The accelerated progress in technology alongside the global integration of digital trends have significantly shaped the financial behavior of Generation Z. This demographic often displays short-term financial tendencies, such as impulsive spending, the adoption of the “You Only Live Once” (YOLO) mindset, and doom spending, which often undermines long-term financial planning. This study seeks to examine the extent to which love of money, financial literacy, and financial attitude influence personal financial management among members of GenBI South Sumatra. Information was obtained via surveys distributed to 63 participants, proportionally selected from a total population of 175 students from UIN Raden Fatah, Sriwijaya University, and Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. The study employed a quantitative research design using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method  with the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The data reveal that love of money, financial literacy, and financial attitude each have a positive and statistically significant impact on the personal financial management of Generation Z.

This study aims to identify and analyze the potential of Buddhist communities in Central Java Province in order to strengthen religious identity and enhance their social engagement as a minority group within a multicultural society. The study employs a quantitative approach, collecting data from 376 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson correlation analysis to examine the relationships among the studied variables. The findings indicate that six key factors significantly contribute to strengthening religious identity and the spiritual resilience of Buddhist communities, namely cultural preservation, arts and traditions, utilization of cultural heritage sites, community economic development, and the implementation of religious activities. Among these factors, regular religious activities and the use of temples as religious tourism destinations emerged as the most dominant factors in encouraging community participation, social solidarity, and the sustainability of Buddhist teachings. These findings underscore the importance of adopting a holistic and locally grounded approach in community development initiatives. This study offers important implications for the formulation of religious policies and the development of more inclusive, contextual, adaptive, and sustainable strategies for the empowerment of Buddhist communities at both regional and national levels.

This literature study examines the construction of cultural identity through socio-economic practices in plantation ecosystems among the Acehnese, Malay, and Chinese communities in Indonesia. Using a systematic literature review of 42 selected sources (1990-2023), the research reveals that plantations function as sites of identity negotiation—dynamic arenas of cultural adaptation and resistance. In Aceh, the integration of Islamic values (zakat [alms] from plantations, meunasah education) and local wisdom (peusijuek rituals) mediates post-conflict reconciliation and identity transformation from "combatants" to "farmers" (Muchlis et al., 2023; Aulia et al., 2024). For the Malay community, the customary-territorial concept of bela kampung (communal defense) underpins resistance to authority fragmentation through gotong royong (mutual cooperation) and communal land allocation (Yunanda et al., 2024; Nasution et al., 2024). Meanwhile, the Chinese community develops invisibility strategies (e.g., land acquisition via family foundations, citizenship aliases) to convert legal marginalization into clan-based social capital (Irawan, 2016; Thung, 2018). Key findings highlight divergent identity sources: religiosity (Aceh), customary-territoriality (Malay), and clan social capital (Chinese). The study recommends integrating local wisdom into inclusive plantation policies and employing ethnographic approaches to examine identity intersectionality complexity.

This research aims to understand the dynamics of social labeling of the Tasawuf Underground community in Ciputat and how this community responds to the stigma attached by society. This community consists of punk kids who previously received negative stigma due to street lifestyle, psychotropic use, and family conflicts. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that the negative labeling of punk kids is not only based on deviant behavior, but is more influenced by appearances that do not conform to dominant norms. The Tasawuf Underground Community provides a safe space for the social reintegration process through a tasawuf-based spiritual approach, moral development, and job training. The theory of labeling is used to analyze how the identity of punk kids is renegotiated through community support, behavior change, and resistance to stigma. This research concludes that the social reintegration of punk kids depends not only on individual change, but also on changing the paradigm of society in seeing the potential of the future, not the past. The Tasawuf Underground community plays an important role as a reframing agent that allows the redefinition of the identity of punk kids from being labeled deviant to socially and spiritually accepted individuals.

The church is the Body of Christ that carries out God’s vision and mission in the world to bring many lost souls. Often the church is confused when it has to determine its attitude towards people who sin. One extreme attitude is to just let someone fall into sin because they are afraid of offending that person. Another extreme attitude is to hate sin so much that they also hate the person who does it. Discipline in the church is a major oversight in some churches today. The church also often misunderstands the meaning of church discipline and misimplements it to the congregation. The church misunderstands that church discipline is a form of punishment given not as a warning or reprimand to regret mistakes and return to the right path. From the title of this article, the author describes the results of the discussion using the Qualitative method through a literature research study sourced from scientific papers in the form of journals and related articles that produce several discussions including: the definition and purpose of church discipline, forms of church discipline, challenges in implementing church discipline, and the last is how church discipline can build a spiritually and socially healthy congregation community. The discussion of this article is described by the author to the readers so that they can increase their insight and even teach and encourage the church to always be firm in disciplining congregations who commit sins based on the truth of God’s word.

Christian education, which is based on the teachings of the Christian religion, has an important role in forming individual character and morals. This education system aims to instill Christian moral and ethical values in students as a guide throughout their lives. However, in the modern era which is full of dynamics and change, Christian education faces big challenges in overcoming moral decline in society. As a community of believers, the church plays an important role in shaping the faith and character of Christians. A healthy church is marked by the growth of its congregation and the spiritual vitality of its members. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of a healthy church and evaluate how these traits impact the strengthening of believers' faith. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach and theological literature research, it was found that a healthy church possesses characteristics such as sound biblical teaching, genuine love for the congregation, servant leadership, active involvement of members according to the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and a strong commitment to prayer and fellowship. For believers, a healthy church fosters dynamic spiritual growth, harmonious community life, and active participation in ministry and evangelism. Such churches are not merely places of worship; they also act as agents of real social transformation. Therefore, a well-functioning church will produce resilient, loving Christians who serve as a light to others.

Social changes due to technological advancements have transformed the way people relate and associate with one another. Relationships can now be developed more easily, more affordably, and more quickly. As a community, the church is "forced" to re-evaluate whether the methods of learning and faith formation that have been applied so far still meet the needs of today’s congregation. Using a qualitative method with a literature-based approach, the researcher investigates the biblical perspective on this issue and finds that close relationships among members are a key indicator in learning and faith formation, as exemplified by the early church. Bringing the church back to its original design as the family of God (oikos), while utilizing current technological advancements, will make the church a constructive place for learning and nurturing the faith of its members.
