The rapid development of information technology has transformed social media into a digital space that plays a crucial role in shaping the mindset, behavior, and lifestyle of young generations. TikTok is one of the most dominant platforms used by Generation Z, particularly students, due to its ability to present algorithm-based content that aligns with user interests. This condition has the potential to cause psychological stress in the form of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), which reflects social anxiety due to the perception of being late in keeping up with trends, information, or experiences that hold a dominant position in the social landscape. This research initiative aims to examine the influence of TikTok usage on the lifestyle configurations of Generation Z students, with FOMO serving as a determinant that strengthens this relationship. This study is designed within the quantitative tradition with a positivist epistemological orientation. The study population includes 250 students from the Faculty of Computer Science at the National Pasim University in Bandung, with a sample size of 72 respondents derived using Slovin's formula. The analysis results indicate that TikTok usage and the level of FOMO have a positive and significant impact on changes in students' lifestyles. The regression coefficient estimates are in the positive direction, with a significance value exceeding the critical threshold of 0.05, indicating a unidirectional relationship between the variables. The model determination estimate, at around 57.5%, confirms that TikTok and FOMO are able to explain a significant portion of the variation in students' lifestyles, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. This finding confirms that TikTok functions not only as a medium of entertainment but also as an agent shaping lifestyles influenced by social and psychological pressures. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy is crucial so that students can use social media more rationally and responsibly.

This study aims to improve student engagement and learning outcomes in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial / IPAS) through the implementation of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model in a fourth-grade elementary school class. The initial problem indicated that student engagement in learning was still low, at 37.5%, with learning mastery reaching only 33.3% and an average class score of 68.0, which did not meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 75. Therefore, improvement efforts were needed through the implementation of a more active and student-centered learning model. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 24 fourth-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation of student engagement, learning outcome evaluation tests, field notes, and documentation. Student engagement data were analyzed using percentages, while learning outcomes were analyzed through mean scores and the percentage of classical learning mastery. The results showed a significant improvement in each cycle. In Cycle I, student engagement increased to 62.5%, with learning mastery reaching 54.17% and an average score of 74.29, although it had not yet achieved classical completeness. In Cycle II, student engagement increased to 87.5%, with learning mastery reaching 100% and an average score of 85.42. These improvements indicate that the implementation of the AIR model was able to gradually and sustainably enhance both the learning process and outcomes. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model is effective in improving student engagement and learning outcomes in IPAS. This model can serve as an alternative learning strategy to create a more active, systematic, and student-centered learning environment.

The rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has driven numerous innovations in wireless communications that not only demand technical efficiency but also raise philosophical questions about the nature of scientific knowledge. One such innovation is Physical Layer Network Coding (PLNC), a communication technique that utilizes signal interference as a source of information to enhance system performance. This paper examines the philosophical dimensions of science within PLNC, focusing on three fundamental aspects: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Ontologically, PLNC represents a new paradigm in wireless communication that reinterprets interference not merely as noise but as an opportunity. Epistemologically, knowledge of PLNC is derived through scientific methods such as mathematical modeling, experimentation, and simulation—yielding intersubjective and verifiable truths. Axiologically, PLNC holds practical value in terms of energy efficiency, data reliability, and contributions to the sustainability of IoT ecosystems, while also raising ethical considerations regarding privacy and information security. Thus, this study demonstrates that the development of PLNC cannot be separated from philosophical reflection, emphasizing the profound interconnection between technological advancement, scientific methodology, and human values.

Formal education systems are often trapped in rigid standardization that actually shackles students' creativity and personal uniqueness. This issue raises questions about the extent to which individual freedom is accommodated in modern curricula that tend to be pragmatic. Departing from this issue, this study aims to explore the relevance of Jean-Jacques Rousseau's Romanticism which prioritizes affection and the general will in the context of education. Rousseau argued that the development of science and culture often acts as a chain that restrains humans, thus he proposed the concept of natural education that allows children's instincts to develop freely without damaging cultural intervention. Using qualitative methods based on literature review, this research identified a strong common ground between Rousseau's vision and Indonesia's Freedom to Learn policy. The study reveals that both share a common philosophical foundation: restoring educational sovereignty to institutions and students, allowing them to independently develop their potential, talents, and interests. Therefore, synchronizing Rousseau's ideas with Freedom to Learn serves as a crucial foundation for creating a higher-quality and more humane national education ecosystem.

Over the past decade, traditional sports such as tennis and badminton have remained popular, while emerging sports like padel, pickleball, and beach tennis have experienced rapid growth, attracting participants across a wide age spectrum. However, the high-speed, repetitive, and multidirectional demands of these sports increase the risk of musculoskeletal injuries, making it essential to understand their epidemiology for effective prevention. This systematic literature review followed PRISMA 2020 guidelines, analyzing peer-reviewed studies published between January 2020 and early 2025 from databases including PubMed, ScienceDirect, Europe PMC, and Open Alex. A total of 22 studies met the inclusion criteria, comprising randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, and cross-sectional surveys. Methodological quality was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool (RoB 2) and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS). The findings reveal significant variation in injury prevalence across sports, ranging from 34.2% in recreational pickleball to 92% in competitive padel. Badminton injuries were predominantly acute and affected the lower limbs, while tennis showed a higher incidence of overuse injuries in the upper limbs and trunk. Padel players frequently experienced elbow overuse injuries, with higher rates reported among females. In contrast, pickleball injuries were largely associated with falls among older adults. Preventive interventions involving supervised, sport-specific functional training and structured warm-up programs were found to be most effective. In conclusion, injury burden in racket sports is substantial and influenced by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, highlighting the need for targeted, sport-specific prevention strategies.

The circulation of narcotics as a serious crime in Indonesia faces the reality that some types of narcotics have medical benefits when used in limited quantities and under strict supervision, while cannabis plants remain classified as Class I Narcotics in Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, thereby prohibiting their use in health services. This situation raises legal issues regarding the basis for classification, legal qualifications, and the possibility of updating norms so that cannabis can be used for medical purposes. This study aims to analyze the historical and legal basis for the classification of cannabis, its qualification in the national legal system, and to formulate a normative regulatory concept that allows its use for health services. The method used is normative legal research with a historical and comparative approach, through a literature study of primary and secondary legal materials, which are analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the classification of cannabis is rooted in international commitments through the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, which was later ratified and adopted into national law, so that legally cannabis is only permitted for research purposes. however, considering the development of science and practice in various countries, it is necessary to update the norms through the formation of a Ministerial Regulation as mandated by Article 6 paragraph (3) of the Narcotics Law as a limited and controlled first step to open up the use of cannabis in health services without neglecting the principle of preventing abuse.
