The 2025 Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) for the R3 group of Janabadra University Yogyakarta was held in Tangisan Hamlet, Banyurejo Village, Tempel Subdistrict, Sleman Regency. Tangisan Hamlet has various local potentials that can be developed, such as a productive agricultural sector, active social institutions, and a rich cultural heritage. However, this area also faces several challenges that need to be addressed, including low legal literacy among the community, a high potential for juvenile delinquency, and limited public information support facilities in the hamlet. In implementing the KKN-T program, a participatory approach was applied by involving the local community from the planning stage to the evaluation. The process began with field observations to understand the actual conditions in the community, then continued with the formulation of a work program developed in collaboration with community leaders and village officials. The programs implemented included the installation of information signs in Javanese script at strategic points as part of supporting the "Culturally Independent Village" program. In addition, socialization was conducted regarding laws related to online loans and juvenile delinquency, which aimed to increase public understanding of legal issues. At Banyurejo 4 Public Elementary School, anti-bullying education is being conducted to raise students' awareness of the importance of mutual respect. Furthermore, at the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) for toddlers, nutritious supplementary food using local foods is provided to support children's health in the area. All implemented programs are based on the actual needs of the community, identified through discussions and deliberations with community leaders. Through this Community Service Program (KKN-T) activity, it is hoped that a strong synergy will be established between students, the community, and the village government in promoting sustainable and independent village development. This program is expected to provide direct benefits to the community and pave the way for better village development in the future.

Penelitian ini merupakan studi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pada karyawan koperasi simpan pinjam masa pandemi Covid–19 di Brebes. Populasi penelitian ini adalah beberapa pegawai Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Arta Graha Mandiri, Buana Arta Prima dan Anugrah Tani Makmur Kantor Cabang Utama Brebes yang berjumlah  250 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji instrument penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji analisis berganda adalah motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi  kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi atau memperkuat pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi simpan pinjam di Brebes.

The problem in the research is that the work given exceeds the provisions of written regulations, company leaders do not pay enough attention to their employees or do not provide enough motivation to their employees, performance fluctuates from year to year because employees are less careful in their work. The aim of this research is to determine the workload and motivation of employee performance at PT. Mandiri Abadi Permai. The type of this research is quantitative. The population in this research is employees of PT. Mandiri Abadi Permai, totaling 140 respondents. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula was 58 respondents, while the sampling technique was carried out randomly. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data. Then the data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression test results Y=8.137+0.5221+0.532X2+e. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from tcount 6.477>ttable 2.004 and the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where it can be seen tcount 11.166>ttable value 2.004. Then simultaneously (F test), the F value is 83.947> F table 3.16. So that workload and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Abadi Permai. The results of the coefficient of determination for the Adjusted R square value are 0.744 (74.4%). So it can be said that 74.4% of the variation in the independent variables in workload and motivation contributes to employee performance variables at PT. Madiri Abadi Permai, while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

In order to keep financial issues to a minimum, financial literacy has recently emerged as a critical competency for all individuals to possess. The purpose of this exercise is to help pupils become more financially literate. Problems with money arise for many students because they fail to distinguish between necessities and wants and fail to appreciate the value of savings and contingency plans. As a means of socialization, this activity employs counselling, training, and mentorship as its stages. We were able to accomplish our goal by carrying out this exercise. Since students were more engaged and asked more pertinent questions, it is safe to assume that their knowledge of financial management improved. In order to raise a generation that is financially savvy, this is the initial step. The information that students get from this exercise should be applied to their daily lives.

This study aims to examine the effect of attitude and brand innovation on brand equity among Bank Mandiri Customers in West Jakarta. In the face of increasing competition in the banking industry, effective brand management is crucial for maintaining market position and enhancing customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 100 respondents who are involved in transactions at Bank Mandiri. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to explore the relationships between variables. The findings show that both brand attitude and brand innovation have a significant positive effect on brand equity. Specifically, a positive brand innovation enhances perceptions of quality and the brand’s competitiveness in the market. This study provides practical implications for Bank Mandiri’s management in formulating more effective marketing strategies by considering these two factors. The research also emphasizes the importance of innovation that aligns with customer expectations in strengthening brand equity in the competitive banking market.

