This study aims to examine the influence of price, brand image, and product innovation on the level of customer loyalty of Honda motorcycles, especially in Purworejo Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with the following requirements: a minimum of 17 years old, domiciled in Purworejo Regency, have used or owned a Honda motorcycle for at least 1 year, and selected using a purposive sampling technique. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Before being analyzed, validity and reliability tests were conducted to determine the instrument can be used and a classical assumption test was conducted to ensure that the regression model meets statistical requirements. The results of the research analysis simultaneously show that price, brand image, and product innovation have a significant influence on customer loyalty. However, this is different from the partial test which indicates that only brand image has a significant influence in shaping customer loyalty. Brand image was also found to be the most dominant factor in increasing the tendency to repurchase, resistance to competing brands, and positive customer recommendations.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Imbalance on Customer Service Performance among banking employees who are also university students in Bandung City. Dual roles as employees and students have the potential to create an imbalance between work and academic life, which may affect the quality of customer service. This study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 25 respondents consisting of active banking employees who are currently pursuing higher education. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS software. The results indicate that Work-Life Imbalance has a significant effect on Customer Service Performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.837 shows that the Work-Life Imbalance variable explains 83.7% of the variance in Customer Service Performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. Therefore, banking companies are expected to provide appropriate support for employees who carry dual roles as workers and students.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and interest rates on the stock prices of banking companies listed in the IDX80 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2024 period. Research data were obtained from official reports of banking company stock prices as well as inflation and interest rate data from Bank Indonesia. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods through the SPSS application, and classical assumption tests were conducted as a requirement for analysis. The study population included all IDX80 banking companies, with a saturated sampling technique resulting in five banks that met the criteria during the study period. The results of the partial test indicate that inflation has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This indicates that stable inflation can still improve the performance of the banking sector, while rising interest rates tend to depress stock prices due to increased borrowing costs and a shift in investment to other instruments. The results of the simultaneous test also show that inflation and interest rates together have a significant effect on the stock prices of IDX80 banking companies. The results show that inflation has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.034, while interest rates have a significant negative effect with a significance value of 0.018. Simultaneously, inflation and interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices with a calculated F value of 14.549 > Ftable 2.70 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) constitute a pivotal pillar of local economic resilience in Bandar Lampung, particularly in the fashion, salon and beauty, and professional service sectors. Notwithstanding their considerable growth potential, many MSMEs continue to encounter structural constraints that impede business expansion, most notably limited entrepreneurial capability, restricted access to capital, and the suboptimal utilization of digital marketing. Against this backdrop, the present study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of entrepreneurship training, capital access, and digital marketing strategy on MSME business expansion. This research employed a quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected from 100 MSME owners selected through purposive sampling from a population of 2,785 enterprises, and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship training does not exert a statistically significant effect on business expansion (B = 0.000; p = 0.998), indicating that training, in isolation, has not yet been effectively translated into concrete growth-oriented business practices. By contrast, access to capital has a positive and significant effect (B = 0.263; p = 0.001), demonstrating that financial accessibility enhances operational scale and market development. More importantly, digital marketing strategy emerges as the most influential determinant of business expansion (B = 0.593; p < 0.001), confirming that digital platform utilization substantially strengthens market reach, customer engagement, and business competitiveness. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect MSME expansion (F = 34.061; p < 0.001), with an explanatory power of 51.6%. It can therefore be concluded that MSME expansion is primarily driven by the synergy of financial accessibility and digital market adaptation, while entrepreneurship training becomes meaningful only when effectively operationalized within business practice.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-government implementation, Transparency and Maturity of Internal Control System (SPI) on the Quality of Buleleng Regency Government Financial Reports. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 74 respondents consisting of heads of financial sub-sections and financial report preparation staff at 37 Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Buleleng Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that the e-government variable does not have a significant effect on the quality of Buleleng Regency government financial reports. Meanwhile, the Transparency and Maturity of Internal Control System (SPI) variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of Buleleng Regency government financial reports. This finding indicates that the higher the level of implementation of transparency and maturity of the internal control system (SPI), the better the quality of local government financial reports. However, the implementation of e-government has not yet made a significant contribution, possibly due to the suboptimal implementation of the reporting system, which focuses solely on service and administration, and the limited use of technology by human resources. Therefore, the Buleleng Regency government is expected to improve the effectiveness of its e-government implementation and continue to strengthen the transparency and maturity of its internal control system (SPI) to improve the quality of its financial reports. Keywords: E-Government, Transparency, Internal Control System Maturity, financial report quality

This Study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and competence on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit (ULP) Takalar. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Takalar, and a census sampling technique was applied, meaning all members of the population were selected as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This means that the better the employees’ ability to understand and utilize digital technology, the higher their level of productivity. In contrast, employee competence was found to have a negative and significant effect on productivity. This finding suggests that increasing competence does not automatically lead to higher productivity if it is not supported by other relevant factors. These findings imply that improving competence without proper job placement, effective task management, and optimal utilization of skills may actually reduce employee productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that PT PLN (Persero) ULP Takalar not only enhance employees’ digital literacy and competence but also ensure alignment between competencies and job requirements through more effective human resource management in order to improve overall productivity

Dividend payment is an important financial decision that reflects a company’s performance and prospects from the perspective of investors. However, companies included in the LQ45 index still experience fluctuations in dividend payment policies from year to year. This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, firm size, profitability, and liquidity on dividend payments of companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2023–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from published financial statements. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 33 companies with a total of 60 observations. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the assistance of SPSS software. Leverage is measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), firm size by the natural logarithm of total assets (LnTA), profitability by Return on Assets (ROA), liquidity by the Current Ratio (CR), and dividend payment by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The results show that leverage, firm size, profitability, and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on dividend payments. Partially, firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on dividend payments, while leverage and liquidity do not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that companies with larger firm size and higher profitability tend to have a greater ability to distribute dividends to investors.
