Technology in education continues to evolve, offering new opportunities for more interactive teaching and learning, especially for children with special needs. One innovation that can be utilized is Mentimeter, an interactive tool that allows teachers and students to engage in a dynamic learning environment. This article discusses the implementation of Mentimeter as an interactive learning medium in teaching music theory to children with special needs. The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of Mentimeter in enhancing students' understanding and engagement with music theory material. Using the classroom action research method, this study involved 20 students from SLB Negeri Surakarta with various special needs who participated in music lessons over a period of three months. The results of the research indicate that the use of Mentimeter increased students' active participation and facilitated a better understanding of the material.

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. The results of community service activities at SDN 01 Bumi Laweyan include teachers starting to carry out and apply local culture in daily learning activities such as greetings, greeting fellow friends, and with teachers using fine Javanese. Learning media can stimulate students to remember what they have learned. Currently, technology sophistication delivers information and knowledge quickly. This has a big impact on educational progress. However, based on observations and interviews with the Principal of  SDN Tamberu 1, information was obtained that most teachers were unable to use technology wisely even though the school had 6 laptop units,  wifi to support the learning process. Technology is only limited on telephone, WhatsApp, or other applications such as TikTok. The partner problems is the lack of teacher competence and the use of technology-based learning media. The aim of this service is to provide solutions and assistance in creating technology-based media, especially at SDN Tamberu 1 Pamekasan. The targeted output are (1) An increasing in partners' knowledge about technology-based media (2) Implementation of technology media in learning (3) articles in accredited national journals and electronic media, (4) videos in electronic media

The research took place at Pondok Pesantren Al Amin Mojokerto institution (MTs) Pesantren Al Amin. In this research, the type used is qualitative by using a case study approach. Subjects conducted in the study were sourced from the Head of Public Relations, the Admissions Division and the Principal. In carrying out the research, the researcher collected some data from field observations, documentation studies, and analysis that the researcher used with triangulation.researchear has hopes and goals to be able to find out related to the implementation of digital technology branding strategies carried out at the Al Amin Islamic boarding school which is focused on the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Pesanten Al Amin Mojokerto in order to have an interest in the branding carried out so that it can have a positive impact on joining the Al Amin madrasah educational institution. The results of the research that has been done are: The digital technology branding strategy carried out by the Al Amin Islamic Boarding School institution is by using line expansion, Brand Extensions, Co-Brand. Furthermore, in the process of branding strategies to support success in increasing the number of students and becoming Top Of Mind in the community, it is measured using brand attractiveness, brand loyalty. The implementation of the strategy has been successfully implemented in obtaining an increase in the quality of the Pondok Madrasah Al Amin institution to become famous in supporting its technology brand

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Extension Workers in empowering the economy through the basic food business carried out by the Ministry of Aceh Province, Bener Meriah Regency. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, that is, after the data has been collected, a qualitative analysis is carried out and describes one data with other data in such a way as to obtain a complete general picture of the problem under study. Then the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. In determining research subjects, the authors use purposive sampling technique with informants one taklim board of directors, one person in charge of the basic food business and three worshipers.The results of this study are: Islamic religious instructors carry out informative/educational and consultative roles as well as the implementation of expected roles and actual roles and Result of the economic empowerment is the formation of financial independence of the taklim assembly and the creation of the congregation's ability to meet basic needs.

Community service activities are carried out at Bintang Timur Kindergarten in Pematang Siantar in order to help children at an early age understand android educational games that are suitable for consumption by the child himself. Educational games as a support for children's cognitive development so that parents must understand various types of educational game applications, how to choose the right educational games, and how to install on cellphones. The implementation method used is presentation, demonstration, practice, brainstorming, and sharing about educational games to the Principal at Bintang Timur Kindergarten, Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out through three stages, namely 1) socialization, 2) mentoring, 3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity are:  1) understanding of android educational games as a support for children's cognitive development in the very good category.  This is indicated by the percentage of indicators of achievement of recognizing educational games (96%), choosing educational games (89%), installing educational games (93%), and implementing educational games (86%); 2) obtained a positive response as seen from the attendance indicator of participants reaching 93% of the target and enthusiastic participants during the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The ultimate goal of introducing educational games is that parents are IT literate so that they are able to monitor their children in using cellphones, especially when playing games.

The aim of this research is to understand how the principal's management is implemented in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is the school principal and the sources of information supporting this research are teaching and educational staff, committees and students. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of respondents, the implementation of the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program and the level of farmer satisfaction with the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program. The samples used were 30 breeder samples and data collected by using. Data analysis uses the Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of this include the characteristics of respondents who took part in the training, the majority of people of productive age were breeders aged 41-50 years as much as 37%. In terms of gender, the majority is male, 83%, which is because the breeders who take part in the Honey Bee Training program are not only from Simalungun Regency, but several breeders come from outside the city of Simalungun Regency. At the educational level, it was found that Bachelor graduates dominated the number by 60%. This is also related to the respondents' farming experience, several respondents who have more than 30 years of farming experience have high creativity and innovation in making stups or bee boxes using cement to prevent theft of beehives. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the performance or service value provided by officers of the Flora Nauli Center Honey Bee Cultivation Training program in Simalungun Regency was 73,15. The CSI Value Criteria explains that the value of 73,15 is in the "Satisfied" criteria.

