This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style , organizational culture and organizational justice partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember with a sampling technique of saturated sampling technique totaling 42 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that partially, leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, certain aspects such as decision making, motivation, communication, employee control, and emotional control play an important role. Improvements in this aspect can support performance indirectly. Organizational culture significantly affects employee performance. Self-awareness, aggressiveness, personality, performance, and team orientation play a role in creating a productive work environment. Organizational justice does not significantly affect employee performance. Indicators such as resource allocation, procedural fairness, and personal relationships play an important role. The three variables ( leadership style , organizational culture, and organizational justice) together affect employee performance. In addition, the researcher's suggestions for further research are expected to complement the limitations of the researcher's problems such as increasing the number of samples, for example all employees of KpwBI Jember, or adding independent variables to be studied, for example motivation, discipline, workload, occupational health and work life balance.

Employee productivity is a crucial factor in a company's success. Educational qualifications are believed to enhance skills and work efficiency. However, in some companies, employees with lower education levels exhibit productivity nearly equal to those with higher education. This study aims to analyze the impact of educational qualifications on employee productivity. A quantitative research method was used with simple linear regression. Data was collected through questionnaires from 30 respondents in the studied company. The analysis results indicate that educational qualifications significantly affect productivity. The t-test produced a t-value of 2.919 with a p-value of 0.007 (<0.05), leading to the rejection of H₀. The regression coefficient (B) of 0.443 suggests that each unit increase in educational qualification raises productivity by 0.443 units. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.233 indicates that 23.3% of productivity variability is influenced by educational qualifications, while 76.7% is affected by other factors such as work experience and skills. In conclusion, educational qualifications impact employee productivity, but other factors also play a significant role. Companies are advised not only to consider education levels in recruitment but also to enhance training and skill development to optimize employee productivity.

Global space is growing massively, and the current business phase has opened space for non-space actors to play a role. The government-driven space economy is shifting to commercial and new space in the initial phase. This research will examine the trajectory of Space in Indonesia and its position in the global space business phase. The research method uses a qualitative method. The study results show the trajectory of Indonesian Space, from its institutions to policies that support the growth of commercial space and new space phases. The dominance of the Government is still seen in space activities, which are mostly funded by public funds, with products resulting from the mastery of technology not yet entering the operational order. However, economic value can be generated by continuing commercial activities in the commercial space phase, namely the commercial use of space technology with data into value-added information and financial activities from the rental and import of space products by the Private Sector. Indonesia's position in the global space business phase is in the government-driven space economy, which involves several activities from commercial space.

Final year students often experience difficulties in adapting to career and life demands, as well as maintaining their well-being. This study aims to examine the influence of social support and self-efficacy on life satisfaction and career adaptability among final-year students. Quantitative data were collected from 155 students in their final year of study and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that social support did not affect the career adaptability of final-year students. Conversely, self-efficacy had a positive effect on career adaptability. Social support was found to have a positive impact on students' life satisfaction. Students who received social support from family, friends, and educational institutions tended to have higher levels of life satisfaction. Self-efficacy also positively affected life satisfaction, indicating that high self-confidence enhances individual well-being. However, life satisfaction did not significantly influence career adaptability, suggesting that other factors such as work experience and environmental support play a more significant role. This study has several limitations, including a limited sample size and potential respondent bias. Future research should involve larger and more diverse samples and employ a variety of data collection methods. Educational institutions are encouraged to develop programs that enhance self-efficacy and social support to help students reach their full potential in their careers and personal lives.

Earnings management remains a critical topic in financial reporting, as it can mislead stakeholders and distort the actual financial performance of a company. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of deferred tax assets, deferred tax expenses, and managerial ownership on earnings management in Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The motivation behind this research stems from the increasing concerns over the use of tax-related components and ownership structures as instruments in manipulating financial outcomes. The research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data sourced from published financial statements and annual reports. The sample is selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria, resulting in a total of 10 companies being analyzed. The analytical techniques applied include descriptive statistics, panel data regression, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing to ensure robust and valid results. The findings reveal that deferred tax assets do not significantly affect earnings management practices. In contrast, deferred tax expenses and managerial ownership are found to have a significant influence on earnings management. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, deferred tax assets, deferred tax expenses, and managerial ownership collectively exhibit a significant effect on earnings management. These results imply that while not all tax-related variables influence earnings manipulation, certain components—particularly deferred tax expenses and ownership structure—play a pivotal role. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the relevance of tax accounting and governance mechanisms in shaping earnings quality.

