This study aims to evaluate the determinants of organizational sustainability within the Doctor Peduli Foundation (doctorSHARE), specifically regarding its Floating Hospital program. Specifically, it examines the influence of stakeholder support and operational efficiency on organizational sustainability, while analyzing the role of organizational innovation as a mediating variable in ensuring the continuity of medical services in remote areas. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 81 respondents comprising staff and volunteers directly involved in the Floating Hospital's operations. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the data and test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that stakeholder support does not have a significant direct impact on either organizational sustainability or innovation performance. Conversely, operational efficiency emerged as a dominant factor with a significant positive influence. Furthermore, organizational innovation was found to play a crucial role as a mediator, strengthening the impact of operational efficiency on organizational sustainability. This study concludes that the sustainability of non-profit organizations such as doctorSHARE is determined more by management's ability to optimize internal resources efficiently and innovatively than by reliance on external support. Consequently, strengthening internal operational systems should be a primary strategic priority to ensure long-term organizational existence.

This article aims to analyze the strengthening of the enforcement of the advocate's code of ethics as an instrument in enhancing the professionalism of the legal profession in Indonesia. The main issue examined is how the regulation of the advocate's code of ethics within the Indonesian legal system and the effectiveness of its enforcement in realizing professional standards. This research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative and conceptual approach, based on the analysis of Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, the Indonesian Advocate Code of Ethics, and relevant legal doctrines. The research results show that normatively, the regulation of the advocate's code of ethics has a strong and comprehensive legal foundation, encompassing the principles of independence, integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility. However, in practice, the enforcement of the code of ethics still faces various obstacles, such as weak supervision, fragmentation of the lawyer organizations, and the suboptimal role of the Honorary Council in upholding professional discipline. This condition creates a gap between norms and implementation, which affects the professionalism of lawyers and public trust. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the enforcement of the code of ethics thru regulatory harmonization, increased transparency and accountability, and the strengthening of an ethical culture within the profession. With effective and consistent enforcement, the advocate's code of ethics is expected to function optimally as an instrument for enhancing professionalism and supporting an integrity-based judicial system.

Background: Work-life balance is an essential issue for all employees, especially nurses and healthcare organizations. Nurses face high role demands, particularly female nurses, who must juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, often leading to an imbalance in their personal lives. Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between social support and work-life balance among female nurses in hospitals. Results: This correlational study used a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 92 female nurses selected through cluster random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman’s Rho test. The study results indicated that the majority (70.7%) of female nurses experience low social support, and most (68.5%) also had poor work-life balance. Based on the ordinal scale analysis using the Spearman’s Rho test, the study found a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a correlation coefficient (r?) of -0.610, leading to the acceptance of H1. This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the work environment and work-life balance on employee work stress at Hotel X. The research design is causal quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling (non-probability) of 120 respondents. The research subjects were employees working in shifts. The analysis results show that, (1) both variables simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on work stress, (2) the work environment has a negative and significant effect (sig. 0.002), and (3) work-life balance has a negative and significant effect (sig. 0.000). The work-life balance variable dominates its influence compared to the work environment, as seen from the lower significance value. These findings confirm that improving work-life balance and the work environment effectively reduces stress, especially for shift workers who are vulnerable to time imbalance. Based on the results, organizations are advised to optimize human resource management by maintaining a balance between job demands and employee conditions, as well as ensuring a proportional workload. Improvement in work-life balance can be achieved through flexible leave policies, adequate breaks between shifts, no overtime days except in emergencies, and minimizing personal time interruptions. These steps are expected to enhance employee well-being, retention, and productivity in the hospitality sector. Further research is recommended to explore different variables and methods, including comparing non-shift employees with the same variables, for more comprehensive insights.

