Alcoholic drinks are often the main factor in various crimes, including assault, robbery and murder. Excessive alcohol consumption can cause loss of self-control, which can lead to unlawful acts such as traffic accidents, rape, assault, theft and domestic violence. This behavior disturbs public peace and has the potential to hinder the achievement of several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as good health (goal 3) and peace and justice (goal 16). This article aims to analyze the influence of excessive alcohol consumption on increasing criminal acts and its relationship to achieving the SDGs. Using qualitative methods with a normative legal approach and literature study, this research examines legal norms, statutory regulations and other relevant legal documents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to identify the relationship between alcohol consumption, criminal acts, and their impact on achieving the SDGs. The research results show that excessive alcohol consumption contributes significantly to the increase in violent crimes and is a risk factor in cases of domestic violence and sexual harassment. Apart from the negative impact on physical and mental health, drunken behavior also hinders the achievement of SDGs, such as goal 3, goal 5 (gender equality), and goal 16. Although regulations in Indonesia have attempted to regulate the consumption and distribution of alcohol, their effectiveness still requires improvement. It is hoped that with a comprehensive approach and stricter policies, the negative impacts of alcohol consumption can be minimized, supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals.

The existence of household assistants (ART) is often ignored in labor laws in many countries, including Indonesia. This results in unfair treatment and minimal access for household members to legal protection, which increases the risk of violence against them. This violence includes verbal, physical and sexual harassment, but is difficult for household members to report due to limited legal knowledge and fear of retaliation. Social stigma and lack of support also exacerbate the situation, leaving many cases of violence unreported and perpetrators unaccounted for. This research aims to increase awareness of the importance of legal protection for household members, evaluate the implementation of labor laws, and encourage regulatory changes to expand protection. The research method uses a qualitative and descriptive approach through literature study. The research results show that legal protection for household members in Indonesia is still weak and ineffective, especially because household members are not explicitly regulated in labor law. Key barriers include a lack of rights awareness, training of law enforcement officers, and a culture of amicable resolution of violence. Better legal protection for household members needs to be implemented immediately through the ratification of the Domestic Workers Protection Bill, educational campaigns and training for law enforcement officers. Strong family, community and political support is also needed to create a safer and fairer environment for ART.

This research analyzes legal protection for workers who are victims of sexual harassment in industrial areas, with a case study of decision number 83/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Srg. Legal protection is an effort to create a sense of security for victims from harassment and threats, which are divided into preventive and repressive forms. Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, this protection covers basic workers' rights, including protection from sexual harassment. This case study illustrates the implementation and challenges in implementing the law at PT Nikomas Gemilang, which involved physical sexual harassment by one male worker against several female workers. The court's decision to reject the perpetrator's lawsuit shows the importance of effective legal protection. The research results show that existing legal protection is not optimal and requires strengthening internal company policies as well as supervision from the government to create a safe and conducive work environment.

This article examines the issue of jarīmah ta'zīr as one of the dimensions of Islamic criminal law which has flexibility in its application. In contrast to ḥudūd and qisāṣ whose rules are very clear and detailed in the Qur'an, ta'zīr is not set clearly in the Qur'an. Therefore, the ijtihad of a ruler or judge to determine the type of crime and jarimah that can be punished (ta'zīr) and the type and form of punishment is really important. The flexibility of ta'zīr allows to accommodate the complex form of crime such as gratification, corruption, sexual harassment, drugs, and pornography. But ta'zīr also opens the opportunity for the tyranny of the government in punishing a person. This article offers the need for ta'zīr by making qanun like in Aceh.

In the digital era, technological developments are increasingly rapid, and their existence has begun to penetrate into various aspects of life, such as in the world of finance or the economy. This is marked by the emergence of technology and information-based financial institutions or known as fintech. Starting from this, a question arises on how to implement information technology-based lending and borrowing (peer to peer lending) in Indonesia and how to protect the recipients of the loan (customers). This research is in the form of juridical-normative. The results of this study concluded that there were violations committed by the lender to the customer, and the sanctions imposed were only administrative sanctions with the worst consequence being license revocation. In this regards, obviously it does not provide a sense of justice to the customers, considering the crimes that have been committed, therefore the role of criminal law is very important here, by implementing sanctions related to these crimes, such as the dissemination of personal data, threats in billing, sexual harassment through electronic media, fraud and slander.

Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

In this research, the author used a research method using the literature study method. The data taken comes from literature sourced from scientific journals in the form of articles, theses, theses, books and from other sources. Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is an unexpected and unwanted action, but the rise of sexual harassment in society cannot be covered up starting from verbal and nonverbal actions. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that uses qualitative research methods and uses a phenomenological approach. We can know that the perpetrators of sexual harassment are dominated by men, but it is unfortunate that even though this sexual harassment has been widely known by the wider community and the authorities still cannot take serious attention or take legal action quickly.

Sexual harassment and violence in recent times is increasing. Crime of decency or moral offenses and sexual harassment or sexual harassment are two forms of violation of decency which are not only a national legal problem of a country but are already a legal problem for all countries in the world or a global problem (Romli Atmasasmita, 1995: 103). However, it is very unfortunate because only a handful of victims dare to report this incident to the authorities. Sexual harassment is not only experienced by women (adults), but also experienced by children, both male and female, teenagers, even toddlers.
