Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pesisir Kampung Tambak Lorok, Semarang, dalam pengendalian sampah plastik melalui inovasi teknologi berbasis gim edukasi digital bernama 'Marine Protector'. Permasalahan sampah plastik di kawasan pesisir telah menimbulkan dampak ekologis dan sosial ekonomi yang signifikan. Melalui pendekatan gamifikasi, kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan edukasi lingkungan, hukum, dan ekonomi sirkular ke dalam media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik, keterlibatan aktif ibu-ibu PKK RW 14 Tambak Lorok, serta munculnya praktik pengurangan plastik sekali pakai di rumah tangga. Luaran kegiatan meliputi aplikasi gim edukasi, modul pelatihan, video dokumentasi, dan poster edukatif. Inovasi ini terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat dan memiliki potensi replikasi untuk wilayah pesisir lainnya di Indonesia.

This research is aimed at examining the operational strategies carried out by PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia Dumai in ensuring the smooth operation of the Mt. Meghna Trader ship at Pelindo Dumai Port. The main focus of the research is directed at the identification and assessment of the effectiveness of operational strategies which include the planning, implementation, and control stages of various activities such as loading and unloading, logistics, coordination with relevant parties at the port, and operational risk management. This research also includes consideration of external factors, including port regulations, market conditions, available infrastructure, and supply chain dynamics. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of continuous performance evaluation to ensure that ship operations can run according to safety standards, time efficiency, and procedural accuracy. A qualitative approach with a case study design is used and reinforced by quantitative data to get a more comprehensive analytical picture. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observations in the field, review of operational documents, and surveys involving internal and external parties who play a role in supporting the operational process of ships at the port.

This study aims to analyze in depth the role of drumband extracurricular activities in developing motor and cognitive abilities of early childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 50 Kindergarten, Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires involving teachers, parents, and students as research subjects. The results show that drumband activities provide a positive contribution to the development of gross and fine motor skills of children, especially through rhythmic movement exercises, hand-eye coordination, and body control when playing musical instruments. In addition to motor aspects, drumband activities also play a role in improving children's cognitive abilities, such as concentration, memory, the ability to follow instructions, and understanding musical patterns and rhythms. Children's active participation in drumband activities also helps shape discipline, the ability to work together in groups, and increases children's self-confidence. Thus, drumband extracurricular activities can be used as an effective and enjoyable learning medium to support the motor and cognitive development of early childhood holistically and sustainably.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pemanfaatan teknologi dalam budaya islam menurut perspektif buya hamka, dengan teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan modern membuat budaya islam lebih dikenal secara luas dan mudah, melalui perspektif buya hamka ini islam tidak melarang umat islam untuk ketingglan zaman, asalkan setiap budaya yang dihasilkan dan disebar luskan bisa sesuai syariat islam , sehingga jauh dari kata maksiat dan menyesatkan serta tidak melanggar syariat islam. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi teknologi dalam penyebaran budaya Islam menurut pandangan Buya Hamka. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui  sistem observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif merujuk pada teori-teori keislaman dari Buya Hamka. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Buya Hamka melihat teknologi sebagai sarana yang dapat memperkuat nilai iman dan moral, serta menyebarluaskan ajaran Islam secara inovatif dan interaktif. Pandangannya menekankan pentingnya menemukan keseimbangan antara perkembangan teknologi dan kemajuan spiritual agar teknologi dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam kegiatan dakwah dan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan relevansi pemikiran Buya Hamka dalam era digital saat ini, di mana media digital memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam menjangkau masyarakat luas dengan cara yang humanis dan dialogis, sejalan dengan nilai-nilai moral dan budaya Islam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital melalui Instagram dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada UMKM Kedai 2 Putri di Desa Sipodeceng, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi bisnis, khususnya di kalangan UMKM yang membutuhkan strategi efektif untuk menjangkau konsumen lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan pemilik, karyawan, serta pelanggan Kedai 2 Putri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan melalui Instagram meliputi empat indikator utama, yaitu pembuatan konten (content creation), berbagi konten (content sharing), membangun interaksi (connecting), dan pembangunan komunitas (community building). Dari keempat indikator tersebut, pembuatan konten menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam menarik minat konsumen dan memperkuat citra merek, karena visual produk yang menarik dan konsistensi unggahan terbukti mampu meningkatkan interaksi serta mendorong keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital juga diperkuat oleh elemen bauran pemasaran (7P) yang mencakup produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan Instagram secara optimal dapat meningkatkan visibilitas, keterlibatan pelanggan, serta penjualan UMKM.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan judul “Peningkatan Kapasitas SDM dalam Pengelolaan Website sebagai Strategi Pemasaran Digital Desa Wisata River Side Juma Bulu, Ajibata” bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat lokal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai sarana promosi pariwisata. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website berbasis WordPress, serta pendampingan pembuatan konten digital, kegiatan ini berhasil menghasilkan website resmi Desa Wisata River Side Juma Bulu (https://riversidejumabulu.id/) yang berfungsi sebagai pusat informasi, promosi, dan reservasi wisata. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 90% peserta menyatakan puas terhadap pelatihan, dengan dampak berupa meningkatnya kapasitas SDM lokal, terbentuknya tim pengelola digital desa, dan penguatan daya saing destinasi wisata

