The utilization of digital technology in government administration is a critical measure to improve employee performance and the efficiency of public services. However, the effectiveness of implementing this technology is highly determined by the degree to which employees accept the digital systems being used. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology acceptance on employee performance at the Mojoroto District Office in Kediri City. The research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory design. Information was obtained through a questionnaire survey distributed to all employees at the Mojoroto District Office, totaling 30 respondents, using total sampling techniques. Indicators of digital technology adoption were evaluated based on perceptions of benefits, operational ease, social pressure, and infrastructural support, while employee performance was assessed according to the quality of work output and responsibilities. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, and ordinal linear regression. The study findings indicate that digital technology acceptance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination figure reveals that digital technology adoption can explain a large part of the fluctuations in employee performance, with the remaining variation influenced by variables outside the research model. These results imply that the greater the level of digital technology acceptance, the better the resulting employee performance. The Gender Development Index (GDI) is a key indicator for assessing disparities in human development achievements between women and men. In recent years, Indonesia’s GDI has shown a consistent upward trend, reaching 91.85 in 2024. Nevertheless, this numerical improvement does not fully represent the achievement of substantive gender equality. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of Indonesia’s GDI by positioning it within a comparative Asian context and examining the substantive gaps that persist behind the rising indicators. This study employs a qualitative approach based on secondary data and literature review. The primary data sources include publications from Statistics Indonesia on the Gender Development Index and Gender Inequality Index for the 2020–2024 period, as well as the Global Gender Gap Reports 2024 and 2025 published by the World Economic Forum. Descriptive quantitative analysis is combined with qualitative interpretation and illustrative interview findings from civil society organizations, universities, and provincial and local Offices of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection in Central Java, Southeast Sulawesi, Grobogan Regency, and Semarang City. The findings indicate that Indonesia’s GDI improvement is largely driven by advances in women’s health and educational attainment. However, substantial gaps remain in the economic dimension, particularly in per capita expenditure and women’s labor market participation, which constrain proportional improvements in women’s Human Development Index. This article underscores the importance of interpreting the GDI as a reflective policy instrument and advocates for structural transformation to ensure that numerical progress translates into genuine gender justice.

The diversity of social media used by teenagers today can influence Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) behavior, a condition where someone feels left out of information, trends, or activities carried out by others. This condition is characterized by fear, anxiety, difficulty controlling the desire to stay connected, and a tendency to compare oneself with others on social media. Teenagers are the group most vulnerable to FoMO due to their high intensity of social media use and their still-developing social needs. This reseach seeks to examine the association between scial media diversity and FoMO behavior among eleventh-grade student at SMAN 4 Tuban. The study employed a quantitative analytic design using a cross-sectional approach. The research population consists of all 11th grade students, totaling 157 respondents, selected using simple random sampling. The instruments used are a social media diversity questionnaire and a FoMO behavior questionnaire. Data analysis uses the Chi-Square test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study show a p-value of 0.000, which means p < 0.05, so H1 is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between social media diversity and FoMO behavior in adolescents. The more diverse the social media platforms used, the higher the tendency for adolescents to experience FoMO. Based on these results, it can be concluded that social media diversity influences FoMO behavior among 11th grade students at SMAN 4 Tuban.

Crime, an unlawful act that contradicts ethics and norms, has now become a primary factor for the police in Lampung province. This presents a challenge for the police institution in predicting high crime rates. However, there are still many crimes that have not become the main focus of problem-solving at the Lampung Regional Police. This research aims to identify the types and criminal acts of crime with the highest recorded incidence in a crime dataset by performing classification using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The data was obtained from investigators at the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Lampung Regional Police, with a total of 12,034 JTP (Total Criminal Acts) and 7,518 PTP (Crime Resolution) data points for each type of crime, distributed across the Regional Police, City Police, and District Police throughout Lampung province. The classification process using the Naïve Bayes algorithm reveals the relationship between the work unit (Satker) and the type of crime handled, thereby identifying crime patterns based on the location where they are handled. The results of the research, which involved converting numerical data into binomial (binary) form using the "Numerical to Binominal" feature in Rapid miner, show that the analysis and modeling process, especially in algorithms like Naïve Bayes or decision trees, is more effective when using data in a binary format. Thus, the initial dataset can be visualized in the form of a , with the size of the text varying according to the level of each high-incidence crime; the larger the text, the more frequently or significantly the crime occurred or was reported. The application of this method can help in identifying patterns, dominant trends, and areas of focus for more targeted law enforcement efforts or crime prevention policies.