Nyeri punggung bawah (low back pain) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan muskuloskeletal yang sering terjadi di masyarakat, terutama pada kelompok usia produktif dan lanjut usia. Di Desa Tanjung Anom, kasus nyeri punggung bawah cukup tinggi akibat gaya hidup tidak aktif, posisi kerja yang salah, serta kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan dan penanganan mandiri. Kegiatan edukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola nyeri punggung bawah melalui pendekatan self-care management. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi interaktif, demonstrasi latihan peregangan dan penguatan otot, serta pembagian leaflet sebagai media informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 85% dan kemampuan praktik mandiri sebesar 75% dalam melakukan teknik self-care, seperti senam punggung, teknik relaksasi, dan ergonomi sederhana dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Edukasi self-care management terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat Desa Tanjung Anom untuk mencegah dan mengatasi nyeri punggung bawah secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model intervensi promotif-preventif yang dapat direplikasi di desa lain dengan masalah serupa.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, incentives, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Citra Mandiri Distribusindo. The background of this research is based on issues such as low employee discipline, unequal incentive distribution, and lack of motivation, which lead to fluctuating employee performance. The research used a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach, employing questionnaires distributed to all employees except Directors, General Managers, and HRD, with a total of 109 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression to examine the influence of each variable. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, work discipline, incentives, and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The implication of this research is that the company must enhance employee discipline, clarify the incentive system, and foster motivation through effective communication and recognition to achieve optimal employee performance.

The need for adaptive and personalized learning systems is increasing along with the advancement of information technology. Informatics students face challenges in choosing materials that suit their abilities and interests. This research aims to design and evaluate an Generative AI-based independent learning recommendation system in Indonesian that can help students navigate the learning process more efficiently. The system utilizes a generative language model to provide relevant learning material suggestions based on students' individual learning history and preferences. This study uses a software engineering approach and experimental evaluation. The dataset is collected from various reference sources of learning and user interaction with the system. The Generative AI model is trained to generate contextual and Indonesian-language content recommendations. The results of the evaluation show that this system is able to increase the effectiveness and satisfaction of students' independent learning. These findings confirm the great potential of generative AI technology in supporting higher education, particularly in supporting personalized learning in local languages.

This study aims to determine the use of flashcard learning media in improving the communication skills of autistic children. Autistic children often experience obstacles in communicating, both verbally and nonverbally, so interactive and visual learning methods are needed. Flashcards were chosen as the media because of their simple, interesting, and easy-to-use nature to convey information visually. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. The subjects of the study were autistic children aged 4-6 years who attended Anggrek Mandiri Inclusive Kindergarten. It is hoped that this study will be able to improve the communication skills of autistic children, both in recognizing words and understanding certain concepts.

This study analyzes social change in Ponggok Village, Klaten, Central Java, from an impoverished village to a self-sufficient one, utilizing Talcott Parsons' structural functionalist framework and the AGIL model (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency). Prior to 2006, Ponggok Village faced poverty, inadequate infrastructure, and limited employment opportunities, despite its significant potential for spring water. The transformation began in 2009-2013 with collaboration between the village head and academics for potential mapping and the establishment of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Tirta Mandiri. The period from 2014 to 2018 marked a "golden era" with the implementation of the Village Law of 2014, increased village funds, and peak revenues from Umbul Ponggok. However, from 2019-2023, the village experienced a significant decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed, dividing the timeline into three periods (2009-2013, 2014-2018, 2019-2023). Data were collected through Focus Group Discussions, interviews, and literature reviews. The research findings demonstrate how Ponggok Village systematically fulfills the AGIL functional prerequisites by examining socio-economic policies through policies implemented by the Village Government, Village Consultative Body (BPD), and Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in efforts to improve quality of life, foster social integration among stakeholders, and maintain values through sustainable programs aimed at achieving and sustaining the success of its transformation. These findings provide a holistic understanding of the village’s resilience and adaptability in facing social and economic challenges.

