Warehouse is an important part of a company. Warehousing activities must have a good storage system to support the smooth production process and warehousing activities. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company in the field of paper production that uses 100% recycled paper as its raw material. PT. XYZ has many warehouses needed for production. Stock taking is an activity of physically counting the inventory of goods in the warehouse or production to determine the real or actual quantity owned by the company. Stock taking is important to carry out control, so that the company can monitor and know the assets it owns. By carrying out comprehensive stock taking activities, real stock reports will be obtained which will be used as material for consideration for further development. One of the problems that often occurs in spare part warehouses is a mismatch in the final balance of spare part components between the stock card and the inventory system which occurs continuously. This problem can cause errors in stock taking reports which can result in losses for the company. This research uses the fishbone diagram method. This diagram is often called a cause and effect diagram. This fishbone diagram is used to analyze and look for factors causing problems that have a significant impact on differences in inventory. Human, environmental, material and method factors are factors that cause differences in existing inventory. Human factors such as drowsiness and lack of concentration can also be caused by environmental factors such as lack of air circulation, causing the temperature in the spare parts warehouse to increase. The lack of discipline of spare parts warehouse officers also greatly influences the results of stock taking activities carried out

This study aims to determine the number of rejected products (products that do not meet consumer and company standards) for 220 mL cup products using the six sigma method with 5 stages (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) which will then be given improvement recommendations using failure mode effect analyze (FMEA). After going through the calculation process, it is known that the company's Deffect Per Million Opportunity (DPMO) value is 3.67 which indicates that the percentage of production without deffects is 96.32%. There are four critical to process (CTQ) in the 220 mL cup defect and the largest is the skewed seal with a percentage of 70%. The results of calculations using risk priority number (RPN) found recommendations in the form of corrective actions in 80% of the group of causes of oblique seal deffects so that it is hoped that the company will review and make improvements to the proposal so as to reduce deffects per million opportunity (DPMO) in the 220 mL cup production unit.                                                                                                      

Quality is an important factor in production, so companies must maintain the quality of their products in order to be able to compete in the market. One of them is PT. Swadaya Graha operates in the construction and fabrication services sector, working on several projects, one of which is pipe support. In pipe support fabrication there are problems during the production process. This problem is the presence of "scratch" defects on the surface of the material. The aim of the observations carried out is to minimize the occurrence of production process defects in pipe support fabrication. From the results of the analysis using a cause-and-effect diagram, there are 3 factors that cause defects. And improvement efforts to minimize defects using the 5W + 1H method.   Keywords: Cause-Effect Diagram, Defects, Scratch, 5W + 1H Method.

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

This observation was made to determine the influence of product quality on the purchase decision of Iphone products among Surakarta residents. This observation used quantitative methods using manual data obtained by distributing documents or questionnaires and collecting responses from a sample of 59 participants. This observation uses Intelligent Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to evaluate the hypothesis, as well as using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis test conducted, it shows that product quality has a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Indomie instant noodle products. The research method used is quantitative and uses a population of all Indomie instant noodle consumers. A total of 102 respondents from the city of Surakarta were selected as samples using a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms by distributing questionnaires personally. Data analysis uses classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 95.866, exceeding the critical value of 2.460, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that brand image, product quality and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Indomie instant noodles.

Quality control in the garment industry plays an important role to ensure that the products produced meet high quality standards and satisfy consumers. The Acceptable Quality Level method is a promising approach for optimizing garment product control. This research focuses on the application of the Acceptable Quality Level method in managing garment quality at PT XYZ. The aim is to explore the extent to which this method can be applied efficiently in garment production by considering the existing challenges and opportunities. This study uses the "L Tunic Crinckle" tunic sample from PT XYZ as the research object. Data collection involves primary data from direct interactions and observations, as well as secondary data from related literature and journals. Raw material sampling methods are based on product defects, focusing on attribute data to assess non-compliance with specifications. With an AQL value of 2.5% and general supervision level II, this study took a sample of 125 tunics for inspection. Even though several minor and major defects were found, the total rejects did not exceed acceptance standards, so the tunic product lot could be accepted without re-inspection

MS cannot be separated from information technology to support KPI achievement. One of the information technologies that needs to be applied to the production department is OEE Downtime Details as a Realtime production report. currently has a system that is not yet effective in OEE KPIs, especially in Downtime Details. The method that can be used to complete analysis related to this problem is the Pureshare Method which displays quantitative data to provide motivation and suitability for business and technology goals. The results obtained from this research are that creating a dashboard can increase the effectiveness of data input and the data can be standardized so that the data is more valid. Suggestions for further research require evaluation regarding the development of information that will be presented on the dashboard.

