Islam Nusantara is a religious concept in Indonesia characterized by moderation, inclusiveness, adaptability to local culture, and emphasizing tolerance. The implementation of these values in school religious practices has been inconsistent due to differing perspectives and rejection of local traditions. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of school religious traditions, analyze the implementation of Islam Nusantara values in these traditions, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and explain their impact on student character. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research location was Qurrota A'yun Elementary School in Purwakarta. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the Principal and Islamic Religious Education Teachers understand the concept of Islam Nusantara as a harmonious integration of Islam with local culture within the corridors of faith and sharia. Its implementation is realized through structured religious traditions (the culture of greetings, dhuha prayer, murojaah, etc.) that successfully integrate local wisdom. A significant impact is an increase in politeness, tolerance, religiosity, and respect for local culture among students. Supporting factors include school leadership and teacher-parent collaboration, while differences in understanding become obstacles that are overcome through intensive communication. The implementation of Nusantara Islamic values in school religious traditions has proven effective in shaping students' character to be moderate, tolerant, and respectful of tradition. Schools are advised to strengthen program planning with written guidelines and a measurable evaluation system to monitor character development on an ongoing basis.

This research traces the role of classical Islamic intellectual traditions in shaping the direction and character of the contemporary Islamic education system at the Al Asror Islamic Boarding School, Gunung Pati, Semarang. This study highlights the preservation and adaptation of the main elements of turats such as the study of the yellow book, sanad-based teacher-student relations, oral learning patterns, and the development of manners and learning ethics which are maintained as the methodological foundation of Islamic boarding schools. In the context of educational modernization, this study observes how the tradition undergoes adjustment without losing its epistemological roots. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores classroom learning practices, curriculum structure, and views of pesantren stakeholders through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Field findings show that the Al Asror Islamic Boarding School is able to combine classical scientific heritage with modern educational needs, including the implementation of more systematic learning strategies, strengthening curriculum management, and the use of digital technology as a means of supporting learning. The synergy between traditional values and the demands of this era confirms that turats are not only relevant, but also remain a source of values, ethos, and a framework of thinking that enriches Islamic boarding school educational innovations. Furthermore, the results of the study emphasize that the ability of pesantren to harmonize classical intellectual heritage with social, technological, and pedagogical developments is a strategic factor for the resilience, continuity, and competitiveness of Islamic education in the modern era.

The development of Islamic Religious Education in Banjar Land represents a long historical process marked by social, political, and religious transformations. Since the era of traditional da‘wah conducted by ulama through halaqah, surau-based instruction, and religious study circles (majelis taklim), the Islamic education system in this region has continuously evolved, eventually giving rise to formal educational institutions such as madrasahs and Islamic-based schools. This study aims to chronologically describe these historical dynamics, examine the factors influencing educational change, and analyze the roles of ulama, the Banjar Sultanate, and community institutions in the transformation of Islamic education. The research employs a qualitative method with a historical approach, involving the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data were collected from scholarly literature, local manuscripts, and the works of Banjar ulama. The findings indicate that the transformation of Islamic education in Banjar Land, from the period of Islamization to the emergence of madrasahs and Islamic Religious Education in public schools, occurred through at least three major phases: (1) family- and community-based traditional da‘wah through langgar (prayer houses) and halaqah institutions; (2) the establishment of modern madrasahs in the twentieth century as a response to colonialism and modernity; and (3) the integration of Islamic education into the formal national education system in the post-independence era. This study affirms that Islamic education in Banjar Land possesses distinctive characteristics, is adaptive in nature, and is deeply rooted in local culture.

This study aims to analyze how the integration of traditional knowledge and digital knowledge shapes organizational strategies in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in responding to an increasingly competitive business environment. A quantitative approach was employed by applying variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3 software to 100 MSME respondents. The research model was developed by incorporating three main latent constructs, namely digital knowledge, traditional knowledge, and organizational strategy, which were measured using several indicators relevant to the MSME context. The analysis results indicate that all research instruments meet good reliability and validity criteria, with outer loading values ranging from 0.719 to 0.902, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values above 0.64, and composite reliability exceeding 0.87. Structural model testing reveals that digital knowledge has a strong and significant effect on organizational strategy (β = 0.799), while traditional knowledge shows a very small effect (β = 0.024). The research model explains 66.4% of the variance in organizational strategy. These findings confirm that digital transformation is the primary factor in shaping competitive strategies among MSMEs, while traditional knowledge continues to serve as a foundation for local context and cultural values. Therefore, the implementation of a hybrid management approach is considered effective in assisting MSMEs in formulating more adaptive, innovative, and sustainable strategies.

This study aims to analyze the operational and marketing strategies of UMKM Bolu Kambu Daeng Rosi in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional food products in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, through guided observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise's strengths lie in its culturallybased product differentiation and strong customer loyalty. However, the business still faces challenges in managerial aspects, digital promotion, and operational recording. SWOT analysis highlights the importance of strengthening production systems and applying simple marketing strategies to expand market reach. In addition, a daily profit and loss estimation shows a relatively high profit margin, though not yet supported by a documented financial system. The main recommendation is the need for gradual managerial transformation through simple financial record-keeping, basic visual promotion, and technology adaptation aligned with the owner's capacity. This research is expected to contribute to the development of local culinary-based MSMEs rooted in cultural heritage.