The research was conducted in the construction department which has around 90 employees with a high workload and a less supportive work environment. The problem in this study is how the workload and work environment affect employee productivity, while the purpose of the study is to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee productivity. The method used in the study is the multiple linear regression analysis method with a sample of 65 employees. Testing was carried out using the F test and t test and calculating the determination factor. From the results of the t test calculation, the calculated t-value for X1 (workload) was obtained in succession of 3,743 and the calculated t-value for X2 (work environment) was 6.187. These values ​​are greater than the value in the t-table of 1,999, which means that the workload affects employee productivity and the work environment affects employee productivity.The result of the F test calculation produces 14,872 > from the value in the F-table (3,143), it can be concluded that Workload (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have an effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at PT. Putra Tunggal Mandiritama. From the determination coefficient test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.455 or 45.5%, meaning that the work productivity variable is influenced by the workload and work environment variables by 45.5%. Furthermore, the remaining value of 54.5% is caused by other factors.

Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Untuk menganalisis game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. 2)  Untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta dalam penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran pada tahun ajaran  tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. Bentuk  penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan guru PPKn kelas VIII dan siswa kelas VIII. Sumber data yang digunakan sumber primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskripsif kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1) Game edukasi "KARISMA" memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Game ini dirancang untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. 2)  Persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta terhadap penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran cenderung positif. Persepsi siswa pada game ini sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menarik, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Game "KARISMA" tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, tetapi juga memotivasi mereka untuk lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mandiri dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Game Edukasi, “KARISMA”     The objectives of this study were: 1) To analyze the educational game "KARISMA" in the developing Merdeka Belajar characters in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. 2) To describe the perceptions of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were civics teachers in grade and students in grade VIII. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, documentation. Data validity testing was carried out using source triangulation and methods triangulation. The data in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with an interactive analysis model. The results of this study  could be e concluded: 1) The educational game "KARISMA" has a positive contribution to the development of the Merdeka Belajar character in students in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. This game is designed to apply  character values ​​in accordance with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila which was in accordance  with the principles of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. 2) The perception of students in class VIII towards the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in tended to be positive. The Students' perceptions of this game as an innovative, interesting, and relevant learning media to students' needs. The "KARISMA" game not only improves students' understanding of the learning material, but also motivates them to be more active, creative, and independent in learning. This study examines the potential for digital branding transformation of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri, a construction service company in East Java, through the utilization of TikTok as a promotional platform. Using observations and interviews, the research identified strong visual content opportunities from the company’s activities, such as documenting construction progress, showcasing before-and-after project visuals, and sharing client testimonials. These elements offer significant storytelling potential for engaging online audiences. However, several internal barriers hinder optimal implementation. These include limited digital literacy among staff, inadequate content creation tools, and the absence of standardized procedures for producing and publishing content. Externally, skepticism toward social media marketing in the construction sector and the unpredictability of TikTok’s algorithm also create challenges. Thematic analysis revealed three primary needs: maximizing existing visual assets to create compelling narratives, enhancing internal capacity through targeted digital training, and developing a culture that supports continuous digital engagement. To address these, the study proposes an initial strategy involving educational content, behind-the-scenes videos, and a clear content production guide. In addition, it suggests forming a dedicated social media team, running a 30-day continuous content campaign, and collaborating with local creators to expand reach. These recommendations align with existing literature on the role of short-form video in increasing brand awareness, credibility, and trust in service-oriented industries. By integrating strategic content planning, capacity building, and consistent online engagement, construction SMEs can position themselves competitively in the evolving digital marketplace. The case of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri demonstrates that even in traditionally offline industries, leveraging TikTok can offer a pathway toward brand differentiation and long-term audience growth.

Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui penguatan manajemen bisnis telah dilaksanakan di Desa Manggarmas, Kecamatan Godong, Kabupaten Grobogan pada 25 Mei 2025. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial petani jamur melalui pelatihan manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan keuangan yang belum optimal, ketiadaan standar pengemasan produk, dan minimnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk pemasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, mencakup distribusi hasil panen, teknik pengemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: manajemen usaha sederhana naik 75%, penguasaan teknik pengemasan meningkat 80%, dan penggunaan media digital untuk pemasaran bertambah 70%. Dampak positif terlihat dari munculnya pembeli dari luar desa setelah petani mengunggah produk ke media sosial, mendorong terwujudnya wirausahawan mandiri yang mampu mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

This article discusses the effectiveness of using Accurate Online software in supporting the accounting process during the implementation of the independent student internship program at PT Neo Farma Indonesia. Accurate Online as a cloud-based accounting information system is used to record financial transactions, manage stock, taxation, and prepare reports in real-time and integrated. This study uses a qualitative method through direct observation during the internship. The results of the observation show that the implementation of Accurate Online provides convenience in recording transactions, time efficiency, and strengthens the company's financial governance. Although there are technical constraints in the form of internet network quality, this does not significantly interfere with the effectiveness of the system. Thus, the use of Accurate Online is considered effective in supporting company operations and providing relevant work experience for students.