Wardah has built a reputation for itself as a manufacturer of premium, halal cosmetics in an effort to attract a wider audience and increase sales. Finding out how BPOM and Halal labels affect product quality and customer happiness among Wardah cosmetics customers is one goal of this study; another is to determine whether factors related to price influence the buying decision of those who purchase Wardah cosmetics. As part of the research, 105 people who regularly use Wardah cosmetics were asked to fill out a survey. Consumer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was shown to have a favorable and statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly affected by the brand image variable. A similar favorable and statistically significant relationship existed between service quality and customer happiness with Wardah cosmetics. In addition, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly impacted by the following factors: product quality, brand image, and service quality.

Toddler problems are prone to nutritional health problems, at that time is an important period in the process of toddler growth and development. If the required intake does not meet then toddlers will have less nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of booklet media education with maternal cognitive abilities in feeding toddlers. The study was conducted using pre-experimental research method design (one-group pretest-posttest) The sample in this study as many as 15 subjekts were taken using purposive sampling in s research instrument using SAP, leaflets and questionnaires. Furthermore, the collected data was processed using the SPSS program computer version 16.0 to be analyzed with Mc. Nemar's nonparametric test with a meaning level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study show that there is an influence of education with booklet media on the cognitive ability of mothers in feeding todler-aged children in the working area of the wori health center in Manado City. with the value of p = 0.016 it can be said that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected and it is concluded that Ha has an educational influence with booklet media on the cognitive ability of mothers in food production in toddler-aged children in the work area of the wori health center. The importance of K3 aspects in docking activities not only includes individual safety, but also has a direct impact on productivity and operational continuity. Accidents or incidents that occur during the docking process can not only threaten the lives and health of workers, but can also cause detrimental environmental impacts and hinder the smooth running of the supply chain. The HIRARC method allows identifying various potential hazards that may be associated with an activity or work environment. This approach involves data collection, situational analysis, and determining appropriate mitigation measures. From the results of the identification carried out during ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Service has 14 activities that have potential danger. With 4 activities that have very low risk, namely maintenance and repair activities in the engine room, ship maintenance in closed rooms, maintenance and repairs in the electrical room, and manual lifting of heavy materials. Then there are 5 activities with low risk, including welding process activities in open spaces, carrying out repair work at height, operating cranes, cleaning ship rooms, and plate cutting (LPG gas cutting) and material grinding processes. 3 activities with medium/medium risk, namely working around waters, working/standing around ships, and stuffing/stripping activities. And there is 1 activity with high risk, namely the ship maintenance process using the welding process in a closed space and 1 activity with very high risk, namely the activity of filling gas cylinders (for cutting and welding equipment). The risks faced include slipping, falling, scratches, shortness of breath, weakness, eye irritation, injuries, minor injuries, serious injuries, sprains, burns, fractures, electrocution and others. And the efforts made to control the risks above include using Personal Protective Equipment with discipline, working according to SOPs, installing K3 signs, providing fire extinguishers, regular inspections and implementing a good ventilation system. Sprite drink is a soda drink that is very popular among all groups. Demand is uncertain and always changes from time to time, making product availability difficult to control and often causes overstock or stockout problems. Therefore, inventory control is needed, which can be done by forecasting, determining safety stock and good re-order points. To obtain effective and efficient planning, the number of orders must be based on the number of past mass requests so as to reduce the occurrence of overstock or stockouts. With the problems experienced by PT. XYZ, the forecasting method used is the time series forecasting method. In this case, the time series methods used are Simple Average, Single Moving Average and also Single Exponential Smoothing. After carrying out several calculations, we obtained a Mean Absolute Centage Error (MAPE) value of 49.379%, a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 2297.145, a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 2912.495 and also a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 8,482 .628 and forecasting results of 4504 pcs every month. Based on the calculation results, the proposal given is to reorder Sprite 250ML when the inventory in the warehouse reaches 1548 pcs with a safety stock of 540 pcs.

