in improving reading skills of fifth grade students. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by analyzing various national journals and studies published within the last five years. The results of the literature review indicate that audiovisual media significantly enhances students' interest, focus, and comprehension in reading activities. In conclusion, audiovisual media is proven to be a practical and innovative tool to support reading instruction, and its implementation is recommended to improve literacy outcomes in elementary education.

Fans of noodle food among young people are increasing every year because consumers without seeing the risk of fast food that is often consumed every day will cause disease. The emergence of this research is to develop innovative judes persea noodles where the raw material of the product is made from avocado leaves and does not use preservatives so that it can be said to be healthy food. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to understand consumer perceptions and buying interest in the innovation of healthy spicy noodles made from avocado leaves. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, including interviews with various groups such as teenagers, students, housewives, and healthy culinary actors. The results showed that the innovation of healthy spicy noodles made from avocado leaves has the potential to be accepted by the market because it contains bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, tannins, and saponins that function as antioxidants and antibacterials, and can increase the nutritional value and durability of the product naturally. In addition, consumer perception and buying interest in this product is quite high, supported by effective marketing strategies and the use of local natural ingredients. Interest and motivation in learning mathematics among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students remain relatively low, particularly in understanding basic arithmetic concepts such as addition and subtraction. This condition has led to poor learning outcomes and a lack of active student engagement in the learning process.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Scratch-based learning media in improving MI students’ arithmetic skills. To achieve this objective, a qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman.The findings indicate that the use of Scratch media can enhance learning motivation, student engagement, and understanding of arithmetic concepts in a more enjoyable and interactive way. Thus, Scratch-based learning media is proven effective in improving the arithmetic skills of MI students. It is recommended that teachers utilize interactive digital media such as Scratch as an innovative alternative in teaching mathematics at the elementary madrasah level.