Religious institutions such as mosques are part of non-profit public sector entities that manage public funds and therefore require accountable and transparent financial reporting standards. ISAK 335 is the applicable standard governing the presentation of financial statements for non-profit-oriented entities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the conformity of financial management practices in three mosques in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra, namely Baiturrahman Mosque Sungayang, Nurul Huda Mosque Simpuruik, and Al-Amin Mosque Dobok Batusangkar, with the provisions of ISAK 335. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the three mosques have not implemented ISAK 335 in the preparation of their financial statements. Financial management practices are still limited to recording cash receipts and cash disbursements without the classification of net assets, statements of financial position, statements of activities, or notes to financial statements standardized in accordance with ISAK 335. The main inhibiting factors include limited human resources in the field of accounting, lack of standard dissemination, and minimal regulatory pressure. This study recommends the need for continuous training, technical assistance, and stronger regulations for mosque financial managers so that mosque financial statements can be prepared and presented in accordance with the applicable standards for non-profit organizations, namely ISAK 335.

The adoption of holocratic leadership systems has become a crucial strategy for startups navigating market volatility, which demands organizational agility through the elimination of traditional hierarchies. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the Human Resource (HR) department's role within holocratic systems and its impact on HR efficiency in startup environments. Employing an integrative literature review approach, this research synthesizes various findings from reputable global and national journals published within the last five years to map the shifts in managerial functions. The results indicate that in structures devoid of conventional managers, the HR role transforms from a controlling authority into a system architect and governance facilitator that maintains compliance with the organizational constitution. HR efficiency is achieved through clear authority distribution within dynamic roles, transparent peer-to-peer feedback mechanisms, and the removal of slow bureaucratic coordination costs. The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of the "HR-as-a-Platform" conceptual model, which shifts the focus of management practices from personal supervision to systemic infrastructure optimization. The practical implications provide a guide for startup founders to re-engineer HR functions to support individual autonomy without sacrificing operational stability. This study confirms that the success of non-hierarchical organizations relies heavily on the integration of radical autonomy and robust digital protocols facilitated by the newly defined HR function.

Global business environmental uncertainty, triggered by "Black Swan" phenomena, demands that organizations transform beyond passive resilience toward anti-fragility capabilities, where Human Resource (HR) systems actually grow stronger through market disruptions. This study aims to analyze the concept of anti-fragility within organizational leadership, explain the role of transformational leadership in shaping anti-fragile employees, and identify organizational strategies for navigating market uncertainty. The approach employed is a narrative literature review using content analysis techniques across various reputable scientific journals, anti-fragility theory, and organizational case studies such as Disney+, Zoom, and Tractor Supply. Research findings indicate that transformational leadership acts as a primary catalyst that builds anti-fragility through intellectual stimulation, decentralized autonomy, and the creation of a culture that learns from failure. Organizational strategies prioritizing resource flexibility, cross-skilling, and optionality have proven effective in converting crisis stressors into opportunities for innovation and performance growth. The contribution of this article lies in the development of an "Anti-Fragile Leadership" conceptual framework that integrates the philosophical principles of anti-fragility into strategic HRM practices. The practical implications provide a guide for organizational leaders to design work systems that are adaptive and proactive toward market volatility, ensuring that organizations not only survive but thrive from chaos.

This research is motivated by the importance of strengthening a professional public service culture through the integration of public administration values, norms, and ethics. Although various regulations and codes of ethics have been established in public organizations, gaps remain between formal norms and service practices in the field, such as low levels of responsiveness and professionalism among civil servants. This study aims to analyze the relationship between values, norms, and ethics in shaping public service culture, and to examine the role of organizational ethics and codes of ethics in strengthening public administration professionalism. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through a literature review of relevant journals, books, and policy documents. Content analysis techniques were used to identify patterns of relationships between concepts. The results indicate that the internalization of ethical values such as integrity, accountability, and transparency significantly influences the quality of public services. An organizational code of ethics serves as a formal instrument that clarifies standards of conduct for civil servants and strengthens a professional work culture. Consequently, public organizations need to strengthen ethics training, oversight mechanisms, and the integration of ethical values into performance evaluation systems to build responsive and public-interest-oriented services.