This research is motivated by the problem of the religious character of students which is increasingly concerning and needs the attention of all parties, including educational institutions. The importance of character education requires PAI teachers to pay more attention to strengthening the religious character of students in schools, including students in class XI TITL 1 (Electrical Installation Engineering) at SMK N 1 Koto Balingka. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning materials in strengthening the religious character of class XI TITL 1 students at SMKN 1 Koto Balingka, West Pasaman Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning materials in strengthening the Religious Character of students in class XI TITL 1 At SMKN 1 Koto Balingka. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type of research. This research collects data by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis starts from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic religious education learning materials in strengthening the religious character of class XI TITL 1 students at SMKN 1 Koto Balingka Pasaman Barat, namely through in-curricular activities and through extra-curricular activities. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning materials in strengthening the religious character of class XI TITL 1 students at SMKN 1 Koto Balingka, West Pasaman district, are adequate libraries, classrooms and the presence of the Koran. The inhibiting factors are the students themselves who lack awareness in implementing religious activities at school, the backgrounds of students who differ in terms of religious understanding, the environment or student associations which tend to be less relevant to the process of strengthening students' religious character and inadequate places of worship.

The role of Pokdarwis in carrying out the development of an area is considered strategic in building equal distribution of welfare for local communities. Pokdarwis Srikandi, which is based in the Tinjomoyo sub-district area of Semarang, is expected to be able to develop the potential of its area into tourism business activities that can revive the economy of the people in the area. With the average management and members having different educational backgrounds, the Pokdarwis management must work hard to continue to equip and improve the abilities of its members, especially in governance management. The form of Governance Management Technical Guidance activities includes lectures on Pokdarwis Governance, with material related to financial management, marketing and promotion of tourism products provided. Capacity and Capability Improvement Implementation of financial administration training is carried out by creating simple financial reports and directly practicing the process of recording the organization's income and expenditure transactions. The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out: (1) The steps for implementing individual guidance by the principal for teachers to increase teacher work productivity at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok, and (2) The magnitude of the increase in teacher work productivity after implementing individual guidance developed by the school principal . This research is school action research analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok in 2019. The research results obtained were: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed based on the steps: (1) Guidance on developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by analytical guidance SWOT; (2) Guidance on the implementation of educational administration, followed by providing direct feedback on the results of the teacher's work; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed through joint evaluation of program targets for other teachers who are also experiencing the same problems; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in more depth, up to the ability to demonstrate the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance on effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed through training in determining optimal quantity figures and how to measure them, namely through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance in making effective plans; (8) Guidance in making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encourage teachers to implement programs to increase teacher competency through seminars and workshops followed by implementation of the results of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase teacher work productivity in schools by resolving teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

BACKGROUND The exact incidence of infertility is not yet known with certainty, it varies greatly depending on geographical conditions, culture and social status of the country. Women who marry at an old age or mature and work actively will greatly affect a woman's fertility. It is estimated that around 2 million new infertile couples appear every year and this number continues to increase. It is estimated that a healthy couple will get fertilized within 1 year (Nuparma, 2017). Infertility data in the world according to the World Health Organization (WHO) and other reports estimates that 8-12% of couples experience infertility problems during their reproductive years. If eight percent of the global population figure is around 60-80 million couples who have not had children. OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of primary infertility in couples of childbearing age at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between age, menstrual cycle and no history of PMS and employment with the incidence of infertility and is a risk factor that has a significant influence on the incidence of infertility. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding exclusive breastfeeding and the implementation of IMD for newborn babies

