This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and random and proportional stratification methods to determine how customer relationship management impacts customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Bener Meriah Sub-Branch Office. The number of samples used was 250 people. The results showed that customer relationship management had a significant effect on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Bener Meriah Sub-Branch Office. In addition, customer satisfaction serves as a partial mediator between the influence of customer relationship management on customer loyalty.

This research aims to find a solution to the problem of difficulties in improving language skills in terms of early reading in early childhood in group A1 in Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya. The research method used in this research is the research and development method or often called Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this research are students in group A1 of the Hidayatus Shubiyan Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 academic year with a total of 15 students with an average age 4-5 years old, consisting of 9 female students and 6 male students. The results of the research presented data on the differences between the use of Flipchart-based Pop Up learning media and increasing initial reading ability in group A1 of Kindergarten Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya. From the table above, the result is tcount = - with a significance level of 0.000. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.05, Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the use of Pop Up learning media on increasing the initial reading ability of children in group A1 of Kindergarten Hidayatus Shibyan Surabaya"

The aim of the research is to determine the superiority of students in writing persuasive texts This research is useful to determine the ability to write expository text before and after using the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media and to determine the effect of using the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media on the skills of writing expository text in Class X SMAS Budisatrya students. This research applies an experimental method with a one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this research was 68 class X SMAS Budisatrya students and a sample of 32 class X IPS 2 students. Data analysis techniques include normality testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the average value of students' skills before using the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media is 39.69, which is classified as very poor, while the average value of students' skills after using the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media is 78.75 is classified as good. Based on the t test, the value obtained at the significant level α = 0.05 obtained the t table value of 9.53 and the result of t = 2.040. So, tcount>ttable is 9.53>2.040 so h0 is rejected and ha is accepted. Thus, the results of this research are: 1) the ability to write expository text before using the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media is classified as very poor. 2) the ability to write expository text after using the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media is in the good category. 3) There is a significant influence from the use of the Two Stay Two Stray model assisted by YouTube video media on expository text writing skills in Class X SMAS Budisatrya students.

Micro businesses are businesses that are in great demand among the Indonesian people. Apart from requiring relatively small capital, micro businesses are also one of the businesses that were able to survive in the face of the 1998 monetary crisis. This research aims to see the effect of working hours and labor which are moderated by the People's Business Credit (KUR). ) dtowards Micro Business income. This research uses a quantitative and associative research approach by collecting primary data using questionnaires from people who have micro businesses in Moyo village, Moyo Hilir sub-district, Sumbawa regency. The data analysis method used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis method. The results of the research show that working hours and labor and labor influence the income of Micro Businesses in Moyo village by 52% before the People's Business Credit (KUR) moderation. 80%. So that People's Business Credit Strengthens the Influence on Micro Business Income. Then the results of this research also show that working hours have a positive effect on micro business income and labor has a positive effect on micro business income in Moyo Village, Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency.

It is necessary to identify the key factors that influence this bad image. The expected results will outline various marketing strategies that can be used, including communication that focuses on conveying clear information, education on investments and financial instruments, as well as service to clients that prioritizes transparency. Apart from that, it provides strategy options and suggestions for brokerage companies in an effort to improve the company's image and as a real social contribution to developing public knowledge about finance and improving the financial services sector.

Political volunteers are the key to a leader candidate's victory in a general election contest. This study aims to predict a person's decision to volunteer for a political candidate. The study examines the influence of religiosity, compassion, political leadership, and self-efficacy on the decision to volunteer. The research was conducted using a survey design with a population of volunteers of a political candidate. A sample size of 200 respondents was collected using purposive sampling technique. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling analysis method. The results of the study found: (1) religiosity affects compassion, (2) religiosity has no effect on volunteering decisions, (3) political leadership has a significant effect on volunteering decisions, (4) efficacy has no effect on volunteering decisions, and (5) compassion has no significant effect on one's decision to volunteer. These results suggest that supporting parties and candidates competing to win elections should develop leadership styles that are acceptable to voters.

This study aims to investigate the impact of cleanliness on the learning concentration of male santri Kobong L at the Darul Falah Cihampelas Islamic boarding school. Our research uses quantitative methods in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 27 male students of Kobong L. The benefit of this research is to gain an understanding of the influence of cleanliness on learning concentration. The results show that Kobong L is still not clean because rubbish is still found in it, therefore, it is important to collaborate and maintain cleanliness so that you are comfortable and focused when studying.

With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

The legal provisions governing conventional agreements are the same as the legal provisions governing online agreements. Due to the negative impact of illegal online loans, it is necessary for the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Faculty of Law, University of Semarang (USM) to hold outreach and counseling with the theme "Increasing Understanding of the Trimulyo Genuk Semarang Community Regarding the Legal Aspects of Online Loan Agreements". This activity uses 5 (five) methods, namely, pre-test, counseling, question and answer, post-test and evaluation methods. The results of this activity showed an increase in public understanding by 69.2%.

The general aim of this research is to educate about the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Mojopilang village. Therefore, we, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, are providing education to youth youth organizations in Mojopilang village about implementing digital marketing through the Shopee platform and other social media as a tool for marketing bamboo crafts in Mojopilang village. Because basically many of the human resources in Mojopilang village are old, so only the younger generation are able to implement digital marketing like this. From the research results, it is known that digital marketing still needs to be educated and taught to youth organizations to make it easier for business people to market bamboo craft products.

Meanwhile, the Consumer Price Index was an important indicator of the financial market and was a general indicator of the level of inflation in Indonesia. For this reason, this research aimed to analyze the influence of the monthly consumer price index on monthly food inflation in Cilacap Regency. The data used in the research came from the Cilacap Regency Central Statistics Agency, which was then analyzed using a simple regression analysis method. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant influence between the monthly consumer price index and monthly inflation. This was because the CPI was one of the indicators was used to measure the level of inflation. Changes in the CPI over time described the rate of increase (inflation) or rate of decline (deflation) of goods and services.