Craftsmen who are experienced enough can only clean around 150 eggs or around 12 kg in one hour, of course this is less efficient if the production scale of the UMKM is large. The partners for this community service activity are UMKM which are engaged in making salted eggs. one of the problems faced is in the process of washing salted eggs, which is a process that is carried out before being marketed, where the process still uses manual washing power using human power, manual washing requires less efficient time so that when there are orders, many UMKM experience problems. to fulfill orders from consumers. UMKM that operate in the egg business sector really need a touch of technology related to the salted egg washing method. With this problem, in Community Service Activities for UMKM, salted egg washing machines will be handed over to partner entrepreneurs, namely UMKM Mak Ngat, Purworejo Village, Suruh District, Semarang Regency. The impact of using a salted egg washing machine on Mak'Ngat UMKM is that the salted egg washing process is more economical, namely when done manually it can clean around 150 eggs or around 12 kg in one hour, but when done using a machine the cleaning capacity reaches 45 kg per hour and this number rose drastically.

Melon (Cucumis melo L) is an annual fruit plant originating from the Persian Hot Valley or the Mediterranean region which is the border between West Asia, Europe and Africa. Melon plants are a type of pumpkin plant which is in the same family as watermelon, cantaloupe and cucumber. One effort to increase melon production in North Ngadilegi Hamlet can be done by good development and correct cultivation technology and supported by the use of new technology, namely the use of bacteria contained in PGPR. Soaking seeds with PGPR aims to ensure that the bacteria contained in PGPR are able to colonize the seeds as early as possible. Proper long soaking treatment of seeds can increase plant yields because bacteria will bind to the seed coat and imbibition into the seeds.

Students’ understanding of concept can be measured and assessed using mathematical concept understanding test instruments. The instrument to be used must be prepared to meet the criteria for a good instrument. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the validity and reliability of students' conceptual understanding questions in learning assessments. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data was obtained through tests and interviews with mathematics subject teachers. The subjects in this research were class IX students at MTsN 2 Kerinci, totaling 22 students in 1 class. Based on the results of validity calculations using the Pearson Product Moment formula and t test, as well as calculations of question reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha formula, it was found that each question item was valid and reliable, so this test instrument can be used to measure students' ability to understand mathematical concepts.

Quality control must be implemented and maintained properly as a value that has an impact on all aspects of the hospital, one of which is increasing turnover from the business side. A quality management system is an arrangement that ensures the achievement of planned quality goals and objectives in hospital services. To carry out quality hospital services, it is necessary to implement good operational management as a means of supporting high quality hospital services that have value in the point of view of the community. This phenomenon exists, therefore the authors use the scoping review method as a research method. This aims to review previous literature that has explored the quality of hospital services and the implementation of operational management as a means of quality control in hospitals.

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on android in physical education, sports and health subjects for class VII SMP Tamansiswa Malang with the help of Unity 3D software. This study used the Borg & Gall Research and Development method. The subjects used were all students of class VII SMP Tamansiswa Malang. For data collection instruments in the form of observation, by observing the process of learning activities directly on subjects of physical education, sports, and health on health material. This research was validated by physical education, sports and health learning experts, learning media experts, and physical education, sports and health teachers for class VII SMP Tamansiswa with a very decent category. Then the results of the overall product trial involving all VII grade students of Tamansiswa Malang Middle School were divided into two small group trials with a sample of 10 students obtaining 83.37% results and large group trials with all VII grade students obtaining 95.34% results so very worthy. Based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the android-based interactive learning media developed for class VII students of SMP Tamansiswa Malang is categorized as very feasible and can be used without revision.