Banda Aceh, a coastal city located in the western most province of Indonesia, has long been known for its stunning natural beauty and vibrant cultural heritage. Situated on the northern tip of Sumatra Island, this bustling city is surrounded by the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean on one side and picturesque hills on the other. However, beneath its picturesque facade lies an alarming reality - Banda Aceh stands perilously exposed to a high risk of disaster.. With the history of disasters in Aceh which is one of the biggest disasters that has caused many casualties, education related to disaster awareness needs to be carried out. People with hearing  disabilities are one of the vulnerable groups in the event of a disaster. Education related to disaster awareness is a form of non-structural mitigation which at this time has been widely carried out both in formal education in schools and campuses and informally in the community. Efforts to increase disaster awareness through education are important, including for groups with disabilities . As a group with hearing impairments, they are at greater risk when a disaster occurs because they cannot hear warnings through sound media and the communications gap. However, with disaster awareness through education, people with disabilities are also expected to be able to carry out independent evacuations and save themselves when a disaster occurs. This research aimed to explore the effectiveness of designing disaster media education for children with disabilities in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Recognizing the unique vulnerabilities of children with disabilities during disasters, the study focused on developing an inclusive and accessible media-based educational program. The method used in the research is qualitative research and encompassed various stages, including needs assessment, program development and implementation. Designing disaster media education for children with disabilities in Banda Aceh proved to be an effective and essential approach to bridge the education gap and enhance disaster preparedness among this marginalized group. The research outcomes emphasize the importance of inclusive and accessible education in disaster management, aiming to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, regardless of their abilities. The findings of this research contribute to the growing body of knowledge on disability-inclusive disaster education and provide a basis for future program development and policy-making in disaster management in Banda Aceh and beyond.

Based on the research findings, the pedagogical competence of teachers at MTs Al Azhar Guluk Manjung Bluto Sub-district Sumenep is relatively good. This is evident through pre-teaching planning, understanding students' characteristics and psychology, mastering teaching materials, utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and updating teaching materials. Teachers also participate in various specialized training related to teacher competence development, adapt their educational backgrounds to their subjects, present tutorials with student-friendly teaching methods, consult literature related to specific subjects, review test questions before administering them to students, and apply teaching methods suitable for each subject, such as lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions. Regular meetings are held at the beginning of the semester, and evaluations are conducted every three to six months. The implementation of Pedagogical Competence of Teachers at MTs Al Azhar Guluk Manjung Bluto Sub-district Sumenep is at a relatively good level but requires refinement. Challenges faced in implementing pedagogical competence include limited facilities, resources, and limited operational education budget. The solutions to overcome these challenges include utilizing available facilities.

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills. In talent retention efforts, Anak Langit provides informal appreciation, support, and work-life balance programs. However, the study suggests opportunities for further development, such as the creation of detailed talent management guidelines for transparency and effectiveness. The comprehensive talent management framework proposed includes specific talent criteria, a Talent Development Center, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation, and flexible individual development plans, ensuring a structured, flexible, and individual-focused approach.

Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) The implementation of the SRA program policy at MAN 1 Gresik takes place in a Bottom Up manner based on the principles of child-friendly schools, namely non-discrimination, the best interests of children, non-violence, and respect for children by integrating several existing programs such as adiwiyata school programs, population alert schools (SSK), safe schools, inclusive schools, BPOM school snacks, UKS, Gerakan Ayo Membangun Madrasah (GERRAM). 2) Implementation of child-friendly school management begins with the planning stage and analysis of the situation and conditions, organizing and forming a team according to ability, implementing the principal's program as a role model, and evaluation is carried out directly and indirectly for 3 months once and once a year is done programmatically. 3) The implications of the SRA program are very positive for all school community members, the school environment, so that character, communication, and cooperation are well formed so that it becomes an educational institution categorized as BARIISAN (clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, beautiful and comfortable) The creation of positive discipline which is the development of discipline and has a lot of achievements both academically and non-academically, the proof is that 105 out of 382 class XII students in 2023 have been accepted at PTN through the SBMPTN route, MAN 1 Gresik also won the title as the 2nd place in the Population Alert School at the East Java level.

Curriculum is a tool used to achieve educational goals used by schools dynamically and progressively. This study discusses the role of PAI teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 77 Teladan Village, this research includes using field research with a qualitative approach by observing existing data in the field using qualitative data analysis methods. In this research, the main data sources that were determined to obtain data according to the problems to be studied were: Principals of SDN 77 Teladan Village, and Islamic Religious Education Teachers. Meanwhile, secondary data sources or data that are indirectly obtained from documents or other people who provide data indirectly. The results of the study showed that: The role of PAI teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 77 Teladan Village has not been carried out optimally. The role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher in the preparation and implementation of the evaluation has not been carried out properly. This was obtained from the answers of the informants who stated regarding the Role of the PAI Teacher in implementing the Independent Curriculum, the results obtained were that from preparation to evaluation it had been carried out in accordance with the Free Curriculum guidelines, but there were also obstacles in implementing the Independent Curriculum which were obtained by researchers from informants and observations, which being an obstacle for PAI Teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum that one of the obstacles is the facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate and the media provided by the school so that the teaching and learning process is carried out is still not optimal. Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Extracurricular activities are integrated with the curriculum of the education unit and are managed specifically by the student affairs department in collaboration with curriculum field. Planning begins with mapping students' abilities and interests, recruiting new extracurricular members, compiling a program for one semester; implementation includes routine training, participation in competitions, and documentation of competition results; Supervision is carried out in the absence of members and trainers, monthly evaluations, reports and assessments every semester
