Construction management is vital for coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with planned objectives. Factors such as time, cost, and quality demand strict control, as discrepancies between initial plans and actual execution can cause significant challenges. In ship construction, delays in material execution and delivery are frequent bottlenecks, leading to schedule disruptions and negatively affecting project outcomes. Addressing these issues requires effective management and robust risk mitigation strategies. This study proposes a web-based ship construction project monitoring system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is developed using Extreme Programming (XP), an agile methodology that emphasizes iterative improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptability. XP practices, including test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration, ensure the system is reliable, adaptive, and responsive to evolving user needs. Frequent stakeholder feedback and incremental development cycles enable the system to tackle dynamic challenges, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely project delivery. By incorporating XP principles, this study demonstrates the potential of agile methodologies to enhance construction project management. The resulting system provides a flexible and efficient solution for mitigating delays and improving the overall success of ship construction projects.

Maintenance of 20 kV cubicles at PT. Haleyora Powerindo is a crucial step in ensuring the reliability and safety of the electrical distribution system. This process includes preparation stages such as inspecting work equipment, coordinating power outages, and utilizing safety equipment (PPE) to minimize the risk of accidents. Subsequent steps involve voltage disconnection, verifying zero voltage using detection tools, cleaning components with specialized fluids, and drying to ensure that moisture does not cause disruptions. Once all stages are completed, the voltage is carefully reactivated, and a maintenance report is prepared to document the process. This study employs direct observation, interviews, and document analysis to evaluate the maintenance implementation and provide recommendations for quality improvement. The results are expected to serve as a guide for other companies in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of 20 kV cubicle maintenance to ensure a stable electricity supply.

General elections play an important role in a democratic country like Indonesia, guaranteeing people's sovereignty, government legitimacy and people's sovereignty. regular change of power. The importance of the Permanent Voter List (DPT) lies in the ability of citizens to exercise their right to vote effectively. However, challenges often arise in compiling accurate voter lists, which are critical to the functioning of the democratic process. The General Election Commission (KPU) plays an important role in this process by determining eligible voters, coordinating data collection, and utilizing the Sidalih voter list information system. The KPU also collaborates with regional institutions, ensuring the accuracy of voter lists through cross-checking activities, and designating voting areas, all to maintain the integrity of the election and encourage citizen participation.

The minimum hardware requirements are PC/laptop, router, printer, and electricity network. The hardware resource component is still found to be not fully supportive and adequate. The software resource component, in terms of processes and computer programs that support EMIS, is quite well implemented. Data resources in the application of EMIS are seen from 3 sub-indicators, namely data categories, timeliness of data collection, and rules in the data collection process where the three elements are quite well done by EMIS operators. Supporting factors that support the implementation of EMIS consist of first, the role of the leadership by coordinating the implementation of EMIS.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in young children that has serious implications for physical growth, cognitive development, and individual productivity. This condition is caused by a range of complex factors, including poor maternal nutrition and environmental conditions affecting quality of nutrition. The first 1,000 days of life represent a critical period for stunting prevention, as children's brain growth and development are particularly rapid during this time. Socialization regarding the importance of balanced nutrition and Family Planning programs is a strategic step to support optimal child growth and prevent stunting. This program begins with obtaining permits and coordinating with the Head of Kemiri Village to identify appropriate targets, as well as involving local neighborhood association in surveying facilities and infrastructure. The initiative aims to raise awareness in Kemiri Village about stunting and its prevention, and to educate the importance of balanced nutrition for supporting optimal child growth. Through socialization and counseling, it is hoped that the community will be able to recognize signs of stunting and take appropriate actions. This aligns with the village’s sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly in achieving the target of a hunger-free village. By reducing the prevalence of stunting, the quality of life for the community can be significantly improved.

The incident of residents on Rempang Island rejecting the development of the Rempang Eco-city Project certainly raises many questions for the general public in viewing this problem. With the publication of Coordinating Ministerial Decree Number 7 of 2023 concerning the Third Amendment to Coordinating Ministerial Decree Number 7 of 2021 concerning Amendments to the List of National Strategic Projects, the public is in the spotlight to find out what processes and laws and regulations regulate each process and stage. To study this in more depth, it is necessary to carry out a Juridical Analysis of the Allocation of land in Forest Areas above BP Batam's Management Rights on Rempang Island to be able to find out the legal arrangements, implementation, obstacles and solutions for allocating land in forest areas above BP Batam's Management Rights on the Island. Eccentric. The research method used is a normative and juridical approach, which focuses on doctrinal legal research and refers to legal norms contained in applicable laws and regulations as a normative basis, so this research emphasizes secondary data sources, both in the form of theories- legal theory and through interviews with sources or parties related to the problems to be researched above. All data obtained is then processed, analyzed and interpreted logically, systematically using deductive methods. The results of research on the allocation of land in forest areas above BP Batam's Management Rights on Rempang Island based on applicable laws and regulations are not justified and BP Batam will not be able to use and utilize all or part of its land either for its own use or in collaboration with other parties because BP Batam's authority as the holder of Management Rights will only arise after the issuance of a Management Rights Certificate from the Batam City National Land Agency Office, it is not permitted to carry out new development and development in forest areas before changes to the designation and function of forest areas are made, and if it is on land that will be granted Rights Management still has land/buildings/plants belonging to the people, so compensation for losses and relocation of residents to new residential areas must be carried out first on the basis of deliberation. The author hopes that from the research that has been carried out, the government can create legal products that create a sense of justice for society and can turn the results of this research into useful knowledge for parties facing similar legal problems.

The aim of this research is because researchers want to provide children with an understanding of concrete behavior according to what is done, not just in theory, but actually done so that our students can get meaningful learning. How students are able to explore their physical maturity through physical motor activities coordinating their body parts. By carrying out activities that are able to explore all their physical activities, both fine motor skills and gross motor skills, by carrying out activities concretely (lifelong learning). The author's aim for this research activity is to be able to see the results of differentiated learning for students at their institution. Researchers can see what changes occur after the researcher carries out the real action. Then they can take action for what follow-up action will be taken after the activity.Researchers also apply inquiry learning to activate the learning provided to students at their institution, by asking questions that can stimulate the development of their ability to think or solve existing problems, and they can think creatively in collaboration with their friends in carrying out an activity.Examining the theory of physical motor development and how to overcome problems with physical motor development. examines the physical motor development program for early childhood which includes gross and fine motor skills, as well as health and safety behavior so that children have physical and mental health as well as the ability to coordinate, flexibility, balance, speed, agility and strength through various movement stimulation so that children from an early age have good motor control to accelerate neurological maturity which encourages the growth and development of children's potential which leads to optimal and better readiness to learn at the next stage by implementing base learning projects.