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter oleh Penyuluh dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Negeri 2 Sumowono. Fokus penelitian meliputi strategi pengajaran, metode penyampaian nilai karakter, tantangan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan pendidikan karakter diterapkan melalui lima elemen utama yaitu Sejarah, Keagungan Tuhan, Budi Pekerti, Martabat Spiritual, Larangan dan Kewajiban dengan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok, ceramah inspiratif, dan praktik langsung (role-play) untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter dan keteladanan Penyuluh. Faktor pendukung berupa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, keterlibatan orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, sedangkan penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sarana, waktu, dan pengaruh negatif pergaulan. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kesantunan, dan toleransi siswa. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter berhasil membentuk peserta didik penghayat kepercayaan berakhlak mulia, namun perlu upaya berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi hambatan dan memperkuat kolaborasi sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat.

Civic Education (PKn) has a strategic role as the main means in internalizing the values of Pancasila to students. Through PKn, the process of forming the character and personality of citizens can be carried out systematically, sustainably, and contextually, based on the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice. The internalization of these values is not only through mastery of concepts, but also through habituation of attitudes and behaviors in daily life. An interactive, reflective, and social project-based approach to learning allows learners to actively develop moral awareness, social responsibility, and a sense of nationalism. PKn functions as a character education instrument that not only forms civic knowledge, but also builds a strong national identity and a tolerant spirit. In the context of globalization and the challenges of the digital era, civil society is an important foundation in equipping the young generation to be able to be critical, adaptive, and still uphold national values. Therefore, PKn is not just a formal subject, but a strategic vehicle in forming a generation with Pancasila character who is ready to contribute positively to the life of society, nation, and state. This research emphasizes the urgency of PKn revitalization as a transformative and contextual value education.

This study aims to describe the role of the Business Challenge program as a means of economic empowerment and Islamic character formation among the youth of Nurul Yaqin Mosque in Tanah Enam Ratus. The main issue focuses on the extent to which this activity enhances participants’ economic independence, creativity, and Islamic values. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving program committees, mentors, and participants. The findings reveal that the Business Challenge program plays a significant role in fostering youth entrepreneurship through Sharia-based business practices, basic financial management, and teamwork rooted in the values of trustworthiness, discipline, and responsibility. Moreover, it strengthens the participants’ Islamic character, such as honesty, independence, and social concern. Therefore, the Business Challenge serves not only as an economic training platform but also as a medium for shaping a productive and morally upright generation of mosque youth.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays a strategic role in instilling foundational faith and moral values in children from an early age. Through the VAK learning style ( Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic). In the context of modern education, PAK functions not only as a medium for delivering biblical teachings but also as a framework for character formation that aligns with children’s developmental needs. This study aims to analyze the role of PAK as a means of shaping faith and moral values, as well as to describe how PAK learning practices strengthen children’s spiritual growth through modeling, habituation, and learning interactions relevant to their daily lives. This qualitative research employs a descriptive approach, with data collected through literature studies, limited observations, and reflections on field experiences. The findings indicate that contextually designed PAK learning significantly influences children’s ways of thinking, behaving, and acting. The integration of school, family, and church further reinforces the impact of PAK as a spiritual foundation and moral guide in everyday life. This study emphasizes that PAK is not merely the transmission of religious content but a process of value internalization that directs children toward a life of faith, strong character, and responsibility.

