This study was motivated by the role of liturgical music as the primary medium of spiritual expression in Pentecostal worship, which is characterised by expressiveness and participation. The purpose of this study was to analyse the presentation of liturgical music and examine how it shapes and represents the spiritual expression of the congregation in the worship services of the Indonesian Bethel Church (GBI) Light Corner in Gorontalo City. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-interpretative design. Data were obtained through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with worship leaders and congregants, and audio-visual documentation. Data analysis was conducted thematically with reference to musicology, liturgical theology, and cultural studies perspectives. The results of the study show that liturgical music at GBI Light Corner is presented in a structured yet flexible manner, combining contemporary music with conscious liturgical planning. Music serves as a medium for creating a sacred atmosphere, binding the structure of worship, and as the main means of expressing the spirituality of the congregation both personally and communally. These findings indicate that liturgical music not only reflects the spirituality of the congregation but also actively shapes the experience of faith in the context of the local Pentecostal Church. This research has implications for the development of contextual, theological, and reflective liturgical music practices in church life.

A company budget is a structured and logical plan. In business management, a budget serves as a planning, control, and decision-making tool, enabling the company to achieve effective and efficient goals. Furthermore, a company budget aims to regulate cash flow, preventing waste. This article discusses the budgeting process in the culinary business "Seblak" and the importance of proper budgeting for culinary businesses. Budgeting enables companies to effectively manage their businesses and achieve their financial goals. Seblak is a traditional Indonesian dish originating from West Java, particularly the Bandung area. Initially, seblak was a simple dish made from raw crackers, boiled until soft, mixed with spices, and topped with various toppings such as sausage, chicken, and frozen food. Seblak is derived from the word "segak" and "nyegak," two Sundanese words meaning "pungent" or "invigorating." The name is quite synonymous with seblak, which is characterized by its spicy flavor and the use of galangal (galangal) for its strong aroma.

This study aims to analyze cash budget management at the Kuda Kepang Mas Bagong MSME located in Wates Hamlet, Cepogo Village, Boyolali Regency. This MSME focuses on traditional kuda kepang crafts that have economic and cultural value as a support for local performing arts. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and direct interviews with the business owner. The data reviewed includes the production process, production capacity, cost structure, selling price, revenue, and marketing system. The results of the study indicate that the Kuda Kepang Mas Bagong MSME has consistent market demand, especially for medium-sized kuda kepang products. However, production capacity limitations due to the use of one worker are a major obstacle in increasing business turnover. In addition, cash budget management is still carried out in a simple and unorganized manner, so the potential for liquidity control and financial planning has not reached an optimal level. This study concludes that developing a more organized cash budget and increasing production capacity can be a key strategy in improving the financial performance and sustainability of the Kuda Kepang Mas Bagong MSME.

Article 170 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning HKPD emphasizes the synchronization of fiscal planning and policy for integrated national development. However, in the APBA (Aceh Provincial Budget) planning, discrepancies persist between the Aceh Government’s documents and the central fiscal policy direction, leading to synchronization that remains administrative rather than substantive. This issue is further complicated by Aceh's special status under Law No. 11 of 2006, which results in differences in macro indicators, program structure, and a lack of substantive participation from Aceh, creating epistemological inequality and structural injustice in central-regional financial relations. The research aims to understand why APBA management planning is not fully synchronized with government policy and to explore the ideal procedure for achieving synchronization, considering Aceh’s unique autonomy. This study is a normative juridical analysis using a legislative, conceptual, historical, and futuristic approach, with the application of authority theory, policy suitability theory, asymmetric decentralization theory, and good governance principles. The findings reveal that the lack of synchronization is caused by procedural issues, such as the absence of integration between RKPD (Regional Government Work Plan) and RKP (National Government Work Plan) schedules, the lack of a mechanism for reducing KEM-PPKF indicators, unclear fiscal support evaluation, and absence of guidelines and sanctions. Additionally, there are substantial issues like the incompatibility of Aceh's macro indicators with national targets. To achieve ideal synchronization, normative legality, equal central and regional authority, and integrated planning systems are needed.

Floods and landslides in Hutanabolon Village, Tukka District, Central Tapanuli Regency have disrupted access to food and health services, particularly for vulnerable groups such as children. Public kitchens, as the frontline of emergency nutrition response, face challenges in providing food that meets the specific nutritional needs of children. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of public kitchens at Disaster Emergency Response Posts (TDB) in meeting the nutritional needs of post-disaster children, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate recommendations for improving the public kitchen management system. The research employed a descriptive evaluative approach using survey methods, structured interviews, direct observation, 24-hour dietary recall, and anthropometric measurements (weight and height). The study subjects included 15 children aged 1–12 years and 8 public kitchen managers selected purposively. Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing nutritional intake against the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) standards and analyzing kitchen management practices based on emergency nutrition guidelines. The findings revealed that children's average energy intake was only 1,140 kcal/day (below the minimum standard of 1,200–2,000 kcal/day) and protein intake was 18.7 g/day (below the standard of 20–35 g/day). A total of 33.3% of children were classified as having malnutrition to severe malnutrition based on weight-for-age indicators. Public kitchen management showed weaknesses in menu planning (100% had no child-specific menu), managers' nutritional knowledge (62.5% categorized as low), food availability (75% relied on instant aid without variation), and limited cross-sectoral coordination (50%). The effectiveness of public kitchens in meeting children's nutritional needs after disasters remains low.

