Non-hemorrhagic stroke occurs due to blockage of blood flow to the brain by a thrombus or embolus. The blockage results in focal neurological disorders that affect the musculoskeletal system, namely weakness in the extremities, which gives rise to nursing problems of impaired physical mobility. To overcome the problem of impaired physical mobility, rubber ball grip exercises (ball squeezing) are given. These exercises have been shown to increase muscle strength, prevent joint stiffness, and improve blood circulation. This scientific paper was conducted to determine the description of nursing care for non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with nursing problems of impaired physical mobility. During the meeting, the nurse provided rubber ball grip exercises (ball squeezing) for 10-15 minutes for 3 times in 24 hours. Evaluation of these actions showed that the patient who initially experienced weakness in the upper extremities with muscle strength 2-3 and after being given rubber ball grip exercises (ball squeezing), the problem of impaired physical mobility was resolved, as evidenced by the patient being able to perform therapy, the extremities feeling slightly lighter, and muscle strength 4. Therefore, it is recommended that non-hemorrhagic stroke patients be given rubber ball grip exercises (ball squeezing) to overcome impaired physical mobility.

Stroke is a major cause of long-term disability and frequently results in balance impairment that limits functional mobility and increases the risk of falls. Impaired trunk control and postural instability are common consequences of stroke, highlighting the need for effective rehabilitation strategies. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Core Stability Exercise on balance improvement in stroke patients undergoing rehabilitation at the Medical Rehabilitation Polyclinic of RS Adhyaksa Jakarta. A case study design with a pretest–posttest approach was applied to three patients with ischemic stroke who presented with balance disorders. The intervention consisted of Core Stability Exercise, including bridging, bird-dog exercise, and seated balance exercise, conducted three times per week for eight sessions. Balance performance was measured using the Berg Balance Scale before and after the intervention. The findings demonstrated a consistent increase in Berg Balance Scale scores in all patients, indicating improvements in static and dynamic balance as well as a reduction in fall risk. Patients with better initial motor control showed faster and greater improvement, although positive changes were also observed in patients with more severe impairments. These results suggest that Core Stability Exercise contributes to enhanced trunk stability, postural control, and functional balance in stroke patients. This study discusses the function of corporate criminal liability for State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), particularly SOEs, by examining a case of corruption in the sale of commodities at Perum Bulog Jakarta in 2022-2023, which caused financial losses to the state amounting to approximately IDR 7.192 billion. This case illustrates the abuse of authority by SOE officials, which not only reflects individual violations but also is a symptom of weaknesses in the culture of internal control and compliance in state-owned companies. The purpose of this study is to examine the regulation and application of the principle of corporate criminal liability in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) with reference to Law Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes, the latest Criminal Code (Law Number 1 of 2023), and Supreme Court Regulation Number 13 of 2016. The method used is normative legal research with a juridical approach, which focuses on the review of legislation, the concept of corporate criminal liability, and the analysis of related court decisions. The results of the study show that acts of corruption involving Bulog have fulfilled the elements of corporate criminal liability, because they were carried out in the exercise of official authority and were intended for the benefit of the institution. The application of the provisions in the new Criminal Code, particularly Articles 45 to 47 and Article 118, confirms the position of corporations as legal subjects in the criminal law system. The implications of this research highlight the need to strengthen the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) system in SOEs and the need for consistent enforcement of corporate criminal liability by law enforcement officials to ensure justice, transparency, and the prevention of structural corruption in Indonesia.

Mathematics is a core subject that develops critical thinking skills; however, many third to fifth-grade elementary school students face difficulties with conventional teaching methods that tend to be uniform and less adaptive. This study aims to develop and implement a mobile-based educational game, "Ethno Run," which integrates the Bayesian Knowledge Tracing (BKT) algorithm to provide an adaptive learning experience. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) framework. The system uses BKT to track students' mastery in real-time by analyzing their responses to pre-tests and exercises within the game, which then adjusts the difficulty level and focuses the post-test on areas identified as weak, such as arithmetic operations and geometry. The findings show that this adaptive approach significantly improves learning outcomes, with the average score increasing from 44.33 on the pre-test to 85.33 on the post-test among 30 students. This study concludes that the integration of Artificial Intelligence through BKT effectively personalizes learning, enhances student motivation, and provides data-driven insights for teachers regarding students' progress. The implication of this research is that adaptive game-based learning serves as a feasible interactive solution to bridge the gap in conventional basic mathematics education.