Pembelajaran tembang macapat tidak hanya berperan dalam melestarikan budaya, tetapi juga menjadi sarana efektif dalam penguatan karakter peserta didik. Dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang maha Esa dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Negeri 1 Gesi, tembang macapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk menanamkan nilai moral dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penguatan karakter melalui pembelajaran tebang macapat pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Negeri 1 Gesi. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi jenis tembang macapat yang digunakan sebagai sarana penguatan karakter, nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan melalui tembang macapat, serta metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  kualitatif, dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis tembang macapat yang digunakan meliputi Gambuh, Pucung, Asmaradana, dan Maskumambang. Nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan melalui tembang macapat mencakup pengendalian diri, kedisiplinan, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kebijaksanaan, kerendahan hati, ketekunan, kerja keras, ketulusan, kesabaran, rasa syukur, kasih sayang, dan kepedulian. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah metode drill dan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tembang macapat dalam pembelajaran mampu memperkuat karakter peserta didik, sehingga dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya.

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan santri. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, kemampuan menulis ilmiah menjadi keterampilan penting untuk melanjutkan studi maupun memasuki dunia kerja profesional. Namun, mahasantri di Ma’had ‘Aly Kharisma Haromain masih menghadapi keterbatasan karena belum tersedianya modul terpadu yang mencakup metodologi penelitian, teknik penulisan, dan etika publikasi Islami. Kondisi ini membatasi potensi mereka dalam menghasilkan opini, artikel, maupun karya ilmiah yang berkualitas, padahal kontribusi pesantren sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan mendukung pembangunan masyarakat. Program pendampingan literasi dan penulisan ilmiah yang dilaksanakan melalui workshop, pelatihan komprehensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, membangun budaya riset, dan mendorong kolaborasi akademik. Dengan dukungan keberlanjutan program, perbaikan sarana, dan pengembangan modul adaptif, inisiatif ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas, baik bagi lembaga pesantren maupun masyarakat sekitar secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to determine the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Facilities and Infrastructure, both partially and simultaneously, on the Effectiveness of Public Services for adult parole clients at Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Class I Jambi. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to systematically and measurably describe the relationships among variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents selected using the simple random sampling technique, ensuring equal opportunities for all participants to be included in the sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of each variable on service effectiveness. The findings reveal that both partially and simultaneously, SOP and Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services. Among the two variables, Facilities and Infrastructure exert a more dominant influence, highlighting the importance of adequate resources in improving service quality. Meanwhile, the implementation of SOPs needs to be further optimized to make a more substantial contribution to enhancing the effectiveness of public service delivery for adult parole clients at Bapas Class I Jambi.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of technology, time management, providing incentives, and infrastructure on employee work productivity in the East Jakarta area. The data collection of this study was carried out by random sampling distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale with values from one to five choices, namely Strongly Disagree = 1, Disagree = 2, Neutral = 3, Agree = 4, and Strongly Agree = 5. 100 respondents who had criteria as employees in East Jakarta were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The data in this study was analyzed using a Partial Least Square (PLS)-based Equation Structural (SEM) Model with SmartPLS 4.0 software. Outer Model with calculations of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Validity, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with calculations of statistical T, R-Square, F-Square, and VIF. The results showed that technology has a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. In addition, time management has a positive but not significant effect on employee work productivity. The provision of incentives has a significant effect on increasing employee work productivity. And infrastructure also has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. These results provide useful insights for companies in understanding the factors that affect employee productivity.

The advancement of digital technology plays a crucial role in fostering regional economic growth and tourism. Bekasi Regency, recognized as Indonesia’s largest industrial area, has vast potential to develop its tourism sector and creative economy. However, limited public understanding of digital utilization remains a major challenge, particularly in promoting village potential and local products in Sukamurni. To address this issue, and the socialization of the Industrial Tourism Portal was carried out to improve community skills and awareness of technology as an effective promotional tool. The program adopted a participatory approach through counseling, training, and direct practice, enabling active engagement of participants throughout the process. The residents of Sukamurni Village became the main actors in using the portal to highlight local tourism and broaden the market reach of MSME products. The outcomes indicated that participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practical competence in accessing and applying portal features effectively. Moreover, the activity successfully raised awareness of the significance of digitalization in enhancing business competitiveness and long-term sustainability. With this important initiative, and Sukamurni Village is expected to strengthen its position as an innovative, productive, and technology-adaptive tourism village, while also actively supporting sustainable community welfare and inclusive regional development.

