Community Service activities are a real form of students' social concern for their surroundings. This activity was carried out in Kampung Enam with the aim of sharing knowledge and skills with the community and students about how to turn seashell waste into handmade crafts that can be sold. We used a face-to-face approach through socialization and training, one of which was making wall decorations in the shape of flowers. Besides involving the local people, students also took part in this activity so they could develop economic independence. The results showed that seashell waste has promising potential, both economically and socially, especially if developed into small environmentally friendly businesses. Hopefully, activities like this can continue and become an example of how to develop local crafts and increase the income of the people around Kampung Enam, Tarakan.

The process of  receiving raw materials is the initial activity of a production process, the quality of raw materials can affect the quality of the final product, quality control must be carried out so that the raw materials to be used comply with industry specifications to produce quality products. For example, the raw material for frozen fish at PT Sarana Tani Pratama Jembrana, Bali, whether local frozen fish or imported frozen fish, is thawed using the water immersion method. The difference in the Thawing process or melting process between local frozen fish and imported frozen fish is the thawing time, where local frozen fish takes ±2 hours for the Thawing process while imported frozen fish only takes ±30 minutes for the melting process. The difference in thawing time is caused by local frozen fish being sent by the supplier frozen per block, which consists of several fish in one block. Meanwhile, imported frozen fish is sent by the supplier frozen per fish. This research aims to determine the Application of Management Functions in the Process of receiving raw materials at PT.Sarana Tani Pratama Jembrana-Bali. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and literature study. The data analysis used is descriptive/qualitative data analysis.

The application of discipline as a character education training strategy in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping children's personality, behavior, and social skills. This study aims to analyze theoretically and practically how discipline can be applied as a character formation strategy in early childhood, considering the role of the family and school environment. The research method uses a qualitative approach through a literature review of 15 Sinta-accredited journal articles in 2020–2024. The results of the study show that positive discipline based on examples, praise, and behavioral habits is more effective than the punishment approach. Families and schools play a role as the main environment in instilling discipline values, although there are still gaps in the application of practices and adaptations in various socio-cultural contexts. This study recommends collaboration between parents and teachers, the development of creative strategies in schools, and the need for further, more in-depth research to optimize the application of discipline as a foundation for character formation in early childhood

Industrialization is a key factor in the economic development of a country, including Indonesia. Since the New Order era, industrialization has become an integral part of national development strategies, marked by the growth of the industrial sector and the active involvement of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concept of industrialization, its role in the economy, the development of the industrial sector in Indonesia, its impacts, and concrete examples of state-owned enterprises operating in the industrial sector. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, focusing on synthesizing findings from various sources to gain deeper insight. The discussion results show that industrialization greatly contributes to economic growth and job creation, but it also brings negative impacts such as environmental pollution, consumerism, cultural value shifts, and uncontrolled urbanization. One example of a state-owned enterprise playing a major role in the industrial sector is PT Pertamina (Persero), which contributes to national energy security and the development of a sustainable energy industry. By understanding the dynamics of industrialization, it is hoped that Indonesia’s future economic development can achieve a better balance between growth and sustainability.

The rapid development of digital technology and the increasing complexity of financial products, from digital wallets and bank loans to cryptocurrency and investment platforms, highlight the urgent need for financial literacy education, particularly for vocational high school (SMK) students in Indonesia. Many SMK graduates directly enter the workforce or pursue entrepreneurship without attending university, making financial decision-making skills crucial. This article explores the potential of Android-based e-books as an innovative and accessible learning medium to enhance students’ financial literacy. Designed to be interactive, contextual, and engaging for Gen Z learners, the proposed e-book serves as a pedagogical supplement, not a replacement, to classroom teaching. Drawing from literature reviews, examples of existing apps, and relevant educational frameworks, the article emphasizes the importance of developing localized, curriculum-aligned digital resources. The paper concludes with suggestions for evaluating financial learning apps and recommends steps for integrating them effectively into SMK education.

Limitated of infrastructure is one of the issues affecting the continuity of education in Indonesia. The unequal distribution of facilities in schools undoubtedly makes the learning process less effective and impacts students' learning outcomes. This is particularly evident in physical education, sports, and health lessons, which require equipment for the learning process. The lack of equipment prevents the expansion of sports education and the introduction of other sports as part of the curriculum. One example is handball, which is rarely taught in schools due to the lack of balls. As a result, some schools resort to using other balls, such as volleyballs, to teach handball. Using a volleyball in handball lessons is ineffective, especially when it comes to shooting. This issue led the researcher to consider modifying the handball with a rubber ball, which is easy to find and resembles the size of a real handball. The researcher then implemented this modification in a two-cycle action research study. The results from the pre-cycle assessment showed that only 2 out of 35 students passed the shooting test. In terms of percentage, this means only about 6% of the students were able to shoot well. Following this, the researcher took action in the first cycle, and 19 students passed, about 54% of the sample. Since the results were still considered suboptimal, the researcher proceeded with the second cycle, where 32 students passed, around 91% of the sample.

Learning German at level A1 is designed for beginners, with the aim of introducing the basics of vocabulary and sentence structure used in everyday life. The material taught includes work and daily activities. Grammar, as a fundamental aspect of learning, is very important to help learners understand sentence structure, verb usage, as well as case systems in German. German Grammar Learning Books that use linguistic approaches such as Error Analysis and Contrastive Analysis aim to make it easier for learners to understand the differences between German and Indonesian grammar. The study analyzed the book with reference  to the Profile Deutsch standard  issued by the Goethe-Institut, which assesses the suitability of the material with the German language learning objectives at A1 level. The focus of the analysis is on the material  of Der Adjective and Modal Verben, with results that show the shortcomings and advantages in the presentation of the material. Some example sentences use more complex structures, such as comparisons that don't correspond to beginner levels. The use of complete conjugation for Modalverben is also considered too heavy, and negation sentences with Modalverben are often confusing for A1 learners. In addition, the vocabulary used in this book is not very well known at the A1 level, so it needs to be adjusted to more basic vocabulary.