The tradition of pregnant women hiding under the bed during a lunar eclipse is still found in some Muslim communities in Indonesia. This tradition is believed to serve as a means of protecting the fetus from the negative impacts of the eclipse, both physically and metaphysically. This study aims to examine this tradition from the perspective of Living Hadith, namely how the Prophet’s hadiths are understood, interpreted, and practiced within the social life of the community. This research employs a qualitative approach using field study methods, including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that this tradition has no direct textual basis in the Prophet’s hadiths; rather, it has developed through processes of religious interpretation, local myths, and traditional knowledge that are associated with Islamic teachings. The community often relates this tradition to hadiths concerning eclipses as signs of God’s power and as moments to increase supplication and prayer. This tradition reflects a form of acculturation between Islamic values and local culture, while also demonstrating how hadiths are “lived” within the collective consciousness of the Muslim community, even when such practices do not fully align with the textual meanings of the hadiths.

This study examines the implementation of the Manak Salah tradition in Padang Bulia Customary Village from the perspectives of legal certainty and human rights protection. Manak Salah is a customary practice associated with the birth of opposite-sex twins, which in Balinese Hindu cosmology is considered a sacred event that may disrupt the balance between the sekala and niskala realms, thereby requiring purification rituals. Although the contemporary practice of this tradition has become more humane and no longer involves social exclusion, its regulation remains unwritten and has not been formally codified in the village’s Awig-awig (customary law). This condition creates the risk of multiple interpretations, legal uncertainty, and insufficient protection of the rights of children and affected families. This research employs an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach, using interviews with customary leaders, field observations, and document analysis of statutory regulations and customary legal sources. The findings reveal that the absence of written norms causes the implementation of Manak Salah to rely heavily on the discretion of customary authorities, leading to potential inconsistency and normative vulnerability. This study emphasizes the urgency of codifying the Manak Salah tradition into the Awig-awig as a form of customary law reform aimed at ensuring legal certainty, strengthening institutional accountability within customary villages, and harmonizing customary law with Bali Provincial Regulation No. 4 of 2019 and fundamental human rights principles.

This study examines the intellectual footprint of Nusantara scholars in the tradition of Qur'anic interpretation from classical to contemporary times. This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the role and contribution of Nusantara scholars in building a distinctive and contextual style of interpretation with local culture. The purpose of this study is to trace the development of methods, styles, and approaches to interpretation used by scholars from time to time. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach through analysis of exegetical works such as Tarjuman al-Mustafid by Abdur Rauf as-Singkili, Tafsir Al-Munir by Nawawi al-Bantani, Tafsir Al-Furqon by Al-Hasan, Tafsir Al-Qur'an Karim by Prof. Dr. H. Mahmud Yunus, Tafsir Al-Azhar by Hamka, to Tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. The research results show that during the classical period, interpretation focused on spirituality and spirituality, while in the modern and contemporary eras, interpretations have developed that emphasize the maqasid al-shari'ah (purpose of law). They focus not only on literal meaning but also on universal wisdom and objectives. This development reflects the continuity between the global Islamic scholarly tradition and the local socio-cultural realities of the Indonesian archipelago. Interpretations of the Quran by Indonesian scholars not only enrich the global Islamic heritage but also demonstrate that Islam is capable of dialogue with cultural and contemporary contexts without losing its universal values.

The tradition of mohataman Al-Qur'an is one of the religious practices that is alive and thriving among Indonesian Muslims, especially during Ramadan in preparation for Eid al-Fitr. In Kampung Pos Sentul, this tradition is carried out collectively by the community as a form of gratitude for the completion of fasting and as a means of strengthening Islamic brotherhood. This study aims to examine the tradition of mohataman Al-Qur'an from the perspective of living hadith, which is to see how the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad is understood, internalized, and manifested in the social-religious practices of the community. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the tradition of mohataman Al-Qur'an is based on the community's understanding of the hadiths about the virtues of reading the Qur'an, the encouragement to increase acts of worship during Ramadan, and the importance of togetherness in doing good. This tradition is not only ritualistic in nature, but also has social, educational, and spiritual dimensions that strengthen the religious identity of the Pos Sentul Village community. Thus, mohataman Al-Qur'an can be understood as a form of actualization of hadith in real life that continues to live on and is passed down from generation to generation.

Traditional food is a national asset. It not only serves as a source of energy for the community, but also serves as a form of food security, an economic driver, a source of healthy food, and a culture steeped in noble values. The widespread consumption of unhealthy foods by students, especially elementary school students, is one of the reasons for this outreach activity. The health issues surrounding junk food must be addressed by offering healthy alternatives, such as traditional foods. Traditional food is not only related to food, but can also be linked to ethnomathematics, where culture in the form of food is studied from a mathematical perspective. Elementary school students not only consume traditional foods but also interpret these foods in mathematical contexts, such as geometry and numbers. In this way, students will be able to visualize mathematical elements not only when reading math textbooks but also when consuming traditional foods that are part of their daily environment. Despite their traditional nature, students actually enjoy some traditional foods. This is a frequent conflict between the current generation and traditional culture. They better understand how to prepare traditional foods, appreciate the richness of local culture, and develop a love for their culture and homeland.