The Agrotanijaya porang business is a porang tuber processing business located in Kebondalem Village, Tegalombo District, Pacitan Regency. Currently, the marketing process for Agrotanijaya's processed products is conventional, namely entrusting it to food stalls, depots and grocery stores. The marketing system currently implemented has the problem that Agrotanijaya products are less widely known. The solution offered is the development of a website portal as an internet media facility which can display profile information from Agrotanijaya. The activity method begins with the preliminary study, implementation and evaluation stages. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that on average over 80% of participants are able to use the features on the website independently.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji muatan pedagogi Laudato Si’ dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Katolik (PAK) tingkat SMP sebagai strategi pembentukan karakter ekologis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, serta analisis isi terhadap tiga buku ajar resmi PAK kelas VII, VIII, dan IX yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai ekologis hadir secara bertahap dan kontekstual. Pada kelas VII dan VIII, nilai-nilai ekologi lebih banyak muncul secara implisit melalui refleksi iman atas ciptaan dan relasi sosial, sedangkan buku kelas IX memuat secara eksplisit ajakan untuk membangun persahabatan dengan alam. Integrasi nilai Laudato Si’ tercermin dalam pendekatan naratif, reflektif, dan praksis iman yang menekankan kesatuan antara spiritualitas dan tanggung jawab ekologis. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pendidikan agama sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter ekologis dalam konteks krisis lingkungan global. Pendidikan iman yang diintegrasikan dengan kesadaran ekologis tidak hanya membentuk pengetahuan, tetapi juga membangun gaya hidup ekologis sebagai wujud konkret pertobatan ekologis dan iman yang bertanggung jawab terhadap ciptaan.

Era digital membawa tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam pelestarian budaya lokal. Desa Ngaru-Aru, yang kaya akan warisan budaya seperti Tari Topeng Ireng, menghadapi kendala dalam promosi budaya akibat kurangnya dokumentasi dan media digital yang representatif. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan website bundaru.com sebagai media edukasi dan promosi seni budaya lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan FGD dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Hasil dari kegiatan ini meliputi peningkatan literasi digital, partisipasi aktif generasi muda, penguatan identitas budaya melalui platform digital dan sarana promosi kebudayaan. The character crisis and the weakening of Islamic understanding among the younger generation have become serious issues that need to be addressed starting from early childhood education. Kindergarten children are at a phase of fitrah development, which significantly determines the formation of their personality in the future. Islamic education is expected to provide a comprehensive solution in shaping the child's personality from an early age, balancing cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. This study aims to examine the theoretical implementation of Islamic Montessori learning as a means of forming an integral Islamic personality in early childhood. Using a literature review approach and qualitative content analysis, this study examines various theories, previous research findings, and expert views sourced from books, journals, and scientific works related to early childhood education and Islamic education. The results show that Islamic Montessori significantly contributes to the development of an integral Islamic personality. Children not only develop cognitively and psychomotorically but also become accustomed to the habits of worship, discipline, responsibility, empathy, and respect for others. Through a conducive learning environment and direct practices of Islamic life, Islamic Montessori serves as a strategic tool in preparing a Muslim generation that is faithful, noble in character, with strong Islamic personality and independence.

This study investigates the influence of the film Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck on students’ perceptions of Minangkabau culture, focusing on Communication Science students at Bina Sarana Informatika University (UBSI). The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, applying the Uses and Effects theory to examine how media content affects audience perception. The study aims to understand how cultural values embedded in the film impact students’ knowledge, attitudes, and behavioral orientations toward Minangkabau traditions. A total of respondents were surveyed to measure their cultural perceptions before and after watching the film. Statistical analysis using correlation tests reveals a significant relationship between exposure to the film and students’ cultural perceptions, with a correlation coefficient of 0.631, indicating a moderately strong influence. The film illustrates various aspects of Minangkabau culture, including the matrilineal kinship system, social norms, and traditional values, which significantly enhance students’ awareness and understanding. Furthermore, the findings suggest that the film contributes not only to knowledge acquisition but also to shaping attitudes and potential behavioral changes toward cultural appreciation. The study concludes that film, as a powerful visual medium, plays a substantial role in shaping cultural perceptions among the younger generation. These findings underline the importance of strengthening cultural literacy through audiovisual media while encouraging critical perspectives to avoid misinterpretation of cultural messages. Future research is recommended to compare the impact of different cultural films across diverse student populations to deepen the understanding of media influence on cultural perception.