Adolescent identity is formed through complex interactions between various factors, in which school plays a crucial role. Schools not only serve as places of academic learning, but also as social arenas where adolescents develop interpersonal skills, values, and behavior.  Factors such as relationships with peers, support from teachers, participation in extracurricular activities, and curriculum implementation all contribute to the identity formation process. This article highlights how a positive and supportive school environment can help teenagers discover their identity, build self-confidence, and develop their potential optimally. By understanding this role, it is hoped that a holistic and inclusive educational ecosystem can be created, which supports the development of adolescents towards a healthy and constructive direction. Context has been identified as an important factor in adolescent identity formation. Education plays a very important role in shaping an individual's ethics, responsibility and intelligence. An effective educational process is expected to develop students' attitudes, knowledge and skills so that they can adapt optimally to their social environment. In this context, social interactions in the school environment, especially with peers, teachers and school staff, greatly influence the formation of adolescents' self-identity. This identity formation involves a dynamic interaction between internal and external factors, where the school environment plays a significant role in shaping teenagers' thought patterns, values, attitudes and behavior. Peers serve as social references that influence adolescents' self-confidence and self-esteem, while relationships with teachers provide emotional guidance and character formation. Apart from that, social media also influences the way teenagers present themselves in the digital world. The formation of a healthy self-identity in adolescents is very dependent on an inclusive, supportive environment, as well as cooperation between schools and parents. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of social interactions in the school environment as a factor that supports the development of a positive identity in adolescents and prepares them to face life challenges in the future.

The The aim of this study is to examine the migration pattern of the Minahasa people to the Netherlands over three generations, focusing on the economic aspect that became one of the main drivers of migration. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis that combines historical data, interviews and literature studies related to the migration phenomenon that occurred from the early 20th century to the present. The three generations of Minahasa migration to the Netherlands include: (1) the first generation that left during the colonial period, generally driven by employment factors and the role of the Netherlands as a colonial state, (2) the second generation that began to migrate in post-independence Indonesia, where economic and educational factors were the main considerations, and (3) the third generation that migrated with more diverse motivations, including the search for better economic opportunities and family reasons. The research found that economic migration was a very important factor in each generational phase, although personal motivations and socio-political developments in Indonesia and the Netherlands also played an important role. The impact of this migration is not only visible at the individual level, but also affects social and economic changes in both countries, both in terms of the integration of the Minahasa community in the Netherlands and their contribution to the economic development of the Netherlands. In addition, this study also highlights the differences in migration characteristics from generation to generation. The reasons for the Minahasa migrated to the Netherlands from the first generation to the present are as follows: (1) KNIL were soldiers of the Dutch East Indies Kingdom, some former KNIL soldiers from Minahasa chose to fly and migrate to the Netherlands. The interaction of culture, religion and language that lasted for a long time eventually gave birth to emotional closeness between immigrants, in this case the Dutch and the Minahasa. (2) The Netherlands and the Minahasa are closely related because Minahasa is the 12th province of the Netherlands. This made people loyal to Twapro choose to migrate to the Netherlands. (3) On Santa Claus (a celebration of Christmas welcoming day, which is celebrated by the Dutch and Minahasa residents), on December 5, 1957, the Indonesian government carried out a massive nationalization of assets belonging to the Netherlands, the embassy and consulate (Netherlands) was closed, and evacuation plans were prepared everywhere (massive expulsion of Dutch citizens out of Indonesia). At that time, not only Dutch citizens were forcibly evicted, but also many Minahasa people who migrated to the Netherlands on their own wishes and choices by boarding Dutch ships together to the Netherlands. (4) A movement involving Minahasa people occurred in 1958 which was Permesta. For a just and prosperous economy as well for a life that is safe, comfortable and peaceful. (5) The creation of the Jakarta Charter, which was signed on June 22, 1945. At this time, gradually, the Minahasa people migrated to the Netherlands because they were worried about their religion as a minority in their country. (6) Many Minahasa people have been displaced, as a result of the "prejudice" of some Indonesians towards them. In the post-Independence period of the Republic of Indonesia, there were prejudices against Christians. This prejudice was based on the a priori attitude of other groups who accused them of being Dutch 'sympathizers'. Because their religion is Christianity who came from the Netherlands and were educated by evangelists from the Netherlands. (7) Assimilate in the context of marriage. (8) The similarity of customs, customs, traditions, culture and beliefs between the Dutch and the Minahasa. There is a bright future in the exchange of personal stories between Minahasa people, migrated Minahasa and native Dutch who will understand each other much better. It is also hoped that the sciences in the fields of architecture, water management or agriculture, plantations and others will enable the Minahasa diaspora in the Netherlands to use them to develop and advance their Minahasa homeland, through hard skills and soft skills. There are many potentials and opportunities to tie and strengthen relations between the two countries.