Prosiding Seminar Nasional Ilmu Ekonomi dan Akuntansi 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the interrelationship between profitability, capital structure, firm size, and tax avoidance. It employs a descriptive analysis method combined with a literature review approach. The study draws upon various prior empirical studies indexed in Sinta 2 and Scopus Q2 from the period 2021–2024, as well as relevant secondary data sources. This approach is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing firms’ propensity to engage in tax avoidance practices. The results of the literature review indicate that there is a relationship between firms’ tendency to engage in tax avoidance and profitability, capital structure, and firm size. Higher profitability leads to increased tax burdens, thereby encouraging management to implement tax planning strategies in an effort to reduce the tax liabilities that must be settled. Furthermore, firms with higher proportions of debt and equity tend to have greater flexibility in managing their financial policies, which may influence their tax strategies. In addition, larger firms typically possess greater resources and broader access to professional expertise, enabling them to better identify and exploit opportunities for tax avoidance in order to maintain cash flow stability. It is expected that this study will contribute theoretically to the development of the literature on taxation and corporate finance. Moreover, the findings are anticipated to serve as a consideration for regulators in formulating more effective tax supervision policies.

The SIAP Application is an innovation developed as a solution to support the archiving business process in the Planning Bureau. Currently, most employees still use computers and a web-based cloud system developed by Pusdatin using the PHP programming language as a storage medium for files that are no longer actively used and are categorized as dynamic archives. However, the cloud system does not have a well-structured archive management system, which often causes difficulties when employees need to retrieve archived files. As a result, employees must search for files manually by checking archived documents one by one in the cloud. This process is time-consuming and may lead to problems such as difficulties in finding files and the risk of data loss. Based on these conditions, the SIAP Application was developed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of archive management in the Planning Bureau. The SIAP Application has an advantage in the archiving process, where employees can easily search for archives using the letter number or subject that has been entered into the system. The system will automatically display the required archive, making the retrieval process faster, more accurate, and more organized compared to the previous cloud system. The development of the SIAP Application uses PHP and HTML as the programming languages, with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS as the user interface frameworks, and MySQL as the database. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, problem analysis is carried out using the PIECES method, and system testing is conducted through black-box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure system usability.

Premeditated murder is a severe crime characterized by prior planning (voorbedachte raad), making the proof of premeditation crucial in criminal justice. This element is linked to the mental state of the perpetrator, which cannot be directly proven but must be inferred from objective facts and events. Legal proof often focuses on the elements of Article 340 of the Criminal Code, overlooking criminological aspects such as motives, background, and the process of intent formation. This study analyzes how premeditation is proven in murder cases from a criminological perspective and evaluates the relevance of criminological approaches in judicial deliberations. Using a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, supported by philosophical, sociological, and criminological studies, the research finds that proving premeditation requires more than legal indicators like time delay, tool preparation, and structured actions. It also involves understanding the perpetrator's psychological, social, and situational factors. A criminological perspective helps explain the formation of criminal intent, offering a more comprehensive view of premeditation. Integrating criminology into judicial decisions can enhance evidence quality, leading to more substantive and just outcomes.

Focusing on Yuli Bakery, this study aims to examine in depth how production planning budgets and cost effectiveness influence business profitability, particularly in the food and bakery industry sector. This research is based on the assumption that effective production planning can optimize the utilization of available resources, minimize raw material waste, and establish more efficient and structured business operational performance. The study explores the implementation of labor management, raw material management, and production process control oriented toward cost efficiency without reducing product quality, thereby enabling sustainable profitability improvement. The results of the analysis show that Yuli Bakery successfully reduced its cost of goods sold (COGS) by IDR 12,800,000, which directly contributed to an increase in operating profit and gross profit. This cost reduction did not affect overall production volume nor generate additional expenses in other cost components. These findings indicate that even in the absence of significant revenue growth, cost optimization through proper production planning can make a substantial contribution to improving Yuli Bakery’s profitability.

This study aims to analyze the inventory management practices of qurban cattle at Purnomo Sapi Mulyo Farm in Boyolali, Central Java, particularly in facing the surge in demand prior to Eid al-Adha. The research is motivated by the unique characteristics of qurban cattle inventory, which involves living assets, seasonal demand, and biological risks that differ significantly from conventional inventory management. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed to capture in-depth information regarding inventory planning, procurement, storage, and sales practices. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the business owner as the key informant, direct observation of operational activities, and documentation review. The findings reveal that inventory management at the farm is conducted in a responsive manner based on consumer orders, enabling the business to minimize overstock risks and operational costs. However, inventory recording remains manual and unstructured, potentially limiting the accuracy of cost calculation and long-term planning. Price fluctuations and supply availability are strongly influenced by the Eid al-Adha momentum, while cattle health and lead time are critical factors affecting inventory effectiveness. From a theoretical perspective, the study extends inventory management concepts to the context of live and seasonal inventory. Practically, the findings suggest that implementing a simple yet structured inventory recording system could enhance operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy in local qurban cattle farms.