Independent internship activities are one of the educational strategies that aim to bridge theory with the practice of the world of work. This study aims to describe the implementation of independent internships for students at PT Taman Timur Regensi Surabaya and its contribution to improving students' competence and understanding of the property industry. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that internship activities support the improvement of students' technical skills, especially in the fields of project administration, management of legal documents, and understanding of housing development flows. In addition, students' soft skills, such as professional communication, teamwork, and time management, have also experienced significant development. In conclusion, independent internships at PT Taman Timur Regensi are an effective medium to prepare students to face the world of work in the property industry in a more prepared and competent manner.

Manual stock management systems are still commonly used in electrical equipment sales businesses, often leading to problems such as inaccurate data recording, delayed reporting, and potential data loss. To overcome these issues, a web-based inventory management information system was developed to automate the recording of incoming goods, outgoing goods, damaged items, and lost items. A case study was conducted at Toko Dhanisa Mandiri Jaya, which previously relied on manual bookkeeping using physical logs. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, involving stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system includes key features such as inventory data management, transaction processing, reporting, and user management. The implementation results indicate improved operational efficiency, reduced recording errors, and the availability of real-time inventory data to support managerial decision-making. This system is expected to help the store modernize its business processes with better accuracy and control.

An open pit exploitation activity will become less effective and cause production to not run well, resulting in the failure to meet production targets at PT. Indominco Mandiri. Therefore, to achieve production targets and obtain more optimal results, we need to plan the Design Pit Limit. The purpose of this research is to optimize the pit, find the BESR value, and compare the differences between two methods. The Lerch Grossman 2D algorithm method is believed to be able to determine the optimal pit boundary quite quickly, while the Minescape with its triangle method can calculate some unreadable sides quite accurately. The Lerch Grossman method with its economic blocks indicates that an elevation of 72 mdpl is the outer boundary of the pit that has the potential to generate a profit of $20,194,836.59, with the best consideration being a Stripping Ratio of 1:21.08. With that lower limit, an optimal pit design was created using minescape software, resulting in a coal reserve value of 1,581,870.42 tons with a profit of $14,590,646.75, which is larger and with a smaller SR of 1:19.06.

The transformation of Ponggok Village from an underdeveloped village to an independent village with a PADes (Village Revenue Fund) of Rp16 billion demonstrates the successful synergy between the Village Government and the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in managing local tourism potential, particularly umbul tourism. This study aims to analyze the form of synergy between the Village Government and BUMDes Tirta Mandiri in managing water tourism in Ponggok Village based on Mark Latash's synergy theory, which includes three pillars: sharing, error compensation, and task-dependence. This study employs a descriptive-qualitative method with a case study approach through field observations and in-depth interviews. The results indicate that the success of tourism management does not solely depend on the institutional capacity of each party but also on their ability to adapt and coordinate across sectors. The collaboration formed has resulted in sustainable tourism management, contributing to increased village economy, community empowerment, and environmental conservation.

This research explores the institutional capabilities of Local Government and BUMDes Tirta Mandiri in managing the tourism potential of Umbul in Ponggok Village, Klaten Regency. It aims to assess the extent to which local actors demonstrate capacity in the dimensions of thinking ahead, thinking again, and thinking across, as conceptualized within the dynamic governance framework. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research adopts a case study method through field observations, in-depth interviews, and analysis of village planning documents. The findings indicate that the success of Umbul Ponggok’s tourism development is not merely attributable to its natural endowments, but also to the capacity of the village government and BUMDes to formulate long-term policy directions, critically review and refine existing initiatives, and foster cross-sectoral collaboration. These results highlight the critical importance of strengthening village institutional capabilities and human resources as a foundation for implementing adaptive and forward-looking policies.
