Work-life balance is a condition where an individual is able to maintain a balance between the world of work and personal life in a sustainable manner. This balance is something that is expected by every employee, including non-managerial employees of the HCGA division of PT XYZ. The main objective of this study is to determine the achievement of employee work-life balance as reviewed from three aspects, namely time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. In addition, this study also identifies factors that support and inhibit the achievement of work-life balance in employees. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems that arise. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. The results of the study indicate that not all employees are able to achieve optimal work-life balance. Some employees, especially those from the recruitment and general affairs departments, feel that they have a good work-life balance thanks to work flexibility and the ability to manage time. However, employees from the people development and administration departments of HCGA actually experience difficulties due to excessive workload, additional tasks outside of their job descriptions, and lack of team management from superiors. The support of coworkers who help each other and create a supportive work environment is one of the main supporting factors in achieving work-life balance. On the other hand, work pressure outside of working hours and ineffective communication are obstacles that are often faced. This study only uses one variable so that it cannot fully describe the relationship with other aspects such as work stress or job satisfaction. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore more variables in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of work-life balance in the work environment.

Dandy Walker syndrome is a rare malforation of the central nervous system characterized by expansion of the fourth ventricle, widening of the posterior fossa, agenesis or dysplasia of the cerebellar vermis accompanied by upward dislocation. This disease occurs more often in women and the etiology is still unknown, but it is related to a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Dandy Walker syndrome is often not detected initially unless clinical manifestations in the form of hydrocephalus occur. This is interesting to discuss considering the low diagnosis of Dandy Walker Syndrome. Diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms and radiological images on antenatal ultrasound, CT scan and MRI. Management of Dandy Walker Syndrome can include surgery to reduce hydrocephalus, physical and occupational therapy, and pharmacotherapy to control neurological symptoms. The lack of diagnosis of Dandy Walker Syndrome makes this an interesting matter to review in the literature.

The aim of this PKM activity is to provide education and training to the Petiga Village community regarding techniques for processing cow dung into effective and efficient organic fertilizer. Community Service (PKM) in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency-Bali, has succeeded in overcoming environmental problems due to less than optimal management of cow dung. Through training and outreach, community knowledge in processing cow dung into organic fertilizer increased from 20% to 85%. Organic fertilizer production also increased from 10% to 60% of the total cow dung produced. The use of organic fertilizer improves soil quality, marked by an increase in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium levels, as well as rice yields by 30%. The anaerobic fermentation method reduces odors and groundwater pollution, and provides added economic value through the sale of organic fertilizer. These findings show that this program is effective in addressing environmental problems and increasing agricultural productivity. This livestock waste management model can be replicated in other villages that have similar potential, providing broad benefits for the community and supporting sustainable agriculture.
